Quite busy, but the staff were fab. Love the food!

Service was great and the atmosphere was nice but the food was a little underwhelming, given how expensive it was.

What a wonderful clean restaurant as soon as you walk through the door the aroma invades your senses ! And the food was fantastic and plentiful I'd recommend it to anyone who is a lover of Italian food !

Outstanding service me and my partner received on Tuesday 27th February 2024 at 6:30pm the atmosphere was amazing service impeccable, attentiveness was really good, the waitresses looked after us they did, cannot fault the visit. We will definitely 100% be coming back again soon in the future. 100/100 exquisite.

Everything about our experience at Prezzo in Exmouth was positive. The service was great, the food was really tasty and in abundance. No small portions here. Also they have lots of online promotions to take advantage of such as two main meals for one. I'd highly recommend a visit.

The staff were exceptional. So helpful. We had our RNLI meal there, 20 of us. Great night. 👌

Great place for a pizza but they also do really delicious pasta dishes such as lasagne and also tasty burgers.

Excellent restaurant for those who want to eat well and be served fairly quickly. The staff is nice.

Lovely food and reasonably priced. Our waitress, Emma, was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and her bubbly personality was infectious. A real credit to this organisation as you can't teach "people skills". They come naturally.

Delivery. Not the best burger was nice but could be improved with more salad and a tomato . soggy chips may be to to do with the box they come in . However carbonara is very good. Overall not worth the Money for delivery. but probably a better experience eating in restaurant.so thought would try again but even worst in fact should ask for a refund order taken food 2 hours later however food had been left on hot plate chips like cardboard carbonara turned up over heated and brown on top clearly cooked and left on a hot plate burger cooked and left on hot plate as the bottom half of burger was basically toasted will be avoiding very disappointing 16 pounds for burger and fries would've got better from McDonald's 65 pounds cost in all if this is the standard of food the head chef is passing he or she needs to go back to cooking school very poor should be embarrassed 😳

One of the few places that seems to retain great front of house staff. Menu is typical chain restaurant stuff, wouldn't be hard to jazz it up a bit. Other than that, food is always great, whether in the restaurant or at home with takeaway.

Went for a meal with friends overall great experience

Bland. Calzone was all dough and very little filling, despite being advertised as packed with filling. Disappointing at best and that's with low expectations to start with. Not even worth the Tesco vouchers. Burgers looked and tasted good.

Good place to have some italian cuisine. Service was great but with a birthday party next table, it was very noisy. No Parking for the restaurant but can park 200m away on the road if you can find a place.

Really good meal here tonight, superb in all respects - we really enjoyed it.

Waiter was really good. Friendly , happy, attentive, and efficient without being pushy. We commented (not complained) about one of our meals being a bit light on the chicken and he promptly went off and arranged for a reduction in the price. Food was absolutely delicious. Chicken arabbiata was a little light on the chicken (3 small pieces for £3) but this was addressed as I said above.

Good food and good service but the restaurant is a bit echoey. Difficult if you like to talk over dinner.

Visited here very recently. We had a baby with us and they were great helping us set up, really atentative staff. Food was also really good.

We had a nice time as a family. Very welcoming crew working there. Food is not just Italian food but beyond. Coming from an Italian family, the food I ate in Prezzo took me back to my childhood, full of flavour. Also they got kids menu where they can pick and write down what they want, making the ordering for parents much easier! Every detail taken care of. They wont rest until you are served and happy. Thank you all! (We were a family of 5 sitting in the rounded table next to the entrance).

Dining alone tonight . Wasn't exactly a warm welcome at front desk. Offered table upstairs. Guy serving friendly and chatty. Ordered carbonate. Quite a large portion when it arrived with crispy bacon bits on top. Not sure why they were necessary. Totally bland. No taste to the sauce whatsoever. Disappointing

We had walked to the marina area to have a meal but no food was served after 8pm. On our way back to the hotel we found Prezzo and went in. So glad we did. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and followed covid guidelines. The food and wine we chose was good. Garlic Bread, Bruschetta, Pizza all cooked well and served hot. We were served by Emmer who was so efficient, bubbly and friendly and made our visit such a delight. Every restaurant should have an Emmer, she is fab!! Thank you xx

Lovely meal and great service. The food was very tasty and the service was very friendly and efficient.

As our hotel in Exmouth had not been able to open their kitchen we walked to Prezzo for our evening meal having previously rang to say we were coming. The tables were well spaced out and sanitised as soon as anyone left as were the serving services. The food arrived quickly and not. The polish manager and waitress were delightful and very efficient . We were so impressed we came back the second night and were not disappointed as it was another great experience.

