Sensational food and excellent service. We had a mixed starter with different chat bombs which were all really tasty. For main we had the masala dosa - this was the first time we tried a dosa and it didn't disappoint! We also had the chargrilled aubergine curry with a vegan peshwari naan. We both agree that it is one of the tastiest curries we have ever had, and the peshwari naan was a real treat as neither of us have had a peshwari naan since going vegan. Very friendly staff, our waitress helped us with recommendations off the menu because there is just so much choice. We chose the above based on her recommendations and it did not disappoint! Highly recommended.

I tried this place just to see how it was. I'm not vegetarian but sometimes I don't want to eat meat. I was surprised how busy the place was - even on a wet Tuesday. The food - fantastic and service to match. Try it!

We are regular customers and the food is always lovely and tasty but yesterday the chef excelled him or herself. The waitresses were friendly and helpful and we had such a lovely time. Thankyou.

Sanskruti consistently provides absolutely delicious food - I live in Liverpool and any friends or family visiting always ask to go to Sanskruti. The service is friendly and quick, but we didn't feel at all rushed. Highly recommended!

Loved the food. If your vegetarian or vegan this is the place to go. You have to book ahead and leave by a certain time. There's on street parking nearby that's free after 6pm.

We booked table for 7:30 and we reached at 7:15 we were welcoming by one guy and seems like he was so rude to us and after that one girl came to take the order bt also her way to took order is so rude as well then we order our starters and drinks. Starter was really good bt we ordered dal makhni and dosa. Dal makhni has no test and the price for dal makhni is high. I really recommend for starters bt not for mains !!

We visited Sanskruti for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. We're not vegetarians, but thoroughly enjoyed all our selected dishes, and didn't miss the meat at all. The mixed street food platter to start was particularly impressive, with amazing flavours and textures. We've already recommended it to all our friends.

Very delicious vegan meal, we had the thali, a bindhi dish and chili-tofu. Vegan mango lassi was soo good!

The food quality was not up to the standards to be honest especially in line with the prices. We ordered Fulka rotis. the rotis served were clearly not freshly made. Either it was left over from previous day or may be made in the morning and were served in the night. The tarka daal was awful. It was not tarka daal at all. It was more like chana daal. I really had high hopes looking at the existing reviews but we were highly disappointed with food quality and taste.

The best vegan Indian food ever! We love it here, it never fails and always provides the best service and food :)

Overconfident and the beginning of a fall They have become greedy in fame and have cut down portion sizes significantly some basic dishes are £8 for three pieces of paneer !!! Seriously think twice before you visit order here … !!

Really lovely gem of a restaurant. Lovely to see a restaurant that caters for vegans and vegetarians and offers a good amount of choice. Service was lovely, waiters kindly allowed us to move tables to allow us maximum comfort. Waiters explained everything on the menu and were very attentive and friendly. Lovely vibe. What a hidden gem just outside of L1. This is the best Indian restaurant I've dined in to date, staff are very friendly and attentive and helped us choose our food from recommendations, the food itself was stunning and very generous in size and extremely good value. Sanskruti proves that you don't have to have meat in a meal for it to be a good meal. The restaurant itself is quiet and decorated lovely. This is my new go to place for Indian food now, I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. Edit: Went here for my 30th and had a great time introducing friends to my go to and only Indian restaurant and the beautiful food they cook every time I've been. I love it here

First time here, won't be the last. I am not a vegetarian, but could happily eat this food on a regular basis. One of our party is a serious carnivore, and he was impressed, saying we will have to come back again. Overall, a great experience.

Came for valentine's dinner. Excellent food as always. Kind and friendly wait staff. The atmosphere was just what we wanted for a romantic dinner.

We had reserved a table but one was not specifically reserved for us..it wasn't busy so not an issue. I found the starter too hot with chillies..perhaps a rating would be helpful. The vegan mango lassi was awesome, the mushroom dosa fab and amazing that I could have BROWN rice. First time ever for me as a vegan eating out for over 30 years! The music was great, pricing fair and would return again :)

What a lovely meal - so nice to have so much choice of vegetarian food, rather than is being an afterthought and adjusted to be meat free. Staff were amazing and friendly, and did a slice of cake and sparkler for my son’s birthday.

