Nikki was amazing at being our server today, the best service ever. Give her a pay rise now! Went above and beyond to meet our needs!

Nice bar open till 2am a bit quiet but it was a Monday night sure it will be very busy at weekends

Had a great afternoon!! The service, I think her name was Sophie was great!!, one lady in particular was really helpful as I couldn’t figure out how to work the app, she was patient with me what is very helpful as I get a lot of anxiety when ordering.

Rocked up on a Sunday for the £6 cocktails and staff were class. Nicky and Tom were spot on with out drinks. Zero complaints.

Booked a table for my Birthday today after previously having brunch that was great. Today was the opposite, when we was seated we waited 20 minutes and no one came to take our order so we went to the bar to place it. The poor girl was by herself, not sure where the guy went. The food then took 40min to arrive, my friend went up to ask how long it would be. Both there was only about 4 other tables so not busy. The girl did come and give us complimentary shot that was nice. When the arrived it was not hot, chips was cold. By this stage I just wanted to leave. Service on a Saturday 5 star, on a Tuesday lucky if it was 3.

Went for cocktails with the lads. Treated really well. Nikki specifically gave class service and sorted out our table the whole night. Would highly recommend.

Food and service are great. Charlene was very good and was very accommodating when we asked to change soda in the cocktails to lemonade. Would highly recommend a visit especially during the week with their lunch menu just 2.99 sun to thurs and cocktails from only £6.00.

I got rejected entry (with 2 forms of ID that weren’t even glanced at) all for talking to friends about my personal situation about my children, yet no one else at the time was being ID’d and nor was anyone that was invited to the event I was going to was, so unprofessional from the bouncer.

Amazing service from Sophie!! Afternoon tea and cocktails were so good and such a modern cosy environment to enjoy a child sunday but can even be the best atmosphere on a Saturday night out on the tiles!💗 So worth a visit! ✌️

olivia was great! her service was amazing

The service offered by two female waitresses (both tall, one long brown hair other had cute buns in and white and black hair?) was phenomenal. Even though dealing with a separate table of about 20 at the same time. We did order some food though, it took about 55 minutes to come out, however, the waitress kept us updated and continued to apologise (it’s not her fault, kitchen could’ve maybe been more prepared) however they did bring over some free shots for the table as an apology, which was lovely. They also catered to our Gluten Free guest very well. All I would say is there is not GF menu but all allergies are clearly labelled on the app/website. Would definitely return.

Olivia was the star of the show! We really ought not to have been allowed in this venue at 73 years of age my wife and I were shall we say at the very upper end of the age profile. We had a red letter day voucher entitling us to a burger and beer each. Unfortunately although we had booked and had been assured that we were ' all booked in' the reality was quite different. Our original waitress deserted us after we sat down. We had to draw attention to ourselves and the wait that we were experiencing. That was where Olivia rescued us and navigated us through the rest of the evening. What could have been a disaster was averted. Olivia was very attentive and we received good service from then on. Communication was at fault for our inordinate wait for our burger and beer. Arrived and booked in at 7pm we didn't receive our drinks and burger for an hour. We ate just after 8pm the delay being on the threshold of totally unacceptable Had it not been for Olivia saving the day we would have had a totally unacceptable experience. As it was the burgers were good, the beers good, and the service great! What the establishment should learn however is how the red letter voucher system works- I believe it is new to them- but they were scrambling around not knowing what to serve us with our having effectively paid in advance. Thanks Olivia. You were the star of the show! Kenneth
