Prezzo - Cheam in Sutton

Great lunch ON 28TH Feb at 1.30pm that we booked table served by a great lady ( I think her name was maya ) and the only gent in the table service crew was just superb and the food was simply superb. Will be back ASAP well done many thanks Rob & Jane

Visited here a couple of weeks ago after not having been for a while. The food was their usual standard, nothing spectacular, but was disappointed in taste of their lager Birrificio Angelo Poretti, Did not enjoy it. No idea why they've changed, but won't go back in a hurry as IMO you should enjoy the drink that accompanies your food. I didn't.

Very helpful in rectifying an Uber drivers mistake. When an Uber driver stole our order. The manager was very helpful in fulfilling our order free of charge and providing us with some extra items to apologise. I understand it was not the restaurants fault but I appreciate the efficient way the situation was handled. The manager was very apologetic and wanted to ensure we received our order so handed it to us personally. Will definitely be ordering again. The food was also very nice the whole family very much enjoyed it.

Been to this prezzo in cheam village before decided to go again. We had family of 7(2 children included 7&5, we arrived first the restaurant was empty but they put us in a area that was away from everyone else even though nobody else was there at this point, soon after our grandchildren arrived at which point the lady came over and asked us if we were ready to order, felt like we were being g rushed however she then said quite loudly infront of everyone ( oh my god to much noise I can’t hear everyone at same time but we were all talking, I then said could she give us a few minutes to look at menu as the rest of the party had only just arrived. She went off and we never saw her again instead a man came and took our order. One of the dishes that we had tasted like it had been reheated as the pasta was dry with no sauce. Not very happy with service. Have been there about 3 times but wouldn’t go back. Wouldn’t mind but honestly the restaurant was empty at that point certainly near where we sitting and to say we were noisy was so rude. Very unprofessional.

We eat here every few months. Always comfortable and service is usually very good. Menu has a wide choice, altho like everywhere the prices have gone up. The food is enjoyable. Sadly no coffee with a mini dessert on the menu now. However there was a sign you pass by into the seating area (no mention by waitress until we asked and no notice on website) saying card payments only. I wonder what would have happened if we had only had cash on us - I doubt they could refuse, but….. Apparently, this is a new directive from head office that payment is by card only.

Another wonderful catchup in a safe, comfortable and inviting setting. The choice of menu is too delicious and I am gradually working my way through it also the drinks menu. This restaurant is always my first choice and as a group it suits us perfectly.

Along with a group of friends, I recently visited Cheam Prezzo. Well, what a great dining experience we all had! Everything we ate, starters, main and a pud each, was absolutely spot on. Portion sizes were great, the food absolutely delicious and the time allowed between each dish, just right! We were all highly impressed. It must also be acknowledged that the staff there were also outstanding, especially a hardworking, efficient and very pleasant member named Dolcie. Not only did she endeavour to ensure we were thoroughly looked after during our visit, Dolcie also ensured that the diners on all the other nearby tables were too. What an asset to the establishment she truly is! We have all agreed to return here again very soon because each and every one of our group loved everything about the Cheam Prezzo and our time there. Thank you Cheam and thank you Dolcie 😊

Goodness me...where to start? There should be an option to give 0/5. We were a group of 11, booked a month ago. We are all nurses and were having our work Christmas lunch. We were all very much looking forward to seeing each other socially as work is currently very busy and very stressful. The room we were seated in was freezing. Most of us kept our coats on for the majority of the meal. It was so cold that this was a major influence of our food and drink choices. We asked them to turn the heating on, only to be told it was broken! They had brought in a small heater, which was completely ineffective for the size of the room we were in, and the cable of the heater trailed across the floor space thus becoming a trip hazard. The food was not good - portion sizes and quality were lacking to put it mildly. One of our party only received her main meal when most of us had almost finished. When we asked why it was so late, they said they had forgotten her order. It was such a letdown. Avoid!

We visited to celebrate a birthday. Not overly impressed with the food but service was fine. A main of Lobster and Crab ravioli was so small it looked like a starter at an eye watering cost of £17.50!! The honeycombe smash cheesecake had no honeycomb taste. The lady on the next table complained and they bought out some extra honeycombe!! All prices have gone up which is to be expected in the current climate, but to receive smaller and/or substandard portions is not acceptable. We will not return to Prezzo any time soon which is a shame. Without the 2 for 1 Meerkat deal the bill for what you get would be ridiculous.