Wonderful: up there with the best Indian restaurants where I have eaten: Tawa Kitchen (Cambridge) and Sanmini (Ramsbottom). We ate the Thali - a great selection.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment, after checking out the good reviews I decided to visit this place in Liverpool. I welcomed to single table and placed my order, I had a meal and a drink which was awesome and I wanted to try more but I was asked to leave and made aware there is a reservation in 5 minutes. I respect the reservation point but quite a number of tables were available at the same time. Firstly, There was no reservation plate on my table, Secondly, why no one told me in advance about the reservation and offered me different table. I felt terrible and left

As usual, we really enjoyed our food! The staff were very friendly and attentive . But it was very cold, we ate dinner with our coats on

My husband is a creature of habit wrt curry. Likes prawns. Had to be persuaded to eat vegetarian curry. What a revelation. Fantastic experience. Fab food. Great service. Lovely atmosphere. Very reasonably priced. We will be visiting again.

Highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family. The food is amazing. We ordered Patra, Pani Puri as starters, and Aloo Gobi , Paneer Mailai Kofta as mains.

We got a delivery, wouldn’t recommend. It was slightly overpriced but we thought it would be worth it. Disappointing when it arrived, small portions (£4 for soggy crinkle cut chips) and was all cold, we had to reheat everything! It all tasted good apart from the soya tikka which was chewy and overcooked. Due to this it was overall quite a disappointment considering the high price and the very long wait for delivery! Think it would be better to eat in.

I recently ordered online, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The delivery was delayed by one and a half hours, and the food arrived cold, making it inedible. When I inquired about the delay, the customer service was rude, stating it was busy due to it being a Friday. While the food quality is good in the restaurant, I suggest caution with delivery orders due to these issues. It might be better to enjoy their delicious offerings in-house.

We've enjoyed going here over several years now and it never fails. It doesn't matter what we have it is always great food, but I'd like to highlight the Sharing Chat Platter we had as our starter. Lovely. Staff are always friendly and helpful if you need some guidance. Until next time.

Fabulous and delicious food. Service was also really good. Only slight negative was the temperature in the restaurant as it was a bit cold but to be fair it was a very cold evening.

The best Indian restaurant experience I’ve had in a while. Proper Punjabi samosa, all the breads are vegan, and a choice of vegan deserts. Delicious and plentiful. The staff are welcoming, be sure to book to get a table. The brownie comes on a sizzler dish with hot chocolate sauce contrasting the cold ice cream, a real treat for a vegan where proper deserts are a real rarity, thank you for doing it right.

We have in the past had an excellent meal in this restaurant and so, because of the Covid restrictions, decided to try their take away service to it four in the city centre. The meal was superb. We were tasting different tastes throughout the experience - everything seemed freshly made and not bought in - even the popadoms. And, BTW, the each of the selection of ‘pickles’ to go with the popadoms was an experience, and quite clearly not the boring old Indian mass produced varieties - don’t miss them. The breads were fresh and went with the rest of the food wonderfully. For a reasonably priced vegetarian experience, you could not do better. HAVING SAID THAT The restaurant in the middle of winter was cold because of the huge freezing draughty from the door which followed us wherever we changed tables. Suggest you shut the outer door in wintry times as this is the second time we were caught by the cold. The tiny fan heater by the door does not warm the draughts. These seem to be caused by an ultra-strong extra-fans in the kitchen which then suck in the arctic weather. Jim Murray

First time trying Saskruti and was pleasantly surprised. I'll be totally honest, I had no idea what I was ordering, but the staff explained what each dish was. The flavours of what we had was amazing. Everything complimented each other. Will be back soon to try different items off the menu!

Visited with a big group of 12 people. Was not disappointed. The jackfruit curry was unexpectedly delicious. Ordered chaat platter and Grill platter amongst other things including family naan. Evryone was happy with the food and service. Considering the location the pricing was on point, didn't feel like we were robbed off a big sum.

Good food, worth visiting if you're in the area!

We went with some passionate meat eaters, who were initially devastated with the menu. When the food started to arrive, their opinions changed, and they professed that the aromatic combinations were clever, subtle and thought provoking. Sanskruti won over even the most annoying of our meat-eating associates.

Everything was delicious, service was great and the staff are lovely. Will definitely come back again!
