The salmon sandwiches are out of this world. It is a very practical place to stop along the way and have something delicious and healthy.

I don't recommend anyone to go to this location, the staff is a mess, they charge you to eat at the location but you don't have a table or a chair to sit, when you ask where you could sit, they tell you that they don't care and saying that is nothing to do with them

I went to this branch in Queensway for a coffee, the manager was extremely rude towards customers, he was giving bad attitude, I was so close to tell him if he can be kind to people and speak nicely, please send a mystery customer and investigate him. Outrageous behavior is unacceptable!

I’m very disappointed when I visited with my friend. I asked for a cold drink due to its very hot in the afternoon, and staff said they couldn’t do cold drink because it was very busy even though there was just 4 customers. So I asked for the manager, the manager was very rude and told me “she wants to manage the shop how she wanted it to be manages with an angry tone.” I was complaining how I pay for my subscription every month and always don’t get what I always order. I’m not surprised why some of the staff are very lazy to do cold drinks because their manager is not managing them properly. I’m also a manager but I never seen a manager like her in my entire life. She’s meant to be an example of how to become a very good worker but seems like she doesn’t know to to become a one of a best example. They are also overstaff and couldn’t maintain the shop clean instead of standing and talking to their colleagues. Never coming back to this branch ever again.

After my morning run, I collected a coffee on my way back and tried a few of their seasonal variations, particularly a hazelnut syrup latte. Other flavour additions are available and are good too. Staff are endlessly patient even when 'challenging' customers gave everyone grief.

Terrible service. Seriously avoid. Always new staff (shows the team is neither consistent or stable) which are not polite. Not one smile. One one hour how are you. Not thank you. No nothing. Never again

de Pret waar ik normaal altijd even mijn ontbijt nuttig. Een ruime sortering in verse broodjes en goede koffie. Het is er ruimer dan de meeste Prets in Londen dus je kunt er rustig even gaan zitten in de ochtend en je dag plannen

Wer in London ist sollte bei Pret a Manger frühstücken, Kaffee gibt es für 2,75 und ich hatte immer ein belegtes Baguette vorn bei der Kasse mit Avocado und Ei, mega, auch fpr 2,75 Pfund. Leckere und günstige Möglichkeiten in den Tag zu starten

Loved our week long trip to London and Pret A Manger was a nice option to grab a quick coffee. We had sandwiches, pastries and coffee.

This cafe in the chain is in Bayswater, close to the underground station. I went in for a quick breakfast. Service was fast, prices reasonable, coffee good, and the egg and bacon brioche with HP sauce beat a McDonald's egg mcmuffin. This is a popular spot. You can eat in our take out

This is a great place to eat and the staff are fantastic as I was visiting on the 14/11/19 and while I was up at the counter I had a seizure and the manager and assistant manager Jorge were very helpful. If it was not for the help of all the staff our luggage would have been unattended for about 45 minutes due to me collapsed on the floor, so I would just like to thank you all as I do not have much memory of what happened but I know for sure after my brain opperation on the 25/11/19 I will be visiting your restaurant again to thankyou in person

Pret A Manger är en kedja av serveringar som finns överallt. Vi åt trekantmackor, yoghurt, juice och kaffe till frukost. Mycket fräscht och gott med färskpressad apelsinjuice och riktigt bra kaffe! Frukosten kostade drygt 20 GBP för två vuxna och ett barn.

Today 14/10/19 at about 10am I had seizure when I was paying for my food, I collapsed and landed on the floor my husband who was sitting at a table came over to explain to the staff that i was having a seizure. The manager and the assistant manager Jorge were absolutely wonderful in assisting my husband in all our needs. My husband really appreciated the support from both of them and would like to thank them both for their care and understanding. We will definitely be using Pret A Manger again as great staff.

Creo que es la cadena con más presencia en Londres. No hay manera de comer algo que no lleve "vinagre balsámico" o cualquier ingrediente que debería quedar a elección del comensal.

Vi ville bara äta en lite lättare lunch. Tog en matig kycklingsoppa med bröd. Riktigt gott och klart prisvärt. Trevlig personal! Lite stimmigt men personalen gjorde vad de kunde för att fylla på och hålla iordning.

I, real estate agent went there this afternoon chill out afternoon between two work appointments. The counters staff Sharon and her colleague welcomed me and treated me well. I had a ginger drink, tomato soup and bread to chill out and get ready for another work appointment. This is a great place to chill out any time of the day.

Sergio treats this location like it is his own home.. absolutely a 5 star service and it is based on trust which is really rare to see now a days. Anyways I think this is the BEST pret location I've ever visited (worldwide) though many are very nice .. what a great company!!

Hemos comido en varios restaurantes Pret en Londres y siempre hemos tenido una buena experiencia. Excelente comida fresca de calidad, sándwiches generosamente rellenos, envolturas y rollos, ensaladas imaginativas interesantes, frutas frescas, etc. Y, por supuesto, el café es perfecto. Las tiendas bien pensadas y el excelente empaque hacen que sea fácil recoger o sentarse y disfrutar de lo que se ofrece. Todos atendidos por personal que obviamente son tratados con respeto por la gerencia de Pret porque tienen permiso para usar su iniciación cuando tratan con clientes. Personalmente, he estado en el extremo receptor de amabilidad y cuidado en algunas ocasiones cuando luchaba con una mano fracturada. Siempre nuestro lugar para ir cuando salga y alrededor de la ciudad. Siempre me sorprende lo poco que cuesta una comida de tan buena calidad. Es genial para cualquier persona que visite.

Good location of the shop in the busy Bayswater area, very wide and clean with a lot of choices of sandwiches and not only. Fast service and great coffee. Wheelchairs people are welcome too.

Für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch ganz empfehlenswert. Aufpassen das auch die Richtigen Artikel abgerechnet werden da die Verpackungen alle sehr ähnlich sind.

Una Manna dal cielo, in particolar modo per il pranzo a Londra mentre macini chilometri su chilometri. Tutto Fresco e saporito , buonissimi i tramezzini , magnifica la frutta e i succhi. Una gradevole scoperta e un salvataggio dal cibo spazzatura (fritti e quantaltro a cui solitamente si ricorre durante un viaggio). Peccato che in Italia non sia approdata almeno per ora.

Had a morning coffee break on a whim and was quite impressed by the speed and attentiveness of the in house team that morning. 18th March. Asked for an out of ordinary cold coffee drink akin to a Freddochino and was provided with an absolute beaut thank you we will call in again on our next trip to London and hope to be accompanied by family and friends then too.

El personal John, Amine y Sharon me ayudaron con la información que necesitaba sobre la envoltura especial de este chef. Hay una tendencia para los alimentos vegetales a base de plantas. M&S; hace una sección especial de sandwiches para vegetales. Me gustaría ver que usted también hace una sección en Heading Under Plant. Gracias

ロンドンのあちこちでみかけたチェーン店らしい。朝ごはんのため利用した。価格は量の割に多くないが、味は美味しかった。やや混みあっていたので長時間コーヒーで休憩するには不向きだが、雰囲気は悪くなく、ちょっとコーヒーなどにはいいと思う。
