Brilliant healthy food that still feels like you're treating yourself - fantastic vegan options, bubble teas, and cakes too!Their vegan pancakes are some of the nicest I've had.I am devasted I've moved away as I would regularly have this delivered on days I wasn't able to have time to cook for myself.

I knew this place existed but having looked at the menu ages, I hadn't been interested. On a bit of a health kick & out for a cycle, we decided to pop in on the spur of the moment & am so glad we did. We had intended just to get a coffee but ended up staying for lunch. There was plenty of choice on the menu, the food was delicious and really well presented. It's so nice to go somewhere & have a choice of healthy and tasty meals. Will definitely be back.

I have been to a lot of vegan and plant-based restaurans over the last few years and this is hands down one of my favourites, if not favourite of all times. I came here a few weeks ago and ordered a a tofu burger and asked if it's possible to have a gluten-free bun. I was surprised to learn that everything is gluten free. WIN! My heart skipped a beat knowing that for the first time I can go and have anything that I like on the menu without worrying whether it has gluten or not. Since then I have been back every week, sometimes twice or three times a week and have made it a ritual to to visit power of health either for a breakfast or al lunch every Sunday. There is nothing not to love about this place, the food is amazing, desserts are to die for and the coffee is rich in flavour. I'm usually really picky with my food but I cannot fault anything. Even the staff are amazing always smiling and going above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. I love the energy of this place. Be sure to check them out, you won't regret it and I promise will be back ♥️

LOVE this place!This was my second visit to the cafe and the Food was fantastic , super healthy and at the same time so delicious! Excellent customer service, the staff were really friendly and engaging and recommended me some great options, I was spoiled for choice! Would highly recommend and definitely go back!

I was here with my fiancé for a quick lunch, starting by saying that I’m allergic to gluten and lactose, this was a paradise for me.a huge choice of delicacies.for sure I will always be one of their clients.fantastic service, and guys the atmosphere there makes you feel right at home.I recommend it to anyone!

I had seen photos of the food on Instagram and I was not disappointed! Everyone is catered to here whether gluten free, vegan, vegetarian etc. I had the tofu burger which was amazing, and also went for the waffles. Couldn't believe the low number of calories in each dish. As someone trying to lose weight this was so helpful to know. Service was great and felt safe with social distancing, contact tracing etc. Pity I live in west london or I'd be a regular customer!

Was not expecting to come across this lovely cafe in Cockfosters. Enjoyed a good coffee and salad after rock climbing. Varied menu so something for everyone!

Delicious food and almost everything is gluten free which is always great for me as a coeliac. Fab lunch spot although pricey so not an every day place.

So when you want to go somewhere for "good food", but in the sense of excellent fresh healthy food and delicious tasty meals and drinks, this has it all. Lovely, clean, quirky interior. Our U.C. daughter is spoilt for choice with the shredding Buddha bowl and Anti inflammatory juice her favorite, the Vegan burgers rivaling the meat ones in taste and composition, great atmosphere and now a regular of ours to relax, socialize and enjoy great food. Tasty sides, juices, coffees and teas with a selection of milks. Oh and when a couple turned up with dogs, we felt as though we were on holiday and may pop in with our own.

Tried loads of different things on the menu and every single thing has been delicious and beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend!

Love this place. Really, really good if you are looking for a healthy meal or even just a light snack. Great brunches and the juices are meals in themselves. If you are looking at eating something a little bit borderline healthy then they also have fabulous waffles with great toppings. Give it a go, you won't regret it. They are also all charming!

What a delightful, clean and healthy little gem we found today. Perfect for a brunch stop after a ramble around Trent Park. Great menu and something for everyone along with a great selection of healthy snacks and juices. Perfect if your watching your waist etc haha. Well worth a trip.

This is one of my favourite places to go to! Everything taste amazing from the food to the drinks, and the service is nothing but great to! Such a cute vibe and atmosphere, it is done up so well and is always spotless!

One of my favourite places to eat! I love that the entire menu in offered all day, I love even more that all dietary requirements are catered to without any comprise on taste or choice. The atmosphere is really chilled, I am always made to feel welcome by the lovely staff and I have always enjoyed everything I have ordered. I will continue you being a regular at this gem! My favourite things to order are the hot chocolate, muscle man shake, French toast and waffles!

I crave the pancakes 3 x a week and I come and get them to go if i cannot stay and sit. Lovely place and good sweet options as well.

£9.40 for half a baguette that’s supposed to be filled with fresh turkey, chicken and bacon. As you can see it’s nothing of the sort. Absolute disgrace

While PH not an exclusively vegan cafe/restaurant, they do an excellent selection of very tasty meals and a range of non-dairy milks and even almost all the cakes and desserts are vegan!

Good healthy food, the coconut cold bubble tea with lychee balls is da bomb. Will definitely come back.

