Raffos in Belfast

Waited over an hour. Food came cold. Burger bun wasn’t even toasted ffs - meat dry and unseasoned. Should’ve stuck to my go to chippy instead of trying this place

I have to say over the last couple of months the food has improved a lot 4th time ordering over the past few weeks chips great and just had a chicken burger absolutely gorgus what ever yous have changed keep it up best chippy on the road

Honestly one of the best pizzas in Belfast! We always get chicken, mushroom, sweetcorn, pineapple and black olives!! its soo good!!

Went try raffos Springfield rd, ordered well done fish, got home & fish like putty, brought it back & got new order, opened it up in house, absolutely Dosgusting, if ya can’t fry well done fish ya need go cookery school.. Disgusting..

We ordered on a Friday and it took about 20 minutes to be ready which wasnt bad. Ordered two chicken burgers, chips and onion rings - got home and the chips weren't there.. I called them back and they had a fresh bag of chips delivered about 15 mins later!! Awesome service. The guy was super apologetic about it too. The food itself was nice, batter was good and chicken was great. Onion rings were amazing but a huge portion. A large chip was a huge portion too. The taco sauce wasnt great though, curry sauce was good. We'll definitely be back again!

Definitely in the top 3 chippy’s in west Belfast. Chips are perfectly cooked. Pasties are meaty and tasty. Fish delicious

Chips were perfect , plenty on the menu for a tasty snack or a dinner for large family many deals to be had here

Sorry chips were hard and greasy not worth money even the children would not eat them and they love getting chips when we are out

Always deliveries on time and food is always of the highest quality and reasonably priced would used again

Ok, so I am an American, and I am clearly not qualified to judge every fish and chip shop around. But I have been eating Raffos for nearly 30 years, every single time I visit the relatives, and their fish (always ordered well done) is perfect! I can tell you that we have absolutely no place in the mid west that has nicer fish than what we get at Raffos!

Dreadful! Had a 1.5Hr wait. The offerings that arrived were cold, fish was mushy, chips were mostly tiny bits n pieces. They brought full fat coke instead of the water we ordered. At the time of ordering, I asked how much it would be and was told that they were too busy. I did say,"not too busy to take my order but too busy to tell me how much it is" which was met with a tut and a reply of, "it'll take a few minutes okay?" I replied, " no problem" and was told that my order was £15.30 for a chicken filletBurger meal and a cod supper.What we received was poor and had to be heated in the oven. I did phone the shop to request that they let Jordan/Aldo know that after 7 years they've lost a customer! Disgusted with what we received in terms of food and customer service. I don't mind waiting for good quality food and service, but this was well below par.Cross beyond words!

Ordered from Cliftonville Road chippy and won't be doing it again. Food was cold, order was short and delivery late. Ended up having to get in the car and go over to the shop which defeated the purpose of ordering online. Very little acknowledgement about the mistake when I went into the shop. Last order from me I'm afraid. Shop in West Belfast is great but one in North isn't so hot

Falls road raffos is great. We got the cod brilliant. Good portions. Had to wait but well worth it. Very busy place.

Decided to try the steak baguette. Distinctly asked for peppers onions but no mushrooms. When get home its covered in mushrooms.

I cant vouch for the other stores but the Falls Road Raffos is top. Cheap, tasty and clean. It can be quite busy at times but the food speaks for itself.

I got the taco chip once and it was lovely, with nice mince beef and grated cheese on top so decided to get it again today, was looking forward to it. Cannot eat it The girl absolutely drowned it in a white cheesy sauce. Disgusting.

Fish, chip and carton of curry to go. Very disappointing.Fish was tasteless. It was large, I suppose, although the biggest majority of it was batter. Chips were essentially half cooked, raw potato and swimming in oil. There wasn't that many of them either (a blessing in disguise).The killer was the curry. It was one or two degrees above stone cold, totally bland, with the consistency of wallpaper paste. Horrible. Amazing that somewhere can get away with serving this pigswill, and having the cheek to charge over the odds for it. The staff aren't going to win any awards either. Not rude, but unfriendly and disinterested. As if they don't want to be there, you know?Can't wait til Walkers reopens, now that is a chippy.

The best fish and chips i have eaten.Cooked fresh for you,so theres a wait.Try the scallop potatoes,they are to die for.Plenty of choices burgers ,chicken and a healthier range.

Raffos has to be the best take away food in Belfast. Staff are very friendly and you receive good value for money. You might have a wee bit of a wait if they are sorting deliveries, but it's well worth the wait!!

Nice fish and chips when you have the urge. Staff is friendly and quick. The oil seemed to be changed every so often so you don't have that bad after tast.

Absolutamente ridículo, pasando por algunas veces no he recibido lo que pedimos para una entrega. La comida es cara pero sin decepción por no recibir lo que pedimos. No hace falta decir que sin duda il no salir de allí de nuevo, se han dado que hay muchas posibilidades n las porciones son patéticos

pasado un par de visitas el servicio ha sido ridículo! Tiempo de espera en algo tan simple como una pastie ... 20 minutos!

Good quality food but only one sausage with the Cowboy Supper - are they rationing pork up on the Springfield Road now? Would consider Aldos maybe next time.

My best, (or just possibly 2nd best=equal best after a St. Ives chippy) fish and chips EVER.2 Fish Suppers fed 3 of us, very very good fish, and excellent chips.Spotlessly bright and clean premises too.We telephoned the order in whilst leaving the city centre, and ready for collection on arrival.Much better than a particular "upmarket" Portrush Restraunt, whose "fresh" fish must be caught in very Artic waters!I WILL be back.CheersMarcus

They do an excellent job of preparing hearty, hot, tasty food in a take away fashion. Filling sandwiches, pizza, etc. Not a place to eat in. But if you're on the run, it's ok.

The food is all cooked fresh and tastes beautiful. Staff are quick and efficient. Very clean shop. Friday nights can be busy just at tea time. Can ring ahead and pre order or get delivered

Raffos really is one of the best chippys in Belfast! Large portions, good value for money, tasty food!

What a pleasure it is to sit down to a raffos cod fish and chips! Lightly covered with their mouthwatering curry sauce! Yummy! Do yourself and you're taste buds a favour and visit raffos for the Takeaway of the century!

no mater what you order you will never be disapointed with it. i love there curry so much. if you if are near one just pop in and try it yourself
