Prezzo Mumbles in Swansea

Year or two ago it was a bit hit or miss. But last good few times i have been here it has been faultless with excellent food and good service. Menus have changed also = and the Veggie goats cheese penne is packed FULL of veg, flavour and colour!!!! Looks like someone has taken time on a vegetarian dish! I did prefer the old bluechesse and red onion flatbread but the new one is delicious with generous blue cheese. Love peroni on tap . Ben is great and told me they now doing breakfast so booked to go sunday ! Brunch is now the new dinner i guess !! x joy salini On our silver Wed Anniversary!!

What a wonderful place. Excellent covid practices. Food is truly 10/10 and so good we are going back on Thursday.

Upon arrival were given a Covid-19 safety brief and then led to the table. Felt completely safe. The food was amazing (as usual) Thank you for a great night

Visited the Mumbles for a week in August. Visited Prezzo twice despite being fully booked inside we were able to eat outside. Shown to our tables by a lovely polite man who were so welcoming. All the team were so welcoming and probably the best customer service we have ever experienced. Food was lovely. Hope the top management realise what fantastic staff they have.

On a weekend away in Mumbles. Was welcomed by the manager at the front desk and placed to our social distanced table. Food was brilliant as always. Service was very good

The staff were friendly and attentive enough and the atmosphere was warm and inviting but the food - the reason for being there in the first place - was mediocre at best. I ordered a pizza and it arrived with an excessive amount of rocket leaves over the top.....why?? There was enough for two large handfuls, that's hardly garnish. The mushrooms were dry and the whole thing was utterly tasteless and boring. Similarly, the starter - a cheesy garlic bread - was essentially a small pizza base with melted cheese. Again, boring and absolutely no thought given to presentation. I don't feel that Prezzo's menu is representative of real Italian food which is full of flavour and excitement. I think it's just another restaurant chain that has sacrificed quality and care for profit and efficiency. Disappointing.

Excellent service, really friendly and attentive, especially the gentleman who served us. The food was very tasty and great portions. Very clean and everything managed really well.

Following a lovely day at the beach (the Mumbles) we finished the perfect day with a delicious pizza. The pizza was cooked fresh to order and the restaurant was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional.

When visiting my sister in uni today we attended prezzo for a family meal, and what a lovely time we had. Food was tasty same with the drinks, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. What a lovely bunch!! Will be back again for sure

We had 2 courses for £10. I had king prawns in chili sauce to start ( delicious and generous ) then Chicken, bacon and avocado for mains. Very tasty and again generous. My husband had hummus and then spag bol - both he said were very tasty. Excellent management in place and courteous staff. Very clean and felt safe .

Honestly, we were very impressed with the service. We are frequent customers to Prezzo and we tried the food in various locations. There is no doubt that this location is splendid, the staff extremely polite and well-trained. We were welcomed by a guy who explained us very politely the new rules and the way to restrooms. We were very impressed with the food, it was tasty and we did not even wait so much, even if the restaurant was full. The team was very organised and we were treated as if we were in a fine-dinning restaurant. Congratulations to the team! Keep up the good work, we will be thrilled to come here again!

As always the staff are really helpful and friendly. We have always had excellent service here by all the staff. Food is fresh, very hot and tasty. Can't fault it, that's why we come back time and time again.

I visited Prezzo a few weeks ago when the sun was shining, we hadn't been out for months but it was really well organised with a clear one way system, sanitiser to use and ordering via the app was simple and clear.The food was tasty and the set menu of 3 courses for £19 was good value for money. Lovely staff and we look forward to returning.

We visited on a sunny bank holiday and as expected the restaurant was very busy but despite this we were seated and served quickly and the starters and pizzas were excellent. The staff were very friendly as always and the manager is very accommodating and personable. It's great value for money with an excellent view and the food was delicious... which is why its our favourite place to eat locally and why we return time and again. Very child-friendly, an enjoyable afternoon all-round.

It’s the location that wins for this Mumbles branch of a national chain,situated right in the heart of Mumbles newly refreshed sea front. It’s busy in the summer months and there’s an outdoor terrace for those with warm clothing. The food is fairly familiar stuff and speedily served by friendly staff who don’t wear face coverings (Aug 2020).

The gentleman on the door explained all of the Covid measures in place before we took our table outside overlooking the bay. The staff were excellent throughout and the spaghetti bolognaise was good. I will return when I am back in the area.