Came here for lunch with some family, nice interior and choice of food on the menu.

A group of four of us visited this restaurant yesterday for lunch and it was fantastic! The staff were very helpful and attentive! The food was delicious and fresh! The jackfruit burger was divine and my introduction to crispy Kale has me addicted! The highlight though were the desserts! We all chose a different one and they were all absolutely delicious! I couldn’t believe they were all vegan! We tried the brownies, which were by far the best I’ve ever had! Lemon meringue pie, amazing! Snicker, divine! And the chocolate cupcake and doughnut stack which was also incredible! highly recommended and can’t wait to go back!

We stopped here after a long walk. It is situated in a pleasant shopping parade with many individual shops and boutiques. Parking was easy thankfully. Bright and spaciously laid out with great music playing but not intrusively. Each three of us had the Power Club sandwich which was excellent. It was garnished with some greenery and vegetable crisps. You could have it either on sliced sourdough bread, which we had, or a bagel. Everything else being served looks delicious, as did the shakes, coffee and juices. Cakes were very hard to resist too. The food is organic.

Have to say the Shakes are truly amazing ! I had the Pick me and up and it was the tastiest shake I've ever had ! Can not believe that something that taste so good is also good for you.

I am not vegan but gluten dairy and egg are a no-no for me - so finding a cafe that cooks to order scrumptious pancakes, roasts and salads is a good news day

Love this place. Have been before and it has a yummy selection of food and cakes vegan, vegetarian and also serves chicken. Great place for coffee and cake or brunch or lunch! Highly recommend.

I’ve been here 3 times now and it’s one of my favourite spots. Everything is 100% gluten free so great for coeliacs like me . They also have vegan , dairy free etc options marked on the menu.

Came here with my sister and we both loved our meals. Matcha pancakes and French toast with glorious cashew butter and berries. Would highly recommend!

The place itself has a great boutique & Ambient feel to it and the staff are always very friendly. The food is exceptional, especially the Match Protein Pancakes and the Stay Bowl, two dishes that I order over & over again. However, all the food is of high quality and they are constantly innovating with new ideas and delivery great tasting food and beverages.

We had a great lunch at the cafe. I had the Booster Coffee which had a great flavour and a strong but balanced coffee taste. The jerk burger was big, tasty and exactly what I needed. The staff are very attentive. I asked for mayonnaise which they informed me were made of eggs. I am not vegan but it’s nice they let you know incase you are.

The atmosphere was really good and the desserts were amazing. I can totally recommend visiting this place.

Came across this cafe by accident and discovered this great cafe where the food is focussed on vegan and gluten free and there are ‘normal’ options if you’d like such as salmon, chicken, eggs so it really suits all needs!! Great turmeric latte as well and very friendly service. The waiter came out with a bowl of water for our dog, as we were sitting outside.

4 of us (2 couples) and our 2 young babies ate here Saturday morning.

Recently made our first, and last, visit. The service was glacial. We were told a new person was being trained but we were the only people placing an order and it took at least 15 mins for the server and trainee to produce 2 slices of cake, a smoothie and a cappuccino which turned out to be undrinkable. Also one of the slices of cake was 'decorated' with a star anise and what was initially assumed to be a sliver of chocolate but was, in fact, a piece of cinnamon bark. Obviously never heard the Mary Berry rule of never decorating cakes with inedible items!

O hi ,been here on Sunday with friends and we had some really good shakes all freshly made I like they have so many choices of milk ,and you can customise your shakes ,we had also some of those raw cakes and a carrot cake vegan which was really tasty ,also is more of a healthy treat ,atmosphere overall is good ,staff was really nice and helpful,and the prices .well I find them decent considering the quality ,will be back .

We come to Power of Health at least once a week, the food is absolutely delicious with amazing flavour and guilt free with plenty of healthy options. It caters for all dietary requirements and it’s great that they have plenty of gluten free/dairy free/vegan choices whilst having meat and fish options for people that want. It’s a dog friendly cafe with very helpful staff and a spacious beautiful interior. Definitely recommend!

Power of Health has healthy and delicious food with amazing staff . I have been working in the area and coming to this cafe almost everyday . I think I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and have yet to be disappointed . I recommend the Buddha bowls !

I can’t speak highly enough about this place! Delicious, healthy food, complete with calories and macros on the menu. Plenty of choice - catering for vegans, coeliacs and veggies (plus meat options for people like me too!) The staff were friendly and attentive, its spotlessly clean, they let dogs in - even giving my pug a bowl of water - and the meal are a good size and DELICIOUS! I had the vegan gluten free French toast this morning along with half the fruit bowl and it was divine. My fiancé had eggs with sourdough, salmon and spinach and it looked fab. 100% recommend, I can’t wait to go back!!

