Quite a good Italian restaurant with a deli shop at the front. The pasta I had was good but slightly on the salty side. The tiramisu was great though, with a very strong and 'bitter' coffee taste, in a good way.

Everything was delicious, especially the zucchini friti, pizza, pasta and ice cream. Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended. Very child friendly.

Lovely place atmosphere is good nice vibes good music good staff nothing wrong with the food no faults. Just not blown away by the food was all a bit standard price could not really complain about it for the times we are living in not much on the menu option wise I would go back with kids for a pizza or something but date night was a bit flat if you fancy something special then I would go somewhere else more of a family lunch place then date night once again nothing wrong with the food and the staff was lovely

Wonderful service! We were very cared after and all our wishes were smoothly accommodated. We particularly enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and of course the food was perfect!!

Rossella is without doubt my favourite restaurant in London. The food is just fantastic and my personal favourite is the seafood risotto. It's always a pleasure to visit this restaurant with such a friendly team and great atmosphere. 10/10 top marks !

The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food...oh my goodness, it's absolutely divine! The ambiance is fantastic and it's just the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some delicious Italian cuisine.

We love it, as Italian I can say all the ingredients are amazing so the recipes, I am also gluten free, so I can recommend the pizza and the pasta options. It's always a Good experience in the restaurant, very lovely stuff and as take away.

We had such a lovely meal in this restaurant. We went for my mothers birthday and we were there with children too. The staff were super attentive and so lovely with the kids and they really spoilt my mother. Food was delicious and you must try the home made limoncello and meloncello super tasty. We will be back! Hadn’t been in a few years and met some mates for some food, it’s been done up and looks amazing inside, staff are very attentive and Ruby looked after our table very well! She was very speedy and friendly - I would recommend!

Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. Excellent food, ambience, service and value. I particularly recommend the tomato pasta - it is utterly delicious, so much so, that despite the many other great things on the menu, I can only ever go for this option.

Really excellent local place, with a really aesthetically pleasing bar. The meloncello (locally made) was wonderful. The main course was really good and service great. I keep returning!

A little disappointed with the food. The standard appeared to have slipped a little since the last visit. My calamari fritti was not great, and the special veal not that good either. My wife's bruschetta and pasta was excellent, however

I have been coming to Rossella for over 7 years. My partner and I had our engagement meal here and celebrate the majority of occasions with a stunning meal here. The food is exceptional! The Family red wine is a steal and DIVINE! It’s a must go… I’m well overdue a visit!

Lovely staff, very helpful for my daughter's 16th birthday

We have regularly eaten at this establishment for years- we love the food and the ambiance! We recently stopped by on the way to the Heath to order from their Deli for the 1st time & I am pleased to say it did not disappoint. Well worth checking out if you are heading to the Heath for a picnic!

This was my second visit to Rosella, which I recommended to a friend for a midweek dinner. The food was very tasty (we had the truffle pasta) and the service was excellent. I will definitely return.

Chicken Milanese was the best one I’ve had and definitely try the Amaretto Sour!!

Good honest classics, but excellently cooked with fresh ingredients. Always a "buzzy" atmosphere from the down to earth clientele. Occasionally a victim of their own success in that when really busy service can slip a little. If you want fancy dishes with odd ingredients and tiny portions to prod while you pose, go elsewhere !

This is our go to for Italian. I’ve been a loyal fan since I moved to north London eight years ago. Great place to meet friends or just have a relaxing meal for two. Or one. Highly recommend the burrata.

Lovely family run restaurant. Very welcoming for our family celebration. I had explained we had a 5 year old and would need somewhere for a pram. They had our table ready for us with a colouring activity for our 5 year old and a space for the pram. The food is absolutely delicious and very good personal service.