We had a reservation booked here as our grandmother had ended her 6 months shielding from Covid-19 and so we wanted to take her for a special meal out. It was great to see all the measures put in place as a safety procedure including the one way system & hand sanitiser dispensers, We were welcomed by the manager Keith who was very friendly and informative answering all our questions before showing us to our table.We ordered a garlic bread sharing pizza, lasagne, carbonara and a tre-gusti pizza. All of the food was absolutely delicious. The waiter throughout the night was very friendly and was very thorough always checking that we had everything we needed. The only disappointment of the night was when we finished our food, because it really was that nice!I would absolutely 100% recommend visiting Prezzo Mumbles as the service, food and standards were all faultless. It is located right on the seafront looking right across Swansea Bay which really does make the experience even more special.

This place continues to deliver on both food quality and ambiance, and considering it is a chain restaurant, we've always found the food to be very tasty indeed. It is a lovely spot for a bit of lunch, though you should definitely book ahead for all sittings whilst health & safety procedures are in operation. The staff are pleasant, prices are not off the chart and it is a great addition to the Mumbles area.

my family and i had a fabulous time.we were lucky with the weather, and were able to dine outside upstairs overlooking the sea.the service was very good and covid procedures were observed.food was amazing and will be returning soon.

In a time where everyone is very nervous on dining out Prezzo Mumbles is absolutely the best ive seen.From the welcome on the door explaining the one way system to taking details on track and trace you know you have made the right decision to dine there.The manager was simply amazing i think he was Irish He explained how to order and took his time going through everything.The service was prompt and very friendly the people there really looked like they enjoyed what the do.The pizza's were the nicest ones we ever tried hot and very very tasty i had the chicken one which was simply out of this world.Well done prezzo we will be back very very soon

After not being able to eat out for months due to obvious reasons it can be quite daunting. Well, not with Prezzo, the one way system, the energetic team and extremely informative and professional management take all this away. Even when extremely busy the atmosphere provided by the team is wonderful and cannot thank them enough. The managers on duty were so helpful and made the visit so personal and worry free. Seeing the cleaning standards in place and the continuous hand washing just shows how much they care. The food itself was amazing as always and this is probably the 10th time I’ve visited and it’s consistency is an attribute to the work they all do. Thank you so much!

So pleased Prezzo has re-opened in Mumbles. A little while since we were last here and we weren’t sure quite what to expect. But it was great with attentive and helpful staff and some really good food. It was super clean with lots of wiping down of tables and chairs which was good to see. We felt safe. The sun was shining down on out outdoor table, the tide was in...felt like we were away on holiday rather than a short walk from home!Looking forward to going back...

So happy to be able to visit Prezzo after Lockdown .Firstly ,and very reassuring to us was that we felt very safe regarding all the safety measures taken regarding hygiene.The management and staff are so helpful ,friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble .The food was delicious and menu varied with something to suit all tastes and was reasonably pricedThe location is great with stunning views overlooking Swansea Bay.What more can you ask for? We will be returning soon and recommending to friends and family

Friendly staff, lovely surroundings, high tide - no rain, outside seating under cover and with heaters, could have been on the Italian lakes!Great food and service and with eat out to help out - really a stress-free relaxing evening with a continental ambience.Thanks to the management and staff with all the necessary Covid precautions.

I came here on Sunday. I have the feeling from the interior that business relies on summer trades and not so much in aesthetics. The queue was not long to get past as we prebooked, the manager and the waiting lady were lovely and very attentive. For the starter I had the Calamari. I liked the way it was presented. Both of us that ordered the Calamari found the batter had too much seasoning over salted and peppered, however the squid was soft and not chewy. My friend loved her garlic dough. For the main I ordered the Spaghetti Cabonara. This was very tasty especially with the added mushrooms. The only grip was there was not enough cream sauce, or the sauce for overcooked so it was just sticky, as you can see from the photo... however it was tasty , but not the standard I am used too. I did order a mojito Mocktail. This was so disappointing, it just tasted of lime water! It was line and soda water, for a fiver, it just was not value for money and tasted rank... I was offered a replacement but turned it down. I expected like other establishments, a mojito mocktail is made with lemonade with demera sugar. Crushed ice had to be a mandatory and it could have been made more fancy. I rate the service and the place was clean and really spaced out and COVID friendly with plenty of sanitizer. You felt safe, which is important.If you are with Meerkats you also get 2 for 1 deals in the meals

Good location especially on a sunny day, very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent communication and Covid friendly. We had a few issues however these were dealt with efficiently. Will definitely return!

