I’m Giving you 5 stars because I love this shop and the vibe and the location however your biggest mistake was not to bring back prepared food right after the pandemic. People would walk in every single day and ask for the food and employees said sorry we don’t have prepared food anymore. That’s how people switch to other shops and it’s hard to gain the momentum back. Now you did finally bring it back but the variety is small and you don’t advertise it well enough in the neighbourhood. Bring back the good old days with busy lunch times and no place to sit on Saturdays!!! It’s not the pandemic that destroyed everything it’s the fact that you didn’t bring it back to Normal right after to inform people “ we are here! We are back to normal”.

Passing by I had to step in. I was in London for a week I visited Planet Organic 6 out of 7 days for daily small things here and there

My medical supplements were delivered to the wrong address and DPD forged the delivery document. Elisa Mills of customer services refused to take the matter up with DPD, who insist the sender must file a claim not the recipient.

I went to the shop for the first time today. I was surprised to find a large selection of products including gluten free products 🥰 I bought few items including a fresh gluten free chicken sandwich, which was delicious 🤤 I will definitely return to this shop.

I was browsing a store, choosing a Christmas presents, I had already few products in a basket, however I wanted to get some advice from the sales assistant regarding the Neom range they stock, the sales assistant was with a gentleman who was buying quite a few supplements from the Pure brand, the girl was occasionally answered him to some questions he had, I was waiting aside see patiently while this customer finishes with his shopping. Finally when he asked her if he can pay by the till there she said no to him (I guess she closed the till way in advance the store closing time) and asked him to go to the main cashier tills. Now she was free, so I asked if she could help me, but she decided now to go after the gentleman nevertheless I was already waiting for her 10 minutes., the tills were staffed and she was not required to take the payment from him. The section where she worked has been left unstaffed. She told me to wait, she will be back shortly, I was waiting 5 minutes, she still didn’t come, went to check the main tills and I saw her chatting and having a good time with two other staff members with no customers around. I decided to return my selected products back onto the shelves and left the store. This girl working at the cosmetics section should’ve been trained properly or she should get a job somewhere else, either way it’s disappointing to see the store going down the hill with having the wrong staff working there.

Favorite food store in London. Far better than whole foods

3 months ago I wanted to buy eye vitamins for elderly grandma I asked manager for 5% senior discount who refused with me explaining she’s 90 and difficult to come to store, then I asked if I can ask tills at front of store she said I will go there and tell them not to give u discount. I came back to store 10 mins later, luckily didn’t see manager and another lovely lady at front of store actually gave me 10% off.

The best store for organic and healthy food!! Could spend hours there :) I also don’t get the bad reviews for customer service - in every single Planet Organic, every time, the customer service has been the most kind and helpful!

Good and quality produce, can find a lot of products you don't in regular supermarkets. It has a vegan section, a supplements as well as a refills one. Offers food and amazing smoothies to go! Also caters for keto people offering bread, granola and deserts.Even has non-alcoholic spirits section.

Is my favorite shop,i spent lots of Money every single day and i love the fresh jucies. The only problem Is when i am server by A lady called Sharon She makes sure to ruin your day by Never having manners all the times and on top of that She Always Never Say please or THank You and clearly She think Is on the right all times. Very insutable lady for This nice shop.she should not bè serving customers but maybe work as a Cleaner or Just filling shelves.i am refusing From now and on to bè served by This orribile rude lady!!!!! I am sure She does it To some other customers She should be monitored!!!!!

Good store but recently I noticed non organic items like Innocent smoothies. Why??

Very good place to find options for all sorts of diets, veggie, gluten free, etc. The service is also nice and friendly, shout-out to Marc who is always there to greet you with a smile.

Went to Notting Hill Planet Organic. Gad hot soup, but the spoons provided were pitiful. Far too small for soups. Please provide proper soup spoons!

