Great pizzas, competitive price truly one of my favourites in cardiff been ordering form here for almost a decade

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will never order from this place again! Myself & husband have been a customer for quite some time making home delivery orders & walk in visits Lastnight they refused my order saying they don't deliver to my area..I then said yes you do you have delivered to me plenty of times..wouldn't take order.. My husband then rang and placed a fake order for 89pound odd said area..he said is that ok to deliver..yes yes ..so my husband then said so why the hell did you refuse my wife's order? (My order was just under 50) They literally started laughing on the phone to my husband..but at least they didn't get the 80odd pound order... absolute joke......also I will say we AVOIDED Thier chicken at ALL cost...the chicken is so dy it's awful and the skin on is rock hard you could knock somebody's front door with it and the skin still wouldn't shatter....I will never line Thier pockets again

We ordered later in the evening. Pizza arrived on the wrong base& was cold. When you're paying for food you expect it to be hot at the very least. The attitude was when we called that they were closing soon, so tough, basically!!! They are fine with sending out naf food. We were regulars but never again after that!!!!! Terrible pizza, Terrible service

Horrendous, this place was served the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was overpriced with £16 per large pizza. The pizza itself was like plastic and the dough tasted like it came out of an old factory. Do not go here.

Ordered a pizza which we made ‘changes’ to . We didn’t have the pizza we ordered once delivered to us - that wasn’t a huge problem as thought a phone call would solve this by sending a replacement .. However the rudeness I received while trying to solve such a minor problem was unexpected and disgusting. Wouldn’t order from them again!

Never order here! We've ordered a family deal and got one tiny slice of cake to feed five of us. The pizza was cold, so were the fries and garlic bread. We called and replacement pizza was offered along with fries and garlic bread. When replacements arrived, it was dripping with grease and cold once again. Upon phoning the store, we were told that we shouldn't order again and that we were the rude ones for calling to complain. Don't bother spending any money here ever! Just get a Domino's instead!

I am fuming I ordered from here- I have been warned not to ever order from here and made a mistake from here and the good rocket joes on City Road. Never again! The chips were dripping grease and double fried, the pizza was just flour and water when flavourless toppings. Don’t try to complain as you won’t be taken seriously!!!

We ordered burgers that were inedible, 6 pc of chicken that was over done and the skin was terrible Spoke with 2 managers who didn't care and said nothing we can do. Awful food, awful service... I gave a 1 because there's no option for 0. Terrible, awful, feel robbed!!!!!

Always order from here but tonight pizzas both came cold one with a hair in it and salad lacking on burger. When I called to let them know I was told I was lying and that the pizza was hot when it was delivered and that I was making up a hair was in it. I order from here sometimes up to 3 times a week but my last few orders there’s been hardly any cheese on garlic bread and for the second time my burger has come with a single strand of onion and lettuce on burger. When trying to let the restaurant know I was spoken to rudely and hung up on when they didn’t want to hear what I was saying. I just wanted to let them know of my recent orders and for me to be spoken to the way I was unacceptable.

Order from here regularly, and not ones who ever complain, but tonight our pizza turned up freezing cold, crumpled and folded, and when we phoned to complain we were offered £3 off.. we sent the pizzas back with the driver and phoned to place a new order and we were told not to order ever again and hung up on.. disgusting customer service!!

Just had the family special delivered. Ordered a side of loaded potato skins and this is what arrived! Hollowed scooped out potatoes with no filling at all! Therefore UNloaded! Paid 2.99 for two potatoes cut in half! Upon ringing them (because surely this was a mistake?) they indeed confirmed their skins are not loaded. What the actual ****? In fact he started arguing the toss on it.... NEVER using these again.

Extremely poor service, late delivery & food was damaged when it arrived. Ruined a kids party!! Manager not interested and refused a refund. I posted pictures on google for all to see how bad the pizza was when it eventually arrived. Such a shame as I had used this company for years but the new owners just dont care.

Placed an order, which they cancelled because they were too busy. I phoned to make sure my refund would be processed to find out today they have taken my money, when i phoned they just put the phone down on me. I went to the shop to get my refund to be told no as the boss is in london. They didnt believe me when i said the money had been taken even though i showed them my online account, very rude and aggresive and now im still waiting for my refund

Rank..... I couldn't work out if the tomato sauce was BBQ or chilli or all three undercooked pizza chicken and salad were ok but the worst pizza ever....

Delivery driver was very nice, unlike some I've ad he actually brought my pizza directly to my door, considering he had to walk up to the third floor!!!!

First time I've used Rocket Joes. Could have been warmer, the pizza dough seemed slightly soft underneath, but all round a quick delivery, great value and excellent quantity of topping. Never using Domino's again.

Not one to complain but Pizza crusts were burnt chips an chicken were both soggy wouldn't order here again

Seems to be a recurring theme here.....order completely wrong, called them to notify them and they denied the order was incorrect and began blaming me. Also, filthy pizza and not worth the late delivery. I'd recommend going anyway but here.