I am so happy that Prezzo has re-opened their doors, I have missed their food and friendly service so much. From management down to the newest members of staff they all observed social distancing. We had the pleasure of being the first people through the door when it reopened today.Really good social distancing and health measures in place. Service was really quick, friendly and welcoming. Food was as nice as ever, with some new items on the menu. Great casual dining.

Excellent waitress and the front of house Ben was so accommodating - he said there was a 2 hr wait but came and found us near the front of restaurant a few minutes later offering a table that came up unexpectedly. Great food, lovely waitress, perfect location in the sun!

So this evening we went to Prezzo Mumbles, and it did not disappoint.After being closed for some time, the team seemed comfortable and just as good as the many times that we have visited before.Friendly, polite and knowledgeable.Drinks we cold , food was hot and very tasty.Was very shocked when the garlic bread and balsamic onion starter came out, it was huge (definitely enough for 2) and very reasonably priced.The calamari was tasty as were the meatball starters.Myself and wife had the smoked salmon and King prawn risotto, and our daughter had the pepperoni pizza.Hot and tasty, perfect whilst watching the tide come in, and the sun set over the roof terrace.Ben and his team worked very well in implementing the covid distancing rules and the team worked well together wiping and maintaining the cleanliness.Best of luck on your reopening guys See you all very soon

I visited Prezzo Mumbles back in September and i know its a very late review. BUT i had to do this review to rave on how truly amazing this restaurant really is.The vegan menu is out of this world. I had the vegan pizza loaded with fresh rocket salad followed up by a glass of shiraz which is also vegan.The manager Ben was so helpful and knowable on the menu which is so refreshing.Cant wait to come back

I asked for a vegan menu and the waiter scoffed. Took such a long time to return and made me feel very uncomfortable and said the only thing I could have was pasta and tomato sauce (which would be fine if he didn't have a smirk on his face). He made passing comments on vegans and vegan ism and has really put me off coming altogether now. I frequent Croeso lounge every single time now and I speak so highly of it too to everyone I know.

As a family we went here for my sister's birthday meal. There was a slight issue with the timing of ordering because of an error with another table with a double booking but the waiter & manager were highly apologetic and took the first round of drinks off the meal. Food was really nice & came very quickly. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Only been here twice and enjoyed it, had the carbonara and flatbread very nice although a bit dry but not a problem will have to go again nice

I visited Prezzo today with my family. It was quite busy but we were sitted quickly. There was lots of lovely choices on the menu and the service was excellent.All the food we had was really tasty, well presented and piping hot. we had a lovely meal & catch up and look forward to returning.

We called in to Prezzo for our first visit to one of their restaurants on Friday, 21.02.2020, during our long weekend break in Mumbles and have to say we had a very enjoyable meal.This is a busy place, in a fantastic spot with great views across the bay, so we were so glad we had booked a table. On entering we were made very welcome by a great team of staff and shown to our table with a drinks order taken promptly. After a few minutes choosing we made our selection from "The Italian Classics" 2 courses for £9.95 menu and went for Tomato Bruschetta, Garlic Bread and a Hummus followed by two Spaghetti Carbonara and a Pasta Arrabiata which all arrived promptly and was absolutely piping hotThe service was exemplary too with our waitress checking that everything was to our liking, which is always good to seeWhen it came to the bill we were charged for our meals off the full price menu so the cost was more than twice what we had expected but after a quiet word with our waitress this was easily rectified without any issue and we went on our way suitably full but having enjoyed a thoroughly enjoyable evening mealWe would highly recommend Prezzo but would suggest making a booking as it does seem to get extremely busy, which is hardly surprising given the high quality food and great pricing, particularly on the cheaper menu

During our two week stay in Mumbles we have visited Prezzo a few times. Each time we've been warmly greeted and seated quickly even without a reservation and during a busy half term week. Staff are extremely friendly, professional and always accommodating. The food is delivered hot and prompt although we never felt we were being rushed. Very clean and a relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Had a wonderful meal here. Prezzo’s is fantastic for vegan/vegetarians! Obviously loads of choice for our meat eating friends, but it’s nice to have lots of choice too if you don’t est meat!!! The new mushroom garlic pizza (vegan) was delicious! In fact I can’t wait to go to prezzo’s again! Staff very friendly and efficient. In Summer this place must get packed!! Looked like they had an upstairs balcony too! Would be stunning to sit and eat here on a hot summers evening! Hopefully I’ll be doing that!!