Having booked a table for 8:00 pm it came as a bit of a shock to be told before 9:30 pm that we could not order a cappuccino with our dessert because from today they close at 9:00 pm and they had already switched the coffee machine off. Asked if I wanted a tea, I said no and she very reluctantly agreed to switch on the machine again. At no point before had we been informed that you couldn't order after 9:00pm, and if they close at 9 how come we were "allowed" to order dessert and tea but not coffee, and why take table bookings for 8 if you close at 9. Ridiculous and also spraying tables around you when you are eating dessert not great. Will not be returning and certainly would not recommend if you actually want an evening out.

Went for an evening meal with my family . Very nice atmosphere with very willing staff for whom nothing was too much trouble . Our waitress Phoebe was attentive without being intrusive .Overall a lovely evening , thank you !

Lovely restaurant. Great atmosphere and nice to be able to sit outside on a sunny afternoon. Went there with a friend for a lazy, early evening dinner plus drinks. Super service as always. Thanks again to Agnes, Phoebe and the rest of the team.

came for lunch with my dad and gran. been to prezzo before but not this location. very fast service as always. servers were all lovely. food was delicious. would 100% come again

I ordered our meals through Uber for delivery. The meals were good but the portion size they didle you out with. Ordered a garlic bread which I know is massive when you eat in the restaurant but when delivered received half the size at still the whopping price of £7.45! Contacted Uber as you have to go through them only to be told I won't get money back. Well that's me done with Uber and won't be eating at Prezzos no more of they can get away with giving you half the food for full price

We visited today at Lunchtime, had a drink and the goats cheese. It was lovely, the drinks and food were great, the service was excellent, the lady who served us was very happy pleasant and attentive. Apologies we didn't get her name but think it was Marg. Very nice, we will return. 😊

Atmosphere was good. restaurant was clean. We were given a menu which had only vegan and GF options. When I queried it the waitress said that this was their new menu. I queried it again with another staff member and was handed the normal everyday menu.Service was a bit slow. My salad was pitifully small and cost £12.75. I have had this salas on previous occasions and it should have been much better than it was. I didn't complain because I was with someone.

We had a family celebration. It were 24 of us! Everything went perfect! Food was delicious! Thank you Prezzo Cheam!

Great place to go to especially with younger children as they are well cared for with a wide menu and a colouring and crayon packFood always good and the spicy salmon is a favourite. Also get some good offers and free Prosecco on your birthday if you sign up

Fantastic (safe) family Christmas meal at Prezzo Cheam. Lovely staff were taking all the right Covid precautions and we felt extra safe as the restaurant was almost empty. Wheelchair access was easy as the restaurant is totally level. Gluten free pizza and garlic bread were very tasty and safe. Would have been nice to have more dessert options, but in the end I was too full anyway. The others in our family told me they enjoyed their delicious looking meals to. Recommended.

Very enjoyable visit. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommended. We had a table for four and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our food. We'll definitely be back.

We were a group of 8 work colleagues yesterday and all the pasta and risotto was pure white, it looked like milk had been poured over the food. The Alfredo Chicken was pure white with a few pieces of half tomatoes and little pieces of raw sliced peppers. The smoked salmon risotto was swimming in a pure white sauce, and the crab ravioli was in a pue white sauce too. What was going on? I can only think you ran out of tomatoes and didn't have a chef. It really wasn't nice.

As always - a great welcome from Magda and her team. Great food, super clean restaurant - and the service is second to none. Can't fault this place - we all had different mains - crab and lobster ravioli for me - and were all happy with our choices. Thanks again to Magda and the team for brilliant service.

As before, we (4 of us) enjoyed a lovely lunch today. Starters, mains and deserts so tasty and filling! We were served by the nicest of staff - Adam and Izzy, with Agnes ensuring everyone was happy ! Brilliant.

We had a family celebration. The Staff was very polite and helpful. The made our evening brilliant.. pizzas were fantastic.

Went here for lunch with a friend who has challenges and the staff were Super....thank you. Food was delicious.

Have been eating at this Prezzo for over 10 years. Never had any issues till now. Substandard adult main courses. Fries accompanying my partner's chicken dish tasted like they had been reheated. The chicken dish itself was very poor. Had the service been attentive and anyone had bothered to ask how our meal was, we would have fed back. With kids in tow, frankly didn't want to drag out the lunch. Will not be going back.