I should explain we had take away first. My husbands spaghetti bolognaise lacked taste, a pizze with spinach and olives just had uncooked spinach and olives piled in the middle makng it nearly impossible to ect and it looked dry I had their burger and all I could taste was their sauce and the french fries were cold

Took advantage of the £10 2 course mid-week meal offer and its great value for money, not a huge choice but at that price thats expected. No problem with quality or portion size. Desserts a bit overpriced though.Nice friendly service (Kinga was the waitress) and well spaced tables, also clear one way systems and COVID instructions, just a pity that it may be a month or two that we can go back !

We were in Exmouth yesterday and decided to have a late lunch here. It was quiet so socially distanced and staff were friendly. Unfortunately the topping on my pizza margherita was very well done, the cheese a mass of molten orange, but there was a small area where the mozzarella was distinguishable. On eating it I discovered the base was black underneath this small area so I assumed the mozzarella had been put on top to cover it. I should have sent it back but didn't want the hassle. My husband enjoyed his lasagna and salad however.

We went here with after receiving a 3 course meal for 2 gift for my wifes birthday present. Apprehensive of eating out during this current situation (After being shielded) I worries were soon extinguished as we were greeted by the head waiter who explained all the safety protocol to us and took us to our table. The waitress was bang on on her hygiene, cleaning and gelling her hands between each customers tables. The food and service was very good considering it's a chain restaurant. Will definitely go again when next in Exmouth.

Wonderful to see Prezzo's reopen in Exmouth after lockdown. Great Covid measures in place - one way system, hand sanitiser on arrival, staff leave cutlery at the edge of the table. Felt a really safe place to visit. Nice food as always.

Staff not keeping distance from customers, coming far too close. Meatball starter was cold and not very tasty. Pizzas...ok, nothing special, ok to stop off for a meal if you are in a hurry.

We arrived at the restaurant on time and were requested to use the hand sanitizer on arrival we were then taken to our table through the one way system that was nice, clean and spacious. Our server Emmer handed us paper menus and made it clear they were disposable, nothing was too much trouble as we ordered our meal, I requested some spice and Emmer was very helpful and knowledgable about what would be best. The food came out and all three courses were delicious and hot, with mine having a nice amount of spice just as asked. I then requested some Parmesan cheese for the pasta dishes, this was no trouble at all and we all enjoyed the fresh cheese. We were very well looked after and felt very safe without any compromise to our enjoyment. We also noticed all staff following the one way system and following all safety advice. We used the toilet facilities they were clean. I would return and recommend as we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Comforting layout in our current situation. Requested to sanitise our hands on arrival and we’ll printed paper menus. One way system inside. Felt very safe. Had an excellent 3 course meal this evening. Meatball starter we both thought tender and tasty with a generous helping. The following courses were also delicious and all courses beautifully presented. The staff were numerous and attentive. Special mention and thank you to our delightful smiley waitress , Kinga, who couldn’t do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Well done.

We went as a family of 5 last Wednesday, we ordered 4 adult meals and a kids meal, the waiting staff were superb but clearly run off their feet. The food was absolutely delicious, and served quickly - we had a few minor hiccups with the orders, which were dealt with swiftly, and some refund on our bill for late / missing items. It didn’t affect our meal, and we would go back if we were in the area! The one way systems work really well, as well as the sanitiser stations and pre-booking system. It was great value for money (We used our tastecard on top of the government scheme!).

Family visit to Prezzo (2 adults 2 kids). Good setup, tables spaced out and encouraging people to use anti bac gel on way in. Food was nice. Often visit pizza express but came here for a change.

My girlfriend and I were in Exmouth and decided to eat here. We didn't have reservation but fortunately they managed to get us a table. Very lucky as got very busy just after we got. We both went for 2 courses I had Calamari and main of chicken breast tasted really good. My girlfriend had a pizza and then a dessert both was very good. Service was quick and we got good value we think

Visited here with a large group; it was our first visit and we were a little apprehensive after some poor experiences at Prezzo restaurants elsewhere (ie NOT Exmouth). Well to say we were pleasantly surprise would be an understatement. The food was excellent value for money, tasted really good and was actually served hot and on hot plates ie not lukewarm on cold plates!! The staff were great, really friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Our only comment is that is was quite noisy as it is all ' hard surfaces' but this is a current modern trend...we can live with it ;-)

We enjoyed lunch here again.The meatball starter went down well.The prawn and salmon risotto was delicious as was the pepperoni pizza.We finished with espresso over vanilla ice cream( not sure of the spelling)lovely.Staff here have been friendly and helpful on every visit.outstanding for a chain restaurant.

