the food was amazing, I went with family and we had our dinner, the taste was amazing and also very polite and friendly staff. The gentleman Saqib who served us was simply amazing

I ordered few grilled chicken burger and one chicken fillet burger for take away service. When I took it home I found there was cheese inside chicken fillet burger. I never known any fast food where they put cheese in chicken burger. I rang Rooster Grill and they told it is on the menu. Do you really read menu at chicken restaurant. There was no mention of cheese when I ordered the food. The gentleman saw me not looking the menu.

You've read it before and you are about to read it again.. This restaurant has THEE worst customer service ever!!! This is the fifth time they have refused to deliver to me as they claim I live too far (they have delivered to me before mind you and my address has not changed!) Whenever I call to speak to the restaurant they treat me like im a nuisance and are constantly trying to rush me off the phone with a crap excuse! They never want to help. They never have answers. Now, they never want to deliver. I ordered online and they accepted my order with the same postcode they refused on the phone!! How does that make any sense??? If you have a delivery catchment area, then update your website to avoid wasting customer's time!!! Mind you I keep coming back because the wings are some of the best wings I have ever eaten! But after tonight I will NEVER be ordering or eating from them again!!! Fix your attitude Roosters Tooting!!! and I want my money back!!!

I ordered for delivery at around 7:30pm and it told me that my order would be delivered in around 30 mins. After a 2h 30 wait, the food finally arrived. I had called a number of times to enquire as to why my delivery hadn’t come and the man on the phone said he would call me back and never did. He also HUNG THE PHONE UP after I explained my frustration. The delivery service is an utter disgrace and I wouldn’t even bother with them, judging by their disgusting customer service and lousy communication. The man on the phone didn’t bother anything and also lied numerous times which I had confirmed with the delivery driver. PLEASE don’t bother getting delivery as they are due do disappoint. Not to mention I had a diabetic grandmother who was told the food would arrive in around 30 mins and had to wait 2h 30 instead. No compensation either!

Their grilled chicken is good and I used to come here since they opened shop but their price just keeps going up! £3.50 for a single size portion of chips? What kind of joke is that? Nandos is much cheaper now. And these guys have always been really petit with their sauces. They'll only put 2 or 3 sachets in the bag when you're there for a large family take-away meal. I haven't eaten here in around 4 months now and I won't be back...

if any of you have been to Morroco, you would know that the food is flavourless, which is an understatement. Im talking about the tagines, cous cous.... it got to the point that we have up on food, meaning we dreaded meal times. So when we got home, we needed something thay would kickstart our tastebuds again and restart our faith in food. This was perfect because we ordered the lemon Peri Peri chicken, chips and salad. im telling you I've never appreciated flavour so much.

Even though Streatham Hill branch is closer - we order from Tooting as the food is seriously good. Its always there within 45 minutes and so juicy and fresh!

Good food but don't come here if you're in a hurry! Often waiting times for me were above 20 minutes.

If you want fresh and quick fast food that tastes good late at night, this is a failsafe. Always courteous as well and ample booth space if you eat in. A Tooting favourite!

Love the food served here :) Bench seats in booths mean you need to be cosy if you are in a large group, but that's ok.

Very tasty chicken and proper crispy chips. Other items on the menu like wraps are also good. Good value too and much cheaper than ..... But if you want to sit in and eat be prepared and wrap up as its very cold and with the door opening all the times it does freeze in there. Shame they do not put the heater on, its there for show it seems.

Delivery and better than NANDOS which isn't difficult. Good for what it is. Can't go wrong . Need to say more bla bla bla bla bla - will you post it now ?

Other than that the food was taste and hot so I was happy about that but the waiting time was ridiculous which will bring this business downhill. My waiting time was 50mins but ended up being 1hr and 35mins. The service has to be as good if not even better than the food or people will not order again!

we love their spicy chicken, we have it delivered on a regular basis!!! it is amazing, finger licking nice!! always hot ( even the chips) and the staff is always helpful!

Delivered two hours before the requested time and since we were fasting the food got cold by the time we could sit down and eat. Not happy with delivery. The food quality wasn't bad.

I have never been so angry with a fast food place. Arrogant, too good for the guy. The food was nice although the tikka strips blew my head off doesn't tell u they're that hot. Anyway I ordered 4 diet pepsi (yeah your all thinking it's just drink all this for drink) well at £3.96 for 4 u might not think this anymore. Firstly, they forget them so because apparently they are too far away he sends driver to the shop. He comes back with diet coke I say I'm so sorry I can't drink that practically throws it says got to take it nothing he can do, too far away and drives off. I ring the place he starts shouting nothing he can do too far away ( like using this too far away I'm thinking). The guy refuses to do anything except offer free food next time I tell him no next time. He will not refund me or bring me want I asked for and implies it's all my fault coz I won't except the drinks. Thanks to Just Eat who gave me credit for the amount off any other restaurant I choose. It may be drinks but it's not the point. Beware

They seem to have stopped putting amy spicy flavour at all on the peri peri chips, but the chicken is still as delicious as ever

Disappointed, received chicken nuggets instead of mozerrella sticks and the beef in my burger was really dry.