I am a regular customer of Planet Organic. I love it most of the time, but the other day something very off-putting happened! For months I have been keeping track of my smoothie purchases on a loyalty stamp card thing (they stamp it every time I get one). After 9 smoothies, you get the 10th one free, and I finally had 9! So last week, I finally decided to go get my free smoothie! YAY! WAHOO! FINALLY! I was so excited! BUT THEN! When went in to get my 10th (free) smoothie, they wouldn't give me one! I had 9 stamps already on the card so you could see I am a loyal customer, and I even brought a friend in with me that day who also bought some things, but they refused to give me my 10th smoothie. Rather than giving me my 10th (free) smoothie, they instead asked me to pay and then gave me a new smoothie card with one stamp which was not helpful at all! I was very confused especially as all of the other places I have a loyalty stamp card at are BEYOND kind as they see that I am a good/regular customer, but the people working at the smoothie counter that day really were refusing to give me my free smoothie! And they wouldn't explain why! It really threw me off and they were not being very nice about it either! When I asked them to explain they said, "you wouldn't understand"...which was quite upsetting as I had been REALLY EXCITED to finally go get my 10th smoothie and I left feeling so confused and sad. I honestly felt kind of betrayed as I had been excited about the day I would finally get to 10 on my smoothie card for months!!! SUCH an unpleasant experience!!! :(

Produce is really organic and easy to navigate around the store. Food and drinks there are really good with the in-store cafe. When comparing supermarkets prices I find this planet organic to be cheaper and all together the produce tastes better.

Good place to buy all your goods in one place rather than shop hopping. Bring your shopping trolley along

Great selection, a bit busy and so staff were struggling a little but happy with the discount we got on the Theragun we bought.

Have visited Westbourne Grove since 1994 everytime we visit Londons Bayswater. Great range of products and great variety fresh juices. Nice friendly staff and a great feel of cleacleaness. Keep up thr good work.

The quality of fresh produce (fruits and vegetables) is simply outstanding in Planet Organic Westbourne Grove. The store is extremely well organised and kept improving all the time thanks for all the hard work of the staff. The fresh produce kept in cool fridge area where possible. The store Manager Kate greets you and gives such a positive energy. She walks a mile to serve customers in the best possible way. The staff is very supportive and knowledgeable. Petros knows everything about fruits and vegetables. There is also nice and very knowledgable staff working at vitamins and supplements section. I trust Tiago advice about vitamins or choosing shampoo 100%. I really always enjoy the experience. Prices for eg for Organic loose freshest Almonds is £2.20 per 100 grams which is not expensive for such quality organic nuts. Prices for Organic freshest melons, watermelons, oranges, ginger, turmeric - all Organic!! are not expensive. The Organic Amaranth, buckwheat and even barley are the best in London. My health is inevitable improved since I switched from Whole foods and Waitrose to Planet Organic. Nuts, fruits and vegetables in Whole foods are not organic. In small local stores the fruits are not that quality and not the freshest and not organic either. It is very difficult to get Organic fresh fruits and quality Organic nuts in London. If you want to improve your health and eat the freshest Organic food in London Planet Organic Westbourne Grove will be your store 100%! This is the best Organic store in London with enjoyable staff.

Staff are super nice here. It’s not a busy store, and they have specific items you can’t find in a generic grocery store. I think London in general is overpriced when it comes to health and fitness, so I can’t really blame that on store pricing. It’s just the nature of the city.

I love the range of vegan groceries that they have but my god...staffs there are rude and unpleasant. I never feel welcomed to shop there. This one guy with glasses and curly blonde hair is really nice but the rest of them don’t even smile or look at you. They just chats away with each other while handling the till and looks really annoyed when they’re handing me receipts/groceries. Looking at other people’s reviews, glad to know I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Super delicious food to go section - probably the most delicious I've come across in London. Their coffees are fantastic too. Highly recommend!