A friend and I came here for lunch. After we made our choices the manager was very apologetic but there had been a gas outage. This limited and changed our selection but we thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. Thank you for a special lunch despite the situation.

We've just come back from another lovely lunch in Prezzo Mumbles, so thank you! Once again their service was brilliant. We were greeted and seated straight away and they fitted us in despite us not booking and them having a lot of bookings for that lunch service already. Our food came really quickly which was great as we had 3 restless kids with us, and was absolutely delicious. Portion sizes are always really generous too! We paid using our Tesco vouchers for the food element and had no issues at all. The drinks are a tad pricey, however when you have most of the food covered on vouchers it's not an expensive lunch at all. The restaurant itself is always spotlessly clean and all the staff are friendly and acknowledge all diners, even if they are not waiting that specific table. Thanks again to all at this branch of Prezzo, especially Marta who served us today, and we also remember her from our previous visit of delivering outstanding customer service. We will be returning soon.

We booked here, online, on a Saturday afternoon, for an evening table.We opted for pizzas, then affogatos for dessert and a bottle of the house red.I had the Posh Pepperoni, the most expensive pizza on the menu, my wife had the Fiorentina in a regular size. They were both fantastic. Mine came topped with 3 Italian meats and a generous helping of rocket.The house wine is a Montepulciano and a steal at just under £16 a bottle.The food was great, but the customer service this time was excellent. This was our second time here. The first time, we felt as if we weren't really made welcome. This time, we were treated brilliantly by our maitre'd and waitress. Now we've had service with a smile, plus it's easy to book online, we'll be coming back.

We visited last Wednesday afternoon, Chelsea was outstanding in all aspects of customer service and her personality and friendly nature shone very brightly, she was excellent in all ways and is a real asset to a business. really would have liked to have thanked her personally but her shift finished before we left

Wonderful food. However, my father requested his vegetables to be warmed through thoroughly until piping hot upon ordering with his chicken dish. When they arrived they turned up Luke warm. Spoke to manager and asked to be re warmed, this took over 10 minutes whilst he had to wait and his chicken dish was going Cold. Manager asked if he wanted a complimentary drink and he gave us a free bottle of Prosecco! Quickly resolved just make sure everything comes out hot please! Overall, great food and service. Would go again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon birthday lunch at Prezzo, Mumbles. Lovely view over the bay, gorgeous food and Chris, our waiter upstairs was wonderful, chatty and efficient. The only reason for 4/5 is that it was quite cold upstairs but I’d highly recommend.

Me and my husband visit here regularly we use Tesco vouchers for the food on occasions we have them every time we visit the service and food are excellent would highly recommend.

Had a lovely meal with family here. The menu offers something for all including vegetarians and vegans. Had a lovely vegan pizza. The manager was friendly and the views are fantastic! Definitely worth a visit!

On 7th November we enjoyed a memorable night with old friends at Mumbles Prezzo. We were impressed by the warm welcome we received from Keith and his team at this wonderfully located restaurant, overlooking Swansea Bay on a crisp clear night which offered spectacular views of the lights shining across the water. The service and food were first class. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Not too pricey either.

My second visit here in recent months and it didn’t disappoint....food was great but it was the service that stood out for everyone in our group of eight. Really, really good with staff attentive and making sure all our needs on the night were met!

We were made very welcome by the attentive staff here in Prezzo. Drinks provided as we perused the menu. Delicious calamari and stuffed mushrooms as starters followed by lasagne for me and a chicken and mushroom dish for him. Our waitress Marta was a star! The atmosphere was great - cosy and warm on a cold damp night. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent food and service,this restaurant is just near the parking area, has the best view - we enjoyed it very much and we recommend it to any couples or families.

Called in just by chance, what can I say service and food were amazing. We were served by a very helpful lady, who helped us decide what to eat, she had excellent knowledge of what the dishes were. I ended up having the spicy calzone, this meal is not for the faint hearted it was huge. My mum had lobster and crab ravioli the pockets we filled and full of flavour, after trying them I shall be having them next time. The setting is lovely over looking Swansea Bay. I can't wait till my next visit. Keep up the excellent work. See you soon

Staff were excellent really friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife and I decided to eat here on Bonfire Night and we weren’t disappointed. It was really busy but the friendly and helpful manager found us a table for two as it was booked up but they just had a cancellation. He said it was exceptionally busy as people had booked so they could have their meals and see the fireworks in the bay.

