I asked for no herbs on the pizza and sauce in the corner for the chips both done wrong. Don’t know why they keep changing the staff the lady doesn’t know how to take order.. Highly not recommended at all

Ordered a 1.5l bottle of water for £3.. they sent a small bottle you can buy from Costco for £4 for 48 bottles. Food was cold and some missing also.

Waste of money, chicken pizza had no chicken and meat pizza had no meats on the toppings, that too on a x-large pizza.

Driver was early and made me go to his car to collect my order. Pizza was nice though.

I travel from Teddington to get Pizza Puzza from this place so it's not my local... for the last 10 years, pizzas from here are exceptional. very often, they taste as good if.noy slightly better than pizza hut... there is something about the flavour which sets these Pizza apart and it's in the cheese. high quality ingredients, freidnly but professional staff... clean looking premises and good pricing. not keen on the wings but cheesy garlic bread is good/ok. always cooked properly unlike pizza hut which is often an under done dripping mess. Try it.

I hadn't ordered from this place for a few years but I remember the chips always being really good so I placed an order on a whim. I don't know if they're under new management, but the staff is so unprofessional and rude now; the guy on the phone sounded like he wasn't concentrating at all and kept asking me to repeat things (for an order of a single portion of chips), then when I got there I was completely ignored for ages, even though there were no other customers and I could see my order bagged up and ready to go. When I did finally manage to flag someone down, she begrudgingly gave me my fries - and I soon wished she hadn't. I don't know how they managed to mess up frying some ready made frozen chips, but these were literally tough and soggy at the same time. It's like they had been prepared hours earlier, then drowned in watered-down sauce and microwaved; went straight in the bin. I'm honestly annoyed I spent £2.50 on this rubbish - AVOID.

Good base, a decent pizza. Didn’t get any chillies when I chose veg hot. Cream cheese stuffed crust is a bit odd for my liking. Could do with a bit more flavour. Pizza was okay.

This place has officially gone downhill since new management despite giving it the benefit of the doubt on three separate occasions. I have seen no improvements whatsoever. It is disheartening to observe that the staff lacks any passion or dedication to their jobs. This lack of commitment reflects in the abysmal quality of their pizza, which, to be completely honest, is truly terrible. My mother placed a order in person which was particularly distressing. When my mother requested to check her pizza while at the shop, a staff member denied her request without providing any valid reason. It is worth noting that every time we have ordered pizza from this establishment, it has consistently been burnt and tasteless. This recurring issue raises questions about the competence and attention to detail of their kitchen staff. However, the most alarming incident occurred with the fries box. After my mother ate a few fries, she noticed some melted dents in the foam box (picture attached). This is entirely unacceptable, as it indicates a serious lack of safety standards in their food preparation processes. When I brought this matter to the attention of a staff member, his response was utterly unsatisfactory. He simply stated that the dents were caused by hot oil, which raises doubts about the overall safety of their cooking methods. Moreover, while inhaling fumes from foam is known to be harmful to health, the fact that it could also affect the taste of the food is truly worrisome. The staff members are always on their mobile phones and hygiene is questionable.

Pizza arrived all squashed up by some young guy that obviously didn't care. When we eventually got to order a replacement, same guy turned up all argumentative. Been using Pop Pizza for 20 years but since new management everything is poor. We will not use them again.

My meat feast Pizza was alright just that it was kept a little bit longer in the oven and was a bit dry … Apart from that all was well .

Cake was stale. My drink was not included in my order.

Driver couldn't even be bothered to bring the food to my door instead calling to ask me to cross the road to collect it. So I'm now done with this place. Used to be great but bad service reflects on the whole place, shame nice food.

Pop pizza is getting worse by day by day ... The pizza are so bad now while it's under new management... Food is not how it used to be . . Pizza are not tasty .. not sure what kind of ingredients they are using these days but it's really terrible taste... Hopefully the new owners will do something about it before they start losing more customers

I ordered a Pizza from here. The quality was not good at all. Pizza was very greasy and small. Old managment was more organised and there pizza was always nice and fresh. Its a shame. I will not be ordering from here anymore.

