I’ve been here a couple of times and have never had a problem food is good and service is good

Great food and plenty of it. Food arrived nice and hot.

First visit to Rose in years. What lovely staff! And really delicious, fresh food. My partner had a shish kebab and I had a vegetable kebab. We ate in the restaurant. Really tasty! We'll definitely be back.

Lovely staff made us very welcome and the food was freshly prepared and tasty. We ate in the shop and noticed a constant stream of customers coming in. A sure sign that this is a great kebab shop. Well worth a visit. 👍

Slight problem with order, phoned and was sorted immediately. Have been using Rose kebab for over 20 years. Any problems shout them and they sort it.

Great kebabs and burgers and good value

I've been using these for well over a year now. I ordered tonight and the food was half cooked and the burger has loads of bones in. Seriously I've had enough and going elsewhere. If this is the way you treat customers refusing to offer them a refund is when you go somewhere that does value there customers.

Very tasty food, very friendly service, always chats, very generous and all around a really great place to order the man in there does everything single handed but still takes the time to ask how my family is and how works going, been ordering since I was at least 12 and the guy hasn’t left and still remembers

I bought an "x-large" kebab for £12.50 yesterday that turned out to be rather small. A year ago that same kebab was actually x-large. But now they are ripping their customers off!

The best kebab in town the meat portions are pretty good, it tastes divine, the salad is fresh and the staff are friendly. Prices are not expensive either 10/10 experience would recommend

The first impression was so welcome from the owner and staffs. They answered every questions nicely, explained everything clearly and recommended the meal deal as come with chips and a can of drink (I have never tried kebab before). Atmosphere in the shop was alright but I have seen they have very good clean even on the cook zone. I bought take away, the first bite that my partner and I had, we looked at each other and said "f**king good" the small size that is a lot for me 😂 I am 100% sure will go back again and again and will tell everyone that your food is amazing. ❤️❤️

Have allways been really pleased by the food we’ve received don’t know if it’s changed hands recently but ordered food twice recently and they keep getting the orders wrong and the meat isn’t fresh and salad and sauce was stale won’t be using ever again

Ordered small lamb doner kebab and large chicken doner kebab and chips. The kebabs arrived very cold and the chips where heated up in the microwave. Not a great experience.

Hot, fresh, tasty and rapid delivery. Would highly recommend as the best kebab hut in sussex. They only take cash which is GOOD. KEEP CASH RUNNING.

Pretty awful. Doner meat very thin and dry plus salad is actually put on kebab which makes heating the lukewarm meal in the microwave difficult.

Called into Rose kebab as our usual takeaway was closed. The service was excellent and friendly and the premises was clean and presented well. The kebabs were hot, tasty and fresh. We will definitely be back!!!

Nice tasting donner kebab, fast and friendly service, and massive portions. I ordered a large and couldn't finish it.

Ordered a burger meal. And a kebab with extra sauce. Got the burger and drink, no chips as stated in the meal. Got the kebab with barely a teaspoon of sauce. when I rang back they claimed I hadn’t ordered a meal, although I did and have the drink. No drinks were ordered separately. Didn’t seem to care their staff can’t listen to orders and get them out correctly. Wouldn’t mind if they corrected the issue but they have not.

XL doner and chips. Doner meat was of good quality and taste but was pre cut and taken from the tin, this caused the bread to become soaked in fat. Portion size not amazing and also a bit light on the sauce. Salad was nice. Chips were fine if slightly under-done.

Place making the best in the worlds wraps and kebabs. Staff really really helpful. I'm satisfied everytime.

Just had a Doner kebab and it tasted a smelled like rotten meat!

Every single piece of meet was burn we ordered three meals payed £30 and left hungry but most important disappointed I regret I didn’t take pictures Very poor place I don’t recommend this place I’ve been told it’s only one kebab shop in Bexhill so unfortunate for people who live there

The chicken wrap is my favourite, so tasty, chilli sauce could do with a bit more flavour though otherwise great food.

Ordered X-Large Donna for delivery and a chicken kebab and paid as it arrived full price for my order as expected,but very disappointing on opening to find the X large Donna was a lot smaller than expected Id rate it as a Small but expect it was a stingy large. Been frequent customer over the years. Time to find a new kebab supplier.

Only able to pay by cash, ordered for 30 min later went to pick it up and the food wasnt what i ordered and paid for. The rude owner then argued with me saying she heard me and i should have checked my change. I know what I ordered and would have been able to prove it had i been given a receipt or paid by card. CASH only really

Will never order from them again which is a shame as food ok, however paid by cash no receipts, went to collect order and was argued by the owner i didn't order what i said and had to pay more. She was very demanding and aggressive, if i had a receipt that would have proved what I ordered being right or wrong. I called to express my upset and basically was told dont come here again. I just want what i paid for or not?? Businesses should provide receipts especially for cash transactions. Maybe the inland revenue should be advised or better customer service that wouldn't upset people to feel the need to report. Its tough out there but dont argue and upset your customers who will never darken your doors again, which we have already been told you are glad about

Good polite friendly run place - food is nice and tasty that much so if I want a decent kebab etc I travel from Eastbourne knowing I am getting good taste ... highly recommended 👍

I usually really rate this kebab shop but the last couple of times the chips have been terrible as if they have been reheated several times and the chicken burgers were especially dry. I will give them one more try to redeem themselves and if no improvement will try elsewhere.

