PizzaLuxe in Leeds

Person at counter overcharged us and when we notified her she did not want to do anything to fix the situation. Had a bad attitude saying “ My managers not here and I cannot do anything”. She just wanted us to go away. She should learn about customer service. Pizza’s we ordered very ordinary. Wouldn’t recommend and not going back!

First visit here whilst visiting Leeds. Nice choice of menu and reasonable pricesIt’s a shame that it was spoilt by the person taking the order who messed the bill up and also then mixed the pizzas up when they arrived. Also the tomato garlic bread was black underneath which wasn’t nice. All in all a disappointing lunch and we wouldn’t return or recommend

Cannot fault the speed and professionalism of the services. Our server Ellie as absoulty wonderful. Cannot wait to go back.

Visited for lunch a couple of weekends ago during a shopping trip. Staff all stood chatting behind counter, took a while for anyone to acknowledge us. Finally got served by the girl with tattoos on her face but she was very rude! Pizza underdone and soggy, won't be returning. Food and service much better at donner house next door

I love the vegan pizza from here, the staff were really nice. The girl who served me made me the best pornstar martini ive had in Leeds! ( it's never too early for drinkies) I the server was called marta, and gave me fast and kind service I recommend to anyone who is in the city centre and wants a bite to eat

I had a pornstar martini and it was wonderful waitress was so kind had a great chat with her and delivered our drinks in a timely manner, 100% recommend service was amazing. Not sure what her name was but she was early 20s with white glasses.

Nothing too much trouble in this busy establishment. The pizza is second to noneand has been for the past 5 years. Great place.

This is simply my favourite place to get food in Leeds. I work in town and look forward to when I can come here (usually once a week but sometimes I’m too tempted…). The vegan pizza is what I go for and it’s honestly the best I’ve had. The staff are all super friendly and even remember my order every time which is impressive considering how busy they get!

I’ve already left a 5 star review for PizzaLuxe, and they never fail to make the best pizza in Leeds! However they went above and beyond to remedy an awful order with Deliveroo. We waited 2.5 hours for our food because two drivers had internet failure and couldn’t deliver our pizza. When there were no more available drivers, the PizzaLuxe manager sent our food in a taxi to our home. Not only that but they threw in duplicates of what we ordered AND two free garlic breads! We could’ve just given up and not bothered trying for a third time to get our food, but we really love the pizza here and we think it’s really important to keep supporting places like this during these hard times!

I'll start by saying Pizzaluxe is the best pizza in Leeds, hands down. Tonight however they went above and beyond with their service. Placed an order through Deliveroo and had multiple issues with the riders. Pizzaluxe sent the food in an Uber to me and added some extras as an apology for something they couldn't control. Thank you so much. Amazing restaurant :)

Had a couple of cocktails here with the wife the cocktails could do with being a little stronger and also some of the cocktails come served in smaller glasses they could do with using highball glasses. Staff nice enough.

Entré en la cocina del Trinity para almorzar. Miramos a nuestro alrededor en los diferentes lugares de comida y decidimos ir con Pizzaluxe. Primero tomamos un par de cócteles que eran muy buenos ya un precio razonable. Nos sentamos en el bar para que pudiéramos ver la comida saliendo y todo parecía fabuloso. Decidimos pedir un pan de ajo con queso y un par de pizzas. Tengo que decir ¡GUAU, la cera de la comida es increíble, la masa / base de pizza fue una de las mejores que hemos probado! Hablamos con Georgia, el gerente, y nos detuvimos para tomar unas copas y cócteles más. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo de Pizzaluxe, ¡sin duda volveremos para probar el menú completo después de la pandemia!

Vine aquí después del trabajo para ponerme al día con amigos y tomar algo. Pedimos el negroni y el espresso martini. My boyfriend and I decided on PizzaLuxe after skipping the hustle and bustle of the Alchemist and we are really pleased about it. We only stopped by briefly for a few drinks but had such a pleasant experience. Danny was a super bartender, recommending their blueberry and basil margarita which was amazing (I definitely ordered a second). I think this guy deserves a bottle of Prosecco for making it such a nice experience for all guests!

Great service from Ben. Delicious food arrived quickly and as it was quiet he even brought it to our table, along with a selection of dips. They have recently stocked more numbered plastic order buzzers so that they are very prepared for busier times.