Visited on Tuesday evening...not usually a great fan of chains however Phoebe changed my mind. Delicious recommendations, for both food and tantalising cocktails. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Little gem in Cheam village...😉

Went here for a girlie dinner last night and was served by the lovely Phoebe. Fantastic service all night meant we bought lots of drinks upon Phoebe recommending cocktails!So nice to go out and have friendly, attentive service and the food was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Although we didn’t book, the staff at Prezzo were very accommodating and had us sat immediately. Our waitress, Phoebe, was so lovely and helpful, the food came quickly and was delicious! I would definitely recommend the Cheam Prezzo branch.

As a family of 6, we had such a lovely night yesterday , with each an every course being spot on. However, what made the night for us was the brilliant service we received from 2 members of staff. On our last few visits which I have to say was some time ago, we found SOME the staff quite hostile. These appear to not be there now. As I said, to some it might seem trivial, but when you’ve got a lovely approach to customers, it just makes for a good time. So thank you once again everyone, in particular to Serene , who was a sweetheart and nothing was too much trouble.

We visited Prezzo in Cheam today and there were four generations and the experience was exceptional. From the moment we walked in the door and received a warm welcome to the service and quality of food, we could not speak highly enough of the Prezzo team.We will be back very soon!

Charlie, the friendly general manager, made us feel very special with a warm welcome as we were eating out for the first time in a long time with my coeliac daughter and we were also celebrating my father's birthday. The gluten- free menu offered so much choice and my children were delighted with their gluten free pizza and pasta :) Four of us chose from the usual gluten menu and also really enjoyed the food. All were huge portions and delicious! Very friendly service by all the waiting staff and the duty manager too. My kids are already asking to go back there soon! I was very reassured by their commitment to cater for people with food allergies and those with coeliac disease. They are GF accredited which also provides extra reassurance :)

Very disappointed that no details were taken from my party is six and there was another group of 5 going on ahead of us we were not asked for details either then or when we sat down. The waitress had her mask over her mouth but not over her nose !most of the time, didn't insure confidence.Food was mostly ok but but basic I had lasagne which was mostly pasta. Will not be going back in a hurry.

Had to do a review for the amazing customer service from Charlie & staff at prezzo! We had a little problem with deliveroo (separate company) going to the wrong house but found the right place after, during this Charlie was fabulous on the phone and even called back to check everything was ok, which was so thoughtful! The food was lovely and massive portions too! Highly recommend and we’ll be seeing you when you reopen on the 12th April :)

Ordered as our Lockdown Birthday meal for 5 people and was unsure how it would be when we arrived home but was so surprised at not only the great quality but such a nice generous amount. When I collected I was met with such a friendly and warm welcome from Charlie who just couldn’t do enough to help. The food was delicious, highly recommended.

For a take away, the food was delicious, hot and fresh. We ordered 5 starters and 5 mains and when we arrived we were met by Charlie. Charlie was incredibly helpful and friendly and an asset to Prezzo. Was so impressed with the service received so thank you!!!

I ordered a spaghetti bolognese for lunch for delivery and asked for changes to my order before cooking time. The manager assured me this would be done. Unfortunately the changes were not made on arrival so was very disappointed and called to investigate. The manager (male) was so nice and apologetic and gave me a free meal anytime for collection and informed the other manager Agnes to facilitate this when he is not around. I got a meal and side for free as compensation. I am very grateful for this service thank you Prezzo Cheam management.

Met with a client recently and again, I have to say that for a chain, the food is really good and came quickly. The cost was very reasonable and it's handy. Can't knock it.

Went for a 35th birthday and it was made special by Harley , who is a member of staff. She made us feel special and nothing was too much trouble. All the other staff were very attentive and professional. The food was very good and didn’t wait long. The atmosphere was lovely and a vast range of food on menu. Would recommend it to anyone for either celebrating a special occasion or just want a good meal. Many thanks Harley and the team.

Booked a table in advance for a Friday at 8pm. Arrived promptly and was shown to a table right at the very back of the restaurant in an area filled with large groups of people (6 plus), tables very near to each other and some with smaller groups that were clearly together. So many children about that it was like walking into a soft play eating area!! No social distancing between staff, customers or tables and no masks worn by any staff.We tried to order via the app as shown on the table top but was unable to use the ‘taste card’ discount when ordering this way so had to leave the table to query this with the staff. Was then advised that we could actually order via the waitress and it would be deducted at the end. Ordered food that was very average quality and when the bill arrived we were advised that we couldn’t use our discount on the set menu. However, we could sit and work out whether it was better value to be billed via the individual items on the main menu & deduct the discount but staff did not offer to do this for us!! Having done this we only saved a small amount of money. I wouldn’t eat there again and wouldn’t recommend it!

