Pret A Manger in City of London, Westminster

10 mins wait for a hot chocolate. Staff wasn't even aware of my order. And customers that ordered after me were getting served first

Very nice but sadly no customer toilets

Tried to charge me for dine in price, despite asking me dine in or dine out and me stating dine out.

Rude manager. when confronted about the wait of my order, i was confused as to why she, the manager was rude and started dishing out how much “her” shop makes 15k a day etc etc all to make the point that they are “busy” ha ha ha. made me and other costumers very uncomfortable. it almost feels like you guys have have employed the same kind of rude, cynical people on that mayfair pret.

I have been to many prets and coffee shops but the standard of customer service here is OUTSTANDING all the staff are so so welcoming, helpful and attentive, I come here every morning before work and for lunch they truly make my day each and every single one of the staff are just amazing I can’t really put it into words. If you want good & quick food and coffee with amazing service a warm welcome and goodbye you MUST visit this Pret A Manger ❤️

Good cafe, shame no outdoor seating

Called in this morning at approx. 08:15 and picked up a cheese & tomato croissant which was clearly labelled 'veggie'. I realised after that there was ham inside. I informed the staff and went to pick up another only to realise numerous items which were labelled 'veggie' actually had meat inside. Totally unacceptable. UPDATE: I reached out to support about this, after the reply to this review and no one got back to me.

Another pret a manger with the same products, but i did not like the tables at this branch, where it’s all standing up without seats for people to rest. Other than that, the staff was nice.

Very poor service . No cream available on hot chocolate. When asked Manager named Briton said it's complementary so it's ok not to supply it rather apologies for the inconvenience. He was obnoxious and condescending.He was a disgrace. When I asked other colleagues they said he is usually like this and made a comment ," just think how we feel working with him!!!". Really upsetting as He demonstrate this poor behaviour infront of three young children. Pret should investigate this and rectify so no customer get treated like us. 😕

Walked in at 4pm on 31st December I felt the team was rude and not their normal self. Not happy

No toilet. Incomprehensible that a resto has no toilet. If you have a drink you have got to go elsewhere to pee.

I have seen rats in this pret so many times. I cant believe how they just ignoring this. Disgusting🤢 Baristas they dont know how to steam the milk properly even they re-steam milk every time surpringly. And Please use fresh espresso shot for every cups every time smh

Went to this Pret branch earlier today and got the tuna salad and the tomato and mozzarella croissant. They were both super tasty and the environment was so calm and clean. Great service by Theresa & Rafsa. Thank you for serving us so quickly and efficiently. Appreciate your hard work. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere for a quick snack or light meal whether it’s hot or cold. Amazing food, amazing service 😁😁

Busy sometimes, but worth waiting

Pleasant enough staff - but they need training. We ordered three cappuccinos. These were a bit slow arriving, but ok the young baristas looked as though they were still training. But one drink was incredibly strong, one was just hot milk. Only one was normal…Mentioned it to the manager on duty but this does need sorting out.

I was served by the amazing Imran. He was an awesome host! Food was great too!

The best place to grab a sandwich and coffee in the area.

I've been a fan of Pret since it started, yes long before it was bought out by that big multinational. And on the whole for a quick lunch it's always been the go to place. However this visit may be the last. Food was very very poor, hardly any chicken in my chicken sandwich. And for nearly £10 now for a basic poor sandwich a rubbish coffee ( clearly only 1 shot in my Capachino and a bag of crisps, in future I will give them a miss as they are beginning to take the pxxx! Quick service I also got a seat as it was not very busy in there, bought a cheese and tomato croissant which was very nice I also bought a Very Berry croissant that was not so good it was very hard and had been burnt a bit overall its ok for a quick bite to eat

It's a Pret. Nothing wrong with it per se... Except website says it's open until 22h00 and I was kicked out at 19h00 last Thursday. I was waiting to meet someone and we had to find somewhere else.

Good selection of sandwiches and salads, and tasty coffee.

Worst Pret I've ever been to! Tables are all dirty, coffee stations aren't stocked up and are dirty and the customer service is awful. When I placed my order, the man behind the counter laughed in my face when I spoke.

Fast store, quick in, quick out.

It's a very hot summer's day. It's 8.50am in the morning and there's 30 people in the queue. Everyone is ordering coffee and I thought I'd be alone ordering an iced latte. But I'm not alone. So I waited 20 mins and no sign of my drink. In other prets some one checks on you if they see you have been waiting but that system was not working today. So sadly can't give the usual high score for a pret as the service was not up to scratch.

staff are always stressed and they care more for mystery shopper rather than common customers.

Supposed to be open at 530 , it was still closed at 5:55 saying they can’t open without a manager ???

Staff always looks stressed! Doesn’t looks like they clean very often. Ordered a cinnamon danish. She put it in the bag and left it on the counter for me to pick up! Bad customer service.

Good place for a quick bite to eat/drink solo or as a group. The queueing system is questionable, so be prepared. Take out is also an option.

Ridiculous scam, when you try to pay with contactless the donate machine will take your payment instead of the card machine regardless you touched on the card reader. And obviously they don't take any responsibility for this...

I've tried and tried again with this spot only because it is close to work; and I can honestly say it has the consistently worst, non customer focused service by a stretch.

It's quick. It's basic. It'll keep coffee craving and hunger away, for a little bit. I guess that's it.

Walked out as no one wanted to serve me despite waiting for a few minutes. Young lady on the till on the far left as you walk in served 2 people that just walked in. Time 6:40 am. 6 people gathered behind the counter too busy chatting to eachother.

