Excellent place to catch a meal before show at Kings. Server Ivan was attentive and had an eye to get us to concert on time. Lovely outdoor seating by canal.

Reem was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much for the incredible service and just making the entire experience that much more enjoyable. She is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. Honestly absolutely amazing. We arrived at 11am for a bottomless brunch for my friends hen do and our server, Reem, was brilliant! Attentive, personable, respectful, professional... Just 10/10 service. I would 100% recommend anyone to come here, the atmosphere is lovely, absolutely beautiful right by the riverside. Food was stunning, most of us ordered steaks which were beautifully cooked and the attentiveness to topping up with drinks was second to none. We were all so happy with how our experience was and would come back anytime we're in London!

Ten friends hired the private dining space. Shared starters, mains and desserts were excellent with plenty of variety and more than enough food. Pre drinks and service throughout was excellent. Never cheap for a crowd but great place for a private meal. Thoroughly recommend it.

Sunday roast was 10/10. Uche was the best waiter and did not disappoint! I recommended the bottomless drinks. Atmos was electric.!

We went here on a whim wile wandering on a Saturday afternoon as we liked the look of the place. Had a couple of drinks outside by the canal and enjoyed it so much we booked dinner for the evening. The evening dinner was so great, amazing chateaubriand! It was my birthday celebration plus St Patrick’s weekend so we also enjoyed the Irish Band playing in the corner. The service from all the staff was fantastic and made the visit very memorable. Special recognition to Nassira, Ivan and Reem but all the team were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

I had a ribeye medium to rare... It was cooked to perfection and every morsel so full of flavour. The best steak I have had for some time. Can't fault the service: I ordered olives while I wait for the main. They were brought with the main but before I could say anything, the gentleman serving me apologised and said I won't be charged for the olives since they were not brought as I had requested. I was very impressed. Very friendly staff all round. Shame I'm only visiting London, or I would be a regular!!

Brilliant and friendly staff, who were attentive and fun. Lovely surroundings to enjoy catching up with friends and family over a bottomless brunch. The only minor criticism is the steak frites was a little tough. However, this was not enough of an issue to deduct a star. I’m sure we will be back!

We came here for Sunday lunch and to celebrate my husband's birthday. We both chose the roast lamb and took advantage of the unlimited wine on offer. Our meals were simply delicious and we had a great time. Must also mention and thank our waitress Reem who was very informative and attentive the whole time and made our experience even better. We will be back.

We came for a dinner with close friends and we loved the atmosphere. The Rib eye steak was juicy and tender, my favourite of the night and the drinks were great! Special thanks to Mark who looked after us, he was very attentive and his suggestions were on point. We will definitely come back soon. Thank you Mark for a great service.

Really good food and really good service. This was our first time and we weren't sure what to expect. But, wow! It was so good. We had the pre-concert menu. Short with good choices. What more could you ask for?

A pre concert meal at the Rotunda for myself and my son. Both our main courses were delicious, Trout and Lamb. Nicely presented and and accompanied by our waiter's Ivan's suggestion for wines. Followed by our sweet course of Mango Posset and Expresso Martini Choc Pot. Staff, especially Ivan, very attentive and we ate in good time to get to our show. Many thanks, hope we can come again.

Scrumptious food, very minty mint tea, but the highlight was undoubtedly our inexperienced but thoughtful waiter Ivan.

Looking for an affordable, beautiful, entertaining brunch? Look no further. We have been here twice. Stunning setting, elegant interior, excellent food, wonderful service. All the staff are incredibly accommodating, Reem looked after us spectacularly on both occasions. Made the day for us all both times, would definitely come back and enjoy.

What a stunning place this is. We had spent the weekend in London to do some shopping and sightseeing as well as seeing our son who is one of The Pink Singers who had a sellout concert at Cadogan Hall on the Saturday night. Robin met us near to his canal boat mooring - just around the corner from the Rotunda building - and he treated us to a delicious 2 course Sunday lunch washed down with a nice bottle of Merlot Service was excellent and the food was delicious Thank you

Our first visit and I very much doubt that it will be our last being not only just a few steps and a lift from the concert hall but also offering excellent food and wine in a vibrant setting with very helpful staff. Went for the theatre menu because it made the choice easier and we were not disappointed at any stage - my beef being particularly flavoursome and just falling off the bone. I can also personally vouch for the pear and frangipane tart which melted in the mouth. Extensive wine list with some unusual elements. All around, a very good experience!