Have been to prezzo Banstead which was nice. Decided to try Cheam. Booked a table in advance but, as with Zizzi last week, it seems that they’re either short staffed or unorganised. Our order was taken quickly and food arrived promptly but I got the wrong order and we asked for Parmesan which never arrived. Had to wait ages for the bill and eventually had to find someone to pay it. Sat under air conditioning so cold. Won’t return.

Had a birthday celebration there. Was the worst pizza I have ever had. How can you go wrong with a pizza. I should have had the carbonara , as that is usually ok. They do give large portions, if quantity over quality is what you want.

First meal out since lockdown and what really impressed us was how organised the staff were. Good social distancing, regularly cleaning tables, clear signage. With the 'Eat Out to help Out' offer night, it was busy but the staff coped well. Food is the usual pizza fair but it was to a good standard, freshly cooked & hot. Well done Prezzo's for setting the new way of working to COVID19 regulation standard, we will definitely come back as we felt it was a safe place to be.

This was our first night out since December 2019, first impressions were it was clean and tidy, with attentive staff. The setting itself is almost as bland as the food. My Penne Arrabiata was not at all angry, in fact it wasn’t even mildly annoyed. As for my wife’s chicken salad, there was more greenery on her plate than Kew Gardens, she searched valiantly for the chicken, and eventually managed to find 2 or 3 pieces. I can’t fault the staff at all, but the food is well below par.

First outing to a restaurant since lockdown was eased. Reduced menu which I understand. Would recommend you book a stable. Lovely big restaurant and tables set out sufficiently for social distancing. Felt safe. Service was impeccable and the food a as lovely and good value. First time here and I would go back again. Thank you for s lovely visit.

Visited Wednesday for a birthday dinner. After a long wait for our drinks order to be taken and starter to arrive, was given the wrong starter TWICE! Very slow service had to constantly ask for things, eventually got the bill to be told no card payments, no apology and told to visit the servicetill across the road. Shame as been happy there before...

We enjoyed a delicious authentic pizza in a lively setting with a lovely shared bottle of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo to accompany. Service was efficient, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Firstly, the food was pretty good and nice and hot. The service was friendly and decent and the faults, such as forgetting a starter, were easily made up for. Perhaps the one thing we noticed was that the table hadn't been properly wiped after the last diners; bit sticky and kids transfers still stuck to the table. Also, I thought it was a little expensive for what it was, espcially the soft drinks (nearly £3 for an apple juice?). But overall a decent experience for "casual dining".

We have been visiting Prezzos at Cheam for several Years now and we have always had great experiences here. We visit for both Business Lunches with Clients as well as socialiasing and we have enjoyed the food as well as the hospitality from the Management and staff. Off course sometimes it's busy and so things can appear hurried but it has not affected our experiences adversly. The team is Energetic and we always would recommend this restaurant.

went for a meal, ordered two different oven baked Carbonara. edges burnt very dry and over cooked. Rather surprised as usually this Prezzo is very high quality dishes. We will go again maybe at a quieter time as possible chefs were pushed for service.

We went out for dinner on Saturday night and the food was fantastic. We were served by a lovely young man called Nathan. The service was fantastic and we we will be coming back soon!!

Went Here tonight party of 10. I was going to have a Pizza Ham & pineapple but they only Had that horrible Itallian ham.Even the Italian Waitress said she did not like it Not my Choice of restaurant but i was not paying

The food was all good however we had to wait a very long time to order after being seated, nearly an hour. Was not particularly busy and not many staff around.

We visited Prezzo in Cheam with a friend and family. Had an enjoyable meal, service was good. Pleasant place to visit, something a bit different. No rushing between meals and the bill at the end.

We had a great meal for 10 of us here today. The staff were great and attentive the kids menu was fantastic and the size of the portions were brilliant

My girlfriend and I went out for a meal, We both had the spaghetti al forno and We loved it. Then I had the cheesecake and all I can Say is wow! Overall it was a amazing meal with great service and we shall be back again soon

Went to Prezzo in Cheam the other week with my family and the had the best service all the waiters/ waitresses were so polite and kind and always made sure we were ok. The food as-well was lovely and there something on the menu for everyone. Definitely going back and would recommend to anyone to go!

