Ordered a meal last night. Waited over 2 hours for it so naturally it arrives cold. My meal was nachos so cold I expected. It the cheese that was melted was now hard and stale. My husband ordered sausage and masg £10.95 When he bought it in I actually thought he was joking! Or that he had an accidentally ordered from the kids menu but no! I would not have paid 5.95 for that and it was vile, cold and tasteless. I used to order from Richie’s and visit a couple of years ago. Now I advise everyone to avoid

Amazing, half chicken and half rack of ribs with bbq sauce , fries and coleslaw. Honesty the ribs are some of the best ive ever had the sauce was awesome. Also it was really hot when i got it , delivery on time. I had a cheese cake aswell, which im pretty sure was home made and that was delicious. A very fair serving aswell. glad i found it, i will certainly get one more order in before i head of home as im only in dartford temp. Give it a go, might treat myself to a t bone steak next. I have had some great food from here previously, not today! Cold soggy chips, cold chicken wings that tasted boiled and smeared with a little bit of sauce. Gross, tasteless, cold so extremely disappointed. Won’t be buying from here again.

Very disappointed. Dreadful tasting, cold food, and delivery time 1hr 40 min, food totally cold. Cheese burgers luke warm/nearly cold, very chewy, no flavour, awful. Fries cold, tasted like reheated day old fries gone cold, never had fries that bad ever. Onion rings cold, totally over cooked and just mush inside, no onion or even a taste of onion. One of the worst meals I’ve ever had delivered. Needless to say, will never order from there again.

Ordered takeaway Blue cheese burger (no blue cheese) and cold. Garlic mushrooms with garlic bread cold and bread soggy. Chips not ordered but cold. Cheesy chips cold and cheese congealed. Disgusting for £23 couldn’t eat any of it. So looking forward to eating this but it’s inedible

Took an hour and a half for delivery. When arrived was missing one milkshake. Phoning to explain, and was made to feel like it was my error, despite there only being 3 straws too for a 4 milkshake order. Food was ok, but not to the value of order ok. Might be alright indoors as service food, but not fit for takeaway, and poor service standards from management when things go wrong. Won't bother using again.

The service here is amazing! I live abroad and wanted to buy my grandparents a dinner. When I couldn’t pay by card as I wasn’t in the same country, a young waiter very very kindly paid for it & allowed me to send him a bank transfer afterwards. That really is incredible service and that waiter is a huge credit to the restaurant (his name is Ali). He was very calm and easy to talk to. He was aware of the problem and immediately found a way to solve it. Despite the issues with my credit card, the food arrived on time and my grandparents had such a special evening. They were delighted and said the food was amazing. They had a three course meal and the steaks were still piping hot even after the starters. Cooked to perfection and great presentation. I am 100% looking forward to visiting when I’m in the UK again and would recommend to anyone, amazing service and great food! If anyone is looking to make someone’s night special during COVID, I would highly recommend their delivery service!

Was so looking forward to meeting up with my family and having a meal for the first time in a while. Walked into the restaurant and was straight away told that they are NOT serving alcohol and I should have been told on the phone when I booked (which i wasnt, otherwise I wouldnt have booked here). Hey ho! Do my liver a break!! The meal was ok, but was not expecting the price of the bill to be ''£173'' for 6 of us (2 of those were children) and also that was with NO alcohol on the bill, I really thought it was a joke but NOPE.... I nearly fell over... it definitely definitely definitely wasnt worth that amount of money💰!!! SHOCKED!!.I then asked did we not get a discount as of part of the eat out discount scheme as it was a monday evening but NOPE they havent signed up to it (maybe my fault for not asking) but you would of thought they would have mentioned it knowing we hadn't been told about the NO alcohol situation, I know it's not alot of but it would have helped lol. Wont be recommend to anyone!!!! Unless they dont mind remortgaging there house to pay the bill 💰.Lol. Definitely wont be going back any time soon!!!! SO WISH WE WALKED AWAY WHEN THEY SAID NO ALCOHOL (might not have even remembered the price if I'd had a drink lol.)🙊🙄☹🤦‍♀️

Ordered via just eat. Got the food, order was wrong, Missing three things, garlic bread half burnt and cold, nachos like cold rubber. Called only to be told I had to get refund from just eat and it was our fault as the number I was ringing them from was wrong! Then wasted an hour being told by just eat they can’t give me my money back but I can have credit. Don’t want credit. Want my money back. Not happy with either company. Won’t survive if they continue with awful service like this. Will use my credit on Stone Willies pizza as they’re a proper restaurant.

