Pizza Venice in Swansea

Ordered doner kebabs in house got home no bread in either, and Luke warm just doesn't taste right. Hoping everything will be ok

I had stomach problem… They are living on the fact that we cannot see their food on Uber eats.

Literally the worst kebab I’ve had in my life. Only went here because it was the last option. Wish I ate my shoe instead

Not very good. One pizza was burnt. Jalapeños weren't baked with the pizza but sort of just thrown on top. As if they've realised they needed to be added post-bake. Wouldn't be that bad if it actually had tomato sauce. Just tasted like bread with burnt cheese. The guys on the phone were awesome but wouldn't order again.

Kebab tasted revolting and onion rings were cold and depressing

Missing items. Robbed us of our money. Never return.

Ordered from here to have a call an hour later saying that the driver has delivered to the wrong address.. that's fine, it happens. I'm told it will be maximum 30 minutes, just to call them a further hour later and be told the order hasn't even left the store. I decided to cancel the order. Honestly what a waste of time.

Pizza was really nice, flavour of the sauce was amazing. As a visitor from out of town, I did find the price were too high. Smallest pizza for £15.99, however they did have a buy one get one free offer. 4* because of price.

New people running this place, now the worst in Swansea, hour wait and wrong order, soggy horrible chips and they just hung up when I complained. Stay well away, oasis is the place to go

- Frequently doesn't bring items that I've paid for. They take the money but often refuse to send someone out to bring the missing items. They always say that I can have my missing items when/if I place another order so it feels as though I have to buy more from them to get the items I paid for a previous time. This happens so frequently. I am going to be going to trading standards about this. You can't say "well, order more food from us and then I will give you your owed items". - The fried chicken is the worst I've ever seen. It's cold, dry, stiff. - The nuggets and chips frequently look old and dry. They look like they have been cooked once, left to cool and then warmed up in oil again. - They can't seem to cook a sausage without splitting it right down the middle which looks unappealing but also affects the taste - I have noticed a pattern where the burgers give me a bad stomach. A few weeks ago I had gastritis from eating a burger - They haven't done it the last few times but at one point, it was very evident that they were watering down the mayonnaise The only good thing I can say for them is that their kebabs are nice (although that is hit or miss whether I become sick from that too) and they are friendly. Whenever I eat there, I feel very limited with what I can have because of the above ^. I have been ordering from there a lot less lately because of these issues. Then last night, not only did we receive nuggets that looked like they were double dipped in the oil, but yet again they didn't bring all the items that I paid for and they think it's acceptable that I only receive those items when/if i place another order. I'm not even going to bother going through just eat for a refund because it's so much hassle so they can keep my money for nothing but I won't order from here again and I will be making a complaint to trading standards

please dont order food from here, they are pesky scammers who are ust focused on looting peoples money, their business plan is opening up the restaurant up till late night , take the order and money while not delevering the order, at the same time lying to deliveroo that the order is delivered , i hate this restaurant so much , kept me up for 3 hours , lost my sleep coz of these restaurant and for compensation they cant even say sorry coz they not answering the call at all . How worst the management can be to do this type of thing, shame on this restaurant

worst place to order food from , they are a scam , will take an order money on the food delivering app and never deliver the order atall, didnt picked upmy phone , didnt got a refund yet , hate this place , scammed me for 40 pounds and wasted 3 hrs, read some reviews on deliveroo and for my suprise this happened with others as well , they are running a scam , please stay away from this restaurant

Ordered pizza and few items. Ordered two 1/2, pound cheese burgers. Only got 1/4 pound without cheese.. chips was very disappointing like they was cooked in a microwave

Sent out the wrong pizza. Driver refused to buzz my flat and deliver food to my door, answered door in my boxers and no shoes on. Restaurant refused to send out the correct order or send driver back with cash. Just eat takes 3 days to respond it’s 3am and I’m starving. Will never ever ever try to use Pizza Venice again

I'm a student and I order from here twice a week. Their pizza is always hot fresh, cooked properly, and taste great. The kebabs are also quite tasty, and the cooks remove any salad you don't want. The portions are also a hearty size. The drivers always follow the note that I write from the justeat app, and are always helpful. There was an incident where I was waiting a long time for my food, and eventually the wrong order came. However, I called the restaurant and they corrected it ASAP, and I got my order soon enough. Plus I ate the food I got before because I was hungry. 5 stars, food is great

Took over an hour and a half for two pizzas. When we called the person at the other end of the phone was incredibly rude. Would not recommend. Waste of money.

Came 2 hours late, I asked for refund and the guy tried to tell me he can't do it because I got my food but I refused it. Dam right bro you think waiting 2 hours for food is satisfactory customer service? I asked him this he didn't answer cos he knows. He knows he needs to refund me but he tried to wiggle out of that too. Then he banned my account I'm assuming to further secure his £14 of loot

Ordered from Pizza Venice via just eat. Quick delivery (it was a weekday), friendly service, good communication, excellent size portions, delicious and still HOT on arrival 👍 Also Ordered Mayo to go with my chips and was pleased to find that the mayo was put in a tub 👍 rather than being spread on my food before delivery like so many others. Will definitely Ordered from here again.

Fantastic pizza and lovely people.

Got XL doner and chips. Meat fresh off the stick, sliced thinly but not dry. There is a hint of added spices but not overpowering like you find in some urban places. Salad fresh and no issues. Chips average and no issues. Brilliant value and decent sizes.

2 years ago was the last I had their pizza, to this day I still think about it. Superb food. My only complaint, is that they haven't opened a store in my town. I hope that one day they do.