I have been fan of Rossella since the restaurant first arrived in Gospel Oak and what keeps me coming back is the quality of the food, the warm atmosphere, and friendly service. I am always made to feel welcome, which is why I bring my friends from time to time and, in more recent times, my wife. The pizzas are fantastic and there are also supreme versions of typical Italian dishes. You can sometimes think you ‘know’ pasta and risotto dishes from years of exposure - I recommend visiting Rossella to test that notion. There are, of course, other Italian dishes too, which you may not have tried before. The menu contains new items that delight and is periodically updated. The drinks also provide a perfect complement to your meal. I favour a red wine but there are options to suit all palettes, including soft drinks. Another fine feature is its well-appointed deli counter and range of Italian products, many of which are homemade. We will often take something home with us. My wife recently celebrated her birthday at Rossella and was serenaded by the staff as her dessert was delivered to the table. It was a very nice and warmly received gesture. Rosella is a lovely neighbourhood restaurant. The food is delicious, and the 'family wine' is a great accompaniment. Worth noting that the acoustics are great, despite a semi-open kitchen. The front of house team are welcoming and helpful, and the restaurant is always full of locals. It's also perfectly located for a quick bowl of pasta before a gig at the Forum.

Loved this restaurant. Went to celebrate my graduation and it was the perfect place. All of the food and drinks were incredible and there was something for everyone (including the vegetarian in the family). Each course was delicious and well presented. The restaurant itself had a lovely feel and the staff were so nice and helpful. When we arrived, we were asked of the special occasion and at the end of the meal, they delivered a complimentary gelato with a congratulations message which was a lovely personal touch that made my day. I will definitely return in the future as the staff and the food made it the perfect evening.

We come here whenever we're nearby. The food is delicious, very reasonably priced and the staff are great. We came today without a reservation in the lunch rush and were comfortably squeezed in with time for a digestif. My girlfriend is very fond of the house's meloncello - I never knew it was a thing!

Having travelled around the world to many destinations, and having eaten one of my favourite pasta dishes, spaghetti alla vongole everywhere I go. I was very surprised that the best I've ever eaten was here. Rossella! Who knew it was only down the road from me. I loved the chilled out atmosphere you'll find on a weekday, especially having booked for 8pm on a weekday. The service was 10/10. The staff are very attentive, and even while they are working in their own stations, they are very quick to notice when you might need something, and assist you quite quickly. The lighting is cosy, allowing the time you spend with a loved one to be intimate. Thank you Rossella for your great service! We shall be returning again.

We had a delightful time on my birthday at the restaurant. The atmosphere was lively on a busy Saturday night, and we enjoyed the delicious food. Although we had to wait a bit for our reserved table, it was understandable given the crowd. However, the service was a bit chaotic with four waiters assisting us. Drinks arrived after the starters, and my brother had to request sparkling water three times. Unfortunately, the promised free limoncelo from the Open Table reservation was not offered. Despite these hiccups, we still relished our experience and would consider dining there again, hoping for improved service coordination.

Rossella is one of those establishments you can take anyone to, your partner, parents, friend or kids. It’s so welcoming and all encompassing, offering up traditional Italian food to a high standard which doesn’t break the bank. We’d highly recommend the Bruschetta, Aubergine Parmigiana, Carbonara and Tiramisu for a guaranteed good time at Rossella, but you can’t go wrong with the rest of their menu! 5pm on a Friday in Jan was very quiet which is what we wanted, perfect meal for my partners birthday and the staff gave a nice touch with a birthday ice cream and chocolate. The sea bass and hake was cooked perfect. hope to go back with friends sometime

Simply great food, really nice place and great service.

Sadly this beautiful restaurant has lost its magic in my opinion. We have enjoyed so many wonderful evenings here over the years with our friends & family so wanted a special Xmas reunion so booked a table for 7. The food is still tasty & the menu almost unchanged but the service was functional & cold. No warmth nor interest from most of the staff who frequently removed a plate or glass before we had finished. No Christmas cheer nor the shot of Limoncella offered as in times gone by.

Proper Italian cuisine with a lovely ambiance. John, the head waiter was a lovely host and the home made products like the Meloncello and the chilli oil were outstanding! We took some home and would definitely be coming back.

Rosella is always the best.The staff Britney and Mary looked after us with love and care ! We sat outside on a cold and wintery December night - the heaters were on and kept us warm, The Chicken Salad and Spaghetti Bolognese were delicious and the homemade Tiramisu and Mango Sorbet were very tasty. The food was excellent and the service was attentive so all in all £78 for two guests was the best value for an Italian Trattoria in North London ! Thank you Luca , the excellent Chefs and all the staff for a very positive Italian Restaurant
