Lovely little Italian very friendly

First time visitor ,nice selection of food good portions, very nice tiramisu house wine very nice too was able to bring away what we couldn't drink.waitress was very good, on the ball .If get chance would go again

Really enjoyable meal. Nice, varied menu with a good selection of starters and mains all at very reasonable prices. Gorgeous bottle of Puglian red wine, comfortable seating with plenty room and attentive but not bothersome service. Recommended and we will certainly return.

Came for my birthday with the family. Upon arrival, asked to put the baby's pram in the entry way, while he was fast asleep in there. No issue, did so accordingly and managed to get baby back to sleep at the table. However another family came in 10 minutes later and no discussion with them literally waved through with pram into the restaurant...boggling. Food was lovely, true authentic italian. Unfortunately, found a hair in my wife's drink. Service was acceptable, one sever had the face of a bulldog chewing a wasp the whole time. Noticed a wasps nest outside near the guttering above the front door and windows. Haven't left the best impression given their selectiveness with babies/children at the very start of the evening. Children's menu is limited in choice, could do with a bit more variety - portion sizes for kids were great. For adults, phenomenal food. Doesn't give the best family vibe simply due to the limitation on kids menu. If I was coming here with friends for an evening, would be absolutely spot on. Date night would be great. Just didn't feel great for family.

Great place with delicious food and unique interior. We went for dinner with children, on the begging we were welcomed and sat at our table. Knowledgable staff was able to advise us on some ingredients. We had some pizza, prawn pasta and best of all mule-one of the best I ever eat. We were impressed with a nice unique interior very well planed and making you felling very well and comfortable. High recommend that Italian gem in Rzeszow. I will definitely come back here when I am next time in town.

Visited about four times now and always consistently excellent. Very welcoming and good customer service. A special mention to Katie and Mia, who were serving on our last visit and were very good. They unfortunately had to deal with a disgruntled man who had clearly been at the races all day and was quite rude, but they were very patient and professional. They were quite shaken by the mans rude behavior, but continued on with a smile for everyone else after he had gone. Well done. Excellent food and a great dining experience.

Lovely selection and both dishes we had - lasagna and an aubergine pasta dish - were hot, tasty and filling.

Very nice friendly restaurant. The food was plentiful and tasty all at a reasonable price. We were there early on a Friday evening so there wasn't much atmosphere but really enjoyed it.

Food and service very good; staff friendly, prices reasonable. My only issue is that, as it's a smallish, low-ceilinged room it is very, very noisy in there at peak times! You can barely hear someone across the table - so everyone shouts even louder. Not a place to go if you want quiet conversation.

From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted by the friendly staff and escorted to your table. They take your coats and you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy your evening. The staff took our drinks order, gave us the menu's and we were left at our leisure to peruse the menu. We shared a cheese and tomato garlic bread to start. In hindsight we should have forgone this so we could have a dessert. Lesson learnt for next time. Saying that, it was very tasty and red hot. The better half had lasagne, I had tagliatelle with polpetti and tomato sauce, we also shared some courgette fries. Everything was piping hot and very, very tasty. We will have to return so we can sample the tiramisu. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service, ambience and the staff. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. Thank you 😊

Although living in the area it was our first visit to Sapori De Napoli, so we booked midweek. The welcome and overall service was very good. I had Calamari as a starter and my wife had Melanzane, both were excellent as were the mains. Overall an excellent experience.

Authentic Italian food in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Had a lovely meal, everything was very tasty but sadly the service wasn't up to scratch. Employing young people with no apparent experience or training will only ever lead to issues.

All I can say is it just average .

Popped in on off chance and was not disappointed. Restaurant was not too busy but had enough in there, on a Tuesday! Ordered starter and a mains, was not expecting the garlic bread appetiser. The meal was superb, the flavours were brilliant. Had nothing but admiration for the chef and the staff. The night was finished off with a very nice limoncello. I would highly recommend this restaurant, the homemade meatballs were delicious.

