Johnny was so lovely! After a stressful day, great customer service goes a really long way and makes the difference. Props to him for being such a positive emoloyee!

John, a Brazilian barista, served me with a pleasant greeting and a great smile. So nice to see someone who is so positive and charming in such a busy cafe, opposite one of the entrances to Baked Street station. It was 15 minutes before closing time, so it must have been a long day for him.

This is for the big branch near Baker Street station. Very busy. Filthy. Looks like a bomb hit it. Limited product range. I just got some fruit which was fine. Staff were pleasant. Nice to people watch and convenient location by the station.

I shopped at this location around 12:45pm on 6 March 2022. I did not see any name tags so I'll say a young asian looking cashier took my order. She very rude and unprofessional. I understand it is a busy location but her actions and then dumping my food and drinks in the bag was ridiculous.

Branch by Baker Street station. Near The Sherlock Holmes Museum. Awful service. Dirty as always. Rude staff. Limited items even first thing on a Sunday morning. Had the five berry breakfast bowl. Very sweet and sickening.

Have been into this Pret 7 times in the past month and every single time they don’t have any of the frappe’s because they’ve sold out “due to supplier”. Here’s an idea order more to match the demand. £20 a month subscription is brilliant but only if they actually have what you want (EVER)! Other branches don’t seem to have this issue only every now and then if it’s a hot day which is understandable.

I have lived a sheltered life, so I have never before been to a Pret a Manger. After visiting Madamr Tussauds, my friends and I quickly crossed the road for a quick bite to eat. We were all a little disappointed as there weren't too many sandwiches on offer and there weren't too many cakes. It was by no means cheap, but nothing overly pricey either. Only four seats available - luckily it was quiet so we were all able to sit down and people watch on Baker Street. I will definitely consider going to a Pret a Manger again, however it doesn't rank well amongst my experiences with other similar chains, such as Cafe Nero, Costa, Starbucks and Greggs.

Im a regular customer at Pret A Manger for the last 4 year. I live round the corner and happy grad a lunch or coffee very often Had an unpleasant experience this afternoon getting a spun served with a hair! ask a stuff member to change she did, but even didn't apologies. Instead she shout at me when i asked if i can have a bag. She explode with anger saying she asked me if i have IN or OUT food. i said we might miss understand each others can i have a bag please? She was very rude commenting and became even aggressive saying :who you are and being very bad attitude. A stuff member, her name is Arta Q , behaviour was unacceptable and insulting! Needless to say I was no hungry anymore, very disappointing

Sandwich met eiersalade op bruin brood was niet heel smaakvol. Wel vers bereid en keurig verpakt. Wij hadden trek in iets anders, maar vrijwel alle schappen waren helaas leeg. Personeel is vriendelijk! De locatie is vooral prettig. Als je onderweg bent naar het metro station kun je hier onderweg snel nog iets halen!

There are a few Pret branches in the area. To clarify, this is the one located opposite Baker Street station (Boot's exit) and near Pizza Hut. It's quite a big branch and very busy. Having said this, there are not that many tables and they were quite close together so very tight spaced. Due to the location and tourist area, it was very busy early on a Saturday evening. Nice place to stop or people watch. Staff and service were good. Efficient and friendly. Choice was not that great in terms of sandwiches. There were loads of baguettes, a few wraps as well as salads, pastries, fruits and snacks to name a few. In the end, I went for my favourite sandwich which strangely enough Pret always have in any branch (a good thing). This was the Scottish smoked salmon with butter and lemon juice. I had an orange juice to drink with it and a banana as a healthy dessert! With Pret you know what you are getting. They display ingredients and calorie information which I like. Vegan's are very well catered for. What I do notice is that it really is hit and miss with what branches have in stock. I went in thinking I felt like a particular wrap or baguette. They had neither. Branches vary in terms of service and cleanliness. This branch was surprisingly quite clean and staff were making a conscious effort to keep it like that which shocked me! Good work. Staff were friendly as well. This branch opens late. As I said they are always busy but it has a good atmosphere if you eat in and manage to get a seat!

Vicino a madame tussaud ci siamo recati per un pranzo veloce, si trovano zuppe calde, insalatone, tramezzini, burrito e piccoli dessert, molti buona le lemon cheesecake. Ti puoi sedere e gustare i piatti che sono abbastanza economici. Consigliato!

