A place like this should have a bathroom

It doesn't have a bathroom so the experience is annoying because you are forced to go somewhere else later to be able to use the services.

Pretty good shop. Good coffee and lots of sandwiches to eat! Certainly not very close to my taste. The employees are very kind, but some are not so communicative. There's everything in London and it's a good idea to grab a bite to eat!

My favorite for Fresh and healthy foood

I ordered a coffee and when I asked about the bathroom, the attendant told me to go to the subway as they didn't have a bathroom. I found the information strange as it is not common for a cafe without a bathroom

While in London, Pret was our one of many highlights of the day. The morning coffee, lemonade and croissants were very good. We recommend this place.

I ordered a Free-Range egg sandwich (free-range: chickens are not tied up and kept stress-free) and filter coffee. (Meals are about £1 cheaper if you go to go) Sandwiches are bland. Maybe it's a British flavor? I don't want it to be salty so I want to add salt and pepper. The filter coffee has a well-balanced taste, and for less than £2 I would definitely use it again. I was surprised at how dirty the area around the machine was.

Went to grab my lunch, the Asian lady on shift was really unkind. I kindly asked how is she, never replied just asked if I want my food toasted. Upon waiting, I thought my sandwich is ready and she is looking at me, then she looked at me with a strange expression saying “this is not for you” okay 😂 why so angry? The rest of staff was lovely as usual. But not her. I did share this info with my 110k audience on TikTok. Just to make sure people avoid her then at this location. BTW- grab Boxing Day toastie! It’s delicious 😇❤️

Das ist ein Geschäft, was uns bei unseren Londonbesuchen schon des öfteren "gerettet" hat. Wir laufen meist doch mehr durch London als geplant. Natürlich haben wir dann nichts zu trinken oder essen mit. Hier kann man dann nen kleinen Salat oder leckere Muffins mit einem Getränk für kleines Geld zu sich nehmen.

Having signed up for the subscription service which seemed too good to be true, it in fact was too good to be true. This store does not service the shaker drinks after 7pm because they do not want to have any waste left over if they can not sell the rest of the carton. Instead every day they say that they have run out. I work around the corner and use this store 6 days a week and I can not believe that the general manager is not ordering enough of the product to meet the demand. Other stores have plenty and serve after this time so it is not a supplier shortage and instead a poor service. I have cancelled my subscription as I am not able to access the full range consistently. I recommend checking using the reduced price trial in your local store before committing to the full price. I will be paying Starbucks full price because they offer better availability on their product range. Very shortsighted by this store.

This is a very convenient Pret a manger for the location, it shows by how busy it is and that they are constantly busy here. The staff are attentive and efficient. They get orders in and are nice and quick. I was glad they got everything correct. The coffe isn't that good, al least not for my taste. Iced latte needed 4 sugars, so I could take it down, regular latte was not drinkable at all :(. They have an excellent range of hand made sandwiches (they are also delicious) and sweet baked goods. No toilet :(

Very typical food quality for Pret, but service was rushed and uncomfortable, staff appeared very stressed and kept making mistakes, dropping things etc. It was an uncomfortable experience and I'd steer clear of this branch in future.

A very welcome coffee & brownies, and a seat! after the RA Summer Exhib over the road. Good choice of food and soft drinks as well as teas and coffees.

Just not at all appetising coffee. I saw many people in London buying this and was curious to try it too. But to my dismay, it was horrible. Not at all strong and had a watery taste. The iced latte was incredibly watery and diluted. The flat white and cappuccinos were not at all tasty. It felt very light. The food was not bad. Overall, for the price it’s not worth it at all.

When we arrived, my partner had to go in to ask for the ramp to be placed so I could enter (I am a wheelchair user). A man came with the ramp to let me in (accidentally hitting another customer while he did this - he apologised) he then directed us to the seating area which was accessible by another set of steps however there wasn't any space for me or my group to sit so we turned around to get food to take away. In the short amount of time it took us to get food the man with the ramp had disappeared. Meaning we had to make our own way out of the shop.

Sandwich was good but my iPhone was stolen in this Pret. 2 Romanian Women get in and usually steal all the iPhones on the Table. Please be careful and don‘t take your iPhone out or on the table. Staff let‘s these people in and walk to the seating area without buying anything. If someone doesn‘t buy anything, the staff should command these people out. A security guard would also be good. These Romanian thiefs steal in all Pret, McDonald‘s and Shake Shack. Please do signs and informations on the wall of Pret to not leave the iPhones on the table.

Now was bad service. My buyings were £5,94. I gave £10 bill + £1 coin. Got back £0,06. I said it was ten. Then I got £4, yet left £1 without getting. Toilet was broken.

Ordered an iced matcha latte and a regular latte with almond milk. The iced matcha latte was hot, and the latte had coconut milk. Disappointed in the service.