We've lived in the local area for years but this was our first visit. What a fantastic place to eat, the staff were welcoming and attentive, the food was excellent there was no rush to finish unlike some places we've eaten before. It was very busy and the chef came out to mingle and talk to everyone which was really good, it's not something you experience very often. If you like small and personal dining this is a place to try we were so impressed by the experience we booked the entire restaraunt for an upcoming family event.

I had the lasagne and garlic bread with mozerella, both were exceptionally tasty!. Also I had it as takeout and the food was piping hot and the staff are super friendly. Will definitely be back again.

Food was fine.But they have a lot of young staff who they seem to be training. Be a lot better if they didn't do this on a Saturday night. Don't train them all at once.I like to be asked if my meal was OK.But not 3 times on my starter and 3 times on my main course. Not much beer selection for a small bottle beer expensive.

Just dropped in on our way home. They found us a table even though it was a Friday night. The food and service was excellent, would recommend it to anybody visiting the area BRILLIANT AND DELICIOUS!!!

We dropped in when attending a wedding close by, what an absolute gem! Very warm greeting, so off to a great start, we had starters, mains of Resotto and a Calzone pizza, then one of the nicest Tiramisu I’ve ever tasted! Service was excellent and it’s a shame that I couldn’t partake of ‘a little digestor’ on the way out! Fantastico!

5 stars all round, couldn't fault anything. Menu offered a variety of meals which were a little different from the standard fayre offered by other Italian restaurants. Thought the prices were a little lower than elsewhere. Free car parking close by, so don't have to worry about time. Would definitely recommend but bear in mind it's not a big restaurant so would advise pre booking.

After reading TA reports decided to try this restaurant on our recent visit to York. Food, Service Atmosphere all absolutely FANTASTIC. What a great place to eat, The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the food freshly cooked to order was divine. So good, we booked for a second visit the following night ,not disappointed a really great experience. We tried the lobster pasta parcels !!!!!!! a must if you like lobster. Great value for money, you can eat cheaply or splash out, wine very reasonably priced and good. Will re visit if in the area again . Thankyou Sapori di Napoli.

Lovely little family restaurant. Great atmosphere and authentic Italian food, whether you want a Pizza (or calzone) or an excellent risotto or pasta dish, seafood, steak or great traditional Italian mains. Some lovely appetisers and starters - the choice may not be huge, but there's something for everyone. The service is great, with the owner taking a personal interest and catching up with the diners. They were great with my kids. Great humour and engagement. It feels like you're in a little piece of Italy. Its a small family restaurant with lots of warmth and atmosphere. The food is very good. the wines are well chosen and enjoyable. You can have a peroni. a moretti or an alcohol-free bud. Its not a bar full of beer pumps, because its not that kind of place. its a genuine Italian family, putting on great foodc in a small cosy welcoming restaurant, with a wonderful atmosphere. its also very reasonable.

Food was good, staff very friendly, but the service was slow, 1 main meal was forgotten & so were our complimentary liqueurs! Nice atmosphere tho.

Lovely evening at Sapori. I can highly recommend the Agnolotti and courgette fritters. The house white is very decent and the welcome is warm. Good to be out and about a bit more at last.

Walked in off the street (after finding nearly everywhere else closed or dead in Tadcaster) and couldn’t have received a warmer welcome! Really friendly staff, a little chaotic (they got the orders a little wrong but who cares ? it’s an Italian!) lovely traditional food, generous portions and all reasonably priced. All other customers having a good meal too. Just what we were looking for and we’ll be back!

Wonderful food. Great atmosphere. Even prepared my wife a dish not on the menu with out us even asking. Couldn’t ask for a better evening at the end of a very long and tiring day.

Me and my family (8 people) visited this evening the staff were so friendly, and the food was incredible. My son enjoyed the banter with the owners, this was really nice to see. I will definitely be going back there. Thank you guys for a lovely evening

Tried this little Italian for the first time when the latest lockdown ended. Great food at incredibly reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good. The pizzas were as good as I’ve had in this country for a while. If you live in the area give this place a try!

