We arrived only for having a beer and the indoor garden let us in wishing something else. The staff were superb, the food excellent and the atmosphere is amazing. We will back soon!

Cozy and very nice place. We sat in the garden room and had a good time. The food is delicious and the service is polite.

Good quality food, the kebabs are my go to option. Decent value too.

My local and an absolute gem to have nearby. The food is always on point, the music in the background and ambience is excellent. Great place to watch matches too. The owner is always friendly and great staff including Karim who always looks after me. Delicious food

I have visited the Sheesha Bar in the back called Sahara City. We enjoyed our visit. They had lots of heaters, so being cold was not an issue. The service was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. The sheesha was smooth and tasty, the food and desserts were also really good.

Fantastic service, incredibly friendly staff and wonderful food. The cold mezze deal was fantastic, and the portions were very generous. It was lovely and warm, well lit and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The food was okay, although I would have preferred a little flavour or spicy sauce on the rice, portion size was very generous 👌. Sat in the garden area, which had a lot of heating and the setting had a great ambience feel to it. love it. ❤️ Overall, i can not fault the service staff was very attentive, polite, and approachable. Please note, my review is based on a private event that was hosted at this venue. Visited PoW for a R'n'B Brunch and the garden was set up very well to accommodate everyone for the afternoon. Outdoor heaters always welcome in this weather! Plenty of seating and easy access to the ladies powder room! The staff, amazing. Very attentive and service was very quick. Parking is limited onsite but there is an overflow car park not too far away.

Great food & service here. Love that there's parking and it's well priced. I went here randomly on a Saturday afternoon with my friend, we both really enjoyed the food and speedy service. I gave 4 stars to the atmosphere as it was fairly quiet when we went, but it was getting lively as we left, will be going again soon as the food was delicious and well priced!

Amazing seabass and seabream, better than in many seaside restaurants. Strawberry cheesecake was top notch as well. I will definitely come back to check other dishes as it all looked and smelled amazing.

I deeply enjoyed my experience dining in the staff were so friendly and helpful with evrything. The food was excellent evrything we tried was made to a high standard.

Over all a nice decent clean vibe Staff are nice and helpful but incase of delay or change of heart the order is still forced on u. my juice was forgotten & had already eaten (full up) so asked to cancel it but was refused & still served after much delay so they need to brush up there customer services/needs Otherwise are nice and accommodating Place is clean They Offer shisha outside Inside is very nice Food is ok nothing great.. prices i feel are a bit high But nice local hang out for hillingdon area Parking is a bit of a problem

Awesome location, good menu and ample parking!

The restaurant is recently opened under new management. It serves tasty Middle Eastern food, excellent customer service and if you like hooka then place to be... apparently. I didn't try it so can't comment on it.

Amazing place, service and food!

The all-male staff were at times arrogant and often sarcastic. They currently have no alcohol licence, we were told to bring our own wine. We were not told about the £40 corkage charge added to the bill (this included being given a glass to drink out of). The food is good, shame there is no professional finesse.

**YOU NEED TO COME HERE! ** I have been here many times and everytime I go I always leave saying this is the best Mediterranean food I have ever had! They have now reopened and I was waiting for the day they did. As we pass this place now and then it's our go to place for Lebanese food. Food is always so fresh, service is great timely, setting is lovely. The shisha area looks great, open heated area. Great atmosphere, amazing food. Highly recommended 5/5 🌟

Amazing food, good music, friendly staff what more could you want? And their cocktails are very nice too. Also has a shisha part for people who want to smoke shisha. Also, it is always open until late so it is always very convenient. I had a birthday party here and it was amazing. Very nice place can not fault it at all!!!

Food tasty...staff ok, but some were very miserable and not attentive. Some didn't understand english had to repeat.

Can't recommend this restaurant enough we celebrated our birthday on the 18th September and what a fantastic night we had, all our lovely guests are talking about the Prince of Wales the food was fantastic, the service was exceptional, lovely waiters and waitresses looked after so well. Marks out of ten has to be at least ten Thankyou Prince of Wales you made our Birthday so special see you soon Gina & John

Second visit here, but such a disappointment with booking a table 3 weeks in advance, and having to wait nearly 50 minutes to be seated for our table.Really not acceptable, and the staff, never mind management did not offer complimentary drinks, as a good will gesture, for waiting nearly an hour for our pre booked table.If it wasn’t for the great food, and drinks making up for this, myself and my friends would of walked out after waiting so long for our pre booked table!

