been here for breakfast before so went for sunday lunch, fantastic food, the beef just melted in my mouth and there was plenty of it, it was a buffet so you could help your self to everything bar the meat, the roast potatoes were the best i have had in ages, a great meal will deff go back even though we live in warrington and were just visiting family

Regularly meet with friends here for breakfast/lunch. Great value for money, friendly staff. This venue is a fantastic asset for the local community.

Absolutely lovely welcome so friendly and a fabulous atmosphere! The food is amazing and such value for money, Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic, staff are friendly and a good laugh. Food is top notch, the carvery is amazing, I'm not normally a fan of a carvery but everything was spot on, hot food,fresh and tasty. They really look after their customers and was lovely to see the interactions between the staff and regulars, it felt very family friendly. Great place for going alone, couple, friends and family, regardless of your age/gender. Massive carpark, awesome play area for kids, which is safe away from the road so you can relax a bit. Plenty of seating and a really good function room. Definitely a good spot as we've been the last 3days running for dinner, wallet/purse friendly too so win win

large area to dine and drink Play area outside . Patio area too Staff are polite and helpful. Food is fine. Sometimes we not sure of times they serve. Bar prices are average. Dog friendly on patio area. Not inside:-( Shame. Has cpl of dart boards to play on. Missing a pool/snooker table etc. Large rooms and function room. Been to a few functions.

Meet up at the Rugby club every few weeks with friends, usually around lunch time for a bite to eat and a catch up with rest of crowd. Excellent food and service, well worth a visit. Also serves Alcohol, tea and coffee, plenty of choice for everyone

Food was lovely,was put off it tho as one of the staff absolutely stunk of cannibis ,I couldn't finish my meal and left my dessert

Brilliant breckfast (served all day). Can't fault the food. Everything you want from a traditional fry up at a very reasonable price. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Nice location with ample parking. Will definitely be visiting again when I'm in the area.

went here for a family meal, food was excellent good price and nice staff, we went at lunch but the breakfast menu looked good too. lovely place and a play area for children as well, would deffo go again when we are in the area

Discovered this breakfast Gem two years ago and treat ourselves to breakfast whenever we visit our static van.Worth a visit for just like home cooked food, reasonably priced and always hot served by pleasant staff..you will not be disappointed.

They have really nice coaches i think that I’m a really good player because of them and its a quality rugby club and I’m loyal to them

The rugby club carvery has become a regular feature of our Sunday’s. The food is nice and hot with seasonal vegetables and the gravy is legendary and for me worth the visit in its own right. There is a choice of three meats, all of which melt like butter, which you can pick and mix, boiled and roast potatoes and other veg, the gravy and all the condiments are self service. The staff are all very helpful and very friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced. It may not have white cotton table cloths and waiter service but for value for money I don’t think you can beat it and yes we are going back there next week.

Breakfast was ok. Have had bigger portions for similar price. What let the whole thing down in comparison to other restaurants and cafes; the staff were’nt wearing face coverings when taking orders and serving food which at this time is not very comforting at all when social distancing is still so paramount. I really don’t want a stranger within a foot of me lowering my plate unmasked to be honest. Staff at other eateries still wear masks to promote a much more secure and risk free environment for its customers. Three days later i tested positive for covid.

Not too bad an experience, some friends ate, I did not this time, but they were very happy with what they had, and it looked good. Service was fine, it is cheap and clean

Never fails to impress, we often visit here for breakfast, and we are never let down, price is brilliant and portions sizes are very generous, the staff are also friendly and always make you feel welcome.

I visited here tody with my family. I had an all day breakfast and to say I was disappointed with my food is an understatement. The sausages and hash browns were tasteless and greasy, the beans were like bullets, the black pudding was hard and the bacon was overcooked/burnt. My wife had the steak pie and she wasn't very impressed with that either.I did inform them of my disappointment in a nice manner and although they said they'd take it on board they just left it at that, no offer of a refund or a complimentary drink.I won't be eating here again, it's the worst meal I've had in a very long time.