Amazing cocktails made by the epic bartender Danny! Tried three different cocktails plus Aspall cider with the family.Pornstar martini, classic cocktail made incredibly well.Blueberry and raspberry margarita, new one for me but lovely salt added a great contrast to the sweet.Pizzaluxe of Eden, unique to Pizzaluxe and 100% worth the visit alone. Cracking flavours and refreshing.Think we will be here again next time I visit Leeds! Gives the London cocktail scene a serious run for it's money!

We found this place by accident and were very pleased we did. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of great drinks and a fab pizza and even got a recipe for a favourite cocktail! Would highly recommend a visit.

I ordered the carne pizza, absolutely loved it. Easily the best pizza in leeds and trust me...I know good 'za when I eat it.Great service from the geordie guy on the bar and it was great to see a real hands on, boots on the ground Manager having such a laugh with his staff. They really made me feel welcome and will certainly go again.

Stopped by for a quick glass of wine with a friend the other week and just wanted to say thank you for the welcoming service we received. The lady who seemed to be in charge (Veronica I think??) went out of her way to cook us some nibbles even though they were about to close. Very friendly service, making us feel at home and not like a nuisance. Thanks to the team!

Had such a lovely buffalo margarita from this place and the cocktails, made by Danny I believe, were spot on! The only issue I had with this place was the management! The way the man was talking to his staff was disgusting and frankly a manager should know better! You could tell the staff didn’t want to be there and were getting more and more frustrated by the manager. Then he seemed to disappear and, as far as we’re aware, did not return for the rest of the 2 hours we spent in the kitchen (4-6). It really made us second guess ever returning as a business like that is not something we want to put money into.

Super enjoyed my visit Danny in particular provided spectacular customer service and drinks and Kyle made the most amazing food, all served with a smile. Been a few times has consistently been my go to place, would recommend for anyone !

First time I ate here I absolutely loved the pizza. I was really looking forward to eating here again. Today 3 of us went and ordered the deal. My pizza was THE thinnest,most tasteless pizza I've had! The garlic bread was a disgrace too. What's gone wrong? As someone else said in another review, you can eat in a pizza restaurant as cheap and get the real deal. That's what I'll do next time!

I went last Saturday before a night out and it was super, we got some cocktails and they were decent, mojito was on point and my friend loved their porn star martini. Staff were nice and friendly will come back!

En primer lugar, diré que, cuando pedimos nuestra comida, en realidad nos sirvieron dos tipos muy amables en el bar, pero la mujer que más tarde nos atendió es lo que me hace no volver aquí. Pedí un refresco recargable y cuando fui a llenar mi taza, la bebida de naranja que quería solo dispensaba agua. A pesar de esto, decidí optar por una opción de refresco diferente. Después de unos sorbos me di cuenta de que la bebida era realmente muy plana, le di a mi amiga al gusto para dar una segunda opinión y ella dijo lo mismo. Regresé al mostrador y lamentablemente ninguno de los dos tipos que originalmente tomaron nuestras órdenes estaban disponibles, pero una mujer rubia con múltiples piercings en la nariz pidió que nos ayudaran. Le dije que los refrescos tenían un sabor plano y que podría pagar la diferencia de precio entre el refresco y una limonada casera (40 p de diferencia) y recibir la limonada casera que no provenía de la máquina de refrescos. . Ella no respondió y en su lugar recogió una taza y vertió un refresco de un dispensador diferente al que obtuve, y luego lo probó. Se volvió hacia nosotros y muy groseramente dijo "no es plano". En primer lugar, no sé si ese dispensador estaba dando una bebida diferente o si solo estaba mintiendo, pero la bebida que tuve fue muy plana. En segundo lugar, yo también trabajo en un restaurante y tengo entendido que si un cliente tiene un problema con algo, el establecimiento hará todo lo posible para tratar de acomodarlo y resolver el problema si es posible. No solo di una solución muy simple al problema, ¡sino que incluso me ofrecí a pagarlo! También le dije que la bebida de naranja que quería originalmente no estaba funcionando y que su respuesta a esto fue "está cambiando" señalando a alguien en la parte de atrás. Tampoco se disculpó ni solucionó esto y nuevamente fue terriblemente grosero. Me dejaron una bebida plana que no quería y un mal sabor del horrible servicio al cliente que me brindó la mujer, realmente arruinó mi estado de ánimo por algo que siento que podría solucionarse fácilmente. Tanto ella como el personal necesitan educación o cómo tratar y tratar con clientes insatisfechos.

