Worst food. There is no taste at all. I have tried different rosters before and I can confidently say that it was the worst. We ordered wings and chicken wraps. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Don't waste your money.

I wouldn’t bother going to this place. They tell you it will take like 10 mins to make the food and they still haven’t prepared it by 30 mins. The inside is very filthy and somehow they have a 5 star hygiene rating which they must of bought of eBay and stuck it on themselves and the food is average nothing special, your better of going to the McDonald’s down the road which is better value for money. I’m surprised this business is still running.

Food was ok, generally what you get from a Roosters however the place was quite dirty, seating area was very dirty and the toilet was very dirty too. Please resolve these issues.

The service was lovely. It was a takeaway. The chicken tikka pitta spicy was delicious and 1/4 chicken was tasty. . Mostly recommended and dessert was excellent. Will stop there again for tasty food.

The piri wings and piri strips portions are very very small. This was the first and the last one here.

Extremely disappointed. This is my first ever negative review for anything. I’ve been to a lot of Roosters branches but this branch I’m lost for words. The shop was cold inside, better off standing outside in the minus freezing temperature. Half the shop had unused equipment laying around. Hygiene I’m not even sure what to say, no gloves, raw chicken was cooked near the meat on the same tiny grill. No gloves was used in cooking. Ordered off the menu but got charged extra for cheese? Which was failed to mention that it costs extra. Was served imported drinks, Cola was from Germany. The pricing again overpriced for location and what your getting. Will be email roosters directly as this branch is a disgrace to the franchise.

Wow. Eating that chicken was a serious chore. Chewy and dry. Double chicken breast wrap 10 wings (5 wings chopped in half) Fries £21 The shop is disgusting and kind of put me off from the start. Disappointing :(

Its Roosters so you know what to expect it you ever been to one of their other branches. Its a peri peri type fast food chicken shop. The chips on this occassion were too dry, burger tasted ok. Good peri peri chicken though. Their full chicken is really nice. Restaurant tables were not cleared but service was ok. Also the seating area is very dark/gloomy inside.

Ordered by accident think it was Frangos. Then proceeded the worst take out experience imaginable. Food was late (Frangos is always on time) Food was missing (Frangos gives me extra food) and the worst bit of it all is the male driver tried to kiss me at the door (Frangos send beautiful naked ladies to your door)

OK so I ordered a few items for dinner today and they only sent 10 chicken wings and a bag of chips. I had to wait another hour for the correct order. They asked me for the chicken wings back because they brought extra. I said what do you need the old chicken wings back for. The delivery driver told me that they reheat them to sell again. I hope the next customer enjoys my used chicken wings 😉

Called up and the guy said can you call back in 5 mins. However that evening I was driving down so I thought I’d pop in to see what the franchise is like and I was shocked. Smelt of sweat and to top it off the guy was actually rubbing his arm pits. Not much more to say ! Ps luckily he did say call back!

Only recently discovered Roosters but the food is always great, drivers are always nice and polite and the service from restaurant is always very helpful and I’m not someone that ever leaves reviews

Ordered a chicken wrap meal there were no chips ordered 3 cans of coke only got 2 took a long time 45 mins Monday surely not busy is my sons birthday not very happy

The food this evening was phenomenal guys. The food is always good but tonight's quality burger was top-notch. Wanted tonight's chef to know! (1/5/22) I usually order for a specified time slot, but went for asap tonight. The delivery time slipped a bit but I was updated and the food DID arrive in the updated timeframe. No complaints, expect it's been a busy night. Love this place.

Quality has dropped a lot. No taste and the tikka wrap was basically coronation chicken in a wrap. Chicken was tough and chewy and haloumi was missed from the order. Not worth £20

Late again, too common of an occurrence. I always get the mild wings and the sauce was not mild was very hot covered in chilli. Delivery time makes me rarely order from here anymore

I ordered at 6.45pm. Just Eat delivery time was estimated 7.35pm to 7.55pm. Called the restaurant at 8.05pm (as I am diabetic) and was told 5-10 minutes latest. Order was delivered at 8.20pm. Bag soggy, chips cold. Shame as I love peri peri chicken but I won’t order again.

The wrap was incredibly meh. I chose extra hot and not only was it fairly tasteless but it wasn’t hot in the slightest. Just a bit of chicken in a nondescript sauce (supposed to be “Lebanese”) and some scraggy lettuce wrapped in a soft tortilla. I ordered potato wedges (reasonable) as nowhere did it say the wrap came with fries, so was surprised when the wrap came with bland fries. This might be a weird complaint but I see this as a real waste of food. And a waste of money.

Ordered food for someone in frimley park hospital and they went over and above to deliver it. Food was apparently delicious. Thank you guys

Everything was covered in chilli despite it was meant to be mild,the chicken burger was drowned in Mayo.. it looked awful and tasted awful .

It didn’t come at all! waited roughly 50 mins / 1hr and still nothing , called the restaurant and had the phone ended on me one of the times. Poor to say the least!

Awful delivery service. Was sent a message at 8:15pm saying our food was on the way. 9:25pm and still no delivery. I phoned and was told they had a shortage of delivery drivers, but 20mins later and still not here. This is not the first time and usually I give the benefit of the doubt, but will 100% not be ordering from them again. Really bad. 2 hour wait for food and then obviously lied to and to make it worse they say it was delivered at 8:20pm on the website. Poor.

Sadly the food cold and milkshake was warm by the time it got to us and was an hour late in being delivered. Even though I ordered an hour and 20 mins before a requested delivery. In total it took nearly 2.5 hours from point of ordering to delivery.

We have had food we bought and took home from Roosters and this was the first time getting a delivery! I have to say their chicken is delicious, salad was well put together and It is our go to place for peri peri chicken. Hidden away from the main restaurants and take aways it’s a hidden gem and excellent value for money.

Some of the chicken wings were extremely small which was disappointing as the flavor was great. Food arrived on time but was just warm and not hot. Again not to take away from the flavors.

Roosters in Camberley is just the best especially for your half chickens or wraps. I love their chips and their garlic sauce is a MUST. I’ve ordered here for years, that’s how you know it’s good believe me!

I order regularly from here and I have always been happy. Today was a bit disappointing, food took 1hr 10mins to arrive and it was cold. The fries were soggy. Felt like a waste of money!

I called to ask why I was told my order had been delivered and it was late to be told the food hadn’t even been made yet and it would be getting sent out to me in the next 10-15 minutes I asked if there was a way I could cancel the order as I have work first thing in the morning and can’t be sitting up all night waiting for food to which I was spoken to very rudely on the phone and told I had no choice and the food is coming I will not be receiving the food as I cannot just stand outside in the cold indefinitely waiting for it at this time of night so I have now wasted 15 pounds and would like to please know if there is a way I can be refunded my money

All, good and impressed that the milkshake spilt while travelling was refunded in cash on the spot. So I gave a good tip. Food a little lukewarm, but otherwise a good first experience.

Food took an hr and 40 minutes to get here. The driver was high and blocked the road twice then looped around. Also when I called (because it was late) they hung up on me.

Wings where pretty dry and maybe I was expecting more but the chicken tikka wrap had cucumber and some dry ars chicken, expected much better

The food was fine and still hot, only thing was you sent me the wrong ice cream, I ordered cookie dough and you sent phisher which nobody in my family likes. So a waste of £5
