Wonderful breakfast & super friendly & attentive staff

I went in today with a friend. It was busy but we manage to find a table for 2. We both had items from the breakfast menu, which was perfectly cooked. The coffee was excellent, just how I like it. The staff with friendly, efficient and polite. Nothing to find fault with.

Only come here if you like great service, good quality food at great value. Nothing is a problem, staff always friendly, and they do crispy bacon on request!

Ideal location on foot if you're passing by. They do have a couple of parking spaces out the front but it is a very busy area being in central Acle. Only popped in for a quick Coffee when passing by. Very homely feeling to the Cafe. Not the largest of spaces but they do really well with the space they have. Very odd sitting in there as I remember when it used to be a health food shop. I thought to myself, I'm sitting where the counter used to be where I got my Panda Liquorice Bars from. The food looked lovely and fresh what other tables were having. Lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. The Coffee was lovely, hot and fresh. I tend to have decaf and it was nice that it was available. I opted for the cappuccino. It was made perfectly. The two ladies working behind the counter were really lovely and friendly. What I witnessed too was very humbling. There was an nice elderly couple in there. The lady unfortunately seemed to have some memory problems. She has asked for sandwiches. When shortly after she said she didn't want them and never ordered them. I think the elderly man she was with looked a little embarrassed. The staff were brilliant in handling that.. they just said perhaps we can pop into a takeaway box and then you might fancy it later and gave a reassuring look and smile to the man.. It was that simple act of kindness without judgement by staff that really made me smile. Kindness of others is not hard to find in Acle. Proud to have grown up here. It's lovely to have people who care about their customers in this cafe. 💜

Stopped at Scooters for lunch yesterday. We were over 100 miles from home, so our choice was mostly based on reviews here. In short: Lovely premises, cool decoration. Really lovely, friendly staff. Excellent food. I had the "Big Breakfast" and it was all perfect.

Scooters is definitely one of my favorite places to visit… especially for breakfast! The food is of a fantastic quality, well-presented and tastes fantastic. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. With a good coffee on the side, I can’t think of a better treat then enjoying breakfast here after my parkrun!

Came here for a spot of lunch on the Friday with Family as we came from London to Norfolk for a family wedding. Then on Saturday had a brekky which was delicious. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We loved the atmosphere to.

Read the reviews for this cafe and decided to have breakfast one day during our holiday. Was not disappointed. It's a lovely little cafe, very clean inside with lovely staff. The food is freshly cooked to order and very tasty. I started to eat it so quickly I forgot the photo! Absolutely gorgeous. Very popular. Go and eat there!

Visited Scooters on three separate occasions for Breakfast this summer and the food was excellent on each occasion. Service with a smile too which is becoming increasingly rare .

So I've been coming here now.for 12 months as a regular customer give or take on a weekly basis sometime 2 to 3 times a week on occasions and from day 1 WHAT AN EXPEREINCE and a half on each visit I have its great the food is just purely amazing and very well presented the service from the girls is 10 out of 10 and in general as a Hull it's a place to relax and have a laugh it's recommended in my eye as Acles leading for sure Anyone looking for food between Wednesday-Saturday drop into Scooteres take my word it's worth it happy Wednesday all

Really nice cafe, you know it’s good when it’s full of workman!! Good breakfast with VERY generous portions. Definitely worth a visit. I think they should be open 7 days a week 😉

The moment I walked in, I knew this cafe was my kind of place! Real bottles of sauce on the tables without a sachet to be seen. They’re not cheap catering sauces either, but only the best..HP, Heinz and Sarson’s vinegar. The breakfast itself is all of the highest quality. Proper butcher’s sausages, top quality bacon, home made bubble & squeak, excellent homemade chips…and so it goes on…all tip top quality. The only negative is really a positive as well. That being, this is not a place for a quick stop. You will have to wait a bit for your food to arrive, but that’s because everything is cooked fresh…and it shows. It’s not going to be the cheapest breakfast you’ll ever have either, but it is absolutely worth a couple of quid over the local average (although it probably matches Norwich city centre prices) for the sheer quality of breakfast you’ll get. It really is a case of you get what you pay for and that’s totally fair. It really is a 10/10 from me.

Very nice little cafe. The staff are welcoming and the food is great. We called in for a breakfast and were not disappointed. It’s not the cheapest food around but you definitely get what you pay for. Well worth a visit.

