Always great food from Royal Pizza and very generous portions too.

Was unhappy to begin but have to say the special kebab is amazing very fresh. Lovely quality and quantity . Definitely need to add a curry sauce to it. Absolutely delicious

this food is absolutely disgraceful, 25 pound spent limit, and 5 pound for delivery for absolutely tiny portions and it was disgusting

kebab was cold and tough.. chips over cooked. not good. pizza was good.

Everything wa still hot/warm when arrived. Had the Peckish box (7" pizza, chips, Donner and Chicken kebab meat) and chocolate fudge cake. The chicken kebab meat was exceptionally tasty! Proper chicken and delicious"burnt bits". Cake was very chocolatey. Can't wait to order again.

Food was delivered incredibly fast - within 15 minutes of ordering. This in no way compromised the quality as the food was still delicious as ever!

We have been a regular here since it’s been Royal pizza. This is the second time now that we have ordered and been disappointed with our kebabs. This used to be the best kebab shop around but sadly we won’t be ordering again . The shish kebabs have shrunk in size, the chicken is now tasteless , burnt and Watery, not sure why but the seasoning is awful on them and they are watery and the Royal special sauce which used to be the best is completely different and runny and just about palatable . If I didn’t know better I would think this shop has changed management. So very disappointed ☹️ we have to look elsewhere for a new favourite now.

Been a regular, always leave honest good reviews but my last two kebab meals I’ve had have been awful. Not going into details but I can’t waste money on this kinda service.

Order regular for takeaway and haven’t had a bad meal. Ordered various things from menu and the family and I have always been happy and satisfied with food - from pizzas, burgers, kebab and chips and chicken Always hot when delivered and good service

Lovely food delivery well within the time and really hot. When an item was no longer in stock, the restaurant called straight away and offered another item as a substitute. Very friendly staff and delivery driver. Will definitely order again.

Quality has gone downhill. Burned and sloppy, won’t be ordering here again.

It was hot and was okay the tomato could have been chopped more rather than just slices on tbe pizza and the toppings kept falling off but besides that perfectly Plesent and nice

"Best wrap I have ever tasted" according to my brother.

Advertise a seafood pizza with anchovies, especially ordered for this reason, turned up no anchovies. Out of stock but sent it anyway without a phonecall asking if I still wanted it which would have been NO.

I only ever use ROYAL PIZZA as the food is always great.. however, this evening, the food was luke warm and the chips had 'sweated'.. I know RP make the food fresh and so I can only put the cause to the delivery. It was either late being picked up (so RP should have checked the order) or the driver was slow/multiple deliveries. This won't stop me ordering again, however, a 2nd time and I would have to change outlet ... 🤔😔

Paid for extra for mushrooms on my pizza got 1 bit of mushroom pizza was cold and asked for driver to ring when outside and they rung door bell why let us write a note of you don’t follow it

Very disappointed because you sent the wrong size pizza. We ordered 2 medium 12” pizzas and you sent the small 10” pizzas instead. I can only hazard a guess that this was because we had a sizeable discount due to the stamp collection. Yes we are regular customers and your food is delicious, probably the best in Neath. Unfortunately we will not be ordering from here again because I believe it was a deliberate ploy as to counter the discount by sending a smaller pizza. Very bad service and you should be ashamed of your actions!

Piping hot on delivery. Super tasty kebab, not shy on the meat. One of the best pizzas around town, plenty of cheese and toppings, full of flavour.

We 1st tried Calzone 30 years ago and now always ordered it if on menu. We are well traveled and tasted a lot of different calzone. We have never tried the Royal before, hand on heart it has been the best taste experience we have ever had! Royal - Yes Calzone fit for a King 👑 👏👏👏

Absolutely disgusting!!! I had the ‘creamy cheese pasta’ the sauce was double cream and no cheese at all. If I could upload photos I would🤢avoid at all costs !!! Basically milk and pasta

I have never had a pizza as fresh as the pizza i had tonight. The owner works had to to keep his customers happy. Shame about the chips. Very dry. Reheated.

Best kebab shop order I’ve had in Neath. Everything actually came freshly cooked and the nachos were better than the likes of Dominoes

Food was lovely. The 2 L kebabs were expensive for what they were. I would say they were a M not a L but they were very tasty.

When ordering a 12" pizza for myself, I usually leave a few slices for lunch the following day. This pizza caused problems, not only do I have a very full belly, I also have to work out what to have for lunch tomorrow. On the plus side, I've found my new pizza place.

Meal was good but cheesecake was either stale or frozen. Not good.

Food was delicious and hot on arrival. Driver was very friendly and apologised for the food being a little late (every other time I've ordered from here, food has arrived on time)

Normally lovely food from here. We order the same on a regular basis however tonight’s food was a huge letdown. The chicken Shish was in small dried overcooked pieces of chicken. We were very disappointed especially as we are regulars and previously have had lovely food. We hope this is a one off.