Been there for brunch. Nice atmosphere, deli food and great service made this place outstanding. On top of terrace is cool and location at canal side is great.

The food was OK. The waiters friendly enough. Managers have an attitude and made us feel like we were not worthy to be there. No very good atmosphere I would not return..

Lovely roast dinner and bottomless drinks. Really good deal, paid £45 each for a roast & bottomless wine for 1.5 hrs. The wine was lovely and staff were very attentive at keeping us topped up on our drinks. Roast was also very tasty and filling (a very decent size portion)! Would like to return to try there normal food.

Visited today after a long day at a conference and we were serviced by the lovely Reem, who was not only lovely, attentive but went out of the way to ensure our needs were met and we had a good time. Thanks Reem - wishing you nothing but the best 🙏🏽

I'm hoping the staff of this restaurant read this. I booked for dinner last Saturday and we didn't turn up. The reason was I searched online for the Rotunda, Glasgow and found your website, not realising it was a different Rotunda. So we went to the Glasgow Rotunda and its closed down. Sorry we broke the booking, but it wasn't intentional. I appreciate you have a business to run and would never just not turn up for a booking.

Food, fantastic value, they really do present very tasty dishes extremely well. Service can be a bit slow, especially clearing a table between courses. Staff are always helpful & happy to provide service. Atmosphere, fantastic outside seating area, absolutely great variety of cumfee seating but... the doors to the patio area make the whole place rattle when they slam, made me jump a few times. I keep coming back to bring friends I can normally walk in at the weekend. Overall fabulous.

Martin's Birthday lunch in the private dining suite, was simply perfect. The service and quality of food are flawless. This is hospitality at it's best, for a bite to eat or to host a special event this is an absolute gem in thriving Kings Cross.

Food was very good but the prices are a bit high and there is limited choice gor a pescatarian or a vegetarian

The Restaurant is hidden inside a building on York Way, it has a great setting and the interior was very nice. The staff and service were fantastic, no complaints at all. However when the food arrived it really did look tasty until we tried it....

I’ve been to Rotunda a few times before however my last visit left me with myself and my friends card being scammed by a staff member and attempted fraudulent transactions being made. Establishment promised to call and investigate but it never happened. Police and Fraud action agreed it was unlikely to be a coincidence. Disappointing, avoid at all costs.

Great place to eat, food and service very good even for gluten free. Don't be put off by thinking it's a bar with food, this is a front on modern restaurant with a bar

Amazing food! 5/5 for the meat! We ordered the most expensive steak cut to give it a shot, and it was worth it!! We first ordered it with a side of mushroom sauce but then decided not to use the sauce because it overshadowed the incredible meat taste!! The steak didn’t even need extra salt or seasoning! It was mouthwatering on its own! The drinks were kind of nice too. Rated 4/5 in general because I felt it is a bit overpriced for the portions but would definitely come again!! Great experience

We gave this place a 2nd chance, again was directed outside by a young lady and that was that, didn't even get served this time. Waited at least 10-15 minutes, we left ............ So if your thinking of going to this place, good luck !!!

We were slightly late for you booking but Reem our waitress was absolutely lovely, very attentive and regularly topped up our drinks, was so friendly and attentive. Also very personable, had a good laugh with us and we enjoyed our time with her. However the host of the restaurant came across as unapproachable and cold. But luckily Reem was the saviour of the day, who understood our needs annd nothing was too much for her and was absolutely lovely and we were able to enjoy our booking. Thank you! Service was terrible. While the servers were nice enough, everything took ages. The food was mediocre at best.

This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I rarely write poor reviews but on this occasion I feel it imperative to do so. We arrived as planned at 6pm for a concert starting at 7.30..so enough time for a glass of wine and...