The chicken doner wrap is out of this world! Fully loaded with meat, great taste and always fresh food, cooked in front of you. Highly recommend. Best kebab in town, never disappointed. Staff also very friendly

It was my first time eating a kebab and I ordered the chicken shish. It was very nice and the chicken was delicious.

Normally get a burger deal in here. Always nice with good portions. Can't really say much about anything else on the menu. Staff nice and pleasant.

Got a donner kebab and cheesy chips delivered last night and today I have spent all of it in the bathroom suffering with food poisoning!! Unsure if rose as changed hands recently but if you read this please avoid the kebab shop at all costs!!!

Absolutely awful. I would not have fed the kids burger to my dog! Burnt and couldn’t even bite into it!

Omg why haven't I been here before??? I haven't had a Helep kebab since I was in Turkey. I think they maybe the only place in Bexhill that sells Helep and Adana kebabs. Served with really fresh crisp salad and with the wonderful flavours and aromas of Turkey it brought it all back. 5* 5* 5* well done. I will be back.

Top tier kebabs and great service. Not super greasy.

Staff took our order quickly and the food was good to go within a few minutes. Some of my meat was overcooked, making it crunchy and hard. The rest of it was good. The garlic sauce was too creamy for my liking. There was a good amount of salad. The chilies weren't spicy at all.

My husband and I go in here nearly every week as the food is amazing. The portion sizes for the chicken and Doner kebab are huge for the price and the nice young man behind the counter is always friendly and polite. Keep up the good work.

Just ordered chicken shish and doner kebab, luckily I cut the chicken in half as it was pink and veiny and raw! I’m 34 weeks pregnant so it was lucky I didn’t eat it! My partner quickly chucked it all in the bin, thank god I cut it in half as it could have been a different story

Great food, friendly atmosphere and great prices

Can't say I'm impressed by this place. As the only kebab shop in the centre, it really looks the part and inspires confidence, but is let down by the bland food. Servings are generous, but presented in a way that does not allow you to hold the kebab and eat it. Also, the chilli sauce just provides heat and no real flavour, which is important in a kebab. Can't fault the cleanliness, store presentation and quantity. Better flavour and attention to sauces will go a long way.

If you want to eat dirty, do it at the cleanest kebab shop in town. Their food is tasty, reasonably priced and they have a good write up from the food safety people. Kebabs are their speciality but their pizzas and burgers are fine too, and if you order for delivery, you don't have to order a mountain of food for delivery to be free, timings are typically speedy too. Would definitely recommend, yum!

Hi we with friends normaly take away food from this place yesterday iv got takeaway see how much they fill my box with lamb and chicken meat they literally struggle to close the boxes very very satisfied will come back any time!!+ free bottle of drink because simple they are kind. Happy customer!!

Recently been on a successful diet therefore decided to have a well earned treat, my favourite heart attack dinner, large donor, what a disappointment, wish I’d stuck to the Kale smoothie. All the meat was just dumped in the tray, followed by a bit of salad, hardly any garlic Mayo with an empty cold stale pitta just dumped on the side. now I normally enjoy a bit on the side, not on this occasion!!! I expect a warm pitta, evenly opened with fresh salad at the bottom, followed by hot fresh meat with a generous coating of my chosen sauce, not a disgusting pile of tasteless meat dumped in the tray, a cardboard cold empty pitta and yesterday’s salad. The chips were obviously warmed up from the day before therefore virtually inedible. We had planned this for a while as a treat, sadly what we received was unacceptable and only just fit for human consumption.

This place used to be the best. I’ve used them for over 20 years but now I go elsewhere. The quality of the food had really gone to pot. Especially the doner meat. It’s obviously a cheaper kebab meat now. Such a shame

Absolutely delicious! The meat was amazing quality. I got lamb shish and it was tender and juicy and the wrap was amazing. My partner got the chicken kebab and his was also wonderful.

10/10 never go anywhere else! The food is delicious everytime. The staff are friendly and helpful and prices ate great. Can't praise them enough!

Well I got really hungry at around 12:00 miday after a couple jacks I wanted a greasy kebab, however I spent 30 Minutes on the phone as to where nobody even picked up, please try and improve your phone services many thanks

very good , never had a bad one just improve the veg with your kebabs for 20p extra they could be world class..

They can be good and bad... sometimes thr chips are golden brown and delicious, other times they are undercooked af to the point where some were raw in the middle

The worst pizza I have ever had managed 1 piece and throw up others tried it and all said it was rank

Have ordered twice now and can honestly say that we have been really pleased with both orders. The salad is wonderfully fresh inviting you into the delights of a great doner or mixed kebab. Their halep is especially good and Rose will now be our "go-to" choice for a night of naughty food.

Rose Kebabs make the best kebabs in Bexhill. Open early till late their take away grub is great. The wife likes their Pizzas too.

Always have used this shop to order our food. They got our order wrong last time and offered a replacement I said next time I order I would like the replacement and was told that is fine. Told the man on the phone tonight all the order was taken fine. on delivery order was completely wrong and tried to over charge the driver called the owner who was extremely rude and refused to honour what was offered. She told the driver to take all the food leaving my daughter with no dinner having to order and wait again. Disgusting awful service will never ever use again.

Brilliant customer service, very enjoyable food, not greasy like other kebab shops.

Worst Kebab for delivery, had not ordered anything and they repeatly banged on the door without giving a chance to answer, and tried to open the door. Although it was locked, opened and shouted at me, horrible experience. Good food but DO NOT DELIVER.