I have ordered takeaway from here many times and to be honest it’s a bit hit and miss. I ordered last night and wait was advised at 60 to 90 minutes which is fair enough on a Friday night. The food arrived 130 minutes later after a phone call to the restaurant after two hours. The food arrived and it was cold - but way to too late to do anything about it.

First time of ordering from Richie’s Diner. Wasn’t sure what to expect. A very helpful young lady took our order and gave good advice on what to order. Once order was taken she called us back to take payment. It was only after this that she advised an hour and three quarter wait!! However, we hoped it would be worth it and we certainly were not disappointed! Food arrived hot and delivered by a very polite young man who practiced great social distancing- but almost forgot the milkshakes!! Disaster avoided though. My son was blown away by the size of my ‘Big One’ burger. So his face was a picture when he opened his ‘Empire’ Burger!!! And the milkshakes were to die for- highly recommend the Maltese one! Save to say we will definitely be ordering again but a bit earlier, in anticipation of a 2 hour wait!!

Ordered a takeaway from here for the first time today, and I can honestly say it’s the best takeaway i’ve EVER had! Food said up to a 70 minute wait but arrived within 45 minutes. I ordered chicken strips and chips, my partner had a burger and nachos- all arrived piping hot, and the portions are huge, definitely worth the money. Can’t wait to order from here again :-)

Lovely little restaurant that has a real cosy feel to it with a nice atmosphere. The menu has a great choice and the staff are friendly. I was allowed to take a birthday cake in for my son for us all to have after the meal, the staff saying happy birthday and my son couldn't have been more embarrassed! Reasonably priced food but overall a nice dining out experience.

Got seated straight away however is a small restaurant so would maybe book in advance. Did not get any menus on Arrival had to ask for these at the bar after a while when we realised no one was coming over. Took a while to get someone to take our order and then even longer to get our food. Noticed the party table behind us also took a while for food and that they didn’t get some of their meals. At least we got all our food at once. The food was not very hot when it arrived however we did not raise this issue as didn’t want to wait even longer for anything else. Didn’t get the sauces we asked for (ketchup) and no waiters to catch their attention. Did not have the dessert that we wanted in stock and the beers were not cold for the people next to us therefore they had to order something else. Didn’t want to be disappointed with something else not in stock so asked for the bill. The bill was wrong(overcharged) and we asked for this to be corrected and they kindly took off one of our main meals - without us asking - and they apologised for the service of the night. Despite this bad review my family have been to this restaurant before and said that the service has never been this bad - the restaurant just must have been busier than usual on this particular visit and they clearly just could not cope. If the food was hotter it would have been very good just disappointing on this occasion. Would maybe consider returning but definitely earlier in the week when it would hopefully be less busy and they wouldn’t have run out of stock.

I ordered a delivery on a Saturday night at 5:30. I was told it would come at at MAX 6:45.

I mean it wasn’t fantastic but the prices are reasonable, staff could be a bit more attentive and the chefs could at least try better to present the food or even give it a bit more taste, BUT it was a nice atmosphere and very welcoming and family restaurant

I was pleasantly surprised going to Richie's Diner. The food was lovely and plenty of it. The service was a little slow but I guess they were busy so wasn't really a problem. I would recommend if you've never been.

We visited with a large family and had the best time. The food was excellent and really reasonably priced! There were 17 of us but that didn't pose any problems at all. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be eating here again. Jack Corny Cornelius was a great waitor/host!!

We had driven past this restaurant for many months and finally popped in as the family fancied burgers. Great selection and some unusual combinations but really excellent all around. My son had a burger with crispy creams as buns!

Avoid, absolutely disgusting tasteless food. Hot dog was so disguisting I could not even finish it. Cheese on my partners nachos was not melted , and was so awful that nearly made him vomit. Never had such a disgusting meal in my life. AVOI AVOID AVOID

We were at Bluewater and planned on having TGI's however, we were told it'd be an hours wait for a table and we decided to swerve it. I looked on TripAdvisor and found Richie's by chance! I gave them a call and was told they would be able to seat us so we headed there.

Popped in on a Friday night and got a table for 3. Good size portions and did not have to wait long. Restaurant was full and feels a bit crammed. We was happy with the food and will return.

Best diner food we have had by far! We have been to lots of American Diners in various places around the UK/USA and nothing has come close to Richie's! Staff were really lovely and friendly. The music made the whole experience for us and we will be back for sure. Highly highly recommended.