I came in with friends and we were lucky to find seats as it was packed. I had a flat white coffee which was very well made and tasted good.

Sul mangiare nulla da eccepire. Il locale fa parte di una catena e più o meno ha tutti lo stesso standard. Il bagno invece risulta sempre "Broken" e non è il primo caso, ma guarda caso viene usato dal personale cosa alquanto spiacevole.

Had a couple of lattes and a double cheese egg chicken sandwich. Both were quite good to taste. They had sitting arrangements as well as take-away. We did not sit though. Simply Bought our food and left off.

Stopped for lunch whilst wandering around gardens on the London Open Squares Weekend. It's not far from Regent Park and of course near to the home of imaginary detective Sherlock Holmes.

This morning i buy a coffee from pret at baker street station... The coffee was terrible ...a bitter and burn taste... It end in the bin after I try few times to accept it. I'm a coffee drinker..i love the nice and smooth Italian coffee...but not the pret one. Never go back again..sorry...

We stopped at this restaurant for a quick breakfast bite on the way to the Maryleborne Train station. This restaurant offered good and fast food, free WIFI for paying customers, free unisex bathroom for paying customers, and a comfortable place to plan our day trip to Oxford. We did find, after the fact, that the train station did have inviting dinning places inside the station; but, we found that the lines were longer than we would have liked.

If you need a quick break, pret is all around the city in the outlet and the airport, you can be filled by paying £5.

London is a great city to explore on foot and when you get tired you can always find one these stores nearby. I had a tuna sandwich which was fresh and delightfully tasty. I would highly recommend this for tourists who do not want to waste a lot of money and time going to a fancy restaurants when they are hungry.

Il caffè più schifoso della mia vita l'ho preso proprio qui... Andavo a visitare Madame Tussauds e, prima di metterci in fila abbiamo optato per un caffè... Il locale ha circa 10 posti a sedere ( e tutti in vetrina), molto piccolo ma carino... Sò che L'Espresso li non è come qui, ma abbiamo tentato lo stesso... Risultato: 3,40£ per 2 caffè espresso che erano una purga diretta con un pizzico squaquaraquazzo (caffè ristretto con molto poco caffè)... Una cosa terribile...Abbiamo provato a metterci lo zucchero me è diventato un mix agro-dolce allungato e dal colore scuro... Alla fine ci siamo rifiutati di bere quello strano miscuglio e abbiamo optato di andare a prenderlo poco più avanti dove ci lavora una ragazza che parla molto bene l'italiano...

One evening a week, Bubblechucks takes a class in French (we have to keep ze leedle grey cells working, and we rather like to go to France now and then). Alliance Francaise is our destination after work. This branch of Pret a Manger is very near to the school and it is a convenient stop to pick up food and a coffee. Tonight I chose a brie and cranberry roll, clementine, and a chocolate biscuit-cake. Coffee was a skinny-latte, which is much less rich than whole milk and still tasty and warming. The roll was freshly-made and well-presented. Brie sometimes needs something slightly tart to "help along" the creamy sweetness of the cheese. The clementine was in tip-top condition with a wonderful explosion of juice when I bit into it. The chocolate cake-biscuit was delicious: crumbly pastry with a centre of dark, soft chocolate. It was surprisingly not too sweet and therefore perfect. A nice little supper. Pret is not cheap, but the food is fresh, well-made, and honest. What more could one wish for? Staff at Pret are, these days, mostly from overseas, but they are young people either students, working-the-world or learning English. They work very hard, are polite, welcoming, and efficient.

Davvero un ottimo posto, una catena che utilizza ingredienti salutari, niente conservanti e coloranti ad un prezzo giustissimo. Ho mangiato tramezzini integrali con burro e salmone, i burritos, le piadine vegetariane con hoummus, dei tramezzini con pollo e avocado, delle piccole baguette con formaggio, pomodori, insalata e dolce salsa di cipolle rosse, insalate miste...yogurt con muesli e miele, i loro cookies, tè verde, smoothie di mango... Posso dire che in 5 pranzi ho assaggiato di tutto e non c'è stata una cosa che non mi sia piaciuta! Lo consilgio e straconsiglio!!!

Se hai voglia di uno spuntino a base di carne o pesce (che siano panini o insalate), qui trovi tutto. C'è l'ampio spazio al piano di sotto nel quale poter consumare il pranzo tranquillamente.