Order took over an hour to deliver, gourmet burger had 2 chewy patties and soggy bread. Lettuce was minimum and limp. Mozzarella stick portion was small. No napkins provided.

Food was high standard as usual but the burger was much spicier than it normally is.

Excellent succulent as always, could do with more peri salt on chips and some dressing for the salad. Delivery time was shorter than expected and food was hot on arrival. Would order again.

Roosters is one of my most favourite places to order. I can always trust that their food will be excellent. I was a bit disappointed this time as there was very less fries and hardly and sauce. I feel like they are being a bit stingy on the sauce. my pitta was also missing from my half chicken meal. Overall meal was great. Giant fillet burger was amazing. I will keep ordering.

Food was ok. Onion rings poor. Forgot one dish I ordered and only offered to give me anotger if I ordered again. Quoted 40 mins for delivery and took over an hour. Wont use again.

I get this take-out a lot. It's delicious comfort food and the service is usually very good, even though I live quite far from the restaurant. Best bit: the chicken, of course. Worst: chips aren't great. But sometimes you want bad chips, you know? Yeah. You know.

The chicken of the wrap was tough. Everything else was good.

I've ordered from roosters many times with mixed results. This last time is by far the worst experience we've had. The delivery guy walked off after having given me literally 30seconds to get up and answer the door I had to call after him and ask him to come back. He didn't apologise. The order was wrong we got a chicken pitta instead of a burger. The chicken was dry, warm not hot and not marinaded 'hot' as we had asked for. We were unimpressed and will not be ordering again.

I am very impressed with the quality of food they sent. Chicken is usually quite dry but somehow they made it very tasty and delicious. The fries with piri-piri were amazing as well! They nearly made me want to order again on the same night for another portion of fries!

Customer service and delivery was shocking. Third time we've ordered and it's the same problems all over again- starting to wonder why I bother. The food is okay but the 2 hour wait does not justify it. We called after 1.5hours and we were told the food was on the way. We called again, 30 minutes later and were told that our food is being sent now. We then called AGAIN, and were told a new batch of food has been sent to us. Not worth it at all.

Food shoukd have arrived for 7.20pm but arrived at 7.5pm. It was very cold. I rang the number that was on the just eat site and no one picked up.I rang just eat customer service and Evan they couldn't get threw to the shop. Delivery guy didn't Evan apologise. Food tasted very bland and was so cold.I will never order from here again.Surely if you are going to have a company on such a site you should have a seperate number to contact them on.

Hour and 20 mins to deliver a very simple order. Lukewarm. Had to call them after an hour to get order delivered. No apology. Felt like they didn't know about the order until I called. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering from them again and will recommend others against using them.

Quiet frankly, disgusting service! Did'nt pay a single penny for the delivery that was an hour and half late & stone cold. Delivery man threatened to call police! Biggest mong ive ever met!

Lovely food as always, nice spicy succulent chicken and the spicy chips are always a favourite.

Normally they are pretty good, but last nights meal was disgusting. Chips where over cooked and cold, the delivery was late and this will be the fourth time they've forgotten parts of the order.

They messed up the order and didn't send the full order, said they were sending the rest of the food but never turnt up

they took an hour to let me know that one of the items that I ordered was not available, offered a much more expensive substitute and when I asked they should honor the same price because of the delivery delay, they agreed on the phone but did not deliver fries and a drink to make up. This is one of the worst experience's I have EVER had with a takeaway and justeat. The order by the way finally made it exactly after 2 hours. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from them again.

I order a lot from just eat and sometimes I am left really disappointed. I can tell you that this take away is one of my absolute favourites, it is really good value for money and they always give me fresh food that tastes good. I have ordered here so many times, you might see my posts often, but it is because they always deliver good quality fast food and not too expensive either. :)

Classic roosters! Delivery has always been on time if not quicker. Quality of the the food is certainly higher than your average chicken shop too. The peri peri chicken is a strong contender for my favourite style of chicken and these guys do it well. Take note that the extra hot is actually quite hot and may catch many of you off guard. 91%

Food was good, had burgers which were fantastic, very meaty and worth the wait. but the chips were cold by the time they arrived. Apparently my house postcode is wrong, strange how everyone else is finding it ok

Very good chicken!! Great fries and excellent service. Rooster's is one of my go to places for JustEat peri-peri chicken, and great value too.

It was shit I order two plain chicken pittas it cmr with salad and mayo I called the customer service team thy sorta it out and then come with two new ones but then had the driver asking why did I want new ones and moaning at me on my own front door steps and then I looked at the new chicken pittas in front of him and they were mayo in them ones so I said to driver it's fine bye and slam the door on him!!

my recent orders not delivered my specified time ,it was delivered 3 hours ahead of ordered delivery time, when phoned the restaurant they mentioned they did not notice the time !!!!

The meat in the half pounder was delightful. The chicken burger is recommended too.