So.. I order a Family Special, £21. Decent price for amount of food, it arrives and i see 'Free Delivery' on the box i think to myself hm🤔 i then open the pizza and its stone cold, i ring them up as you do, i question the £2 delivery and they say its because of distance (fair enough) i then go on to say the food is cold.. They then say 'Its not our fault, it shouldn't be cold' and then hung up. I rang back and after about 2 minutes of trying to tell them the pizzas cold but the chips etc are okay they then proceed to tell me to "go f*** yourself" and hung up on me again. Then ignore my phone calls. Then my Mother in Law rings and they then say that I'm lying etc. I don't think i have ever received such a bad customer service. I inform Just Eat, they ring the company, RocketJoes then tell them they are not doing anything. And JustEat just accept this and palm me off with a £5 voucher off my next meal (because thats going to feed my children tonight). Will never be ordering again, and they better hope i never step foot in there store.

Absolutely distasteful. Never ordering from this place again. Ordered a meal deal with 12" pizza. The chicken pieces were not cooked properly and they even smelled. The fries seemed as if they were a day old and were just given after warmed in the oven. Didn't even get my dips and the drinks which were suppose to come with the deal. The prices are way too much compared to the low quality and standard of food.

Used to love rocket joes but quality wasn't great and then found out what a poor hygiene rating they had! Won't be going back until they sort that out!

Food was delivered on time, but the meal chicken and pizza meal deal we had was less than satisfactory. The chicken was inedible due to the batter being so hard - it appeared that this was not freshly cooked and the chips were cold and soggy. Again like they'd been resting for some time. The pizza was fairly fresh but not great. Disappointed :-(

I ordered pizza to be collected. The order was wrong I called them to complain the order was wrong and was told "I'm lying what we got is what we ordered". Then the garlic bread came without garlic on it as you can see in the photos. Again was told I'm lying and " all our garlic bread has garlic on it... Won't recommend them or buy from there again. No customer service what so ever. Appalling service all round.

Hot, fresh, colourful, looks appealing, tasty, a driver that knows his way around Century Wharf and tastes a thousand times better than Domino's sparsely topped and undercooked shat.

The food was lush on time how ever the delivery driver was unplesent, tried taking more money than I had to pay and wen I refused he walked away with my deserts after I had paid for them !! I advice you pay by card or collect

Again delivery driver phoned when he was 2 minutes away and expected me to wait on the pavement. I don't live in a flat, i live in a house, with a doorbell. Food is lovely but when paying for delivery I expect delivery. Driver was rude too.

I placed an order for 12" and a 16"pizza and got 2 12" pizzas and they were cold hard and th. Wrong items won'. Be ordering again from here or there agian

Food was not good tonight guys, undercooked pizza and chips weren't cooked fully either. Normally very good food but tonight was bad.

mess up my pizza put green peppers on it and left the coleslaw off my order when rang restraunt the guy made out i was lying he said he was sending driver with the coleslaw to check pizza n will admit it there fault if it true n send new one he couldn't understand me when i said i wasn't waitin an hour for more food spend £28 for nothing as my one boy is allergic to peppers so not even like i can pick them off used to love rocket joes never again

Food lovely as always. Unfortunately the delivery driver liked lying and had me walking half way down the road to find him as he couldn't be bothered to get out of his car to look for house numbers.

Hilarious terrible and rude! Ordered pizza from rocket joes, they deliver it and don't bring garlic bread. Get the sister to ring and ask for it and they say that they'll call the driver. They don't ring back so she calls again and they tell her she's lying and the drivers saying he gave it to us. Puts manager on and tells her she's mistaken again. Really rude to her. She's going mad now, having been lovely up to this point and tells the manager she knows what garlic bread is because he keeps asking her to check again but in the pizza box haha. They offer the garlic bread as credit in the store or to bring the garlic bread but by this point I'm never eating here again. He won't refund my money for the garlic bread. We tell just eat on them, chatting with a helpful advisor for twenty minutes (what a palava) sister goes to go home and opens they front door to a garlic bread on the doorstep. We've been in kitchen whole time, no way we could have missed a knock. Can't cope, we're weak laughing. All over just shocked and stunned. The pizza was pretty good mind. Would have gone well with garlic bread.

Las pizzas cuadrada en verdad son enormes. tienen una compre uno y obtenga uno gratis todo el tiempo. Si encontrara conseguir una botella de coca-cola y pan de ajo. Hemos intentado por todos lados y pizzas de este tiene que ser el mejor sin duda.

Pizzas were fantastic as always; delivery was on time (although they delayed the time by 10 mins after ordering); the only issue was that the ice cream had completely crystallised. It had basically been allowed to thaw and then had been refrozen. Aside from that a very good meal.

Fast, square pizza, tasty and always an offer on so cheap!

Asked for onions on my cheeseburger, got a plain burger, no cheese and no onions, chips were bland, onion rings could have been cooked a little longer... overall not impressed

The food arrived 30mins late, I left a full directions of how to find my address and the driver was still ringing (basic literacy skills would have been enough to read the instructions and fond the address) and when the fiod finally arrived it was cold! Needed to heat it up! It was tasty but still didn't make up for 1hr 40mins wait 😕

Charges £2 delivery even tho it states free on there pizza box

The positives.....pepperoni pizza was delicious, wedges were great.... delivery times was half an hour earlier than we expected. Negatives.. Large fries was very measly and barely what I would call a small and not enjoyable. I was not impressed with the meatball special and did not enjoy it....whilst my husband enjoyed it. My youngest said the chicken dippers tasted funny and didn't eat them. I feel this is more personal taste, then food issue and we would stick to our normal choice, only tried Rocket Joes after a friends suggestion.

Pizza was v nice but a slightly bit smaller than expected and a little less topping than I'd hoped for. Overall was v nice pizza though.