I had visited the Westbourne Grove shop multiple times before I got accused of stealing a chocolate in spite of having paid for other items. The security guy followed me around the shop making the experience unbearable yet failed to notice I put the bloody chocolate back and dared to approach me right at the exit to go through my back. I did complain to the manager that security should be way more discreet and observant if wishes to take actions of such nature towards customers visiting the shop. The manager reassured me yet ...After that experience, I went in only twice and, on one occasion, bumped into the same security again being followed and gazed upon. Choose the Queen’s Park option if you can - much more pleasant than this fallacy.

Sad and puzzled that staff do not wear masks or gloves to prepare and hand over coffees and juices. I love their juices but I have to buy elsewhere until they are more responsible and respectful of their customers.

*edited review* Good place to maybe have a coffee or soup. I would not recommend shopping here as the prices are unjustifiable (for example for frozen banana it is £3.55 for 300g). I understand higher prices for more luxury-fad items, but competitors have much cheaper prices for most of the brands on their shelves. Also the same items they sell can nearly all be found in Waitrose! I have taken off 1 star for that reason. I am taking off 2 more stars because of the behaviour of their employees. The staff are very rude and do not sell Planet Organic at all to the customers. They seem to have a dislike for the people who shop here. Unfriendly, rude and stand around chatting to each other. I used to be a regular here and will now switch to Whole Foods for organic produce

Good for healthy and vegan options. Alternate products per normal supermarkets. Nice selection and fresh food counter as well. Friendly staff. Helpful. There is a lot of spoilt fruit which they need to remove! Would recommend otherwise.

It has a great array of organic food. Plenty to choose from and very helpful staff. Not cheap but with careful shopping affordable.

I LOVE planet organic. They have all I need for any meal of the day and more! They have a great juice bar with nice hot drinks too. I love their overnight oats breakfast pots. Sooo delicious!

If I lived nearer I'd be in here every day. The Superfood speciality coffee with Reishi is something special.

I love Planet Organic, you can stay there to study, eat a healthy option, drink those amazing smoothy, hot drinks ....; treat yourself with those amazing vegan donuts! The people working are all very nice, courteous, positive vibes and so on. I usually got here every now and then.

魅力にハマり、イギリスに行くたびに必ず行っているオーガニックスーパーです。私がいつも行くのはBaywater駅から近くの 店舗です。 野菜、フルーツ、パン、加工品にシリアル類、化粧品やバスグッズなどなど・・・どれもこだわりの品々が並んでいます。デリコーナーもあってそこでイートインもできます。ちなみにパックのスシも売られています。 個人的にはここでヴィーガンのクロワッサンを見つけた時にはすごく感動しました！ヴィーガンのシーザードレッシング、ヴィーガンのソーセージ、ヴィーガンのピザなど・・・試したい、買いたい、食べたいものがいつもたくさんで困るほどです。

Planet organic use to be much more expensive but with time they have reduced some items but they still have long way to go for the pricing of the vegetables to compete with Waitrose or Sainsbury. However the Hot Buffet is always good value and its getting better every few months with more options, unfortunately some of the staff are not friendly and become very careful not give that extra scoop of food, i really don't understand it. I have to add that i have addressed the manger 2 times before to give more Vegan option for pastry and croissant which he did but they have choose not a good supplier because the quality and taste of the Vegan cookies was uneatable but people buy them any way because they are the only Vegan item available. Hope you can provide more vegan options in the future.

Sadly, like most people, I’m not health-conscious enough. This is why we need more places like Planet Organic. I’ve been coming here for years and what I really like about it is the fact that you have so much variety that makes the potentially “boring” food quite attractive, interesting and very tasty. I absolutely love their freshly squeezed juices, the breakfast porridge is so tasty and lunch, mmmm..., I love their so different salads and warm dishes too. In addition they have an all organic grossers and ready made food to go. If you’re in the area please visit!!!