From my brief visit to Tadcaster this seems like perhaps the only good place to eat in town. It was perfect, small Italian restaurant with Italian friends as the owner and chef. Food very good, good atmosphere, service and friendly staff. Glad I found it.

Visited last night and the food was excellent (I had the calamari starter and calzone), service outstanding and a beautiful venue. Will definitely return.

To be honest it was a bit disappointing. Was looking forward to high quality food but it all lacked something. My partners lasagne didn't appear to have any mince in it, just a strange paste and her mushrooms in garlic sauce came without bread. My calamari was delicious but the meatballs lacking.

Lovely little Italian place which I rang on the off chance - the staff are so friendly and genuine and the owner even personally said Thankyou. Really good CoVid procedures in place. The food was simply delicious. Really fresh and authentic. My young children loved it too. Perfect!

Just doing takeaways at the moment. Still a good varied menu. Our choices (7 meals) where ready for us to collect on time and the food was delicious as always.

Visited yesterday evening with our daughter and grandson and the whole experience was wonderful, fantastic service, beautiful food, very good price for the quality of food. Definitely will be back , a lovely restaurant.

Hi the restaurant inside was very small, lacks atmosphere. Staff however were very pleasant and attentive and very good with children. The let down was the food, my husband and I both had calamari to start, it did not appear fresh and seemed cooked from frozen. We both ordered lasagna for main our lasagna was smaller than the children’s pasta portion. We ended up paying £87.00 for two courses and two children’s meals. We normally go to the Italian in garforth or gino’s but thought we would try somewhere different, I thought the meal was very over priced for what we ordered and we have had had much better italian meals else where. We will not be returning.

A fantastic meal. All home cooked and beautifully presented. The service was superb. Attentive without being pushy or in your face all the time. I would highly recommend it.

So we fancied a local meal and I wanted italian. We normally go to Ginos at the Springs, or Picolino in Collingham but decided on advice to try Sapori.Booked a table earlier that day for 7pm (Saturday).Think we did well to get a table as it was fully booked when we got there. A small restaurant made from what was once a house in a terrace. We sat at table 9 although it read 6 on table lol.A little cramped in an alcove but nice enough.The host is a fantastic character full of beans and a nice addition to what in truth is a slightly tired 80s Italian restaurant.The decor is pretty bland but i guess has that charm that imagine going off the beaten track in Naples and you found a place that's just full of local Italians and a no frills place.Service is good if not excellent to be fair. The waiting staff are a couple of young kids trying their best but have no confidence in what they do but are professional and confidence comes with age and experience - keep going!Food was delivered piping hot (although small tip - warm the plates up too) and quickly.Lovely pasta. My wife is gluten intolerant and they made it clear on menu this was no problem and her dish was just as lovely as mine.Food was great although we missed out on the famous Tiramasu as they had ran out but nobody had told the front of house and we waited maybe 20 mins to be told. Nobody front of house or kitchen knew what that famous italian drink Aperol Spritz was. They tried and was ok but we found it a tad odd nobody knew what this was???A baileys coffee came out with a coffee and a baileys in a glass? and no milk. Weird!Overall a good experience, great food and ok drinks.Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

We visted early before we went on to York barbican. The food was brilliant the service was amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful A great start to a brilliant night out.

Found this restaurant by chance - one of those "so glad we did" occasions.The staff were very welcoming and helpful right from the start. The food was superb - we enjoyed great pizza and risotto with fresh salad. We were last in but the staff were unhurried and just wanted us to enjoy the food and the evening at our leisure. It's tucked out of the way from the main street but well worth finding. Beautiful Italian food with warm Italian service.

Lovely meal with for second date, food was good and such big portions that I was full by the pudding course. The food was very tasty and cooked well and the owner charming and friendly. A really lovely clean restaurant and it is a good half-way point for us both. We will be back just not necessarily together!
