Excellent food as always , my nan loves food from roses 😊

Was cold when the food arrived, still had fish skin on the batter, very lazy and a very small portion for the price.

chips was flat like someone sat on them couldn't separate the paper from the chips cod bites had hardly any fish in them and didn't seem fresh and my mince pie was like rubber on top because I found it hard to cut so all in all it was not a nice meal definitely would not order from them again

Great food and great service Had a kebab from there yesterday and it was one of the most authentic tasting kebabs I’ve had since I lived in Northern Cyprus. Salad was very fresh and garlic mayo tasted very natural, not overly powerful like they tend to be. 😁

Awesome service! Great customer service. The guys that work here are proper friendly and cool. They serve the best dishes too! Kf you like spicy food, come here coz i got a burger last time and they made it proper spicy just the way i like it. Honestly great people! Highly recommend!

Curry was missed off delivery. So had to wait another 15 mins for another delivery. Had to then warm fish and chips up. Not great to have warmed fish and chips. Disappointed

Arrived on time, that’s like 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering. The two burgers are warm, the meat and salad are nice. The only thing that surprised me was the drink. I ordered top-up strawberry because I love strawberries but what I got was Lowes Raspberryade, but okay, I’ll accept that. I probably won’t order that again next time.

Not very good chips or a sausage from there my girlfriend paid £27 for food that only a 50% of it was worth the money the rest was for nothing. And we complained and the guy said to me we left it late and wont be able to bring replacement food until next time i dont care what time we left it the whole point of it all was to cook it properly and there We wont be using your service again. Go down hill

The biggest fish I have ever had from a takeaway, big as the box! Just look at the attached photo for size! Chips was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. 10/10 from me!

Unhappy with the driver who delivered my food

Had a delivery off you on Friday & I’ve been ill ever since. The chips were like cardboard & the batter on the sausage was like rubber. Won’t be ordering from these again.

Food was lovely. The burgers are amazing and the share box is a really good value for money especially since they come with drinks too. I was told they were busy tonight but the delivery came after around 45 mins

TERRIBLE FOOD use to be a good chip shop, ordered cod bites from here, they were so dry with a hell of a lot of black skin, I've never seen black cod bites before. Phoned the shop and was told ok we will sort you out next time you order 🤔 we are hungry now not next week. So because of the poor customer service hence the review.

First decent fish and chips I've had in ages 🤤 lovely chips, nice crispy batter with cod cooked brilliantly. First chippy tea my daughter had and she loved it

First time I have ordered from here and the last. The delivery driver called to say outside so went out expecting trouble parking ……. No one out there after a few minutes I called the driver back ..,,, no answer. They then call me to say they had a missed call from me and said they were sat down Tesco and had been given the wrong address. I explained where we were and the driver seemed to know after a while there was a knock at the door from a very apologetic driver. Sadly the food was stone cold by this point. My partner calls to complain to be told to F-off repeatedly and then hung up on. Called back to be further verbally abused and told to complain to just eat. Your customer service and attitude leaves much to be desired. When I looked at the fish it was very greasy with soggy batter by the time it got to us. Needless to say we won’t be back. If I could have left a 0 star rating I would have.

Stood by the counter for ten minutes. No one spoke to me. Asked if I could order something quick. We are busy bruv init....bad enough it's £15 minimum order by card. Had a kebab next door, served in seconds and they are busy

I ordered a burger which was nice, but I ordered large chips cheese and sauce and I think for £5.75 the portion was very small. Also it was swimming in the sauce, so much it was like soup. I phoned to complain. I thought i was quite polite and reasonable as i did say the burger was very nice and apologised for the negative feedback, but I said it's not expected to serve food like this swimming in sauce. The guy did not apologise and tried to say it was my fault for not requesting less sauce...I told him nowhere is it normal or expected to have so much sauce, to the point it is literally like soup. He said didn't have time to talk to me and is going to put the phone down. After he did, not wanting to waste food, I tried some and realised the "garlic" sauce was actually just mayo, which I don't like. So I called back and asked for a refund. The man refused, which violates my consumer rights as not only was it poor quality but it was not what I ordered. I will never order again, waste of money as cannot eat it. And the way they dealt with my complaint was atrocious. He basically called me a liar and was shouting and interrupting me. For this reason I won't order ever again.

We have ordered from here a good few times because the food is nice. Unfortunately the delivery time isn't great, often waiting over an hour and needing to call to find out what's going on. Today we had a phone call to say they were very busy and running behind. Whilst I appreciate the call, our food just arrived 15 mins ago and at nearly 2 hours since ordering and 50 minutes since the call which was to let us know it would be soon. We won't be ordering from here anymore unfortunately, it always seems excuses are made for poor and long wait times for delivery and this time, the food was not very nice.

Great little chip shop. Staff very friendly. On my vist only ordered a large battered cod . Which was cooked fresh and to my delight instead of salt n vinegar (not a fan) I was offered Lemon and or mushy peas a huge yes on the former. As for cost very reasonable and taste beautiful. 3/9/22

The cod bites were really greasy and had hardly any fish. The chips went cold really quick. But the burger was lovely. Food wasn't as nice as my first order on Monday

Been here a couple times after I've popped to the shop, I've tried the fish cake, mixed kebab, regular kebab, and chicken burger, and I have to say it's THE best take away food I have had, not only is the kebab meat got some seasoning to it, but it's delicious! The chicken burger is gorgeous and so is the chips! Can't wait to grab something else!

Order food from rose fishbar when I rang the lady on the phone was so polite and friendly when the food came the pies was nice and soft and the chips was too we also have fish bites they was lovely and soft and the curry was lovely too thank you will be ordering again soon

Happened to find this by chance on Google. Staying in a hotel locally. Staff were lovely. You even had 2 choices of curry sauce! The Irish one was superb. The chips were so fluffy and yummy. Best fish and chips I have had in a very long time. I will be back :)

Got to be the best fish & chip shop for miles around. Fish is exceptional. Cleanest food shop and staff you will ever come across. Would be 5 stars except wheelchairs would find it extremely difficult or even impossible because of a large step down to the communion path with the grocery shop next door.
