Avoid this place. Bad food, awful staff and lack of management. Staff too busy on there phones to respond to customers avoid this place it’s disgusting !!

Popped into Sahara Lounge on a Sunday afternoon. First time visiting the restaurant. Friendly and warm welcome, the hosting staff were great. The food was fast and tasty. Great job guys.

I placed an order at 19:42 and the food got delivered at 9:00. That's over an hour for delivery which not acceptable.

So I’ve been coming to Sahara for a while now but Amira as a waitress is absolutely exceptional. She made us feel so welcome and at home.

Good old place been here in Stanmore for ever. Great after a night out open really late and serves a full menu. Shisha also available with many flavours. This place is a local favourite, many travel far and wide as the shisha lounges are always packed up.

I've been going to Sahara Lounge for over 10 years! I went again today and It's great to see that they've been so good for so long! Great customer and great food!

It was my first time visiting with a friend today, after many recommended and we were super impressed! 👌 We were greeted with a big smile from the lovely manager Reem and the staff. The starter and main dishes are generous in portions and the food is really tasty. Especially the sharwama lamb and chicken wrap. They do a mixed wrap which I had and enjoyed.

We organised a Christmas party at the private dinning venue at Sahara Lounge. The manager Ellie was incredibly supportive, his team went above and beyond to make sure that we had a festive experience. We were greeted with our own company welcome signage. The attention to detail was clearly evident. The food was synchronised and everybody received food at the same time. The mixed grill platters melted in our mouths. The starters were mouth watering and the desserts surprised us all. Everything Ellie and the team touch turns to gold in this venue. The evening was an absolute dream. Thank you to team Sahara for the best Christmas party ever.

Normally a decent place- however on my last visit I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable when I said I did not want any shisha. The waiter openly showed his frustration and had a go at the poor security guy who did nothing wrong openly in front of everyone just after I ordered some food and when saying no thank you to shisha for the second time. He then walked off in a huff , returned in a mood and said to me I will need to sit inside . I have eaten many times here outside before and have seen loads of people eat outside too. I had to cancel the order and walked out. I went down the road to Diaar to eat instead where I received much better service. I will not be returning here unfortunately. completely put me off!

Amazing place. We always go there for lunch with colleagues, they have an amazing deal as a lunch express. We also visit in the evenings for shisha. Always great service and great food. The lovely lady called Reem , shes an amazing lady always makes sure our orders are right and we are satisfied. Highly recommended..

I live in the area and never thought of having food at the Sahara Lounge as you see in the front people smoking shisha. My friend suggested this place amazing food and friendly staff. Don't be put off of people chilling out with shisha in front. Place is amazing and food is amazing I am going to bring my family here to eat at the weekend.

We couldn't choose a better place to celebrate my daughters birthday .The food is excellent, and there are plenty of choices .I want to say a big thank you to all the team that made our evening wonderful. Very nice place ,good shisha and excellent food

Came in early on Saturday evening, indoor area was quiet. There were only x3 people seated by one of the tables. We ordered the food promptly and had to wait around 40 mins for food to be served which felt too long to wait considering that the place was quiet. Food was very average (we had chicken shawarma and lamb shank). Lamb shank was served with rice and plain steamed but undercooked broccoli and carrot. Chicken shawarma came with rice and salad (mostly lettuce and a few small pieces of tomato). Overall food lacked flavour. It’s not worth it for the price, will not be coming back.

Another lovely evening spent in Sahara Lounge with friends and family. We had the pleasure to be served by Misha, very professional, knowledgeable and highly attended with the customer needs. She created for us a wonderful atmosphere and make us feel amazing and looking forward to come back and have the same service. The food was delicious, everything that we had it was amazing and we had a wonderful time and cannot wait to come back. Thank you. 🙏

Decent quality food. However, the size of the portions, especially of the mixed grill, were so small it's shameful. Wouldn't recommend getting food from here if you're hungry.

Food is amazing reasonably priced. We went for dinner and we were not disappointed also I came with kheni. But one of your staff member I asked her for food but she didn’t speak to me properly so I am not happy that she works upstairs. She is so rude with us another staff is very good and friendly with us but I don’t know about her.

By far the best Shisha Lounge in Stanmore and surrounding areas (I've been to them all). The vibes are always good, staff are always friendly and the service is always great. They don't serve alcohol - But you can bring your own (at No extra cost). You just can't go wrong considering this place as an option.

Sahara Lounge in Stanmore is a hookah lounge and restaurant specializing in Middle Eastern cuisine. Customers enjoy the cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, extensive shisha menu, and delicious food. However, some note that it can get crowded and expensive. Overall, it's a highly rated spot to relax and enjoy a shisha with friends.