Had a great lunch here with my two kids who are very fussy eaters! They went for the kids pancakes with choc and banana and loved them!!! The adults also had a great healthy meal. Pav served us and was great and so helpful !! We will be returning!!

This is one of the best brunch places in Cockfosters, the food is incredible and the smoothies are to die for. I’ll be spending majority of my paycheque in here! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended this place

We come here so much! I come alone, with friends, with my partner - the food is just incredible like so yummy, fresh and healthy. The drinks are fabulous and so is the venue and so are the staff. I genuinely have nothing bad to say about it. My partner and I track our calories etc so it is perfect for that - you can’t do it anywhere else in north London! So clean also. Tess has done such an incredible job and should be very proud! I would eat here everyday if I could.

A little gem on Cockfosters Road! I enjoyed the Shredding Season and the Macro Meal! A delicious Matcha Latte - hot and either with oat milk or coconut milk - both very yummy - and I am very picky with my Matcha Latte’s! I also love the raw chocolate raspberry cake. I had 2 days in the area and on both days I enjoyed lunch there! I am grateful that I found this cafe!

I am a regular here and so happy I can finally get take-away of the kind of food I would make at home. Skinny white omelette with kale and artisan bread is my weekly fave and I will get an oat milk matcha latte whenever I can get there! The raw cakes are amazing and even my kids have developed the taste for natural chocolate

Always had a great meal here but I’ve never thought much of the service until today. I used to walk in, eat and leave with no acknowledgement from any staff who had no idea what they were doing but it seems to be a lot different now. Pavlos was super friendly, smiley and generally happy to be working there. Immediately gave us a bottle of tap water and glasses and made a point of asking us how our food was 5 mins into the meal. He had time for a short chat and I felt Tess has now sorted the only problem with the restaurant. Food is always exceptional and The Jerky Burger and sweet potato fries was really good and the new menu looks great. Definitely going back to be a regular.

We tried this for the first time. Some of the food tasted mass produced/packet/tinned and lacked flavour. The person taking our order got it wrong and had to be rescued by another staff member who did her best. The process of q-ing to order food does not really work. Such a shame as potentially could have been great.

This is definitely my type of restaurant. No sugar, no additives, but organic, delicious, freshly cooked food. Just how food should be cooked & served. Portions are exceptional. Could not finish what was on my plate. This friendly, ambient restaurant has been a longtime coming. This is definitely the best healthy restaurant in Cockfosters. You have to try the chocolate truffles. They melt in your mouth, so healthy, you don’t feel the guilt. I highly recommend.

I have trained for over 10 years and have been preparing my meals for as long as I can remember. I have been using Power of Health to provide me with a Meal Prep service for over a month now and I could not be more happy with their service. The meals are delicious, they are prepped with my goals in mind, and their prices are unbelievable. I have saved myself money, I am reaching my goals faster and I have so much more free time because I'm not in the kitchen cooking and making a mess! Matthew the Chef is very knowledgeable and has been really helpful with choosing appropriate foods for my goals. The restaurant itself is spotless, the food is delicious and you don't feel at all guilty eating their treats because they'r made with the healthiest alternative ingredients.

Awful food, awful service, loud music, awful prices, arrogant and rude staff. Seems to have attracted the worst type of customer as well who are all loud and posing for pictures. EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT!

Such a cool place to get a healthy snack You can chill inside and eat or grab and go. Protein shakes available. Thank god someone has thought to open a healthy bar in North London.

Power of Health is definitely worth the great publicity it has received - it is usually so hard to find healthy but interesting food options when eating out, but the menu here has plenty of options for all times of day, with healthy drinks, juices and smoothies as well. Not only is the food great but the decor is amazing; offering a really clean and polished look.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile, staff are friendly and attentive. They were educated in what the menu had to offer.

I had their coffee and their smoothie bowls. I fell in love straight away and recommend to all. I also had their salad with salmon. I love the fact that it’s all nutritious and delicious. It helps you also tailor to your fitness goals because it tells exactly what’s in it. Can’t express how great This place is ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Am a fussy eater but I must say the food here is amazing. I was stuffed by the time I left. Amazing staff and service and so much variety to pick from. A real healty choice foods and snacks.. will recommend it as a place to visit 100%.

I had an amazing lunch at Power of Health. The Tofu scramble had tonnes of flavour and the sweet potato chips were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a healthy, tastey, good value meal.

For a small cafe in Cockfosters I have to say I don’t know what you were thinking when pricing your food. Elan cafe in the centre of Mayfair and Knightsbridge is the same prices as you if not more. How is that possible? You have to stop Comparing your cafe to central cafes because you are far off it.

Came here for Sunday Brunch with the girls. Cockfosters finally has an upbeat, trendy and healthy eatery. Food is divine and very tasty and the service is amazing. Will definitely be back again with the girls soon.