We enjoyed a super pasta meal with side salads, together with a promotional free bottle of prosecco. Lovely food, excellent service and truely amazing value for money! What more could you ask for! We love eating at Prezzo's in Exmouth.

Unfortunately the Exeter branch has closed down so Exmouth is the nearest branch to us. The restaurant is spacious and family friendly.Children menus are excellent value and I like the fact that they offer a tiny tots menu for under 5’s, £3.95 and another children’s menu up to 11 years old, £6.75. (3 courses & drink on both) There is a large variety of dishes on the menu. And they do cater for allergies. I was asked if we had any as soon as we were seated. Thank you to Ricardo for the attentive service that you provided to me and the family. We will be back.

A very busy Friday evening in November, hadn’t booked, but we were greeted and seated, with our order taken in a timely manner. Apart from the garlic bread ( dry, with little garlic let alone oil/butter) two hot and tasty pasta meals were served, both reasonably priced. The Staff were all friendly and efficient, well done.

Offers good pizza near to the sea front . Can be best to book on a Saturday .On other days discounts often available on the internet

As always--- great service, value and food. But, why do they have to have the air conditioning on blasting out cold air? This is the UK not the Mediterranean. It would be nice to be sat in a warm restaurant rather than having to move seats to avoid an icy blast. It is off putting and definitly not necessary.

We ordered (online) the meal deal for 2 for collection from the restaurant. The food was pale and tasteless. The chips were soggy (lots of condensation in the box), a tiny portion, undercooked and genuinely inedible. If I was in the restaurant I would have taken it back and got a refund. 1 star is the for service - ordering online was quick and the collection was simple. The other star is made up of 2 halves - 1 half for the meaty pizza which was ok (the toppings were all in the middle and the outside was bare), the other half star is for the salad. We had to add our own toppings to the goat cheese pizza to make it taste of anything. We won’t be back and really wish Exmouth would get a decent pizza restaurant! If any entrepreneurs are reading this pretty please start one up. Thanks.

What can I say but WOW! My husband and I visited Prezzo, firstly I we would like to say thankyou to the chef's for such a tastie and enjoyable meal, you are a credit to your profession. But most of all a huge thankyou goes to the service we were given by our host EMMER, she was very welcoming and very attentive. Topped the evening of so well, will most definitely be calling in again. Unfortunately it will be in another years time ( holidaymaker) let's hope Emmer is still there

This was our first visit to Prezzo and pleased to report we had a great meal. The menu was varied and the food was excellent. We were greeted and seated in a warm and friendly way. It was my husband’s birthday and he didn’t have a dessert, while we were drinking our coffee the bought over a scoop of ice cream with a candle in it, a lovely touch We will go back. A reasonably priced lunch.

We hadn’t made any reservations but just went into town to find somewhere to eat as a family and came across Prezzo.

My wife and I enjoyed a good lunch here today. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food and drink of good quality and great value. Prezzo is pretty much the same wherever you go - the advantage being that you know what to expect.

Visited here for a birthday meal while on a weekend break in Exmouth and couldn't have chosen anywhere better. The whole experience for the welcome to departure was wonderful. We hadn't booked as weren't sure what type of meal to go for, chose Prezzo as don't usually eat Italian. We were welcomed warmly and shown to a table for two, I had joked we would be up a back corner as we hadn't booked, the table was in a corner but very private and cosy. Our waitress Olita was so bubbly and friendly she ensure the evening was special. Olita advised us on both drink and the food on the menu, she also said if I didn't like what was ordered it would be replaced for something else. I had the stuffed mushroom starter ( to die for) followed by Penne Gorgonzola (mouth bliss) followed by Titamisu (my most favourite desert and the best ever had) I even liked the coffee which I often find too strong. My husband had cheesy garlic bread to start, which was a pizza base and so tasty and a marguerita pizza for main, didn't look much but was so tasty, he didn't eat desert. The restaurant was very busy but didn't detract from an excellent service, minimum waiting time for meals and lovely atmosphere. Olita even walked us to the door when we departed and thanked us for our custom. The toilets were also very smart and clean. If we lived near here we would be in there every week. Will certainly go back when we are next in Exmouth.