The service was AWFUL, definitely the worse service I have ever experienced. Servers were consistently ignoring our requests and we had to repeat ourselves constantly to get what we asked for. The wait times for service was horrific. After arrival and ordering we were not served until 1hour and 10mins after, even then this was incomplete service and we had to wait an additional 30mins. Staff were cold, dismissive and not wearing masks correctly at all, social distancing measures were not enforced and we did not feel safe or comfortable there. Staff were getting face to face with customers and allowing customers to mix tables. Although the food was nice when we finally got it, the experience tarnished it. As a NHS worker, it was far beyond disappointing. We’ve visited before and it was a very similar experience.

Pub was bizzi music was great Service was slow but we expected that in 2 days climate Food good only thing they is they gave us 2 bills 1 .4 £300 had things on we didn't have 🤨then we queried the bill got another bill 30 seconds later with the right bill 🤔not Happy 😡

I had the vegetarian options which they had a good amount of, the feta salad as a starter for me was more of a main but none the less was beautiful, I had the pea tagini which was equally as good, nice to have such a nice Turkish restraunt local to me And for the boys they show a lot of football games which is great, as well as shisha, Will 100% come again to try the chicken after lockdown

I ordered our food via Just Eat. I was told what time to be there to pick it up, so I was there on time. Whilst I was there, I got a text telling me that it was ready. But I still had to wait 10 minutes.The strawberry juice we’d ordered was very nice, but it was only 3/4 full.I was told that they did not have one of the items that we’d ordered (rahib) and was asked if we wanted Batata Hurra instead. That was fine. But when I got home, we found that the hot Sahara City Special Mezza had Vegetable Sambouseks in it, instead of the falafels that it should’ve had. The chicken and chips were stone cold.I felt that the whole thing was very rushed.Also, the waiters did not social distance, and they were allowing people to enter without a mask.

Beautiful food but only down fall was we had a reservation which they lost and could not find and so we had to sit inside and was told they would find us a table outside once we had eaten but once we had eaten our food and payed, they did not fulfill there promise and seemed in a rush for us to leave which was disappointing and ruined our night

A best place to chill and relax and if you want to do sheesha the place to be. It's more known as Sahara City

Good food and the best is that you can sit outside in their garden which is heated and nicely decorated. You can vape, smoke or enjoy shisha while listening to music or watch football or boxing. All this plus good service and friendly environment makes this place our weekly treat!

Lovely atmosphere. Very kind and polite staff. Nice beer garden. Amazing cocktails. Very tasty milkshakes, waffles and crepes. The best food in the area for sure. A variety of shisha flavours. Literally one of the best places I've being for long time.

Hidden gem of Uxbridge - a must visit.

We went last night with friends and had a really nice time. We enjoyed the eastern setting in the open area, nice music and many waiters around to ask for things. Starters came quick, drinks too but refills took a little time but we understood that was quite a busy night. The food was really fresh and yummy. The staff was very welcoming. My only comments on improvement would be:That the food comes out on a faster pace. That your host has a better knowledge how to accommodate customers that have booked a table. My friends were already sat when I got there, I approached your host but she had no idea about a table booked under the name I gave her. A written list and someone designated by the door to greet customers would have been fantastic. Apart from that we enjoyed our evening and it’s so local that we would go back on less busy times.

Had a nice evening with friends here. Nice outdoor space, good food, drinks well made - and spent 5 or 6 hours there and had a very nice evening.However - service lets it down. It's not rude - just incompetent. Starters came out after mains, things we asked for didn't turn up, had to constantly ask for more drinks etc.Would go again though.

The pub has two main parts: restaurant/pub side and a shisha lounge. Food was great, mainly lebanese/ middle eastern. Would definitely go again!

Visited yesterday for my birthday, not first time and definitely won't be the last!!!, staff polite and friendly. Food is very good, as too the atmosphere. Cosy and comfortable, also very convenient for us as we are a stones throw away. Complimentary,s to all staff and chef.

Nice atmosphere but very mediocre food and shisha

First time in here We enjoyed our drinks sitting in the fresh air area ( very comfortable arm chairs ) and the heating is also very good.Don’t feel the weather / rainLarge TV screen watching Man City : Chelsea.Toilets are very clean.Staff are good.Highly recommend.

Good food and a lively atmosphere.

With regret I must only offer the PoW 2/5. The service from the car parking attendants (both outside the venue and at far end car park was great). The service at the outside area was great - however my wife had a cough and the smoking area didn't really help, so we decided to dine inside.The food is 5/5 - so you might ask what the problem is? Well the young lady inside serving the customers hasn't a clue. On arrival, we were standing at the door for around 1 minute. We could never get her attention for service. and then to pay the bill she was no where to be seen! I had to get up out of my seat to pay, and even then I was made to wait. The was an older gentleman in the restaurant who was very hospitable, but I must say to management here - your venue is being let down by this waitress, and you need to re-train her or get someone else in because I don't really feel like coming back even though the food was great - the service she offered was so disappointing.
