Revolution St Peters Square, Liverpool in Liverpool

Booked a bottomless brunch for myself and 5 friends, we arrived promptly and weren't seated until 6:45pm, 15 minutes after our time slot. We then sat down to look through the menu, following a half an hour wait and a couple of complaints later someone came to take our drinks order. They then returned to say we didn't have a booking to which we supplied our booking reference. Some 20 minutes later we managed to get hold of the manager Ethan who stated he would try to find out what had happened and rectify the situation. Another twenty minutes and no drinks, we were disgruntled having paid a deposit, we expected better service. We had a conversation with Ethan following this to which he said "There was nothing he could do and he was wasting time standing there talking to us" Quite frankly his attitude is disgusting and he should not be working in hospitality. Disgusting service!

We had booked the cocktail masterclass for 10 people for my younger sisters 18th birthday. James, who was running our cocktail masterclass was absolutely amazing. We could not praise him enough. The masterclass was fantastic, and he continues to look after us all afterwards. His customer service was incredible. However, all the other staff including two managers were extremely unprofessional and rude. Once we had completed the masterclass we waited nearly an hour for our food. One of our party was gluten free, which I had discussed with Revs prior to our masterclass and we were told GF food would be provided. Staff on the night were unaware of this and told us we needed to pay extra, I explained I had never been anywhere where you had to pay extra for an allergy and that we hadn’t been told this we’d been told it would be fine, so we wouldn’t be paying. They eventually brought a GF meal out. We asked for sauces and cutlery with our food 5 times and a chef eventually brought this out to us, who was really nice. We had been waiting around 40 minutes to get some drinks, a lady behind the bar informed us she was trying to get some more staff down and we could sit down and she would come over to us. After a further 20 minutes I went back to the bar, which was now staffed and was told I would need to que for drinks. I advised I would’ve been happy to que but we had now been waiting over an hour and were told staff would come up to us. I asked to speak to a manager and the young man at the bar informed me to find a manager myself as he was “trying to do his job”. I eventually spoke to a manager who said he would resolve this and didn’t. I was absolutely appalled at this customer service. Both the managers we spoke to were extremely unprofessional, and so were the bar staff. I sympathised that they were busy however it’s a well known bar in Liverpool city centre they should be adequately staffed. We had spent just under £500 on this booking and to be treated that was was appalling. We still want to praise James so much as he was absolutely amazing and carries this establishment.

Went on Saturday for our work Xmas do and we waited 45 mins before our first drinks came out, bearing in mind we had a 2 hour slot for our bottomless brunch. There wasn't enough staff on, so we felt bad for them but the manager on the front desk was so rude and extremely condescending when trying to speak to him. He just nodded with the rudest expression on his face. Basically told there was nothing they could do. Revs take note he is not a people person and shouldn't be in this type of industry. Lesson learned won't be going again. Food was bland and drinks were very limited.

Just awful, we had booked a brunch a few weeks in advance. When we arrived at the booked time we were told to order our drinks from the bar while they got the table ready. After buying the drinks we were told the table was ready. It was filthy, we asked for someone to clean it. After an hour we still hadn’t had a drink, food or the table cleaned. We complained to the manager who just looked out of his depth to be honest. If he would have said sorry the drinks and food will be with you in 5 minutes we would have stayed. Ended up leaving and dodging a massive load of vomit left on the stairs with blue roll on it.

We pre booked bottomless brunch weeks before. When we got there I had to ask for the tables to be put together as we were seperated on 3 tables of 3. We had 2 cocktails the whole time. They kept compensating with us with prosecco. After asking 3times for a drink we then asked 3 times for the manager. Was shocking. The food came and it was cold and a small portion. We were served by Jo. He was lovely, felt sorry for the guy who was under alot of pressure. He seemed to be getting the stick. Jo it was not your fault, but managers.. They knew we were coming why wasn't there enough staff. Quit your job mate surely there is better jobs that respect you. We left 30mins before we were due and paid a total of £18.50 with deposit as the manager knocked the price down. We won't be back. Go to slug and lettuce if they have space. Better food and constant drinks. And bogs are disgusting.

Went for a cocktail masterclass and food after. Was boss would deffo recommend. Tray behind the bar took control of the night and kept everyone in good spirits and was attentive with drinks. Would definitely recommend cocktail making class! We attended as part of a hen party and had such a great night! Aiden was fantastic and his knowledge and skills are fantastic! Revelution st peters square DON'T BOTHER APPAULING SERVICE ATTITUDE NEVER AGAIN penalised as we are just a couple no reserved signs on table had been in the venue sitting at the table whilst it was vertually empty for a length of time then asked to leave the table despite ordering food to make way for other customers by a new young manager that requires customer service eduction of revelution bars to represent them effectively. He does not appear to have any concept or understanding of the customer service industry . Revelution will either re-educate this individual or loose more business from corporate companies showed little respect for customers we had to cancel food due to inability to meet customer requirements arrogant impolite we suffered due to his mistake and asked to leave due to his error sad very very sad as loyal customers for many years.

Aiden, Trei and Simeon made the experience! We had a cocktail masterclass with Aiden and Trei and then we were served and made drinks by Aiden, Trei and Simeon, the three lads really made the night an experience and are a credit to the company! Will definitely be back!

Callum was absolutely fantastic. Made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely recommend for bottomless brunch. Fantastic.
