Had a delivery on sunday,delivery was fast and food was amazing,we had large special and large special supper,the fish was massive and cooked to perfection,we will definately order again. Almost forgot,we also ordered the macaroni bites,they were also lovely and tasty so thank you for the lovely food.

Best chip shop in Airdrie and Coatbridge, the only downside is the waiting time for food if you order over the counter. Like most takeaways now just eat has ruined that Friday night experience

The Staff are meeting the standards set by Roberto, himself and they are meeting my own personal high standards. Please note that I only take the time to review good eateries. The food – the fish and chips are of a very high quality and standard. All are cooked fresh and to order. The fish is and remains crispy and the chips are cooked to perfection. The Staff are very friendly, helpful and communicative. On the whole, a very pleasant experience and one that I can highly recommend.

A step back in time to when chip shops were special. Well organised, great food, friendly staff and a frier in Roberto who really knows how to produce the perfect fish. I come from a 1960s Italian chip shop family and know a good fish when I see it.

Been coming here for fifteen years. As I now live in Glasgow, I often pop through for a fish supper. Roberto and staff have a well run shop and it is still queued out the door. Best fish and chips by far and I compare everything to Roberto's fare !!

Popped in here for family dinner & was amazing again.The families order ranged from, Sausage, Black pudding to Fish & pizza's. All came freshly made & cooked to perfection.Roberto was very nice again, happily takes time to talk to his customers while providing a great service. A+ again from us.

I have tried many fast food places and this small fish and chip shop is second to none! Everything is always cooked fresh and to perfection. This is such a busy place but no problem to the owner and excellent staff ,food is cooked fresh but worth waiting for.They also have a salad bar for those who are watching the calories.

What can I say about Roberto's that hasn't already been said? The suppers are the best in Airdrie and the staff always have a smile on their faces and time for a wee chat. Don't even think about getting your fish supper anywhere else!!!

I have always came here for my chips but I got mushy peas today and they were rank they tasted cheap and out a tin. I definitely won't get them again!!

Excellent, excellent, excellent!It may be a Fish & Chip shop, but it's a GREAT Fish & Chip shop.Anything you ask for is cooked fresh, while you wait. Nothing is kept under a heated lamp, drying it out. It's all fresh.The staff are friendly, and always have a smile on their face with a wee bit of banter. If you're lucky, you might have a chat with Roberto...as long as he's not busy. ( Which isn't often! ) If you're looking for good, fresh Fish & Chips you won't find anywhere better.

This is our first stop every time we return to Airdrie. No other chip shop can compete with Roberto 's!! Their special fish supper is just the greatest. Roberto is so friendly, having a chat and a nod 'hello' to all regular and not so regular customers. Would highly recommend.

This is a gem of a chippie and serves the best fish and chips in miles ,Roberta and his staff are great and only makes your fish to order so it's nice and fresh and it's a whopper of a fish supper and tastes great to ,I can see why people come from a distance to robertoes it's the best

This is by far the best chippie in Lanarkshire. The food is cooked to order, and it therefore piping hot when you get your food, its not luke warm like some other places. Yes there is a wait while its cooked but its worth it. If you go elsewhere you will be disappointed!!!

Most people I speak to love this place but I honestly don't see the fascination, it's well organised and run but that doesn't make the food any better.

On a recent return to Roberto's for a real fish supper we were not disappointed very friendly staff and the fish was perfect fresh in lovely batter chips were good too and Roberto's banter was an experience will return even as we stay in Stirling.

Another visit and another amazing meal out of Roberto's. Very friendly staff with the owner openly talks to everyone making them feel at home, the food is amazing too from the pizza's, sausages, fish & of course his chips. Sometimes he throws in some fritters which are great and thoughtful. Will defo be back.

Went to Roberto's for many a year,unfortunately parking facilities are limited so only go on occasion,but most enjoyable.

This chippy is fabulous. The staff are very friendly and have efficient service down to a tee. The queue moves swiftly, even though the food is all cooked to order. This means that it's all incredibly fresh. The staff also take great care in wrapping your food to ensure that its still hot when you take it home. They also serve kids meal, perfect for the younger members of the family ! Definitely well worth a visit

Really like their Fish & Chips, tasty, and value for money! We occasionally go their to get a fish supper or single fish, both my husband and I enjoy it. Usually there's a queue, so we're not the only ones.

Although this is a fifteen minute car journey, my husband won't have fish and chips from anywhere else. On occasions we've went elsewhere we've always came up with the same conclusion why did we do that. Every order freshly made, maybe not the quickest takeaway but definitely the BEST!!

Hi,The best thing about Roberto's is that your food is freshly made as you walk in and make your order. And the service is second to none furthermore every customer is more or less known on first name basis. This will tell you how good the food is as there are repeat customers who know as I do this shop is very special. The fact that airdrie and Coatbridge hove loads of chip shops and take always I must add they have no impact on Roberto's as the quality speaks out for itself.Michael Aziz
