Rodizio Rico - @ the O2 in Greenwich

Located within the O2, arrived had to wait a few minutes for them to open the upstairs section, but it was a brief wait. Service staff were all very good, polite and helpful. Food was ok, the salad bar had several options and we took a few items. The star of the show is meant to be the freshly grilled items that they bring to your table and you choose if you would like the specific item or if you flip your circular card to red- it means you are full. The chicken wings and thighs were cooked well, the lamb leg was also good, the pork was nicely cooked with crispy outer layer, the lamb chops needed longer on the grill, they were too pink for my liking and the others, the fat on them was not the nice rendered fat but still almost white and we took a bite and left them. The beef - was not that good. The peppered steak had flavour but the meat was chewy. The sirloin, first batch nicely cooked, second batch needed more cooking. The flavour was not really there, it did not taste of much, it was a bit disappointing. The sausages, personally I did not like the taste or texture, they tasted cheap. I understand that they serve people in batches as most people going to the O2 have a cinema or show booked. Overall it was a pleasant experience, that with a few tweaks could have been so much better. One item that was funny was the sparkling water - Harrogate 750ml charged at £6.90 for a bottle, that is steep.

First time trying this restaurant and experience. We were kept waiting outside as per the sign and was about walk away as a member of staff was starting their shift got another's attention. We were eating early and it was obvious they hadn't been open long or fully staffed. The salad bar was really nice, presented well and tasty food. The meat was ok. Quite fatty at times and we did not get the whole selection. Meat was not prime cuts. Beef was tasty but the rest was meh! Meal for 2 with 1 alcoholic drink each came £100 and I would say it was NOT good value for money. Tried it once, not again.

BBQ food with miserable staff. Ordered a drink at the bar. Served by the most miserable bloke in London. I got the bill before I got the drink. Which, when they arrive, where slammed down on the bar and left. Drinks menu tatty, greasy and old, printed on A4 paper and laminated. I’m not wanting a full in convo, but the very basics in hospitality and human interface wouldn’t have gone a miss at the bar. The food is Ok - BBQ meats and veg at the serving station. Waitress forgot the drinks even though mic’d up to the bar. Head of house (lady at the front greeting guests) pretty lousy at her job. Had to explain we where waiting for 2 other people to turn up. Would allow us to sit at our table - hence the opportunity to meet London most miserable bar staff. Bill came at the end of the night with service charge already added so paid that and hoped that the tips will help put a smile on the miserable staff faces - let’s hope

For 2 pp we paid £86 if we only knew, we end up eating roasted potatoes, lamp shops is reheated, the meat quality is really bad, for that price I know u won’t expect to have the best quality but an average at least you can see from the picture we returned the meat either burned, chewy or preheated. The manager was hovering over me because I wasn’t eating the food slow. Never took anyone else’s plate considering everyone ate before me. The dishes were left on the take for a long amount of time. Maybe an assistant manger trying to make her way up the food chain. Every other member was superb. But she definitely spoiled the experience. Very disrespectful old woman

Visited on the day of Peter Kay show at O2 and had an amazing meal - all the meats served to us were delicious, piping hot, straight off the spit and very tasty, lots of choice too. Great selection of buffet dishes too to compliment the meat. We had a lovely waiter who told us to let him know which meat we specificially wanted and he made sure it came to us as soon as it was ready Amazing cairpinhas and cairpiroskas too - definitely brought back memories of our meals in Rio a few years ago Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again next time we are at the O2

I was so excited to try this restaurant, the description was right up my street...all you can eat meats and a buffet...perfect Well, we booked on a Saturday afternoon on the day of a Peter Kay gig, the O2 was very busy but we managed to get in early which was great, however said day was the hottest of the year and the air con in this place is non existent, it was soooo hot, we were literally melting. The buffet isn't really much of a buffet, a few cold salad bits, a couple hot pasta dishes and some breads, although all of what I did eat from the buffet was tasty. The quality of the meats unfortunately was not so good. There was lots of chicken on offer - wings, thighs and hearts, beef - topside and something that resembled rump, lamb chops and some pork. The only things that weren't really chewy was the topside beef and the chicken thighs. It is very expensive for the quality you get. I like the fact you turn the little card over from green to red when you want a rest

