Prezzo - Eastleigh in Eastleigh

A really nice family lunch time meal. We grab some lunch after bowling next door. Service was quick & was tasty. We as a family like Italian restaurants so never can go wrong with visiting somewhere like Prezzo.

Amazing food with amazing staff, very friendly especially Sam and Marta. Definitely recommend to come here.

We wandered into Eastleigh our first night. We didn’t book lucky to get a table in these uncertain times. Very good service & nice food.

£9.50 for a cardboard box with three lettuce leaves, a couple of slices of cucumber, two croutons and a plastic tub purporting to contain Caesar dressing. Sñr Cardini would have laughed in your face. I think maybe there was a typo on the menu and they meant £0.95. It would still have been overpriced. The pizza was OK, but nothing to write home about. It was a Just Eat delivery. Wouldn't use Prezzo again.

Delivery: Take Away, Food was ordered and delivered by Just Eat, the pizza was cold and lacked taste, certainly would not have another delivery again from Prezzo, poor value for money.

The food was cold. Not just one bit, the hole lot.The worst ever. Used them online during COVID. Food was cold. Requested a refund.Refund max value is £20. I am £16 down. No acceptance to re-order and to top it all, the £20 has to be used on another order????Be very wary. I will drfinitely tell as many people as i possibly can to avoid such a scam.

Decided to pop in on a run of the mill Tuesday night as Prezzo in Eastleigh has always been a staple evening when we can't be bothered to cook.As usual the food is tasty and exactly what I would expect from a chain Italian. It does what it says on the tin.The service received from Agata was great and she made sure we had everything we needed without being over bearing. High marks to any service staff that have kept going throughout Covid!Will be back again!

We came to prezzo before Christmas and life takes over our time. We have had a lovely meal, the Christmas menu is wonderful, two very fully tummy’s going home tonight. A special thank you to the kind waitress Agata, very friendly and polite. Thank you prezzo we will be back

Pizza Review #3 - Takeaway.Definitely better than Pizza Hut, not as good as Papa John's.Oddly didn't come in slices, is this normal for Prezzo? Pepperoni Pizza starts off tasting really good. I'm sure it tasted like Cheddar, is that what they use? Anyway, it got a bit much as I got towards the end of the Pizza otherwise I would have put it on par with Papa John's. Definitely good though.

Wanted a last minute meal before lock down, so we chose Prezzo because we missed the atmosphere of this excellent restaurant. Always good food and wine served here.

Booked a table for 4 on a Thursday night - all the expected COVID measures were in place.Our waitress was lovely and helpful all evening.The food was really good - probably the best Prezzos we have had anywhere. Pizzas were perfect, the standard sizes were plenty big enough and the prices seemed more reasonable than previously.Had a couple of very nice deserts too.Drinks were overpriced as usual though and the only cider was a rather odd one in a small bottle.Great visit overall though, will definitely return,.

Beautiful restaurant. Food was delicious and service very pleasant. I believe it was Victoria who serve as and she was very professional and accommodating. COVID measures in place which makes you feel very safe. Recommend this place.

We went for the special meal which was extremely good, the sanitizing was excellent. We felt safe and secure at this restaurant. This has always been our favorite Prezzo. We will be back.

We originally came to the Swan Centre to visit Nando's, who were offering a reduced menu due to the current situation. As there were no vegan options on this menu, we decided to visit Prezzo. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although there did seem to be a lot of them! - and the service was quick.I ordered the vegan mushroom pizza which was generous in it's size and with it's toppings, but in my opinion the type of vegan cheese used wasn't the best as it didn't melt well, leaving it sticky and difficult to eat.My other half ordered the vegan spaghetti bolognese which was similar in size and taste to a supermarket own brand ready meal - not at all worth the price of £9.50.Unfortunately we won't be visiting any branch of Prezzo in the future.

Lunchtime pizza with a friend. Service and all the hygiene and social distancing measures very good. Perfectly good pizza. Nice choice of desserts to by the look of it. £16 2 course menu with lots of choice available.

Felt quite safe & socially distanced. Well organised. Had the £10 meal which was good value for money. Will visit again.

There is a sanitiser station that you are asked to use on arrival, one use disposable menus and and a one way system is in operation for walking around the restaurant.Service was very quick and the staff helpful and friendly.The food was good and we all found something we liked on the menu.

Four of us had dinner here on the evening of 28 August to finish our Staycation because of COVID-19. We had a great time and were well looked after. It's always a delight to come here even though I am not a great fan of restaurant chains generally but this place is special and I think that's because of the staff.

