needed a quick caffein boost and passed by while walking

4 to 5 years ago there was a Woman/Girl Named Francesca! Short, Blonde curly hair , blue eyes Would serve me and two black cab drivers every morning as we were her first customers every day!! Don’t know what happens to her as she just disappeared and it’s been 4 , 5 years! Best service in all prets around London Hope she’s doing very well in life!

After skateboarding through the city using these stopping points to eat rest and relax, allowing the mind to settle after COPA v Wright in the City of London Law Courts, it was quite a successful day 🧡🤙🥂

Good location, good atmosphere inside

We politely asked, if we could return/exchange a totally burned Cookie, we had bought in another Pret-A-Manager on the same day. The very unfriendly lady told us, that it is not her problem and that it is our fault, cause we didn‘t check the Cookie in the first place. Are you serious? Never ever again!!

Very bad matcha! The taste of matcha powder isn’t great and then they literally just put water and mix for 2 seconds which doesnt properly mix a matcha. Matcha has to be mixed properly so theres no lump or just powder sticking to glass. Then without mixing it just putting 12-14 ice cubes and then a little bit of milk. Gosh not at all worth it.

The service is very rude and aggressive. Toilets are dirty, otherwise okay.

A medium iced mocha, cheese toastie, chocolate cookie, 1.5 litres of water and a mango & salmon salad bowl in Pret comes to a staggering *£27.84* 🤯🤯🤯 I'm 15 & my *AFC Wimbledon season ticket* was £35 (let's say *£25* as it included a £10 club shop voucher) plus a £3 programme signed by players - it's *14p CHEAPER* to see *23 EFL games* (that's 23 pieces of sporting history) *AND travel to them* (for free on TFL buses) *AND get a signed programme* AND the club give all ticket holders post-match access to the *hospitality lounge* after all 23 games!

Slow service compared to some Pret and generally unfriendly

Incredibly arrogant and unfriendly store manager…..

This pret was quite dirty. I only stayed to have a tea whilst catching up with a friend but it was unsettling how much food remains and cups and rubbish were lying around.

The Margarita Soup was perfect and the view as well!!

Staff are beyond rude and unfriendly , sort it out, when you work in customer service having an attitude like that doesn't get you anywhere. When I come to buy something I expect to be treated with respect and kindness. The lady serving me didn't even tell me the price of the items and didn't speak to me the entire time. So unprofessional ..

Personnel peu aimable, très bons croissants mais très mauvais café.

Staff were friendly and efficient, received my latte quickly. The toilets were really unclean and messy, I feel very sorry for the person that has to clean it because it was an absolute state!

Extremely rude staff, wow. First, I ordered an OAT matcha and they made a soya matcha. The manager looked at me and said 'you ordered a soya matcha' with such an angry tone. This isn't possible because I can't digest soya. I also overheard staff checking my order which was indeed oatmilk. No apologies or anything. She just aggressively said we will make you another one, okay? Matcha latte was honestly awful. This is almost 4 pounds you are kidding me! It's so weak and bland. I asked the staff if I would possible have a little more matcha in it. He said 'it's not allowed' and I should order another matcha to get that. How aboslutely ludicrous. one of the worst places I've been recently. Avoid, unless you are buying a standard pret sandwich and getting out of there!

Staff is rude to Americans. You should not treat people this way. Especially when they are very cordial to you.

There is a lot of sitting space indoors but they still serve drinks in a single-use plastic that takes 500 years to biodegrade. Why not serving drinks in China cups when people don't take them away? Too lazy to run a dishwasher? 👎

The selection of food is good. What is a let down is the poor customer experience from rude miserable staff. In particular one female - who never says a word and just slams your food on the counter. I only pop into this branch because of convenience - local to my office, bigger and opens later. I have visited this Victoria branch so many times and compared to the other branches your staff are not welcoming.

The staff were super lovely but the manager was moody AF and spoke so rudely to the staff. They had been warm and friendly and momentarily a till wasn’t stationed. The manager curtly says “we have customers serve them” and makes a point of ‘guess I’ll do it myself as everyone else but me is so useless’ and then like a petulant teenager serves me at pace with zero charm or smile like it’s McDonalds or the security of Huston (US) Airport… yes they let a queue form momentarily. But happy people are more productive. Zero reason not to manage with joviality.

Super nice staff, good espresso and good croissants. The venue isn't small, so it is not so hard to find a table.

Extremely rude staff with furious attitude. I ordered Matcha(green tea) latte with soya. They got me the wrong order and said you should say “Matcha” Latte…I ordered the same thing million times in US there’s nothing wrong with it.. after I got my drink it tastes really bad soya and matcha was unblended. I was shocked about the whole service and situation with this store. The person who makes the drink also have extremely rude attitude towards other customers…I am not sure if this is a UK thing or only in this store…

The girl behind the counter in the left was looking at someone speaking to someone else and she grabbed my wrap and dashed it towards herself. Then asked me if I wanted a bag and I clearly said yes but she was too busy watching someone else that she didn’t hear me and asked me again rudely, then just pushed my bag towards me. Didn’t know it was your job to just stare at people and not serve your customers correctly. Not coming back.