Very friendly staff .Only popped in for coffee but liked the atmosphere so will try eating there next visit to Mumbles

Excellent service, lovely food and a reasonable price. The manager on duty that evening (15th October 2019) was amazing. He was friendly and helpful with us, but I watched him dealing with other customers and his patience and happy demeanor was a treat to see.

Great service and food and v friendly; even better I called after 10 days as I had lost my coat; they found it straight away and posted it back to me; will go again next time I am in Swansea

Had a quick lunch meal with my husband, service was fast, food was great and accommodated our needs and staff especially Chelsea was brilliant, will come again.

Lovely atmosphere and the staff were so friendly. I informed them that it was my daughters birthday and they presented her with a slice of cheesecake with candles on - a really wonderful touch. Children’s meals are reasonably priced and they get 3 courses and child friendly. We had a 40% voucher for our main meals so it was very reasonable - don’t think I would pay full price for our dishes though as they seemed expensive but then again there are always offers/promos on certain nights. We would definitely visit again.

Came here with my 3 sisters and mother for my sisters birthday today . I loved it! I had the pizza bites for starter they were so tasty . Had the burger for main it was delicious , just perfect . Had the tiramisu for dessert it was amazing ! This is now my favourite tiramisu I’ve had in a restaurant. All the dishes were presented beautifully and the staff were friendly and attentive . Will 100% be back :) . Al

The starters were nice but they spicy sausage was extremely spicy so we were surprised, and disappointed, that the pepperoni pizza had exactly the same thing on it. Since my son had ordered that pizza it was very disappointing for him and he left most of it. The drinks were rather pricey at almost £3 for a small bottle of lemonade. Lovely setting and pleasant staff.

Came for dinner and was fully booked, booked for the following evening and was looking forward to the evening. Arrived to be told that our name was not placed in the reservation book, however the guy did find us a table. It was clear to see that the staff were rushed off their feet, they seemed to be telling each other what to do and no one set person was assigned to one area of the restaurant. Food came and it was lovely, great portion sizes and cooked to perfection. However the atmosphere was very off putting, very loud, to the point where we couldn’t hear each other talking, very uncomfortable, to be honest it felt like you were in a cattle market not in a restaurant. Asked for the bill and a lovely young man went to print it out and was told to do something else by what looked like the manageress, which I found very un professional, however it was clear to see that she had her eyes on the manager as they kept hugging and touching and flirting with each other to not even know what was going on . We then sat for a further 5min before asking again, I would have gladly given a tip for the food had I been assigned the young man who took our orders, but as we had Everyman and his dog I didn’t.

Visited here for an evening meal with our daughter, although the restaurant was very busy atmosphere, service and food quality was exceptional, would highly recommend booking in advance as this is a very popular restaurant on the sea front, lit up by twinkling lights after the sun sets!

The food was excellent and the portions were large. There was a lot of choice. We were quickly seated. The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. The food came out quickly. We were disappointed to find out we couldn’t sit outside. We also had to wait a short while to pay the bill.

Visited for our anniversary. As always the food was great,however what made the experience better was the excellent and attentive service from Ewelina. Thanks!

We reserved a table a couple of our earlier fora table for 3, we arrived and immediately shown to our table, service was quick and friendly we all ordered the spaghetti bolognese which we did not have to wait long, we have eaten there before about a year ago and had the same order, the food was excellent but we did think that the quantity of bolognese was a bit small and with out appearing to complain did mention it to the waitress. It a reasonably priced restaurant, which from a previous visit accepts taster voucher

Coffee and Lager Cold Meat - Antipasti - was very filling and good. Nice Margerita Pizza Great Calzone Reasonably priced - they do also a lunch express and 2/3 course menu too. Nice view aswell, but service was excellent.

Nice views but poor food. Some toppings not available like anchovies, cold base served up that skimped with ingredients with a pile of leaves to make it look filling. Canteen style fast food so no good for a romantic meal. Worst Prezzo experience ever with dirty toilets. I suppose you get what you pay for but this Prezzo disappointed.