After visiting last year we knew a long wait was going to happen and yes it did apart from people coming in after us being served and after going to the counter to be told it’s table service well what do you say the small number of staff we’re run off their feet the young lady who finally served us was absolutely splendid food was delicious would go again based on food quality but service should be better

31/05/2021Not a very Happy Person….. We live local my son has played for Rhyl Rugby Team in the past at the old ground …..So today we decided to go for lunch we ordered All Day Breakfast…..We waited over an hour to have it served to us after we had ordered …..My husband had to go and ask …. But previous to this I’d asked and was told they were just doing the eggs…..in between this we had ordered more drinks again the slip had gone missing with our order……The last waitress thanks to her gave us our drinks free and served our lunch and apologised for the wait she looked very annoyed at what had happened to us, so thank you to her much appreciated for her help....Very annoyed that people who had come later on than us because they new the staff was being seen to first ….

We meet here for breakfast with two of our closest friends,with this Covid the staff are very particular, hygiene is top of their list for them which is really good to see,very friendly staff at all times,the breakfast is very clean looking and tasty,it’s always a pleasure to visit any day of the week,and the prices are incredible, good luck for the future all involved.

We made a last minute decision to pop out for dinner, we telephoned before hand incase they were fully booked was informed there was plenty of seating available both indoors and outdoors.We decided to sit indoors which was great, they had signed rugby shirts hanging up on the walls also pictures of the Rhyl rugby team from years and years back which was interesting to look at.We ordered two adult meals and childs and two soft drinks, food came out very quickly was nice and hot, and absolutely delicious, price was also very very good.We will definitely be visiting again, next time for the breakfast they do.

Rhyl rugby club is the best place in rhyl for breakfast. Amazing price, staff are really helpful. Support our local rugby club, its fabulous, clean , friendly and super service.

Whether it’s breakfast or evening meal it is excellent value for money. Only quibble is its slow waiting to order and plates could be hotter..

Been coming here for many months. For food, drinks and watching rugby. Lovely atmosphere, large car park. Food and breakfast served.2 large rooms. Tv all around. Dogs allowed outside on the patio area.Drink choice is good staff friendly. Sunday carvery great gets very busy.

Called in for a light mid morning breakfast. Fantastic facility. Clean, bright and airy with a great choice on the menu at exceptional value. Settled on a bacon, sausage and fried egg toastie, served piping hot for the princely sum of £3.00. Chatting to some other customers who were having a full breakfast - they said they came there regularly as it was the best breakfast in town. Highly recommended.

Fantastic new facility at Ty Newydd Road in Rhyl, Now serving food from 9am till 7pm. Ive eaten there on a number of occasions recently and every time its been supurb. A range of breakfasts are served, personally we went for the mega breakfast, which was one of the best we ve ever had. The Carvery on a Sunday is fantastic and great value for money.The atmosphere in the club house is relaxed, clean and tidy, being a sports club, TVs are usually on in the bar, showing a range of differant sports. Having its own large car park, parking is easy. Function room is well set up, with HDMI and powerpoints, so laptops can be linked upto a projector. Bar stagg are great, very helpful

We can highly recommend Rhyl Rugby Club as a place to eat as well as drink. Their breakfasts are amazing. The carvery is outstanding. Spoilt for choice on the rest of the menu. Great quality and value. The atmosphere is brilliant and very relaxing. This is down to the hard work and friendliness of the fantastic staff who really make everyone feel welcome. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful place to go to. We really love to going whether it be just for a drink or to have some food too.

Called for breakfast with my wife, our first time. Small breakfast and a medium breakfast which was literally twice as big as the small for £1 extra. The quality was excellent for the nominal charge of £3.50 and £4.50 respectively included it a mug of tea or coffee and toast. Will definitely go again, my only minor quibble is one that I always have, why put a freshly cooked meal on a cold plate?

After hearing good reports about the clubs Sunday lunch we thought we would give it a go. Tried to find out a little more information via their website, but that was less than helpful - so perhaps that needs looking at.However, the Sunday lunch was really nice, the beef was so tender, and there was a good selection of veg, plus stuffing, gravy and a Yorkshire pudding, all was piping hot. You can have a slice of each meat on offer, then it's help yourself to the rest. The venue was clean and warm inside, and as we live very close will definitely be returning. Staff were very pleasant, and for £7.50 was excellent value.