Kebabs are always half burnt half raw and it’s like chewing rubber, ordered tonnes of times had enough

After receiving the wrong (non-vegetarian) pizza, we were given a free pizza on the house along with surprise garlic bread. The chefs, front-of-house staff, and delivery divers are constantly professional, friendly, and generous. I can't recommend Pizza Venice enough.

I guess,in this crazy world, one can only begin from the beginning.It was almost a year ago I was first introduced to the sheer decadence of Italia in the merry old town of Swansea. It was a warm, late spring evening. As the sun gave its final glow,my boyfriend asked me what my favourite food was - "hot, sloppy, cheesy pizza" was my reply, but there was a distinct sadness he detected in my tone, as i explained you would never find that 'perfect" type of pizza here in Swansea. Christian gazed into my eyes, and held my hands infront of his as he told me Swansea's best known secret. His emerald green eyes drew me in like kryptonite. I was mesmerised and weak as he told me "I will treat you, tonight!" And he told me all about PIZZA VENICE IN SWANSEA.Walking through those streets, I could barely imagine what adventure lay ahead, but i didn't have time to think, for we had arrived at our final destination. We were welcomed with an open door, and as if by magic, we were teleported to Venice.The men behind the counter greeted us with kind familiarity and in their gracious hospitality,gifted us a free drink. Our eyes widened as our souls tried to take in what stood before us. The PIZZA VENICE MENU. Then we made a choice. Ham. And pineapple. We decided to go for the classic Hawiian, what the heck! We'd travelled to Venice, lets go to Hawaii as well. I nearly fell off my seat when I discovered it was buy one get one free! Christian took the lead in ordering a generous portion of their FAMOUS CHICKEN WINGS, a seasoned Pizza Venetian he knew what he was doing alright, and he did good. We sat and shared the perfectly seasoned and textured, WORLD CLASS chicken wings, which deserve a 5* review of their own and enjoyed our free drinks at the table while we waited. We barely noticee time go by before we were told our pizzas were ready. We thanked the lovely men for their hospitality and took the pizzas home. We placed the boxes carefully on the table. "Are you ready?" Christian asked. But, but what IF it was all a big hype? What if it wasn't all it was implied to be? Were my dreams if an authentic pizza about to be shattered? With nervous trepidation, I answered "yes". He opened the box. A sonic boom of pizza scented heaven filled the room. "Take the first piece" Christian kindly offered. "Me?" I looked around, there was no one but myself. Nevis the dog was being looked after elsewhere.I took the pizza, brought it to my eager awaiting lips that seemed like a separate entity and again we became one. My soul was fulfilled as i breathed deeply and masticated the molten cheese, perfectly seasoned, the sauce, like mama in Venice would create it, the dough, as sloppy as butter would melt in the golden sunlight, the temperature and feeling, like mamas womb. Safe. Loved. At peace. Piece by piece this enchanted evening became a regular tradition, and the standard of service and quality is always higher than the Meridian Tower. If you want to travel, in lock down or the future, pizza venice is the single most authentic and delightful experience. Went here this evening for a double cheese burger and cheese chips. The burger was cooked too perfection but felt the chips were overcooked. The staff are really friendly!

Me and my partner have always had amazing food from here every Sunday the food is always amazing. Customer service is excellent. Even when they deliver we’ve never had to wait long maybe 15-20 minutes max. If anybody wants a great takeaway in Swansea come here.

I messed up thinking I ordered x1 12", so when the order came I said to driver wasnt mine, then I checked and I'd mistakenly ordered x1 9", but the restraunt had made me x2 9", so I got one free! And the delivery chap was totally fine about the mis up (which was my fault!). Still hands down best pizza in Swansea, its not just value for money but its the quality is there, I exclusively order from here when it comes to pizza.

I’ve just had my order delivered now. I had 2 pizzas, I am horrified as my 1st pizza was burnt black. To find this has happened to the second one aswell. The pizza tastes off, as if it’s been sitting there for ages. The chips were nice but I am really upset that my money has gone to waste as it is not edible.

First time ordering and will definitely be returning. Delivered on time, order was correct and my meal was absolutely beautiful. Thank you!

Buy 1 pizza get 1 free so money saving. The vegetarian burger didn't automatically come with cheese but gave you the option of if you wanted to add any so it was vegan more than vegetarian. Lovely deserts! And my order arrived 30 mins early. Would definitely order again!

They have really good sides as well, especially the cheesy fries! The staff is mostly made up of really cute guys as well.

As Im tucking into my chicken shish there's metal bedded into it, which looks to be from a metal scourer. Won't be ordering from here again as theres always something wrong with the order. I've never complained before to them but this is really something else, it's a piece of metal in the chicken!!

I ordered food early this morning as it was the only lace place open at that time. They excepted my order and even said it was out for delivery I stayed up till 3.50am when my order was ament to be with me at 2.51am my order never showed up and I didn’t receive anything from the restaurant to say it wasn’t coming .

Food is good quality as it is normally just disappointed in the fact I've had to ring up to get the right size kebab I had paid for and the pop was missing I normally let things slide but this is like the 5th time this has happened to me and I love the food you guys do but for future reference read the checks properly and double check them I know people make mistakes as I work in a kitchen myself just be more careful with your orders guys you can do it

this meal was ok. the chicken burger was not real chicken though and should be labelled as processed not 1/2LB or 1/4LB because that makes it seem like you are getting some big chicken when you just get two flat processed chicken in batter. the chips were also overcooked some could not even be eaten because they were too hard and dry, no salt on the chips just bland and overcooked. i have ordered from here before and its the same thing with the chips they need to be freshly cooked. overall was ok they do deliver quickly though.