Great Pret, one of few that I like. Considering how busy they get, quite efficient. Seem always organised. Jolly good!

Nice Pret, right on Berkley Square, great staff and a few seats to sit outside facing the square. No toilets inside but food and drink is of the quality you expect…

customer service I have no complaints but I think they should teach the bars that the drinks are not made so hot they should use a thermometer for the temperature of hot drinks. I think that drinks are made to be drunk 30 minutes later it is impossible to drink them instantly

Dreadful that’s all I can say…staff are rude and arrogant. Some of them can’t even give correct change or use the till correctly. I’ve have a few bad experiences in here. Not sure they bother checking the temperature of the milk which is essential for cappuccino- they are supposedly trained in this. The presentation of the pastries at the front near the tills is poor and not clean. Really miss the closed Albermarle shop, “switched on” staff in there who actually cared.

Usual quick service at Berkeley Sq branch. Very busy but didn't take long to order and pay.

Since the new machines and high-tech ordering system service is very slow waiting up to 15 mins for a coffee

I've orderd a blueberry muffin, coffee and a sandwich. The muffin didn't tastes and smells right! it had a stong tastes and smells of raw egg!! Not pleasant at all...

Spacious Pret. Opposite Berkeley Square Gardens, so this Pret is a convenient place to get snacks to sit there. Spacious indoor seating. Outdoor seating available but quite noisy as next to Sexy Fish which has very loud music. NO TOILETS IN THIS PRET.

What an amazing surprise today when I asked my smoothie in a paper cup and I was told that they no longer use plastic ones. Great service, great products offer and always looking forward to help the planet.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I have my reusable cup but some times I forget it at home so..cool. Just wondering if the top of it could be also in paper? :)

Ver bad experience. I probably will avoid this particular one. The usual goodies (coffee, drinks and food), nice staff, but the place....... Dirty, dirty tables, dirty seats. And beggars inside, just to use the WiFi, talking very loudly and generally acting as if it was their place and nobody telling them anything. If you need to use the seating area as well, I guess Starbucks it is... :((

As usual, great idea gets too big, so difficult to maintain the quality, especially when the accountants take over- they start cutting costs; this tea bag is .04p cheaper, this coffee is .02p cheaper as is this pasta. Complete nonsense. So the customer loses out! I actually had a simple ham & cheese s/wich which was so basic I thought it was from one of the shops & my stomach got upset. Please keep your standards high- you were our only hope. The staff are always friendly & efficient though

Excellent Service and Social Distancing being applied .

Food is great and the staff are friendly with quick service. Only issue is the last couple of months I’ve been coming during the morning there is a large number of Romanian beggars who take up the seats and leave their phones on the chargers under seats. This means you’re eating a meal for somebody to come over and crawl between your legs on several occasions to gather his or her mobile. Surely this can be put a stop to by management. I understand if paying customers are using them but 99% of the time they’re not!

I met a friend here and struggled to find a table even though this place is large. I had a flat white coffee which was actually very good.

Vengo spesso a fare colazione in questa catena. Si trova cibo freschissimo, anche gluten free o vegano per chi lo desiderasse, smoothie preparati al momento e tutto ad un prezzo accettabilissimo per Londra. Il tutto unito ad una location pulitissima, materiali di consumo green (niente plastica) e personale squisito e super efficiente. Bravi!

Standard Pret, nice friendly staff who were quick and efficient, good selection of snacks and drinks on offer and surprisingly not too busy on a Saturday afternoon. As with most of these chains there isn't much difference between them, this one was well managed and maintained.

As far as Pret goes, this is great... if you can get a seat. They are usually so busy that you're very likely to get fresh warm stuff at all hours. The Pret Cinnamon Danish is something out of this world when it comes out of the oven.

Stopped by here loads of times and they really need to be mentioned! It’s always clean, always welcoming, can sit outside in the sun and best cup of tea around! Never had a bad one and lovely setting too! Keep it up!

Great food and loads of vegetarian options.

This is a descent grab and go lunch spot for salad, sandwich, hot soup, etc. You can eat in or take it with you. The service is quick and the prices reasonable by London standards.

If you eat or drink in a restaurant you will accept to have a WC to go to. At Pret Beckley Sq London W1, they don’t have a toilets for customers. This is bad

Their selection is usually well stocked in the mornings, recently however they have cut a few of my favourites out. I was told by a staff member it had been because they were not popular in the branch. However the staff change around recently has left me somewhat irritated. On my visit this morning I was served by a 'new face'. She had just completed a transaction from the customer who was before me, then decided to play with her till. I made my way over to her as this was the queue I had joined to which she eventually raised her eyes to meet mine. I placed my order, she asked if I was staying in, I said no taking out. She then placed my order(salmon protein box, mixed fruit salad and veggie brioche) on the counter in front of me with cutlery and paper napkin. I said "can I have a bag please" she said "wait a minute I have not finished totalling up", she then snatched my £10 note away from me and avoided eye contact. I was owed change she then pushed it into the palm of my hand, no "Thank you". Her name badge was turned away from visibility, however Silvia CA. I asked for my receipt because I knew it would have your name. Learn how to be pleasant when you work in a customer focused environment, at the end of the day you most certainly are not doing me any favours and you have just earnt yourself and your company a bad review!!!

Every morning shelf with sandwiches are empty.

Nor really happy about this place. Dirty table, coffee wasnt the best and no toilet.
