All of this food went to waste even my dog would not eat it, it was that discusting would not recommend at all and never going back spent nearly £30. Even the sauces tasted disgusting. Delivery driver was nice and good service.

Two pizzas tonight hot and spicy which turned out to be a margarita burner on top and un cooked base Disgusting, never go back.

Absolutely cracking service. Quick with delivery, Foods always spot on and the young bloke that comes to the door is lovely and polite.

got two wraps one chicken with chips and only got chicken asked for plenty garlic and the was literally none also ordered a chicken tikka wrap with chips and garlic the was like 4 small pieces of chicken and 7 chips,yes you seen right 7 chips this is a complete joke

, need to wait a bit, for card payment extra 50p taking

Very filthy takeaway guy on the front very cheeky bad attitude wraps fell on the floor while they were taking phone orders never would recommend anyone here had to return to takeaway because my pizza was burnt and went back for refund they start swearing at me never would go here again

The kebab was freezing cold and slightly green coloured also I ordered a chicken kieve pizza and i got just plain chicken pizza So I did what everyone els would rang up to tell them and the manager siad to me on the phone nothing they could do coz there mopping up sho and closing then hung up on me witch I live local and there is no way they close at 10pm on sunday very rude staff and horrible food definitely wouldnt recommend this to anyone

I bought 2 pieces there on Saturday night, I was very well attended by a Mr. from Egypt, and the pizzas were very good with plenty of toppings.

Fully recommended these guys. Huge portion sizes for the price you pay and are always friendly! Order all the time from here

Ordered from here tonight I rang to get cheese added my garlic bread for the kids and the customer service was absolutely brilliant the man who I spoke to was absolutely brilliant and they done it free of charge. Absolutely top class

I am here to review this gross travesty of a fast food place. I ordered a relatively costly meal, but i could understand why. It was a large meal for me and my freinds, and i was skeptical of the prices due to how low they were. For example, less then 6 quid for a 10 inch pizza. I let that slide, and ordered 2 between us all. (There was 4 of us, we were agreeing on half each.) I decided to get some sides, which was the mozerella sticks, and the garlic bread supreme. Two lots of them, so, so far everything had came to around 24 quid. The final part was the cheesecake, which brought it to 27 quid. The wait for the food was ridiculous. About an hour, although we lived in relative proximity to the restaurant, we did not get our food until atleast an hour later. When it came to the door, to my disbelief i had found only one pizza had came. This was some sort of sick joke as anchocies were all over the pizza, despite us asking for two chicken and mushrooms. I went to the place, and asked for the owner. The worker seemed afraid, which i would soon learn wasn't in bad taste, as the owner had quite a temper as he came out. He began screaming at me, saying i was a filthy b*strd for ordering those 'disgusting toppings' and at one point, began to wave a kebab knife around, in an attempt to scare me. I was ready to call the police, however a worker said the manager had already been in legal trouble before, and did not want to lose his job over a vicous outburst from the manager. A few days later, i had recieved a refund, however i was not looking for a refund, i wanted to get some food on a friday night pub crawl for my freinds before we went out, but that had not happened. Please carefully consider buying from this place, and take caution when dealing with the manager.

So happy planet pizza I'd back open absolutely fantastic food and the staff are great too thank you food was fresh hot and delicious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

in the last month i ordered twice and both times the food and the service were really great , the mix grill pizza was amazing one of the best i ever had

I placed a order tonight at 8.15. at this pizza place and i am still waiting so i got in my car and went to the shop thinking it was open when they are taking orders ,but the shop was shut and the shutter were down. so i want to know how do i get my money back from this place. when i looked at the reviews i am not the only one this has happened to.

Ordered food from Planet Pizza, they said my order back to me 3 TIMES, to make sure that it was correct. I confirmed that it was right. When my food got here it was the wrong order, that worked out cheaper then what the order would of been, but still charged me the full price of what my order should of been. I rang them up to inform them that it was wrong, and I got no were with them all I kept getting was " Yes Yes your order is out for delivery" even though I informed them that I had the order and it was WRONG and COLD. They said that they will send my correct order out. They delivered it but THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR THEM TO FIX THERE MISTAKE. I told them I didn't want it if I had to pay for something they got wrong. So if you want COLD food and the the WRONG ORDER order here and pray you don't get ill.

I was missing a garlic cheese bread and when I contacted them, they said they'd deliver one straight away......still waiting and its been nearly 2 weeks!!!

Ate a slice of it, the prosciutto tasted horrible and theres no sauce on my pizza. Basically a big round cheese on toast, dont order from here

Found a finger nail in my kebab when I rang up to ask for my money back wouldn’t let me get a word in and said I was a liar would not recommend!

Order notes not followed which is a shame as I was willing to pay the extra as specified, but food was lovely regardless so can't really complain.

Meal arrived early mixed kebab tasted over greasey the chicken and sheesh didn't taste very good at all nan bread was dried out and falling to bits and chilli sauce was like pickled vinigar never ordering from this takaway again for food quality I would not give it one star.

Ordered a tango ice blast and it came half full, don’t know how you can justify sending that out it’s shocking. Food wasn’t the best either, onion rings were solid and the chips were awful. More bothered about the slush more than anything though !

Delivery was late by 40 mins. It was due by 18.10, i called at 18.30 to be told it hadnt left the store yet. When delivery came it was cold. If it had of been hot the pizza would have bee nice. The delivery lad was canny. The price of the order was good aswell.

