Randalls Coffee and Wine Bar in Surrey Heath

Lovely people, great coffee and snacks, a nice vibe, and also great to sit outside when the weather is good. Why go to the coffee chains when you have gems like this.

We called here for coffee and cake one afternoon. It was delicious. The coffee is good and in a generous sized cup. The salted caramel slice was to die for. Service was Covid compliant and very friendly. We called back on a later day for breakfast. The sausage bun was tasty and filling and the croissant was fresh and tasty.

Super cafe in the centre of Lightwater. Owner has made such an effort to make it through Shutdown 1 and the brief opening up. Options to now to sit outside and limited space inside but also caters for the take away trade. Good choice of drinks and snacks etc and the staff are always most helpful. Great stopping off point if out for a stroll and very popular with the locals as there are a lot of regular faces to be seen.

Really great coffee, snacks and cakes are fantastic too. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the way the place has established itself in the community, hosting events and supporting other caterers, is really wonderful to see.

Travelling down to Bath and South wales for a 6-day holiday we wanted a break from M25/M3 etc and travelled into Lightwater looking for somewhere to rest and have a coffee. Because of Covid19 we had to have what turned out to be weak coffee outside. I had a small flapjack and a sandwich and the cost for 2 people was £11.05. Not a place I would go again!

A lovely coffee shop in the middle of lightwater, worth a visit for decent coffee, cake and tray bakes.

Such a huge part of the whole community would be lost without you. Matt and Viv have done an amazing job and are great supports of all the locals x

I love this place,the food is excellent,the price is reasonable and the staff are so pleasant,spotlessly clean,a must visit if your in the area,better than airport food and cheaper,you cant go wrong in Randalls,something on menu for all taste buds,great kids menu and coffee to die for.

Have been visiting since Matt & Viv opened it. It’s usually great, and never anything less than very good. Coffee is tasty, range of options is substantial, staff are all attentive & very helpful. Would highly recommend to locals & visitors alike.

I only recently visited the coffee shop and I was quite surprised how good the coffee was and the staff were very polite. Overall, I will be coming here more regularly.

Randall's is such a lovely, and always busy coffee shop. The staff are always welcoming and nothing is ever too much to ask. The only thing I would improve on is the bathroom door, it should have an automatic soft close, as sometimes people forget to close it after they have used it.

What a lovely place to visit and catch up with friends. Very friendly and great coffee and food If it’s a lovely day there are the chairs outside to sit in the sun with a nice glass of wine

I love the hot chocolate and friendliness of the staff. They are also great with the young children who always ask to go back.

We often pop in here as we live in Lightwater. For great coffee - nice staff and quite quick service. Good selection of sandwiches and cakes

Enjoyable friendly cafe, love to go back for a evening drinks and food. Clean and staff are friendly. Hopefully one day be back.

Randalls has bought life and sole to the village over the last few years. It's encouraging to see hardy folks braving the weather on a bright chilly day. Inside there is always a buzzy warm atmosphere. A few month's ago, I called for a bacon roll and coffee, and at £5.50 thought it was a bit pricey compared to a Spanish golf bar where a similar snack is on offer for 2euro. But the roll was so delicious, I had another! On the few occasions I visit I mostly meet someone I know, and if not there are newspapers to read. Staff very helpful and the tables and floors nice and clean. It was even the subject of my 2013 Christmas card! Excellent asset for the village.

Situated in the centre of Lighwater right next to the supermarket and opposite the garage it is ideal to pop in for a drink and light refreshment or spend longer there with friends, reading the papers (provided free) or using the free Wi-Fi.

Popular with all the locals. Friendly Staff. Nice selection of Sandwiches, Cakes etc. Only downfall it could do with being a bit bigger.

I have been about once a week for the last few months. The coffee is fantastic, very good quality (forgot to ask for decaf once and had to be scraped from the ceiling!). Have only have a selection of pastries and cakes nothing savoury and they have all been excellent. Their gluten free cake is very good, you would never know. Nice rewards system too allowing you to save for free syrups, coffee etc.

Good that there is a quality coffee shop in the village that has seating both indoors and out. Quality coffee and snacks, for both eating in and take away. Staff very friendly and attentive.

I was recommended to visit this cafe whilst having repairs done to a vehicle at the nearby motor garage. Having never been to Lightwater Village shopping centre before, I was very pleasantly surprised by the standard of Randalls and the quality of the food. I enjoyed a very tasty light lunch and a drink here, and if I am in the area again I would have no hesitation about eating here again. Lightwater has a number of take-away food & drink outlets, but only this one has a seating area, so its nice to find that it is a good one!

I am so pleased we have Randalls in the village. The staff are friendly and the Randall's hot chocolate is my go-to pick-me-up if I'm feeling down!

I have just eaten the most amazing vegetarian breakfast wrap... It was absolutely delicious.... Want another one... Coffee great too... Nice young staff... Love it...

Interesting concept with the coffee bar switching to a wine bar in the evenings. be careful about opening times though. The cold meat/cheese platter in the evening is especially good with a bottle of wine in the evenings. Outside are is Ok in the summer.

Every village needs a strong community offering and Randall's does just that, friendly staff, freshly made coffee and a clean, welcoming environment. If you are fed up with homogenous chains then give Randall's a go.

Eat here today. The choice is limited to the usual coffee house dishes ... toasted sandwiches, cakes, etc. Nice enough location and improved since previous owner sold. Nice coffee and hot chocolate! Today, I have to say my toasted cheese sandwich was not cooked enough .... solid cold cheese in the centre :(