Now, both Mrs G and I like our evening out so when this was booked off Groupon for my birthday I was quite excited. Not sure where the previous reviews of rudeness came from as everyone was very polite and helpful. The concept of red and green discs for your requirements is simple but effective. The salad and hot vegetables were fresh, plentiful and tasty. The lamb, beef and pork were all tender well cooked and served in good time. Did find the chicken thighs a bit dry but hey, didn't have anymore and waited for the beef to return. We have friends coming from US in a couple of months so this will be right up their street so will be returning.

What a fantastic place to dine if you’re at the O2. Friendly, well organised service but the meats, and the choice of meats absolutely excellent! The staff bring skewers of the most perfectly cooked meats to your table and you can complement these with a great choice from the salad bar. It’s a shame there aren’t more of these restaurants across the UK. Highly recommend!

The staff was so unprofessional and disrespectful with no proper training. Including the manger and also the security. I had come with my friends as was told it was nice the food for a chilled evening, had gone to the salad bar and where there have a small selection of foods to realise it’s not Brazilian inspired even and the food was bland with no taste running through despite the food was dry and rubbish I wouldn’t in my opinion even feed my dog that. We ordered drinks to the table a jug and and a few cocktails cocktails was fine. Had people coming over with different bbQ meat I had then called to speak to the manger when even my other friend said the food was not nice either so I knew I wasn’t the only one the manger came I spoke with him and asked him if he can sort something out happy to pay for my drinks or even half my meal but I refuse to pay for the full meal or to be fair any of my meal as I didn’t even touch it had a one bite only … The manger or staff was extremely rude and said I must leave get out Pulled me from my chain ie dragged my chair from the table Then proceed to get aggressive I did call him incompetent for his behaviour I told him he wouldn’t have do that to a female in his house hold this is disgusting. And then he called police I still paid £74 for drinks which it didn’t make sense at all after the abuse I had received. Someone that suffers from mental health and anxiety and depression and been through abuse this man had triggered it all up again.

Better than expected, the only negative is that they could have brought the cooked meat round faster. Good choice of meats cooked perfectly.

Excellent experience before an event at the O2. The service provided by the waitress and one of the meat carvers we first class - they couldn’t do enough and always had a smile on their face whilst engaging with myself and my son, food quality was good. A very minor criticism which didn’t detract from the experience hugely was the fact that meat came quickly at first but slowed after a whilst as the meat servers focused on other tables that arrived later. However this was extremely minor as we had eaten a decent amount by this stage. Would definitely go again if at the O2.

Después de haber estado en otro restaurante, estaba encantado de que el personal estuviera tomando las precauciones adecuadas de Covid. Todos llevaban máscaras 100%, gel de alcohol disponible, 1 vía para la ensalada, mesas espaciadas y vi al barman enjuagando latas de refrescos con agua y jabón.ExcelenteEl personal fue extremadamente amable y nos cuidó bien. Visité aquí durante la promoción "Comer fuera para ayudar" y, sinceramente, no podríamos haber estado más felices. Sí, la carne es un poco rosada y yo soy el tipo de persona que prefiere un filete medio o medio a bien hecho, pero la calidad significa que se derrite en la boca. Literalmente, no podía tener suficiente del bistec o del cordero. Definitivamente recomiendo el lugar y ciertamente ahora mismo cuando obtienes el descuento de 10 por persona.

Mi amigo y yo vinimos aquí hoy para almorzar. El camarero fue muy amable. Nos dio a los dos tarjetas circulares, rojas por un lado y verdes por el otro. La carne recién cocida se lleva a tu mesa y cuando no quieres más carne, le das la vuelta a tu tarjeta al lado rojo y dejan de llevártelo. El buffet tenía varias opciones de ensaladas, verduras, patatas y arroz. La comida era increíble, la carne estaba cocinada a la perfección. También recomiendo el cóctel Blue Hawaiian. Definitivamente vale la pena cada centavo.