I visited Prezzo in Cheam with my family for my daughter birthday. The staff made us feel at ease with their great service and smile, which they manage to keep up despite busy evening. Food was delicious, and arrived promptly. We all loved it! There is fantastic hidden garden on back of restaurant where we enjoyed our drinks before whole party arrived, must be great to sit there and enjoy meal on sunny days though! can't wait to go back!

From the moment we went in till the time we all left, we were very well looked after by the staff and felt that nothing was too much to ask for. The service is amazing so helpful and friendly. We've eaten there the second time in the last 2 months and every time it has been great. We'll go again.

Easy to find, stock lots, very nice fairly small cafe. Scones are delicious. Apparently the store is not one marked for closing. All good

This is our favourite restaurant, we have never had a bad meal there,food is great and the service is always superb. Great for lunch and dinner. Would definitely recommend.

Came to Prezzo on Sunday afternoon with my Father, we both really enjoyed our food and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. We had 3 courses all of which were delicious, and lovely staff who didn't seem to mind too much the fact that we were sat doing a crossword puzzle! We had such a nice time and will definitely be returning!

Starters- we ordered prawns in ‘pomodoro sauce with chilli’ which was literally luke warm tomatoe passata with 3 small prawns floating in it & ‘mixed flatbreads & bruschetta share platter which was Just an undercooked doughy pizza base with a single slice of ham on and a few tasteless watery tomatoes

We coming here often as we are living locally, and never been disappointed. Tonight dinner was absolutely fab, table for 7, ready when we arrived. Food was AMAZING, service AMAZING. They doing things right! We had set menu, great value for money with drink inculuded (personally had pink gin coctail, loved it). It's good to see that local business doing well. We will be back soon!

Had a really lovely being at Prezzo, first visit but will definitely be back! Hadn’t booked but very accommodating, staff couldn’t be more helpful, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious we all thought so. Great variety of dishes, liked the way you could choose if wanted extras, for example I had penne arribiatta could have had it with or without chicken or something else, which I can’t remember. One of the best I’ve had, as was the lasagna, penne Gorgonzola and one of the salads with extra bits and hat others had.

Use the place a lot for business lunches and it always meets expectations. Staff are friendly and helpful and food is great. Highly recommend

As always the restaurant was extremely busy, however the tables are placed so that you always have your own 'private dining space' and are not crowded in on other diners.

We cannot commend Prezzo’s highly enough. We had a family group of 13 people booked for Easter Sunday lunch. Customer service is outstanding Easy booking on line We then telephoned twice to adjust our numbers and always felt nothing was too much trouble. All was ready on our arrival including pre ordered wine on the table Phoebe our waitress was excellent She was attentive but nor overly so, cheerful, friendly and helpful. Good menu and food was served fresh and timely. We will definitely return to this restaurant which is spacious with a lovely ambience. Top marks all round

Went out to celebrate sister’s / bro in law anniversary, three adults and two teenage girls. We are all vegetarian and in past food has been really hit and miss at Prezzos. This Time - ‘‘twas amazing, from the starters of large garlic pizza bread, breaded mozzarella, to the mains of beetroot gnocchi, superb goats cheese penne al forno and penne arrabiata. The helpings were generous but as food was delish, all of us had no trouble polishing it all off! And the dessert! Cheesecake (no egg! Way hay!), and the chocolate tart and tiramisu (does have egg) I am reliably informed to be better than PizzaExpress. Even better- in past service has been unenthusiastic and substandard (we really Ummmed and aaaaghed about giving it another chance). Boy are we glad we did! This time we were served by the estimable Phoebe who was bubbly, patient, attentive and generally wonderful. The difference between our experience this evening compared to previous ones - oceans apart. We are looking forward to going again and I really hope they continue to improve/ maintain their current standards. Thank you

Have been on and off to this prezzo and the food and service are spot and the staff are all so polite & friendly but still have a great sense of humor also the atmosphere is very relaxing well done the CHEAM TEAM (OR SHOULD I SAY DREAM TEAM HA HA )These people are a credit to your brand

Another lovely meal in Prezzo Cheam. Feel confident eating Gluten free meals here and wheelchair access is good (completely level). Our waiter, Nathan, did a great job. Mother’s Day menu was good value (2 courses £19.95).