Stopping over night in Acle, we searched for a place for breakfast where we could take our welbehaved pooch. Scooters cafe came up and it was only 2 minutes from the travel lodge where we was stopping, There was a designated area for pooches and we put Freya’s blanket down and she was a dream. The whole experience was amazing. Immediately a bowl of water was brought over for Freya A lovely lady then came a room our order, she was very polite. Our pot of tea came and shortly after our breakfast. It was amazing, all cooked perfect. They came asked if all was ok , nothing was to much trouble. We would highly recommend this cafe, for their value for money, taste, cleanliness. Keep up the amazing work guys

This is a lovely little cafe, centrally placed in Acle (where there isn't much). Sizeable, well-priced breakfast, nice people. So why no score of 5? Chips for breakfast were a bit "firm" - probably undercooked. This shouldn't put you off, it won't me. It's unlikely to happen twice. Recommended.

Found on internet, suggested good place for breakfast. Lovely welcome, really nice inside , all scooter photos & related items, great inside, not a greasy spoon cafe but a lovely space. Friendly staff, good & varied menu. Food came out, looked great & tasted wonderful, really nice breakfast.

Nice cafe in Acle on my cycle route from Norwich to Great Yarmouth. Good mug of tea and cheesecake for a brief stop and shelter from the rain. Looks like they do a nice full English breakfast but I had to press on. Staff were friendly and thete was a steady flow of customers.

Another great place to eat in Acle. I ordered the full English and had 2 mugs of tea. The service was prompt and the food came out hot, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Scooters must use high quility sausages as they were exceptional. I recommend you try this cafe, it's great.

This is the most outstandingly warm and inviting cafe in Norfolk. There is a vibrant 50s style with pictures of famous stars riding scooters, including Elsa Martillini, Charlton Heston and Ursula Andress (the first Bond Girl) to name a few. It is a hit with visiting Scooter clubs and cycling clubs alike. This cafe is first and foremost the one and only that Norfolk Broad holidaymakers visit year after year. The food is of a high standard with many options including Gluten Free (superb homemade cakes!), Vegan and various intolerances. Nothing is too much for the hardworking staff who will work around your requirements. For example small breakfasts for children. There is a dog friendly annex to the rear where even your pooch will receive a warm welcome. I cannot recommend this cafe highly enough. To anyone passing - pop in for a hearty breakfast, hot and cold lunches, homemade cakes and fresh ground coffee by qualified Baristas!

Running a local business, i use scooters regularly! I cannot fault this place! The staff the food and the general ambience of-this place never lets me down and good value for money. I recommend this place to anyone far and wide. Please keep up the good work

Went here today on my 1st and last visit. The menu is a farce.. there are hardy any food choices, mainly breakfasts and baguettes and the prices... well.. they're absolutely extortionate, they would give Jamie Olivers restaurant prices a run for their money.. even their hot and cold drinks prices are dearer than expected. I'd certainly go elsewhere to eat.. the decor is tatty and not well planned.

Had the large breakfast, which is just about manageable. It was excellent.

We stopped for a lunch and were given some excellent food and service. Would definitely recommend this cafe if you are boating on the nearby Broads for a filling meal. Not open on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday though

Very pleased to have found Scooters! My Tuna Baguette was delicious as was the side salad. If the weather is nice the outdoor tables are a good relaxed spot to watch the world go by. Staff very friendly too! A perfect stopping off point if you're out for a bike ride. I will definitely be returning.

Great as usual, really rate this place as I never get soft yolks ever when I order poached or fried. Glad to say this place is the exception and both my eggs were lovely and soft and runny, I had ham eggs and chips, nice...

Top quality food Gorgeous on a sunny day

As a group of guys we regularly use this venue and never once were we ever disappointed with the service we received.

It's been years since I've been but I just fondly remember the food I had because it was so good. The sausage you guys do here is the best I've ever had that it's a joke constantly in my family that nothing could ever beat it.

First discovered a few years ago when we were boating on the Broads and had breakfast before heading to Stalham and the boatyards. Sadly not boating this year but after staying in Caister at the Haven site we decided to visit on our way home....

I went to this lovely Cafe for the first time over the Easter weekend. What a gem of a place! The food was lovely and the staff were extremely friendly. I wish I'd discovered it sooner.

The best saus and egg sandwich I've had in years

One of the best breakfasts around! Great produce used all freshly cooked and plenty of it. Also makes a great ice cooler. Can’t fault it highly recommend.

I love it here its so secluded and comfy inside also they are dog friendly!! and have a cute little area in the back where you can chill and have a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Its always fun to come here after feeding the ducks at over at Rollesby 10/10

Nice little cafe, food cheap and cheerful, breakfast is really good, daughter is vegetarian and they do a veggie option, the only criticism is they don’t open more days, a bit limiting but worth visiting if they are open.very friendly staff.