Fab Pizzas. Lots of toppings and really good base . We would definitely order Pizzas from here again. On a downside, the garlic bread was very dry and not nice. We threw it away.

extremely rude and unprofessional, the new management team only care about money. We made a large order over the phone and was only prepared after we paid and got to the shop. These guys are also accepting only cash to avoid tax even though they have working card machines. Food is greasy and well overpriced for what it is. Awful customer service and cleanliness, workers do not wash their hands, avoid at all costs !!

Waoooo, i dont know what happened to this place!!!is the managment been changed ?but this is a joke! Ordered a pizza at 19:38, for collection!they said its gonna be ready in 20min, i went there 30mins later.. they said another 5-6mins and its done!finaly in a total of an hour later at 20:36 when i went back to chek whats going on, they told me that they dont have my order🤣, seriously a clown show! I been getting pizza's here, the last 5 years ive been ordering just from them since in my opinion they had the best pizza's in Hayes!prior left 5⭐️but from a while i noticed their pizzas are not the same like before, and their costumer service.... a joke!👎🏻so had to change my review, very disappointing...

One pizza seemed to be almost totally lacking in tomato paste, the other was also short on paste and almost totally lacking the chilli that was supposed to be on it.

Has gone down hill since owners changed. Ingredients poor quality, taste is awful. The new owner is cutting costs and it effect ingredients!

Always order from here always left the happy call 130 time night and no answer and 1 hour and 45mins no food and had took money off me don't how I can never order from here again coming up to the two hour Mark. Still can't get hold of him on the phone. And have no pizza still. Right I am a regular customer of pops pizza ....I have seen the quality is gone down my wife likes spicy chicken wings call the restaurant the wings were burnt the excuse I got is the supplier is getting the wings from abroad thats why they have to cook twice....at the end I came to know they have change hands the original owner has gone ...even the regular delivery driver said to me the quality has gone done

I dont know what they did but the pizza was nasty, Hardly any cheese in the stuffed crust and hardly no sauce even though i ordered extra sauce, It arrived on time but was warm not hot and had no flavor. I dont know what they have changed but the food whas gone down hill. After 6 years i dont think i will be ordering from here again.

The driver brought the wrong dessert and when I pointed this out he took the wrong one away and returned shortly with the right one. Normally the drivers (from other restaurants) argue, black is white, that they have not made a mistake and do nothing about it so that you have to contact the trestaurant or Just Eat to get a refund, all that upsets the meal. so well done to the driver and the restaurant for their professional attitude.

absolutely shocking customer service, staff need to be trained to read each-others handwriting because they clearly can’t as they messed our simple order up. Phoned them to complain and they couldn’t handle the fact that they were at fault and therefore began swearing at us we were promised food within 30-45 mins and it tuned up over an hour late and wrong TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY POPS - DO NOT EAT FROM POPS!!

Great pizza, fresh and very tasty. The garlic mushrooms were amazing.

Usually order from Pops pizza, with no problems. But on this occasion pizza and chips were both overcooked. Also the pizza that was ordered was missing vital ingredients, halepeno peppers. Quite disappointed.

Forgot 1 pizza but fixed immediately and apolgised, cannot fault customer service and food was delicious! Will be ording again.

Last times i always get pizzas from Pop Pizza, always tasty and happy about my choice, BUT this time am dissapointed as i ordered thin crust as always but it was extremly thin,feels like eating plain cheese with toppings... i even dont know if i can say that there was 1mm dough under my pizzas, i can see trough and see holes in pizza "dough". Really Dissapointed this time! I coudnt get wrong as i ordered from Pop Pizza few times before, also Thin Crust pizza and it always was very enjoyable!

Very tasty pizza! Good selection of dishes. Reasonably priced. Quick delivery. Had my pizza delivered to the hotel by very polite delivery guy. Rang me on the way as requested so could collect at reception. Pizza was large, fresh, hot and delicious. Would defo recommend and reuse when I’m in the area again.

The base of the thin crust needs to be cooked longer