Saying it is open at the door and here on google maps, however never open on time. Staff is ignoring customers standing outside. Will happily change the review if place opens on time, or opening hours change accordingly.

the best place to get fresh made food

I am BEYOND DISGUSTED with the experience I have just had in this Pret!! I paid for a coffee and wasn’t given my coffee and had walked out the shop with the rest of my food I had paid for. After reaching right at the bottom of the street, I remembered it wasn’t handed to me. I went back to the shop and ask if a fresh one could be made as it had gone cold. The barrister was shouting at me, arguing refusing to make me a fresh cup while the manager just stood there allowing her to yell. I continued to ask nicely and continued to get shouted at - the manager made me a fresh one in the end. I will NEVER go back to this store!

Great spacious Pret with the loveliest staff members ever! The interior is very cozy with large clean windows. They also do the full range of drinks, including iced coffee and frappes

Coffee and location is good. We went downstairs to sit down at 1pm on Sunday. It wasn't busy at all but all the tables downstairs were filthy while the lady was pretending to sweep something really slowly upstairs, downstairs was a mess. There were 2 unisex toilets, 1 was out of order and the other one was disgusting. Not returning back.

Always reliable for good food and drinks. A decent vegetarian selection also.

The girl at the till and the bartender were of an infinite slowness. To order and have a latte I had to wait 15 minutes and there was no one before me. Also the bathroom was very dirty

BAD REVIEW NOT ABOUT FOOD AS IM A REGULAR at this franchise. The toilets filthy and messy; either they need extra staff or they need to make Time to clean...or dont have a toilet at all. Member of staff kind to open the disabled toilet.

Staff really helpful and polite

I have been a customer for years in this Pret but today the customer service was non existent nor what you would expect from Pret. The man at the till around 3:30 pm was not interested in working and was very hostile, his body language and tone of voice said it all. No greeting, no eye contact and completely uninterested in what I was saying. As he repeated my order to the barista I heard him say an extra drink, once I said reply: Sorry but I didn't order hot chocolate he turned around and made sure to tell me what he did say. Absolutely disgraceful way to talk to a customer. No excuse for such a poor behaviour. You can do better than this and should do better than this.

The gentleman at the counter was very nice. My daughter’s hot chocolate and cheese toastie were enjoyable. However they did not have any hot vegan options or baked goods. No Chai lattes were available and no whipped cream available for the hot chocolate. Also they said the restroom was out of order. It’s a great location close to everything but I would not return.

Great placement, consistent hot drinks, though it's a pity the rest room is always out of order when I visit.

Brilliant service from the whole team. I’ve been going for many many years and not once has my order been wrong. Very polite and friendly staff no matter the time or day. I am very satisfied and come everyday not just for the coffee but because of all the friendly staff making you feel so welcomed. It's a good place, have a nice staff.

I went to visit this pret at 6.34am (it opens at 6.30am). A gentleman in front of me, gently tapped on the door to ask them to open so he didn't miss his train and informed the manager that he had this issue most days. The manager opened the door and was so rude to him telling him to go 'somewhere else and that she would open when she was ready'. We both left. I'm shocked a manager would speak to anyone the way, especially as she was the one who was late opening. She needs some training in customer service.

I have my coffe here once a month before my dentist appointment. Service is quick but not rushed and the coffee is amazing as expected (thank you Yodit). I ordered with Valerio. Lovely guy. Polite and professional.

Prima esperienza,ma molto soddisfacente. Si possono trovare sia tramezzini che panini pronti con vari ingredienti , insalate miste e zuppe pronte solo da scaldare in microonde che c'è a disposizione del cliente. Nel ftigo si trovano molte varietà di bevande fresche ,mentre per quelle calde al banco bar le commesse possono preparare tutte le tipologie tra caffè espresso americano,cappuccino,cioccolate e tanto altro che hanno a disposizione. Ho apprezzato che se qualcuno ha qualche allergia o intolleranza ti possono preparare i panini o le bevande sl momento in base alle esigenze. Unica pecca, al momento non esiste un Pret a Manger..almeno per le mie conoscenze...ma spero che nel futuro possa avverararsi.

Per un italiano il cibo è troppo speziato. A me non è piaciuto affatto

There was a fairly good choice of food but the staffs' eyes glaze over once they know whether you want a receipt,they look desperately tired and the choice of food runs out quickly.They need more staff something isn't quite right.

Ne trovi uno ad ogni angolo della città. Questa catena infatti ha circa 300 punti vendita nel mondo. Funziona un po’ come un ristorante. Nel menu, panini, baguette e insalate, sushi, zuppe, muesli, torte, frutta,... Il cibo è preparato fresco ogni giorno, e alla fine della giornata l’invenduto viene donato a organizzazioni benefiche da quanto ho capito. Io ho provato dei tramezzi e uno smoothey al mango, tutto buonissimo. Il cibo era piuttosto bello e molto ben confezionato. Ho messo solo 3 stelle per un commesso abbastanza scortese da farmi passare la voglia di entrare qua.
