Me and my nephew were watching the rugby here and we ordered food Jack the chef made us the best steak and gammon we had in this restaurant. The services was really good friendly and helpful

We went to pumphouse for mother's day. The food and atmosphere was wonderful and such good value for money! The staff can't do enough for you. Big shout out to Lucia who served us. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We ordered off the special menu for mother's day and we all enjoyed. There was plenty of choice and they catered to my 4 year old son too. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

My Wife , grandson and myself all had different meals. They were all excellent , I had Steak which was of high quality. We all had deserts and thoroughly enjoyed them.

Great afternoon at the Pumphouse today. Staff were brilliant and really helpful as usual. I had the Kebab which was one of the best I've tasted. Can thoroughly recomend. Will definately call again.

Efficient and friendly Service and Food is presented nicely and good and hot. Good value Food and Drink prices and plenty of choice. Always a great experience over many visits for Lunch or Dinner.

Just had a fantastic Sunday lunch - real mash, real roasties, 3 types of fresh veg, pork stuffing (I think), home made yorkies, hand carved beef and gravy with real meat juices. Throw in friendly staff and a doggy bag for what I couldn't manage ..... what more can you really ask for!

Nice breakfast with Santa but a shame our pre booked table for 10 was given to another family, even though we were on time

I visited The Pumphouse for Christmas Day lunch and I enjoyed a pleasant afternoon. The pub was extremely busy and the staff were extremely polite courteous and efficient. The 3 courses were delicious and represented excellent value for money. A big thank you to Kevin and the team, who are always happy to accomodate, whatever the request. Keep up the good work, please!

Went for Christmas lunch to the Pumphouse Marina which was really great. The bar staff, waiters and the manager Kevin Bungay were terrific and the 3 course meal was absolutely great. The beer is always served well, fresh and at the right temperature. The service was excellent and everybody is always friendly. Kevin the manager is the best i have ever met. A family group of us came here for a festive get together, I must say the service was first class, we had 3 course lunch and the food was lovely, it was very busy but the staff were very helpful, special mention for Ben our waiter who couldn’t do enough for us

What a wonderful time we had in the Pumphouse, Swansea today. I arranged to take the Tai chi group from the local leisure centre for a Christmas lunch, 22 of us. Sophie who organised the booking was helpful, efficient and friendly. The other staff members Sharon, Kira and Tova couldn’t do enough to make our lunch special. All appeared happy and enjoying their roles. The food was delicious and well presented. The Turkey was succulent and the vegetables were not over cooked. I was surprised at the quality of the food as the restaurant was full of other group bookings. The cost of the meal was good value and the prices of the wines etc were responsible. We all thoroughly enjoyed and I’ll be booking for us to come for an Easter meal and obviously Christmas 2024. Well done Pumphouse.

We were attending Swansea Arena for the snooker shootout and went here three times. The colleagues were all lovely and the service was really prompt everytime, particularly on the Saturday evening when the whole place was heaving. Sophie who was front of house last night really looked after us. She was really welcoming and efficient and we all enjoyed the food.

Food nice but feel we could of been told before food came out that they didn't have the sauce for a steak available. Offered other options of sauce but only when food put on the table. Was told they would refund the cost of sauce and this wasn't done. We paid via the app when we ordered.

Great place, good service but awful food. Same old boring pub grub, the steak pie (clearly not made in house) looked like it came from the chip shop.

Popped in for a meal with my son who is studying at Swansea Uni, had a few problems with the parking app until Kira stepped in and kindly gave me the £1 needed to pay, we both had a Surf and Turf meal with the steak cooked by someone who knows how to cook a steak, the staff are great, the food cooked as we asked and in a beautiful location, highly recommended.

said a few months ago i would never return... was persuaded by sister in law to go Delighted she did .... what a turn round .. young lady taking drinks / food order extremely pleasant...... noisy where we was seated ... pleasantly moved to quiter area with minimal fuss food arrived ... absolutely perfect... no complaints DO NOT KNOW WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAJIC TURN AROUND.... Not the first time I've been here but I've been impressed every time. On this Occasion I have to say our waiter, Ben, was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Sophie went above and beyond to accommodate my autistic son, by offering a change of seating if it was needed, and checked on us through the evening. The food as always was delightful.

We met up with family at the Pump House. It is a renovated building in the Marina district. The food served was traditional pub classics which were ok, cod and chips, burgers etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a car park outside that you have to pay for.

Great atmosphere. Welcomed our Labrador with treats and open arms! Tova was awesome as a hostess and found us a tucked away table for the pooch, no hassle. Food came quick and staff are friendly