I had not been here before but my Grand daughter had and wanted a family get together for her Birthday , Nice looking place , waitress was nice , There was 19 family members all together ages from 4 to 84 , We asked if we could have separate bills as there was 19 of us but there 8 bill payers [ my niece was paying for 4 people , I myself was paying for 2 people etc , We were told NO one bill ,, Food was a bit slow , But it was busy , the dessert most wanted [ salted caramel l ] had run out in the day so most people went for the honeycombed cheese cake ] They have a set menu 2/course with a free drink , soft /lager/wine .So when it came to paying the longest receipt i have ever seen was brought to the table with a c/card machine . So the waitress started asking who had what , her computerised machine [ which she orders on was playing up as she was going through it . Those that wanted to pay by cash had to wait until the end as we had to go to the bar and pay ? as the waitress was not allowed to handle cash , So 4 of us went down to the bar area to pay , There was a very stressed man at the till , the till was playing up , then he finally sorted it out we paid and till said we owed £23.00 ,Well every one had paid ? So he stood there looking at us ,looking at the bill , Until the waitress said oh the drinks that should have been in the deal as gone though as normal drinks ? So he wiped off the £23, We were standing there nearly 25 minutes , He was getting more stressed and we just wanted to go home , A better system is needed , Oh and one other thing while we were waiting to pay ,a waitress came up with a plate with a paid receipt on it , tied her ponytail , then put 4 cheesecakes on some plates , then we noticed a open tub on the lower bar area ,she put her bare hands in grabbed honeycombed bits and put them over the cheese cake , NOT washing her hands once or putting on a glove ????

Visited here for our 4th wedding anniversary as we were looking for a nice Italian restaurant to celebrate. We were not disappointed - the food was delicious, the staff were friendly, fun, efficient and polite and the atmosphere was nice. The night we visited was moderately busy and the only negative I can think of was that our table was extremely close to another couple which, although not awkward, was a bit distracting at times. The size of the meals was huge and even my pregnant wife could not finish her enormous carbonara... but this was no problem as our waitress boxed it up for us to take home without hesitation. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for hearty Italian cuisine in Swansea.

A very enthusiastic, & possibly a bit OTT welcome. It wasn't overly busy, but they seemed to be very limited on tables for two. After turning down one immediately by the bar, & another by the serving station, one of the lads showed us to a 'nice table' (his words not mine) at the end of the bar, which turned out to be right next to the glass wash so clinking & clanging continually.

We have visited many times before and have always had a great experience from friendly welcoming staff to delicious food. Our friends hadn’t been to a Prezzo but they really enjoyed and said it is somewhere they will list definitely go again.

Very enjoyable meal at prezzo on bank holiday Monday, we managed to get a table outside which was lovely, kids options are great, we have a one year old who loves pizza! And the fact they offer veggies to start and fruit for dessert is refreshing. I had the chilli King prawn spaghetti and my husband had the Tropicana pizza

Had booked elsewhere nearby but no table waiting for us when we arrived so had to make alternative arrangements.

We ate here twice on holiday and although it's not going to set the culinary world alight, it does a good job.

Visited this lovely restaurant for a quick lunch on Tuesday. Hate being demanding but had a tight squeeze on time as it was between meetings. Was served by the charming Irish manager who guaranteed I would have food quickly, came within around 15 mins and was superb! If you’re anywhere near this venue then it is a must visit. Superb views and location and it’s a genuine question of what’s better, the service or the food.... 5*

First time to Prezzo in Mumbles

Just returned home from a visit to our local Prezzo, food was exceptional as was the service provided by our server Alex, super attentive and efficient! Great atmosphere, all staff very happy and welcoming.

This is an Italian Restaurant on the waters edge at Mumbles. It is a pretty location when the tide is in but less attractive when the tide is out.

First I have to say the food was excellent, and our waiter top class.

The location of this place is near the Swansea Bay and near to town.

Food was okay, but sorry to say the poor service spoilt our evening, if it wasn’t for the Italian waiter sorting our order out I think we’d still be sitting there now waiting to order.

We arrived for lunch at 1pm on a Saturday and most of menu was sold out from day before so menu was limited

My wife enjoyed the very pale Rosé wine with lemonade but the waiter didn't know the name of it. Any help would do but would advise not a glass to be drunk halfway through a 18mile bike ride 🙈🤔🙄😉
