Can’t recommended Price’s highly enough. I find a lot of chippies to be quite average and uninspiring, but this definitely isn’t the case here. Menu is extensive but not just for the sake of it, everything we tried was well thought out and of high quality (battered pigs in blankets are an inspired invention). Most importantly, core items are bang on. Fish and chips are top notch, well seasoned, perfectly cooked, big portions and really good value (we were a large group, half kids half adults and worked out under £8 a head, with plenty of leftovers). Service was perfect, can tell it’s a well run operation and staff were energetic and helpful in the height of Friday evening service. Do yourself a favour and get yourself in there!

I don’t do many reviews but Price’s deserves it. This place has got to be the best takeaway in Hampshire. I have never had a bad meal and you’re never waiting long. They have great variety on the menu as well. Had their Camembert burger tonight and it is fantastic. Highly recommend! Great Job!

They ask for 1 delivery driver, the person has to provide their own car, the person has to pay their food insurance and these "Fat" ones want to pay the minimum wages!!

Google says its a dine in as well as a takeaway which needs sorting out. However the food was great.

Best in the area, super fresh, they clearly 'care' about what they do. Highly recommended.

We have had much better from Prince's on several occasions so it's a reflection of their usually excellent food that they only got 3* on this occasion.

I paid almost £15 for a medium fish and chips and this is what I received. Hardly a medium sized portion. That piece of fish was £7.50. I travel for work and this is by far the most disappointing fish and chips I have ever visited, despite its high rating on Google 🫤

Not normally a fan of burgers, I never enjoy them but we decided to change from fish to the butchers burgers this week. Oh my goodness, yum, yum, yum!! They were so good. I may be a bit late to the party with these but for anyone wanting to know what a real burger tastes like, you simply must give these a go. You won't be disappointed. Go to Price's most weeks after a cycle and genuinely made me fall back in love with Fish & Chips! The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is top quality! A must in Ringwood, I recommend the Haddock highly!

Whenever we want fish and chips we go here from Alderholt. Hands down the best chippy in the area. Food is always hot,fresh and delicious even after the drive home. Chicken your way is a personal favourite but truthfully everything on the menu is top notch. Served by lily who is always smiling and attentive. All the staff are friendly and I enjoy listening to the banter behind the counter when the guys are cooking! Keep up the awesome work!!

I stumbled across this chippie recently when staying locally. I have never had better fish and chips in over 60 years living in several places in the Midlands and the. North. The previous review criticising lack of pies etc is way out of order. Carry on exactly as you are, doing best quality of what you do, and leaving what you don’t do to others.👍

On holiday. Staying near to Christchurch and oppedin to try out the fish and chips. Food came out hot and tasted lovely. Batter was really light and crispy. Given a 5 stars and well worth the wait as all cooked fresh.

Very nice fish and chips. Very busy and a tad late but understandable given it was 6pm on a Friday. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Only minor issue was the gravy was not hot.

Never heard of a chippie that doesn't sell pies. Only got chips in the end with salt and vinegar. Unfortunately when eaten couldn't taste salt or vinegar. You are a chippie, please do what a chippie does. Pies and lashings of salt and vinegar please!!! Disappointed!!

Best chips in ringwood without a. Doubt

Enjoyed the fish and chips but was a little surprised to see the haddock advertised at £6.75 and I just paid £8.00 for it online.

I came in today at opening time and was greeted by 2 lovely ladies who was very kind and helpful and had my food ready within 10 minutes. This fish and chip shop in particular has never failed me and I'm very happy with the service I received. Definitely recommend for fish and chips

We have just moved here from Bournemouth and we were delighted to find Price's. Chips are perfect, portions are generous and curry sauce spot on. With a delivery service too which was pointed out too. Happy friendly staff. Just what we need. Thank you.

Nice chips but 3.50 for a large size. In my opinion it was a normal portion. Barely enough for two people. Come on let's not be so tight with ur chips. Anyone else agree????

Great fish and chip shop but closes very frequently and at no notice, so we promise kids / look forward to it all week and then - bam! They are shut...... so we end up in the market place instead which isn't bad either.

Now how to rate this place… not been there in sometime, but they now do delivery (amazing)! I would have to say the food (in our case cod and chips), is always spot on; not a fan of chips but this place does real cut fresh chips (always an advantage). Saturday evening fish and chips. Ordered on line, picked up on the dot, fresh hot out of the oil. Super batter, fluffy white flakes of Cod, hot firm chips. Best fish and chips for a long time. Would thoroughly recommend. Worth driving the extra few miles for!!

I live maybe 1 mile from prices, but every time I need a takeaway I order from them. You would not believe the quality of their food, they use the absolute best local produce, and even the packaging is first class! It always turns up on time and it is always hot!! I count myself lucky to have such a delicious fish and chips shop on my doorstep!! If you are visiting don’t go anywhere else you won’t be disappointed

We have had excellent service in the shop or via ordering online and having delivery at home. Hot and freshly cooked. Plaice was amazing, hallumi, chicken strip, haddock too many highlights ! Not greasy , but crisp fresh chips a+++ order online and collect at shop at certain time is very convenient ! Well done

We tried Price's Fish and Chips for the first time and were really impressed. We ordered online, which was easy to do and there was plenty of choices. We go it delivered locally and it arrived on time, still really hot. Everything was packaged well in cardboard containers (no plastic in sight!). We collected a takeaway while on holiday in the area. The shop looked immaculate with clear signage explaining Covid regulations. The food was all freshly cooked to order and was still lovely and hot when we got it home. The only part we didn’t enjoy were the mushy peas, but that’s just personal taste. Very friendly staff.

Best F&C I have had for a long time.

Having had a first, enjoyable, take-out a couple of months ago, tonight was a different experience.Unpacking my birthday lockdown meal after the usual 4-5 minute drive home, the food was lukewarm. The only exception was the mushy peas, suggesting maybe the rest of the order had been bagged up and then left to wait on the counter whilst the peas were heated up. Big let down.

Excellent fish and chips from here every time, prepared freshly. Fresh lemon offered with fish. Staff are great here too.