It was a birthday celebration for my dental colleague. It was an absolutely delightful evening, the food was excellent and the entire occasion was blessed by MISHA. I booked the table with her, two days before, and she served us throughout the evening with efficiency and total attention. MISHA made the evening a complete success for all of us and was the principal reason that it proved unforgettable.

Been a regular for over a decade. Best and most legit shisha. Most importantly fairly priced at £17 for Al Fakher or £16 if you use your own hose. There are around 5 places in Edgware that charge £25 upwards for Al Fakher and more in Harrow, but the shisha doesn't match the quality of Sahara Lounge. Prices go up if you get Starbuzz or any of the other brands but I have always only had Al Fakher for £17. Shisha lasts at least 90 minutes, but you can get a re-head for around £7 I believe. Friendly staff that treat you with respect. Good food options for vegetarians and deals at lunchtime. Yes it can get busy and packed, but just come at a quieter time i.e. 4pm - 7pm on weekdays. Remember it is a smaller place downstairs. Upstairs has its own prices which are a few £ higher, but I don't see a need to sit there. Thanks to Rami especially, I have known him from other lounges and he is very attentive and friendly. All staff are. 5*

Food was good, however portion sizes were a bit on the smaller side. Shisha was average. Outdoor shisha area was well heated. Service was good, with food out quickly, coals being replaced regularly and tables cleared promptly. Overall above average compared to other shisha restaurants, falls short when comparing to other establishments that solely focus on food of that cuisine (and not shisha).

Come here quite often, it's a nice place with good food and drinks, open till late which is great. Can be quite squashed with seating but they do try and accommodate you. Can be quite loud with the other regulars playing cards and shouting. Upstairs is nice too but they charge more and expect you to pay service charge which is optional.

Celebrated my wife's 40th Birthday at Sahara Lounge this weekend and couldn't be happier with the evening. All of my guests enjoyed the food and the management and staff were great in accommodating us. If you need a venue for a large group, I would definitely recommend Sahara Lounge.

This review is for their food, which is great. I am a regular via deliveroo and the food is consistently good. The shewarma is hit and miss but the shish Taouk and falafel are especially good.

Sahara Lounge is a great place to go for shisha/food late night. They're open til late and serve amazing food. Went there last week after a night out and they served up some good food and it was quite busy in there as well which was great. Service is always on point and staff are always real accommodating. They don't serve alcohol so just be mindful of that if you go. Have smoked shisha in the past but not a shisha smoker anymore so can't comment on what their shisha is like. From what I remembered they used to have good shisha. Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to chill and hang out or even after a night out.

It's okay, but not that much fascinating

Lovely people who work here! I came across the Shisha bar early hours of the morning an extremely long way from home and with no hesitance they booked me a cab home. Without them I would’ve really struggled to get there. Most grateful to them.

We went for a Wedding Anniversary, the food is excellent.. As a vegan I could it. and they were very helpful and help me on my food choice. Big space to dance, Big tables and very comfortable seating. The staff were kind and sociable. I recommend this place.

Rice wasn't served with prawns as per the menu on justeat

Amazing food , great options for vegetarian ranging from their falafels humous and baba ganoush, to their mains batata hara and yellow rice with fatuous salad. The service is impeccable and speedy you will not be disappointed. Good options for drinks but upset that they didn't have ginger ale. Carrot juice was yummy and they give you free baclava treats at the end !! Normally the falafels from other places upset my tummy, but not here !

Food was delicious. Deliveroo let us down and we cancelled our order after an hour. We called the restaurant to say we would collect, but they kindly said they would deliver. And they recooked our order. Thank you for a fab meal and for coming out on such an icy night.

Outside seating area is nice and has a traditional feel to it. Food isnt bad either. Stick to arabic tea, not place for cappuccino, late etc.

Brilliant venue. Their food was amazing. Highly recommend their shawarma dishes. The staff service was brilliant, but I assume it would be as the restaurant was not busy at all. They do not serve any alcohol and charge corkage fee £3.50 per person so be aware incase you bring your own drinks. Will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant, amazing experience and very tasty food. We have been served by Misha, very experienced and professional waitress. She really take care of our table, as we been 6 people and received an amazing service. Thank you Misha and like always compliments to the chef.

Great place for socialising. Been going here for years, it is open till late, food is good and at reasonable prices. Seating available in outdoor balcony or inside. Separate resturant menu on top floor. Lunch time meal deals available for quick bytes. Staff are friendly.