È disponibile sia un piccolo buffet per quanto riguarda insalate e contorni... sia il servizio al tavolo con i camerieri che affettano la carne direttamente sul tavolo. La qualità della carne non è il massimo ma è più che sufficiente.Vale la pena sul punto di vista economico ma eviterei il weekend per L’esagerata confusione che si crea ma nonostante questo i camerieri gestiscono alla perfezione la consegna del cibo.

Estava há meses com vontade de comer cupim, meu namorado me disse que me levaria a churrascaria mais tradicional de Londres onde havia ido com sua mãe no começo do ano passado. Eu fiquei extremamente decepcionada porque não haviam carnes como cupim, fraldinha, contra filé, mas destas a maior foi em relação ao cupim visto que é complicado assar em casa, a peça boa deve ser feita no bafo, com bastante espaço. Paguei caro, num fim de semana, para um menu bastante fraco. O atendimento dos passadores era excelente, mas as garçonetes não vieram oferecer nem olhavam pra mesa para perguntar se queríamos mais bebidas ou sobremesas. No fim a moça que trouxe a conta, muito gentil, nos trouxe a água. Lamentável que esteja alterando o tradicional churrasco das churrascarias brasileiras.

Me and my wife ate here before after being recommended to us by friends. I was a little sceptical after reading a few recent reviews. Am i glad i didn't let the reviews stop us going there. We absolutely loved it. You get seated and they give you each a two sided card that goes on the table. When the green side of the card is showing it means the waiters will continuously come to your table with different selections of freshly cooked meat and carve it right onto your plate. Beef fillet, topside, lamb, chicken. When you need a breather you turn the card to red and the waiters will not bother you. Id like to make a quick point about some of the reviews i read about being tasteless and overpriced. What world are they from??? We have eaten at some of the best restaurants around and paid ridiculous amount for a steak that was nowhere near as nice as here. There is also a salad bar with all different rices, pastas, vegetables. We paid £80.00 for the two of us bothe with drinks. Great value for money.

Salads and steaks buffet. Continuously serving on your table a selection of steaks: beef, pork, chicken. Crowdy. Nice service.

Godt kjøtt, litt bråkete lokale og trekk for dårlig salatbar. For meg med flere intoleranser og lavkarbodiett var det veldig få alternativer.

We visited the restaurant for the first time this week.We were seated quickly and served swiftly.The staff were helpful and polite and the meat was great.

36 ppl eating and drinking and said it was just over £29 but then stuck us with a £4 a head service charge as there was so many of us....should have been cheaper for so many....asked for very well done meat and came all bloody so wouldnt eat it so expensive rubbish and staff dont speak much english making it hard to order.

My friend and I had dinner in Rodizio Rico, we have been at this restaurant before and we akready knew that the buffet has a good choise of food selection. What really surprised me was the amazing service of one of the waiters (working at the grill as well). His name is Guilherme, he speaks italian and I found great that all the varieties of meat were well presented in my language with a lovely smile. Thank you Guilherme, the restaurant is nice, but people like you make the difference!

Please save your hard working money and don’t give to this company!!! Absolutely cannot say...terrible! Clever though as it’s in a very busy location that’s why people have to eat!!! Feeling so angry 😡 that £67 in less than 20 minutes eating horrible food!!!

We ate at here during the ATP tennis tournament. It was not good value for money. 50% of the meat served was inedible. The restaurant desperately needs a revamp. With so many other restaurants nearby, we shall go elsewhere in future.

Churrascaria in stile brasiliano all’O2 Arena di Londra. Accoglienza gentile. Locale molto grande. Insalate e antipasti di medio livello sia per varietà che per qualità . I tagli di carne si susseguono come da copione ma, escluso uno, nessuno supera la sufficienza. Il conto e’ in linea con tutto il resto. Conclusioni: fermatevi se siete all’O2 Arena per qualche evento, altrimenti....

I met with friends on Saturday evening at the O2 and went to Rodizio Rico, none of us had eaten here before. This is primarily a buffet restaurant with 2 options: Vegetarian at £23.10 and Meat at £29.10, our intial thoughts were it was on the expensive side.
