Pizzarella in Newtownabbey

the pizza was 10/10 the chips were cooked at least twice discussing

So far beat pizza I've had in Belfast bar jacks

i didn’t get my food i am ragin and didn’t even get my money back i would like my money back please

the person that delivered my food nearly took my gate off when leaving, I put a note on the order asking to use the front door as the back gate had been painted, however I forgot that the workmen had left items in front of the front gate blocking it, the driver explained that they had beet at the front gate but could not enter, I apologised as I forgot, she then just turned and slammed my gate after explaining the front gate was blocked, I can understand but still no need

Garlic was only cooked on outside. Pizza 2as lovely

Chips were covered in sauce which I didn’t ask for. I asked for a dip. Garlic bread was missing. The sauce on the chips tasted off making them uneatable. And food was cold. Been a customer for years. Extremely disappointed.

Complete joke. The pulled pork and chips were obviously recycled from yesterday and stuck under the grill. Chips were about as fresh as Mick Jagger and the pork was drier than the Sahara. They didn’t even have the decency to pour fresh BBQ sauce over it to make it look like it wasn’t from yesterday or the day before. Also ordered a 500ml bottle of coke and got a can. If you know you can’t make something fresh, don’t have it on the menu. I spent over £32 and I am NOT impressed. Will NEVER be back here.

Pepper chips had no cheese after paying for it as an extra, but both pizzas were perfect!

I love pizzarella! I always get the same thing, Gravy cheesy chips and they are always great…However….sometimesss the chips can be a wee bit cold and crunchy in the middle…But I can ignore it but it would be nice if the chips were heated just a bit more….!

The app said our order was delivered on the original time, I rang the shop as we hadn’t received our order. They said it was on its way and the app was wrong or updates before it should. Then they changed our delivery time to another 35 min so I would say it had been delivered to the wrong address

Tasteless dont think cheese was right,I also asked for xtra cheese,to which I think there was none,I've been a customer since it was in fibro buildings, just disappointing

Extremely disappointed been a customer for years, food was really poor. So doaghy and soggy. Majority not eaten.

Not only have the restaurant been consistently delivering great quality food via delivery and collection, but the delivery staff are so polite and accommodating even checking orders before handing over food at the door and attempting to remedy mistakes made in the restaurant for order handover making sure the best results for customers and staff in the restaurant. Cannot recommend higher!

Ordered food tonight and ordered a chilli based pizza but received a sweet chilli base. I phoned the restaurant and was told I should have specified that I wanted chilli and not sweet chilli even though that wasn't an option.really upset with the food and the service

My food was supposed to be delivered between 23.10-23.30 and was marked out for delivery with the drover at 23.05. it's now 00.00. I have requested an update from the restaurant online and have not received one and cannot speak with them on the phone. Don't know where my food is

Good more than an hour late. Finally arrived, tasted disgusting. Ordered a salami pizza, I couldn’t even tell you if that was even meat in my pizza. Won’t be ordering again. Pizza straight in the bin

quickish delivery however got a notification food was out for delivery then 25 mins it was delivered. Pizza was cold but ok once heated up and chips were soggy as they had been sitting. Ate it away as i was starving

Not the best pizzas. Very over priced. Strange deals. Even stranger layout in the shop catered to delivery drivers over actual customers.

Ordered at 8.15 and only got delivered at 9.48 delivery and delivery said out for delivery at 9.15 i only live 2 miles away it’s very frustrating.

To start of with this order was an absolute disgrace sending pizzas like this to a customer it was thrown together and the wife refused to eat any of it. I myself ate a few bits as I was hungry. I'm very disappointed and I know a 9 year old that makes better steak dinners than Pizzarellas food

Pizza took just under an hour to arrive. It was stone cold. Called the restaurant to complain they said they would send another but needed to pick this one up! Don’t often leave reviews but this was very poor.

Been getting a BBQ meatfeast now for around the last 17 years from Pizzarella as it was always my favourite. But that’s twice now recently that I’ve got 1 and the BBQ dips have tasted like something from an HP bottle. I always thought Pizzarella done the nicest BBQ sauce but that tonight there wasn’t up to standard. Hopefully the next time I get one the BBQ dips will be the original BBQ.

Gone really down hill I have been getting pizza from Pizzarella for nearly 20 years and the quality of the pizza I received was poor and under cooked really disappointing.

Never disappointed with pizzarella, have been using this restaurant for 20+ years and can honestly say I have never had any issues with it, great food and lovely staff,

I hadn't tried Pizzarella in a while and thought I would give it another go. Unfortunately, it wasn't great. Food quality was average and my order wasn't correct. I didn't contact the restaurant to correct the mistake due to the 1hr delivery time. I won't be ordering again.

Lovely as usual , I normally pre order much earlier to make sure the delivery is at a good time , it was a last minute choice so ordered much later than usual and was pleasantly surprised . Food gorgeous have been eating Pizzarella since I was a child now I’m 40+🤫 occasionally tried other takeaways but nothing ever lives up to Pizzarella 🍕

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and its came with no pepperoni and the cheese is all over the place as if a toddler put it together, usually pizza out of here is great but I'm severely disappointed with this.

Quick delivery, earlier than the app estimated. Food was great as always. The driver had forgotten my drink but was kind enough to come back to deliver it and before I'd even contacted to say that it was missing.

We ordered the mid week personal deal, what a bargain! Food was fresh and so tasty and the house sauce is great. Delivered on time aswell actually think it was a bit early.

Food was very nice. Got two kebabs on chips and two bottles of water. The house sauce was very nice, the meat and chips were delicious. The delivery driver was very friendly.

Pizza was over cooked was very hard and the chips were seriously over cooked.what a real pity as was looking forward to this!!

Waited 3 hours on my order, very very poor. I Would have just cancelled it but couldn’t get an answer from the restaurant. When they eventually answered after about an hour and a half trying I was told my order was on it’s way. Food was just ok, definitely not worth the 3 hour wait.

i waited 2 hours for only a tub of ice cream to recieve no sauce even though i ordered 2 different ones and also x2 toppings missing aswell

Ordered at 6.30pm and now 9pm and still no sign of our food. I tang restaurant twice to be told they are busy and it will be 20 mins. Ridiculous that we have been waiting over two and a half hours on our food!!! Not impressed.

My delivery has still not arrived after ordering almost 2 hours ago.