Went to Prezzo last night with my husband. Had a lovely experience. Our waitress was called Phoebe. Wow she was a bundle of fun and knowledge. Made us feel happy immediately and may I say Phoebe "great sales technique". Meal was great. Whole experience was a lovely chilled evening after a very busy week. Would be very happy if all staff were as bubbly and helpful as Phoebe.

Good local restaurant with a good Mother's Day menu offer. Staff were excellent throughout, always smiling, friendly and professional. Food was served quickly, was well presented and tased good.

Gorgeous food and very welcoming (and accommodating) considering we had two boisterous children with us! Our server Phoebe was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday that evening. We’re returning again on Mother’s Day and that’s down to the lovely staff (and the food of course!) Thanks again.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. We were able to order and were brought food without waiting long and all the staff were friendly and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Nice selection of food which tasted nice too.

Went in on a whim late on a Friday evening & though it was busy we were seated promptly & with no fuss. The food was good & plentiful, though they had disappointingly run out of calamari. Luckily, our server, Sophie I think (possibly Evie or Phoebe, I couldn’t read the receipt at the end) suggested a great alternative. Throughout our meal she was attentive & bubbly and made good recommendations on what to eat & drink. Overall, a good experience.

Went to Prezzo in Cheam for a lunch with my 2 daughters. Good choice of food and even had a gluten free menu.

We were very very pleased with our experience at Prezzo this evening. We were greeted by young and vibrant staff and we had Sophie as our waitress for the evening and she was brilliant. From start to finish she made our experience fun and a laugh which is exactly what we are after when engaging with staff!

My friends and I visited this lovely restaurant on Monday night. The service that we received from our waitress Maria was outstanding. She was so positive, friendly and smiley. Food was very enjoyable and we can't wait to treat ourselves again. Thank you Prezzo Cheam Team !

Thought we would try something different to our usual Mimi e coco. The food was alright but that was about all you could say. The garlic bread was cold and had to be sent back.

Took a while to be seated however great prompt service and food was quick! A good meal and nice environment.

Just visited Prezzo Cheam, been here for family celebration and what I love about this restaurant is not only the awesome food which are pleasantly served but also hardworking and warm staff, especially Aga and Klara. Will definitely be back.

Excellent service by Clara yesterday. You must try their salted caramal chocolate tart. It is absolutely delicious. I always make sure that I leave room for this. Restuarant spotless and light and staff friendly.

Attended on a busy Friday night, pre booked, which was probably right thing to do. Standard Prezzo menu , but would be fair to stay the restaurant is really well presented with a nice atmosphere

We booked in advance for a party of 7 on a Saturday evening. The party was made up of 3 generations of our family but we are always satisfied with the service and food at Prezzo. The Cheam restaurant was lovely. The welcome and service was excellent. The food satisfied everyone in our party and they were happy to accept our Tesco vouchers to pay for the food part of our bill.

Service tonight from Magda and Connor was exceptional, considering that we had a difficult, large party. They were welcoming, polite and our orders were all correct, not delayed and all delivered at the same time! Other restaurants usually find this all too challenging. We definitely recommend this restaurant, food and staff are great.

I am quite a fan of Prezzo as they do lighter options and show some of the calorie contents and the food is usually good here. Unfortunately my visit last week was not so great. The pasta meals some of my friends had were fine but us that had pizza found the bases to be so dry that it was impossible to cut with a knife or indeed tear with teeth! It was mentioned to the waitress who made no comment or apology. I will return to give them another chance, but the Cheam branch will have to improve....

Wow! How things must have changed since the last whinging review!

Visited this branch of Prezzo because my favourite restaurant in Kingston now closed : major difference in Cheam is that it’s not as spacious & the tables are closer together than they were at Kingston. Re ~ heading it was quite intriguing weaving our way round corners to get to our table! Noted that the menu looked similar to Ask restaurants but research showed that they are not one & the same company but competitors. You will see when checking that there is a good choice of pasta, meat & fish &, of course, pizza. You can mix & match choice of pizza toppings & wind up with a substantial meal as shown in the photo. It was quite busy when we went for dinner mid week but our server Clara was very attentive. I would advise booking in advance because would predict weekends likely to be manic! Nice location just off the main Cheam thoroughfare & as a bonus there’s a car park a few yards away that is free at night. I would grade prices as average but you will be checking menu & making up your own minds. Expect to pay usual Restaurant prices for your alcoholic beverages – can’t comment on wine quality as just had water!