Very well. Organised and cheerful, helpful staff. We were a party of 10 (6 adults, 4 children). The place was very busy with other families and couples. A standard menu, tasty food and all served in good time. A great atmosphere too. Well worth the visit.

We arrived this Friday evening. It was very busy. We were greeted straight away by olitio ( I think this is how you spell her name) she managed to get us sat down despite it being so busy. She was so helpful. Even with our menu choices. Customer service is amazing. And the food was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Our 3 generation family enjoyed a great lunch; including pizzas, pastas; salads and desserts. The Chicken Caesar salad and the Beetroot and Puy lentils salads were particularly good, and beautifully presented. And the service was just perfect: professional, attentive and friendly.

On a busy, wet Friday we visited Prezzo to celebrate both a birthday and A Level results. Our wonderful waitress Emmer was knowledgeable and helped make our visit a very pleasant one. The food was delicious, most of us had pizza and loved it as did those that had pasta. Would definitely recommend & I'm sure we will be back!

The food is amazing and good choice on the menu, lots of choice of drinks, the staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help, lovely relaxing atmosphere and they weren't pushy to get you out when we were finished

Really hot night no air con apparently it has been broke for weeks. Couldn't eat as too uncomfortable with heat. Drank water and was very ill next day was told it was bottled then saw them fill jug from tap.

Nice meal, good surroundings but staff fab. They couldn't do enough to ensure meal was lovely.

This was our first visit to Prezzo for a while and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. My partner chose a pizza dish. The base was perfectly cooked a s was the topping. My pasta dish was delicious.

We've just enjoyed an absolutely fantastic meal at Prezzo. Its our first time visiting this chain; we're on holiday with the grandchildren and thought we would give it a try. We were all really impressed with the food and the service.

We booked a table for seven and came here for an early dinner on a week night. A nice table was reserved for us and as soon we arrived we enjoyed friendly and attentive table service. Drinks were served and meals ordered from the regular and summer special menus.

Have wanted to go to prezzo for ages as always enjoy a meal here so thought we’d try one In Devon and chose this one, glad I did! Food was amazing, quick service and fresh food. Was only in there an hour if that, didn’t have to wait long at all! Recommend pasta, always!

Very busy Sunday night visit , and the pasta and Pizza was well prepared hot and tasty . Problem is you are rushed to finish so that the table can be reset for next customer, not the greatest finish to a meal, OK for a quick stopover supper

We thought we'd try this place and were not disappointed, we started with bruschetta which was ample to be shared and was really good. This was followed by spaghetti Bolognese for my wife which she thought was so good she wanted to thank the chef, Kinga, who was apparently a new addition to the team. I had the chicken arrabbiata which was excellent, nice spicy taste. We were also well looked after by Emmer who made sure we were well catered for with extra parmesan when needed. All in all a very nice dining experience.

The 4 of us had a lovely meal with everyone enjoying all 3 courses. I wouldn’t say the portions were large, (which is probably why we had 3 courses), but the food was freshly cooked and was all really tasty with the prices okay except for the drinks. Two of us don’t drink and two drink beer, they only had bottled beer and the price was ridiculous it was also pretty steep for a soft drink Pepsi, juice etc. This being so, It has put me off returning to Prezzo, shame really as the setting is lovely, clean, fresh and décor modern and of a high standard with the staff to match, simply the size of portions/cost plus price of drinks that puts me off as there are plenty of other places nearby to choose as an alternative.

We’d never visited any Prezzo before but we found ourselves in Exmouth quite late with our two year old and baby. It seemed a good place to grab tea before the hour drive home and how right we were. All of our food was lovely but the true star was Emmer who was looking after our table. Our son has a couple of problems and so struggles to stay still at a table or at all but Emmer was bright and attentive. She even went the extra mile and made sure the kids desserts came out speedily so there was never a moment they had to wait. Her energy was so positive and friendly. Oh, and to top off a lovely experience, the pizza chef offered my son a chef hat to cheer him up when he started getting overwhelmed by the noise.

Have been to Prezzo many years ago and the experience wasn’t very good but took the risk and went again. In fact we ended up going 2 nights in a row and things have really improved. Well done and thank you to Emma who looked after us really well Will be back again

Me and my family enjoyed a fabulous meal here last night, our waitress emmer was outstanding! Couldn’t of done any more for our table of 5, especially having young children it can be challenging, every dish was cooked to high standards and came out in no time at all so thanks Emmer was a lovely experience.

Just wanted to mention the great service from Emmer on a recent visit! She was extremely helpful and patient!