Después de un día de compras, pedimos una bebida de camino a casa y terminamos quedándonos unas horas y muchos cócteles más tarde. Servicio increíble de Danny que tenía un excelente servicio al cliente y Veronica que también era muy alegre. Buena atmósfera. Definitivamente visitaría de nuevo. El personal era como nuestros amigos, no solo bar tenders :)

Me and my wife ate here with our two boys. Food was quick and tasty, staff were friendly and helpful (getting high chairs etc). Toilets and rest of the place was clean. Would recommend and will re-visit.

It's been only two months for me in Leeds and I ate from PizzaLuxe more than 7 times (I can't keep count 🙈). It's just light, delicious, and absolutely perfect.

Super crispy, thin base pizza with lovely veggies on top and melty, vegan cheese to boot! Their housewines are quintessentially Italian which just adds to the authentic flavours. I went for the meal deal, sharply priced I may add, which included potatoe wedges - some of which were better cooked then others, but still enjoyable.

My fiancée and I have come to Leeds for a couple nights away and we have visited pizzaluxe in trinity kitchen 2 days in a row for lunch and drinks. The pizza’s, pints of Kozel and service is absolutely outstanding, prices are reasonable especially for the quality of the food. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Leeds. We also tried our first sweet pizza which was amazing ! Would definitely recommend !

PizzaLuxe is the best pizza in Leeds, hands down. Great selection, very reasonably priced(20% off for students) with great service and knowledge from the staff who are obviously passionate about pizza! Drinks are also very well priced with a good selection. We visit often and always have a great dining experience. Definitely recommended for a pizza visit.

They serve drinks as well, we didnt eat but the pizza looked great. We will try it .The drinks £3-95 for a presecco and £3-95 for a czeck lager great price for Leeds and lovely friendly staff .

Hidden gem, freshly made cocktails at a great price. Lots of options (2 for £12) and snacks/pizza to complement drinks. Didn't have to wait long for freshly made pizza. Staff friendly & professional, great spot to people watch and do some shopping afterwards (or not).

Como uno de los lugares más duraderos en la cocina trinity yo siempre quería probar esto. El precio es bastante caro, 10 libras por una pizza de tamaño normal. Es muy finas y es sin duda la mejor pizza del mundo. Sin embargo, la comida es fresca prepara en la tienda, es relativamente rápido y sabe realmente bueno. Por lo tanto, en relación a la otra tome vagabundos, uno de los mejores, tiene una buena selección de pizzas y sabe bien. Los palitos de ajo eran bastante avenue, así que probablemente no me molestaría en estas otra vez. Sin duda volveremos a visitar. :)

I visited a few weeks ago with a friend and was greeted by a lovely tall, chatty girl with red lipstick and brown hair. The service was really fast and the pizza was super tasty! Would definitely recommend visiting here if you're after a fast, good quality pizza lunch.

It was busy but service was fast & efficient. All the staff were full of smiles and very welcoming. Anya took care of me & served me at the bar, delighting me with chat and attention, whilst dealing with other duties she managed to keep me company. A delightful visit and a definite 10/10 for the whole set up.

Reading the other reviews on here I had to wonder whether I had visited the same place. Admittedly the price of the pizzas isn't too bad and it's £2 for unlimited soft drinks but that's where the praise ends. The pizza I waited an age for was awful, no taste whatsoever and the garlic bread was vile, I couldn't eat either. I love my food and trying different places but this is one eatery that I will never visit again. Very disappointed.

I came here with my family on Saturday evening and found a seat within the complex. There was a lot of food choice around the Trinity Kitchen but I opted for a pizza as I know how good they are. I selected my own toppings and about 10 minutes later my timer buzzed to let me know my pizza was ready. OMG - the thin bases on these pizza's are wonderful and I was delighted with the toppings I had chosen. The thin base means that the toppings dominate the flavour experience. I managed to get 20% with my NUS card so that was a bonus but I will definitely visit again when I am back in Leeds.

Pizza is my favourite so I have tried plenty of it, but I have to say I had one of the nicest pizza's ever here! I got the salami pizza and it was beautiful! Authentic thin and crispy base with the right amount of toppings and plenty of cheese! My boyfriend's pizza was also great and full of toppings! The server was extremely friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Had the margareta pizza, not a.particularly tasty pizza. The Base was way too thin and bit tough (of you have a thin Base pizza, the oven needs to be so hot and the dough so fresh that the Base bubbles!). Also expensive for the not so great quality.