Lovely place, we sat outside first and then moved back in. Canal views are beautiful. We had a reservation but place was empty really. Friendly waiter.👍

Lovely location overlooking the canal. Good range of snacks and soft drinks but we didn't have a full meal. Very obliging staff, accommodating my husband's wheelchair, and a highchair for my niece. Easy to get to on 390 bus ( after seeing the canal museum)

Totally beautiful spot on Regent’s Canal, in the middle of Kings Cross but away from the hustle and bustle. The £20 bottomless Prosecco deal can’t be beat! Food and service excellent too.

Fantastic! Kasia, our waiter, was fantastic and extremely courteous and friendly. Allowed us to take our time over drinks and food rather than rush us out the door for another cover. The food was excellent. Dry ages steak which is aged in their meat cellar. Very well seasoned and expertly cooked. The chef sent us out an extra portion of chips knowing that we would demolish the lot. A lovely touch. Such an incredible location just by the water - quiet and off the well trodden track! Will 100% go back there again!

Really impressed with the staff. They worked hard and provided a fabulous service. I only had drinks here and no food, but it all looked pretty good from what I could see. I was mainly drinking Guinness and black, but did have an espresso martini...

From the second of entry, the staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect, as was the outside seated areas, right next to the canal, on one of the hotest nights of the year. Our family had an excellent time, and the staff were an essential ingredient:)

Great location by the canal. often quieter than you would expect, so sometimes they are not as well staffed as you would hope, that said Mark our waiter was his usual charming, helpful self. Food lovely and a chilled vibe which suited us perfectly.

Nippy sweetie put me off ever going back here. All I asked was were there any tables free and Mis attitude acted liked I had asked her to climb Everest. I'm sorry if you've answered that question 50 times today, but it's literally your job to answer customers questions.

I always try and find the positives. The potential of this place is great but... it was just not realised when we were there. Utterly indifferent service (no one appeared to care at all) and zero atmosphere. Food, when eventually it showed up (but we had to remind them) was adequate. Least good experience ever. Never going back. We complained and got rebate. Avoid.

This was of a private function of section of bar which having sliding door & of TV screen which was required and of access area to veiw of canal.

Had a great time watching the footie and getting drinks. Special mention to Mark who was particularly hospitable with great manner and service. Top guy!

Such a gorgeous place. Had an amazing night. Couldn't of asked for more from staff, they were freindly and lovely. The food was out of this world and well worth the money. Will definitely going back again soon.

A couple bright spots but disappointing overall. The staff were super friendly, the starters were great and the drinks were good BUT service was super slow and they forgot things multiple times. The main dishes were extremely mediocre for the price and there was a piece of plastic floating in my steak sauce (that I had to ask for 3 times). Wouldn’t go back.

overrated for what you get. we went only because it was close to where i used to live and the view overlooking the canal looked lovely. the dishes are a bit boring but they have decent veggie options. cocktails are hit and miss, but the view makes up for it. your best bet is to go for a pint or two!

Just had a lovely meal with a friend. The food was excellent and the service from Ivan perfect. Very attentive and professional from him throughout the whole meal.

Canalside location was the only plus point here, the service was terrible, we had 6 different waiters over lunch and still had to follow up requests. Other tables were also having the same issue. Menu is not well written and confusing. Food was good, once we had ordered we then overheard other customers being offered Sunday roast chicken which I would have liked, instead of the beef which had a £8 surcharge for 2 thin slices!

Such a great discovery in London! Quiet and beautiful terrace by the canals with a cozy interior. Fantastic service, Ivan took great care of our big group and was super nice. Great food and drinks, from special cocktails to beers for all tastes. Will definitely hang out more here!

Nice venue, shame about the food. Burger was an overcooked, dry and unpleasant puck of hard meat. My daughter refused to eat her cheeseburger which was also overcooked, dry and riduculously peppery. Would have complained but staff dissapeared immediately after food arrived. Over £80 for 2 adult and one child, one dish, one drink each. Dismal.