Avoid like the plague. Ordered off uber eats and wanted to support small so opted for planet pizza as they looked pretty good and had a nice variety. My partner had been at work in a school all day and was exhausted so we decided to order instead of cook. Bad idea, fried bread has more taste than the pizzas did. We ordered at 5:55pm and delivery was expected at 6:40-7:00pm. Thats the standard wait from uber eats so was not too concerned. The order did not arrive til 8:00pm. We called the restaurant at 7:20pm to try locate the food and they said it was out for delivery. That means the food was out of the oven over 40minutes when we received it and from a food hygeine point of view, this is a nightmare. We received the food and it was just warm so had to heat it up in the oven. The spicy chips were stale and literally just had some form of curry paste on and the two pizzas had absolutely no taste. I only got through a quarter before I stopped because my glass of water had more taste that the food did. My partner managed one more slice than I did. We ordered a tikka pizza and a london pizza with extra chicken, garlic and sweetcorn (the extras charged at £1 each making the 10" pizza £9). An absolute rip off. Wish we had just gone with our usual a bit closer to us. Save your money and have some toast, tastes pretty much the same and thats an insult to toast. We had to go through a considerable amount of Sweet Chilli Sauce to eat even a small porportion of it. I'm almost tempted to contact the Food Safety department at Newcastle council as would not be surprised if I wake up tomorrow with food poisoning from the one bite I took to assess if it was cold.

Planet pizza is the only pizza shop I ever order from ever, but last night was my first stone cold pizza, guy came to door pizzas were not in insulated bag which is what keeps them hot so order took 70 mins and I think they had been in his car that length of time they were freezing and we ordered pizza as couldn't use oven so couldn't heat them up so £20 wasted....It's a shame as those my favourite place to eat need to sort your drivers out sorry....

Delivery was a little long, a quick accurate update would've helped. Good price, packaged well, food was 9/10, small pizza was overcooked or put in with big pizza in one oven. Donner was fulfilling, I'm satisfied with chicken. Overall pleasing. Great takeaway

Ordered from here tonight - 2 special kebabs. The chips were uncooked, the lamb meat was overcooked, and my brother has spent the last hour on the loo kissing goodbye to his insides having ate the kebab meat.... The chicken was very tasty though 👍

I used to come here all the time but the prices are stupid now everything has went up by 3 pound odd it's crazy and the food is still the same the guy always asks me to leave a review when he comes he's got his reviews through the roof off telling people you get a free pizza if you review his shop and then put all his prices up once he was at the top of just eat search bar. Greedy if you ask me especially when their loads of nicer food places that are twice as cheap lost a costomer from me.

Ordered a donna wrap with chips and garlic sauce, put a note to ask for chill aswell as the garlic, however it came dry with hardly even a drop of sauce!

Disgusting order once a week from here came 45 mins late cold no taste chips soggy & been up all night with bad tummy rang and spoke to manager less than helpful requested refund due to time it too declined will it be using or reccomened in again

Ordered via Uber Eats and decided to branch away from our usual local pizza place and try somewhere new. Received a voicemail about 10 minutes after our order was due to have been delivered - lots of shouting and swearing at the beginning of the message before they announced who they were and said they needed me to call back urgently. Tone of voicemail wasn’t pleasant. Called the restaurant and a barrel of abuse ensued - challenging us as to why we had not left an address on the delivery (we had) and shouting at us. I don’t think this place has ever heard of some common decency and phone manners, never mind customer service. We advised that on our end, the Uber App was showing our address and it must be a fault with the app on their end. This was repeated several times before the person on the end of the phone accepted this and then hung up. The food arrived about 30 minutes after the phone call. It can only be described as mediocre. Chips were undercooked - The cheesy chips were nicer than the spicy chips, I think the cheese hid the undercooked soggy taste to them better. The pizzas we ordered were okay. A little darker than most other takeaways, plenty of toppings (or maybe fillings is the right word as we ordered Calzones). The food could have been 5* (it wasn’t) and I still wouldn’t order from here ever again. The attitude on the phone was just absolutely disgusting - if I dared speak to anyone like that in my own job I would be fired on the spot! Thankfully, the delivery driver was lovely. We showed him our Uber App and he accepted it was clearly an issue with Uber and was apologetic which is how the initial phone call should’ve gone.

Pizza was delicious! A bit cold up delivery but still very tasty. Not impressed with the chips at all, tasted like they were cooked the night before and warmed up but didn’t spoil the pizza and garlic bread. Great value for money!

Absolutely disgusting. We ordered a cheesy chip wrap recently (different order) and were disgusted to wait 2 hours for deliver only to find a kebab wrap had been sent instead. I’m incredibly allergic to meat so tried to contact them. After several phone calls and ignored FB messages we realised we weren’t getting a refund

Ordered x2 10” pizzas , garlic sauce, x2 pops and ice cream and cake at 5:20pm. Food was then delivered at 6:20pm, 1 10” pizza missing and garlic sauce. Called and they resent back out waiting another hour for and my ice cream is also wrong. Normally buy from here not again

Planet pizza great takeaway, order from here VERY regularly. Garlic sauce is amazing, staff are very polite and talkative. CHICKEN TIKKA WRAP is insane and food is always very hot on arrival. Definitely recommend💓