Wonderful place, great selection of food. The only reason that I’m not giving it 5 stars is that we got wrong advise from an employer. At every price tag there is a dot with a sign for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc. I asked which dot, color and letter, represented vegan. His advise were for vegetarian food, not vegan, I asked twice to be sure. I am surprised that an employer don’t know the difference between vegan and vegetarian in a place that sell so much vegan and vegetarian food. (I’m not vegan myself) But the store is amazing! And the other members of the staff were friendly and knowing

This is a very good vegetarian and vegan place to eat. The food was fresh and a good variety. The shop attached stocks a large variety of goods, and it also has fresh veg as well.

Soy un visitante habitual, por lo general para las compras que lucho por encontrar en otro lado, sin embargo, mi lealtad es con el planeta orgánico debido a la maravillosa plantilla. Normalmente no publico en Trip Advisor, pero encontré la siguiente reseña "el peor servicio al cliente" y tuve que defender a Yonnatan. Cuando lo visitamos, siempre es un placer ver a Yonnatan trabajando, una simple ola y un sonríe siempre para hacer del planeta orgánico un lugar acogedor para nosotros los clientes habituales, especialmente para mi hija, a quien le hace reír y sonreír. Un ejemplo realmente maravilloso de alguien que se esfuerza para la clientela. El revisor siguiente debe darse cuenta de que el personal de venta minorista también tiene días difíciles, pero la sonrisa que ofrece Yonnatan nos alegrará a mí y a mi hija cada vez y por eso seguimos siendo visitantes regulares.

I live about 5 minuets away, and often go to this store to by things such as honey, beans, etc, for my wife, as I’m not the organic type. Well, it’s been many times staff were unhelpful and very moody over the last say 4 years,but I never gave it much attention even because I’m a busy man and wouldn’t waste time with that. But...that all changed yesterday. It was the final drop. Everything went as usual while I was there around 13:40. Unfriendliness, weirdness and all this store always presents to us. So I was focused on being in and out as quickly as I could. By the time I was at the queue to pay, I noticed that those guys at the tills were more serious and moody than the usual, (all irony intended), so I was waiting for some bad customer service again, but this time I wouldn’t be so polite. Then on my turn I said to the till guy: “hi, how you’re doing?” And....no answer. Then THIS IS the boiling point: he gestured with his hands pointing me the card machine in a terrible, prejudicial way, as if I had no idea how to use it, or maybe I couldn’t speak the language, or who the hell knows what that sorry guy named YONNATAN was thinking. Oh, and he was implying that he was in a hurry. So terrible and lousy this guy was!

The flag ship orignal store from the san francisco entrepreneurs, has it all, alchohol meat, & fish counter, all additive free..even started the wheatgrass craze

Tengo almuerzo en Devonshire Plaza Planeta orgánico cada día. Como vegetariano, me parece que su comida es deliciosa, innovadora y buena relación calidad-precio, además de ser saludable. Esta es realmente la mejor comida que he comido y es por eso que volver cada día.

Es un supermercado que consta de un apartado para comer y también venden productos ecológicos no tube la oportunidad de comer alli. I love this treasure trove of weird and wonderful food products along with their healthy and filling brunches and meals and juices .The pricing is definitely on the higher side but will continue to shop here until I find a quality alternative......not one on the horizon yet

Great deal of vegan dishes for a good price. Only downside is the decor: eating in the middle of the store, the big fridge and neon lamps... it's not the best experience. The advice is: go there if you want a delicious, healthy but quick lunch or have it to go.

This is a great organic supermarket and health shop. The cafeteria style vegan / veggie restaurant is a lunch time favourite of mine. Delicious vegan dishes such as the Mushroom bake and Cauliflower curry as fantastic as is the raw Phad thai salad. Quick, filling and healthy at very good prices. Grab a litre of their leafy green juice on the way out and you are set for the day.