If your not very hungry and are happy to wait over an hour for your dinner then I recommend this place. We order our meals waiting over an hour for them another tablet came in orders and got there’s meals straight away. I ordered the chicken burger it came out undercooked so they made me a fresh one that also came out pink they just blamed it on the meat. My other half ordered the same thing that was so rubbery he couldn’t eat that either. I was sitting where I could see into the kitchen when the door was open I saw loads of chefs just sitting around laughing doing nothing clearly not cooking the chicken probably. Waste of time and money in my opinion.

A big group of us visited here for my husbands 60th birthday the food was great the service was great and the price was good we will certainly come back again

Parking is not great and would like to visit here more but parking is an issue. However food is excellent and Service is one of the best. Really did blow us all away and would recommend to every1.

Food always top quality, large portions, can never do a desert, excellent value for money. Staff and service exceptional, always know what we want to drink. The music creates a great atmosphere ensuring you are relaxed, whilst you are enjoying your fantastic meal. Absolutely top class.

This is our go to take away diner. Massive portions. Great quality for money. Have also been to the restaurant itself and it’s nice and intimate.

I have order food from this restaurant in several occasions and it is always great. I can only recommend to eat in this place. However, if you are considering a delivery... worth considering how hungry you are already. Normally it took over one hour to deliver to us but when we ordered yesterday it took two hours...a bit excessive for a delivery even more when we ordered at 6pm sharp...just as they opened! As much as I like the food I will have second thoughts about ordering in again...

they used to deliver to istead rise but for some unknown reason they decided to stop delivering here but still deliver to a nearby village :( now i don't know what im going to eat

This is small enough to book the entire place for a family celebration. Good American style menu with huge hot-dogs and some nice burgers, etc. Reasonable prices too

The burgers were delicious & the staff friendly, providing great service. It seemed slow on the delivery but think they had lots of takeaways.

We went here on Mother’s Day for lunch. We had booked as we knew the restaurant wasn’t very big. This was our first visit and although it was very busy the service was excellent. I was greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco for Mother’s Day which I thought was a lovely touch. My husband, my son and myself had a starter and a main each and we were so full that there was no room for the desserts. They also had milkshakes and they said they were good too. The young waiters were very attentive & friendly.

We placed an order at 6.51, was advised delivery would be within 75 minutes. Called at 8.10 and was advised the order was ready and was waiting for a driver. Called again at 8.30 to be told it’s just leaving. The order was delivered at 8.45. The burger was just warm, the garlic bread, goujons and fries were cold. The only items hot were the sweet potato fries and onion rings.

Wow what a lovely hidden secret.. absolutely lovely food, great service and comfy surroundings. Excellent value for money. First visit and well most definitely be back. Take aways looked great too. Thank you for a lovely meal.

I have just got back from Richie’s Diner and had to write a review(not something I would normally do) Firstly the decor is lovely, not trashy American diner. From the moment we entered we was made to feel very welcome. The food was amazing, we both had burgers. “The big one” and “The Empire State”. They were massive!!!! Then we had milkshakes, not going to lie but my eyes were definitely bigger than my belly. The gentleman that was front of house was very friendly and genuinely interested in what we thought of the food and where we had travelled from, not a robotic question in sight. I really liked the music that was playing and he got the details of the album for me so that I could download it for myself. We loved everything about the place and are planning our next visit. See you again soon.

Looking for a reasonable burger place after a shopping event in Bluewater. We found this local joint in Dartford.

I do love the burgers here, they are tasty and full of flavour (especially the Greasy Pit Burger ) Hot dogs are ok Fries are great and always arrive hot the only issue I have is with the potato skins how do you manage hot, crispy fries and manage lukewarm, cheese not Totally melted potato skins ??

We booked a table for 6.30pm. When we turned up there was no parking outside the restaurant which we knew about. But we were told we could park in a lay by further up. This lay by was residential, full of potholes and completely parked up. Shame as i am sure the food would have been nice. But i cant recommend

I have been to this restraunt many times and each and every time we have been amazed by the taste and quality of the menu. Burgers are amazing as are the chips. Some of the burgers are so big I had to cut like a cake! Best place around the dartford area to get a decent burger. Would highly recommend. They also do a takeaway service.

Have been here twice now. The setting is very nice, staff are friendly and the rest of my family, who all eat meat, enjoyed their meals very much.

Wow! What can I say this place was amazing! A hidden gem which I happened to stubble upon by chance, I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and it had 2 Krispy Kreme donuts in place of the bun with maple syrup.... Sounds sickly but man it works!