Always love the menu the service, the food and the drinks. Disappointed though that you cannot have the bite size dessert with a hot drink at the moment, All really good, and drinks as I remember before lockdown. Normally go to Winchester Prezzo but the service was just as good.

For a chain restaurant this is perfect - lovely service and the food was lovely. Would recommend and we will certainly be back

We had missed our favourite restaurant over lockdown and it was as lovely as ever. They have taken necessary precautions with table spacing and cleaning without making the experience less enjoyable. There was a slightly longer wait on the food than normal (around 30 mins) but this was understandable and meant we enjoyed it even more it did come. Will be going back again soon.

This was a very pleasant place the decor was very clean and the staff were very polite, When we arrived it was quite empty and became very busy and noisy. The food was very tasty and hot.

This was the third time we have visited the Prezzo in Eastleigh, and as always had a lovely meal. The Staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back :-)

I took my daughter for dinner to Prezzo on a Monday night and it was quiet, we were seated quickly and served also just as fast I ordered the new vegan pizza and it was nice but was missing something, chilli sauce or fake cheese, just something needed, still it was tasty, just a bit dry My daughter had a pasta dish and she said it was greatWe had drinks and asked for the pudding menu but felt it was overpriced, I only had one option and didn’t fancy itOverall the meal was good, my brain says the pizza should have been cheaper as it’s for less ingredients and no meat, however it was nice to have the option We had a good time, the server was nice enough and I’d visit again

Lovely service very quick and easy to talk to and very understanding. Delicious food/starters quite expensive though. The toilets are a decent size quite dust and dirty on the floor and quiet loud as it’s right next to the kitchen. Would recommend here for small families.

Omg ‍♀️ 10 of us for 50 bday. Took nearly 20 mins for 3 lattes. Ordered food. Didn’t come out together n bit missing from meals that had been served. 2 meals 1 pizza was cold salmon was burnt and looked terrible after 15 mins I asked if replacement was ready salmon takes 5 mins to cook! I was then told by the chef that it was t ready and if I had it now on my own head cause it was STILL frozen !!!!!!‍♀️One good thing Had a amazing waiter/supervisor he saved the day. Will never go there or recommend either. The food is not worth price. Frozen not fresh ‍♀️

Came here for my mums birthday and had a lovely time. The food was amazing, don’t normally have three courses but enjoyed all of them. Staff were very friendly.

Absolutely disgusted to hear today that my wife ordered a vegan pizza only to find a piece of chicken on it. And all they could say was, "oh, sorry".She was out with a friend who had a voucher to Prezzo. Not normally a restaurant that we would go to but as the menu had vegan options she thought it might be good.The question is, what if a peanut had been served to someone with a nut allergy?Think you would need more then a simple apology to fix that issue!Boycotting Prezzo, although it was never that good in the first place.

A very busy evening visit in group of 4, luckily we had booked. The staff were great and they had the right number of staff on, so everything was delivered up in good time.Whilst the Pizza was great, the Tiramisu, whilst perfectly edible, was the worst Tiramisu that I have ever eaten. It was obviously produced mechanically offsite and had so little coffee/liquid in it, that all but one bite just tasted of sponge and cream. This is not what you expect of an "Italian" restaurant. All the other 3 in the party enjoyed their deserts

A really nice meal. Calamari and sharing meat platter to start, followed by salmon & prawn risotto, spaghetti bolognese and a pepperoni pizza. Finished with lovely lattes. We could not fault a thing. Food was delicious and generous portions. Service was prompt, but not rushed. Cleanliness was excellent. Well done Prezzos Eastleigh!!

Had a family meal here last night. Ordered meatballs and pasta.

This place is very popular, so better book. We liked the lasagne. The service was quick and friendly. It can be a bit loud when everyone is talking.

We ate here because it was close to ur hotel and we knew the chain well. We booked in advance as it was a Friday night and it was just as well as the restaurant was busy.

on Friday 20/09/2019 I went to Prezzo Eastleigh for a date night with my fiancé. we eat here regularly as we like the food.

Had a family gathering there, the food was great, and really nice atmosphere. Good value for money if you have Groupon Vouchers ! Really good customer service too ! The only issue we had was the wine glasses had water spots. Not really a big problem, the presentation just wasn't "spot-on", so to speak !