Scoperto questo esercizio commerciale, dove si mangia e si può acquistare ottimo cibo naturale e vegetariano, durante una visita turistica con la famiglia. La particolarità è che si può mangiare dell'ottimo cibo in una sorta di self-service. Veloce, pratico e con possibilità di scelta tra varie proposte (tutte vegetariane e vegane). Da provare senza meno.

My partner and I were in London for business and needed to find vegan gluten free food which is always a challenge. Discovered Planet Organic on TripAdviser and were so pleased to find that we could eat virtually everything on the menu. It's both an organic store as well as a cafe so we also bought a few things to take home and promptly ordered loads of stuff online so that we can recreate some of the tasty food. If you have food intolerances or allergies then this is a great place to eat this is a real oasis.

Visited this excellent store again during a recent west end theatre weekend . . great choice/selection of wholesome foods . . never disappoints

I tried the Coconut Coffee, which was a double espresso with coconut oil and butter in place of milk. It was quite a novelty, and tasted like how you'd imagine. The place isn't cheap, and the cafe seating is rather simple but if you want to try some different and adventurous hot drinks then give it a go.

Me encanta pasarme por cualquier Planet Organic, especialmente ahora que es verano, y pedir cualquier smoothie de la carta. Recomiendo "Green Machine", un combinado de verduras súper refrescante. Además, debo confesar que siempre aprovecho para comprar o bien bases de pizza sanas u otras comidas para la semana... ¡¡Me encanta!!

Frersh organic food market, I accidencally found this place. Clean smell with good tone of music. Free WIFI and the connection not bad. If you are the vegetable people, you have to visit here.

We love all the Planet Organic stores. They are so well thought out and the food is great. We stopped off for a small grocery shop and some refreshments. The brownie made from sweet potato was delicious as were the juices made fresh on the site. Great place. Never disappoints.

I was so happy to find this place! After searching for organic food during my short stay in London - where I could not find any organic produce in regular supermarkets. As an extra plus they served one of the best cappuccinos ever... :-)

Yeah with that location they have a big rent, but the store has some expensive goods! However, the range and selection is amazing and sometimes you can't just buy online; you have to see what you are getting! The good thing is that they do tasters quite often and you get to at least try before you buy! Good for stocking up on speciality and superfoods

You could walk past this shop and not notice it. It's a managable size so can be busy. It's basically a sort of supermarket but one which only sells healthy food. They also do hot and cold lunches as take aways or eat in or you can just have a freshly made juice.

I really enjoy coming here to eat; it's very laid back with excellent service it's a bit like being in California.Getting the food is canteen style with all the food pre prepared. You can have hot food, salad, soup and juices . The water still or sparkling is complimentary. You take your food to big long tables that you share with others with free wifi. The food is very fresh and very good value for £ unlike the shop itself which is very pricey!As the food is mainly vegetarian it's a nice change and very healthy. I really enjoy coming here for lunch and even if you came alone it still v enjoyable;)

I am not often driven to write a review, only when an experience has been amazing or extremely poor, this is the latter. I can forgive extortionate prices (to a point) if the service has been of a standard that lets me forget the fact that your prices are 3x more than that of what is the going rate. By calling yourself an organic store does not mean you can inflate your prices to that where a red pepper costs £2.50. After queuing for what seemed like a small life time, looking on to the inept Ill looking staff who clearly are unable to afford the prices within the place they work let alone know how to deliver a well balanced meal to their own plates, draw out the process of taking over priced juice orders whilst the line of customers wanting to purchase groceries grows and grows. Finally the light shines and it is finally my time to purchase my basket of what should have been a few pounds for a couple of peppers and some herbs is presented to me at close to £10. Shocked but still with my wits about me i pleasantly confirm I'm not prepared to follow through with the purchase and remortgage the home I live in. Unless you live in a disillusioned world where you are blind to the fact that people struggle to feed themselves and their families at even the most economical of shops, carry on spending your savings at this establishment or wake up to the fact you are being truly ripped off!