Birthday treat for teenage son. Was quite evening as a Monday but our waiter was really helpful, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food was absolutely amazing. Portions are big and we struggled to finish so no room for dessert but the milkshakes made up for that. Will definitely eat here again and bonus that we found out that you deliver in area.

We usually order takeaway from Richie’s which has always been incredible! Our food always arrives hot and without problems! The food is amazing! Burgers and hotdogs are huge! We recently ate inside the restaurant which is very stylish and full of American art which we loved! It was very clean and the staff were so friendly! Food and drinks came quick and each waiter that served us took the time to talk to us and check everything was ok! We couldn’t fault the food! We love Richie’s and the staff! We are now regular customers!

Absolutely incredible overall. Lovely kind welcoming staff and gorgeous atmosphere and decoration in the restaurant. Our waiter Jack was so kind and considerate. The food was just amazing for the prices, such good portion sizes and the milkshakes are to die for. Would definitely recommend.

Had delivery for the first time today and will happily order again in the future. Food arrived within about 50 minutes and the portion sizes were impressive, the food was good quality and it was still piping hot when it arrived. The size of the hotdogs were amazing considering they cost less than a tenner!

We ordered a takeaway and were really impressed. The burger was fantastic and the sides were also great. The chicken chips and coleslaw was very good as well. Portion sizes are impressive and all packed well so as to avoid spillage. And it arrived piping hot!!! We will definitely be ordering again but will visit soon to try out the diner itself as well as choose some other amazing dishes on offer. Many thanks

We were a large party comprising of 21 people and had booked Richie’s for an 18th birthday meal (family meal). The service throughout was excellent, very welcoming, attentive but not too much and did well to accommodate such a large group.

I am not one to write reviews in fact this is the first, what a meal I have just had for my wife’s 30th.

We live on the other side of the bridge. We finished our shopping and thought, where can we go for something different? We really fancied a juicy hot dog and some hot fries! I just so happened to google where the best place for that was, and as the reviews looked good, we just drove over to Dartford!

Service very slow and my children received under cooked raw chicken. When I tried to complain to the manager I was told he was out doing takeaway delivery’s!! I would not return or recommend, highly disappointed by the attitude from staff.

We had a family dinner at Richie's Diner on saturday night, there were 10 of us and we had never been here before, the food was excellent and very good value and we all enjoyed ourselves, the only moan I had was that they do not have a great choice of Milkshakes they only have ones with milky bar etc, I am not a drinker so I was looking forward to a proper banana, strawberry or chocolate type plain shake which they don't do so that was my only disappointment but you can't please everyone.

the steak burger is not worth the money you pay for it. the steak was tough not tender, there was hardly any cheese and the lumpy onions were far from caramelised. perhaps i caught them on an off night or the 4 miles. they had to drive to deliver was a bit to far.

First time ordering would def order again the prawn cocktail and the ribs were beautiful and the steak was cooked perfectly good portions all arrived warm. Only thing I didn't enjoy too much was the nacho sour cream but that was just me I'm fussy with sauces. Overall really enjoyed.

The milkshake was disappointing, for the price i expected a real flavour pop but it was so bland. Not worth the price at all. Heat wise not great, chips were lukewarm but the burger was ok, not piping hot but nothing 30 secs in the microwave wouldn't sort. Maybe worth investing in thermal sleeves like the pizza places do? Slightly overinflated prices but all in all id order again. They even rang to say they'd be a few minutes late!

Visited here for birthday dinner and wasnt disappointed at all. Service was prompt, restaurant was clean with brilliant American diner decor, great music too. The food was out on time all together considering there was 8 of us. The burgers where MASSIVE and so so so tasty and at an unbelievable price. So if you want a challenge try 'the Empire burger'. I had the 'cajun blue' which was perfect. 10000000% recommend and a revisit will be very soon! So much better than your regular food diner chains, they even deliver!!!

Amazing high standard of food with typical American portioned sizes! (large burgers) my only downside is the size of milkshake for £4.50 it isn't justifiable at all nor is it thick either. Overall I'd eat from here again & recommend to my family and friends!

Food is over priced for what it is..burgers are bland and the use of frozen chicken is debatable..the takeaway packaging should be upgraded for what people pay and the fact that 60quids worth of food was shoved into two bags is pretty bad to be fair.. the burgers were over done, the hash Brown's were underdone and everything was completely soggy and cold..the ribs were okay and so were the wings but thats not hard..most of it went in the bin so would never order from here again.