My god how long does it take for a pizza to cook. Just over 20 minutes it took from the order been placed to getting it this was at seven at night and they weren't even busy, if you want customers you need to up your game a hell of a lot if not get staff with a good work ethic and actually want to work as the two who where on clearly where not in a hurry to get things done I don't know how the system works as soon as the order gets put through does it get sent to the kitchen a few feet away or does she have to hand it over to the person in the kitchen. I wanted a take out meal I could of been sat down and been served in a restaurant in that time where the meal would of been Cooked from fresh. As for the Pizza it was greasy and awful , I didn't even know there was tomato passata on it so it was basically cheese and ham I even still feel ill from eating it , I don't know what mozzarella you use but you need to change it, the pizza cost £8.95 which to me isn't a rip off for for a nice pizza bit with here I felt ripped off. When I mention how long the pizza took to been made the just rolled there eyes at me. I'll never been a customer here again and I'm going to stick with the best pizzas From Everyman , the pizzas are 100% better and 100% quicker at the staff actually look like there enjoying there job.

I bizarrely had a christmas pizza last year and I'm sorry to say there wasn't much to say about it, the pizza was just far too thin for the toppings it has. I have had a normal pizza before that however but wasnt overly impressed either - too expensive for what it is for me sorry

Me and my friend decided to try Trinity Kitchen for lunch (we are not from Leeds nor do we know the area) the bright lights attracted us! We were a bit confused as to how Trinity Kitchen worked (if it was one big restaurant or if they were individual stalls but we figured out so after a bit of confusion we ordered our food. I decided I was in the mood for Pizza so PizzaLuxe was my choice :) . The staff were very friendly and helpful with a very quick service they managed to locate my table and serve me in a very reasonable amount of time (I only waited about 5 minutes). I would recommend trying PizzaLuxe

Well the place is quite good and they have a variety of options and great sides also. Been here couple of times and enjoyed it every time.

Visited Pizzaluxe yesterday on entering seemed really good, ordered 2 pizzas came really quick. The Pizzas where poor at best, one side crispy base other side doughy they had hardly any toppings on the pizzas For the price we would of expected a lot better quality, won't be going back.

When in the Trinity Kitchen it can be a little difficult to decide what to eat,but if pizza takes your fancy then this little outlet ticks all the boxes taste wise.

Serves good pizzas which are prepared quickly, and service has always been friendly. The soda fountain is also a good buy.

The trinity kitchen is really good but Pizzaluxe is far from excellent.I ordered a margarita and they threw a load of chopped tomatoes on it. Picking them off it not fun.And to top it off I paid £2.40 for a bottle of Coke (same amount in a can). If you eat at Pizzaluxe buy a drink from Boots and save yourself a couple of quid.Won't be eating there again.

The customer care was very good. We attended Yaisa, a very nice girl. She was very polite and friendly. We have never been before in PIZZALUXE and she explained in detail the menu and prices.They were two men and one girl. One was Lucas and, I forgot the name of another man.About pizza, we ordered a pizza "chorizo", "salami" and a vegetarian pizza "malenzani". We loved all three pizzas, especially "chorizo". We did not expect a savoury pizza with honey, but the girl was right, and was an excellent choice that I really loved after all.The pizzas were delicious, high-quality ingredients. The only thing we did not like is that the pizzas were cooked in one side more than another.The guy serving drinks was very friendly and quick, and brought us the drinks to the table.The second time I went to PIZZALUXE another girl serving me, seemed very nervous but it was very nice to me. This time I went to order "chorizo" pizza. In my opinion it is a good place. It is not very expensive and the food is very good.

We came here during a shopping trip. It's located in the Trinity shopping area. It offers several freshly made and cooked pizzas plus a few sides. The service and delivery of food was super quick and the pizzas were tasty. The Pizzas range from around £7-£10 each so it's not super-cheap, but it is really convenient.

The toppings looked lovely, I love halloumi and have never had it on a pizza before so I opted for the 4 cheese, and my partner had a bacon one.We also ordered some garlic bread with sun blush tomato.The pizzas came quickly so that was good, and the staff are nice enough.However I was so let down, the thin base with hardly any toppings, the toppings on both pizza was so spaced out you could just big patches of pizzas where toppings should be.I think I tasted one slice that had halloumi on, and my partner's pizza had bits of leaf (basil?) falling off the pizza - the garlic bread was a let down too, very doughy and they didn't put our tomatoes on, didn't complain as they didn't charge us.I wouldn't return.