7 people attended for a family gathering / celebration - so lots of different food was chosen … Really nice food, good service and a very nice evening - well done Prezzo team

Very very good food and lovely service from sabina our waitress the ravioli is a difinate must to order. Prices are a bargain for the quality of food that is served will be going here again and again. Also the atmosphere is perfect for a week night out dining

Every time we have been here the staff are always happy and helpful. Would recommend this restaurant. We were served by Sabina who was lovely.

I had a lovely midweek dinner with some friends at Prezzo. We had three courses and all the food was hot, delicious and presented nicely. Great price and friendly staff too!

Really fast friendly service, We had 2 courses from the set menu which were really tasty and hot. Pudding was to die for!

We had a range of pasta and pizza. The pizza tasted great with some chilli oil on, however I do wish it had a little more toppings on(maybe even some rocket). Pasta was a good portion.

We ordered starters, main and pudding for 3 people. The service was prompt and the staff really friendly. Our server was Sabina, she made sure we had all that we needed for our meal. All of the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend coming here and as we are in Eastleigh working a lot we will definitely be back again.

Great food, chilled atmosphere and fantastic service from one waitress in particular... Alysia. She couldn't of done more for us. Very attentive, very efficient yet warm. She was really polite and made the effort to make sure we had a lovely evening. She definitely made the experience much more enjoyable.

Visited on a Wednesday evening, my and my partner! Was fairly busy and we were seated quite quickly and order taken quickly! We order the sharing breads, spaghetti Bolognese and meatball calzone.

Visited the Prezzo in Eastleigh a few days ago for a catch up meal with a friend. I need gluten free food and the menu here offered me nearly as many options as the standard menu which was fantastic.

Always get good Quality of food in this restaurant. Staff always helpful. It’s not cheap and it can get very busy.

I went with friends to catch up and have a lovely meal. And we certainly did, that!! Our waitress Alysia was very friendly & attentive and helped us choose our food which was delicious and often returned to check if our food was ok and if we wanted more drinks. We couldn’t have been more locked after well done prezzo’s it was good to see genuine staff that wanted us to enjoy our evening.

Lovely main meal, but we ended up having to wait half an hour for the dessert, by which time we had to leave to make it to the cinema on time. Thankfully we didn't have to pay and drinks were also taken off our bill.

Great modern decor, usual good standard food, good service, mid range for price. Only limiting factor is parking, which adds to the cost of a visit.

We had a very enjoyable evening meal at Prezzo recently - a good choice of vegetarian food, and staff who were willing to create a vegetarian version of their calzone just for me. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed the food.

Called in for lunch .. gluten free pizza vegan ordered . Made a cpl of changes .. mushrooms and peppers instead of olives and avocado. Partner ordered a burger which he assured me was fine.

Visited on a Saturday night which is a bit of a rarity for myself and my friend - we are normally more of a lunch time normally but we were seeing Take That Live at the cinema so ventured out on a Saturday night.

Group of 7 visited for daughter’s birthday. Server very welcoming, restaurant was busy with good atmosphere, food tasted good & presented well. Very enjoyable evening.

Both my partner and I were excited to try the Prezzo in Eastleigh as we’ve greatly enjoyed its counterpart in Whiteley many times before. Tonight however was a monumental let down. It’s such a shame as I have a lot of love for prezzo and their food but tonight was a total tarnish on the brand. The rusticana my partner had was extremely over seasoned to the point where she couldn’t finish it. My Caesar salad arrived with no dressing or croutons? The presentation was just laughable. Then came the desert, now don’t get me wrong I understand that the deserts in Prezzo are pre-bought and refrigerated; but in the past service and an excellent starter and main course has excused this. Tonight it came out tasting as though it had been sat in the fridge for days and was then doused in chocolate sauce. I am frustrated and sad because I’ve always trusted Prezzo to deliver a great night of food and drinks and on the night of our anniversary I really hoped they would deliver again in the great way I’ve come to know but alas this just wasn’t the case. I want to say there were some redeeming factors but unfortunately there just isn’t, the cocktails were bland, there was seemingly an issue with getting something as simple as a pint of soda and lime and on the whole the night just felt as though both the staff and kitchen team had just given up. Unfortunately this will be the first and final time visiting Eastleigh’s Prezzo but I will remain loyal to the ones I know best.

We always choose Prezzo’s for our regular catch ups. After our favourite in Oxford St closed we decided to give the branch in Eastleigh a visit. Great Prezzo’s standards with varied menu and excellent service. A lovely relaxed meal will definitely return.

Had a lovely relaxing meal with a refreshing Pimms Spritz...desert heavenly...service was recommendable 👍🏻all in all I can only recommend!