Love this place, it's an Aladdin's cave of food goodies. The cafe which makes up about a quarter of the premises offers a similar offering of tasty healthy treats. Great place to meet, drag, eat, work or shop.

Great if too tired to get ready to eat out but don't want to eat in hotel. Selection of salads, casseroles, soups. Spoilt for choice. Very helpful team & great smoothies.

Planet organic has all the essential things u need and caters from all diets . Staff are well trained and very helpful with great product knowledge.

Si vous chercher un en-cas original et sain sur Londres pour pas trop cher vous pouvez essayer cette chaîne de magasins bios. Il n'y a pas toujours d'espace pour s’asseoir et il faut être prêt à aller manger à l'extérieur en emportant son petit repas.

Locale da fast food classico inglese ...e loro non avendo nessuna cultura del cibo si avventurano in questi mix di tutto , serviti in un contenitore da viaggio... ecco mangi così !! E qualsiasi cosa prendi e' contaminata da cumino e curry tanto per accontentare tutta la multietnicita' presente a Londra !!

Il y a vraiment tous les produits que je recherchais. Super choix de miel, mes yoghourts au soja que je ne pensais pas trouver à Londres, grand choix au traiteur, on peut s'asseoir, manger et faire ses courses et on y trouve tous les derniers livres des food blogueurs et autres Cameron Diaz,... Et oui, ce n'est pas bon marché, mais bon.

Cibo buono. C'è un buffet in cui scegliere i piatti divisi tra crudi e cotti. Ampia scelta di succhi. Si mangia a bene a poco prezzo. Consigliato

a mezzogiorno è perfetto, meno di 15 £ in due, in 20 minuti mangi e ti senti bene subito.dopo un giretto al supermercato bio (relativamente piccolo ma ha tutto), vai al bancone e ti fai riempire di pasticcio e di verdura fresca super una specie di bacinella in metallo piccola/media/large, ti consiglio la large per una sterlina di differenza. e/o scegli una zuppa calda. importante: nessuno cliente prima di te tocca e rimescola il tuo cibo come avviene p.e. da whole food e nei self service. un po' di igiene a tavola non guasta.poi ti accomodi ad un tavolo pulito e ti vai a prendere l'acqua liscia o gasata che sgorga gratuita. posate di plastica. atmosfera rilassata, molti si danno un tono fingendo di lavorare con un mac. una ventina di clienti, tutto a dimensione molto casalinga cioè umana.p.s. se non sei con la moglie, vuoi lo sballo e sei incoerente, comprati cioccolate bio di tutto il mondo e assaggiale appena uscito. 4 £ ciascuna. chi se ne frega della salute e in tomba i soldi non ti servono.

Yes, the shop offers a great selection of organic food, well-displayed. The cashier, however, pushed my bag of potatoes at me after he had weighed it, rang up my items in silence and held out the receipt in my general direction as he turned to talk to the cashier next to him. No acknowledgement of my existence at all. Reminds me of the good old days in the Soviet Union, but incongruous in a high-end shop such as this. Perhaps he was having a bad day.

The most amazing place to shop for organic things. I travel round the world and visit such shops everywhere, this is one of the best I have visited. I can't comment on prices, since I don't live in the uk, but they did seem somewhat steep.

The all-day organic buffet at £6.99, which can cover your entire daily veg requirement, is excellent value. Great for solo eating. The only downside is a slightly offputting smell of food within the store. But it's good place to recharge your batteries, or to enjoy a calm moment, whether in week or on weekend. Ideal when recovering from a cold, weak as a kitten - exit feeling peaceful, purified and fortified. Buffet choices include, e.g., broccoli, veg lasagne, lovely brown rice, veg Pad Thai, stir fries, julienned dressed beetroot/carrot. With drinks, it becomes pricey. The shopping is wonderful too, though expensive. I find the meals better deals.