Store looks a little tired now.

One of a well-known chain of restaurants that serves organic coffee and fresh sandwiches. It is a good choice for vegetarians. The usual prices in London. I liked the hot chocolate the most. As for the rest of the coffee nothing is really special

Very quick service, but unfortunately my chai latte tasted like warm milk with little flavouring. Great that you do not have to pay extra for alternative milks!

I wanted to treat a friend with hot beverages and a sandwich as she is my host in London. Couldn't pay with cash. Why? Using my cars would have cost me extra with bank charges. I end up using my friends card to pay at the end. Highly inconvenient and embarrassing for me. Plus this place needs a realy good scrub and desinfection! Really disappointed.

Quiet busy shop running under good management. Extremely fast hot drink service thanks to professional barristers and good choice of fresh food to go with the drink. I love this local shop.

Pret A Manger is an amazing concept of restaurant and I always love to go there to have just a coffee or quick lunch. What a shame that we do not have in in Prague.

Nice location. Convenient. There are a few branches within a few minutes walk given how busy the area is. Very limited items early evening. The tortilla chips were not that good. Couldn't taste any spicy chilli. Friendly staff.

I am giving 1 star review as the coffee shop was actually very hot.. it is a hot day in London today but inside was hotter than being outside. I cannot believe the air conditioning doesn’t work and could not enjoy a refreshment inside. The chocolates at the till were melting it was not a pretty sight. Time to put the air con on.

ottima alternativa per uno spuntino "sano" e veloce. Sia le baguette che i sandwich sono molto buoni e in più hanno delle box con la frutta o gli yogurth con i cereali. Decisamente una valida alternativa a tutto lo junk food di Londra. Consigliatissimo

I didn't appreciate the fact that it said the toilets were out of order so I had to look elsewhere, even though I bought food and drink here.

I guess Pret sets a generally good standard for food and drinks. I think they would benefit from a more regular system of cleaning but that's also down to the customers; some users cannot be bothered to walk a few yards to the bin!

Possibly one of the best Prets in the area. All the staff are so lovely who work here.

Cold, weak, and milky (in a bad way). I ordered and paid for a flat white, what I received was basically a single shot coffee with cold, unsteamed milk. Was my first and will be my last pret purchase. Service was fast (but obviously rushed). I would have complained but was with a client and didn't want to cause a fuss. At least they didn't mess up her order... But that's hard to do as was a single espresso! Life is too short and there are plenty of other places to buy coffee.

The guy was rude. Don’t do ice drinks. Staff needs to go through training.

Lovely staff and nice seating area. However, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE a hot chocolate from this cafe. It is the most awful water and milk tasting beverage I have ever tasted. What a disgrace. I’ve tried it twice as I thought perhaps the first time was a mistake. Anyway it’s £2.95 and the hot chocolate from the McDonalds down the road is £0.99 and MUCH NICER!!!

Usual good quality Pret food. I find the tea is ok, nothing too exciting. The food range has been substantially reduced in Pret which is rather disappointing. I'm not sure if it is a covid thing.

Ordered a TooGoodToGo the day before for lunch, on arrival I spoke to the manager who rudely told me he was cancelling my order then and there! When I asked him why he refused to say and just ignored me after. People like this manager should not work in customer service as they can’t deal with customers. I will be complaining to head office

In morning it's always a massive queue but they are slow and completely disorganized. Staff aren't friendly either. They had sausage and egg bun and veggie one but it's never available .

I work locally and for the 3rd time in row i went to buy sausage and egg muffin that they said will be available but it wasn't. If you are not selling the product anymore just stop misleading your customers .

Like seriously??? I dont want vegan and I don't care who wants to be vegan. I want my meatball-wrap and not some vegan bs just because other people prefer. Shops should STOP all this s..... no everyone is vegan so stop forcing people to eat it.

Simply the best Pret. I like to stop by for tea when I’m in the area, the staff here are very friendly, especially Victoria she warms my heart with hot tea and her smile.

I asked the Manageress (on 22nd) if they would warm up My chicken and bacon baguette. But she refused saying it wasn’t THEIR recipe. If I’m a paying customer and hey have food heating facilities I see no reason why she would do it. She quite dismissive and short with me. The make toilet was also blocked with no sign or alternative! I enjoy going to Pret but this shop Really let them down

This was the closest Pret to our hotel in St James where we enjoyed coffee and juice. The place was super clean and very covid-secure with screens, a register of clients, etc. They offer a great selection of sandwiches.

Always have a good selection, friendly staff, nice and big so allows for social distancing.

I always look out for Pret A Manger no matter where I go in London when I'm on the go. It's fast and the gluten free soups are wonderful the staff are so helpful and always with a smile. I use the one in Hammersmith that's my local love it, also Kings Road and the one across from the portrait gallery in Leicester Square. Well done to u all can't fault any of them.
