My pizza was cold when I got it

Delivery was great food was average

Again, bizzarre tasting kebab meat with odd texture. The burger was very over cooked.

Didn’t like the taste of the kebab meat, the texture was all wrong.

amazing had the 10 inch donna thin crust and so tasty best pizza yet only gripe is a little less on the cheese.

Food was delicious. Great variety to choose from for a reasonable price. Would prefer fries to chips but food was still good. It was very hot on delivery and delivery was fast.

pizza was cold when arrived but still ate it because I was hungry. normally good from here was disappointing that it was cold on arrival.

Unbelievable driver said rang doorbell 2 times and never he came 40 minutes late and said it’s my fault never again will i order from this very very unprofessional piza shop and to top it off all was cold needs reheated never never again please order responsibility

Well I’ve ordered from then for years and I got a third of what I normally got for a third more price sadly so it’s a a joke no more than a kebab n chips for £18 a joke people

chicken kiev was burnt, totally inedible.

Decent but not as good as you used to be plus I didn’t have a tape measure but it looked e little small for a 12 inch pizza

I orded a large kabab and did not receive a large one it would be lucky to be a normal one disgrace for nearly 15 with delivery never again

Fungi pizza dry and the bbq chicken pizzer might as well of been a margarita pizza with bbq sauce on tope and ps thanks for mayo sauce / garlic sauce. Overall the delivery was spot on time

10 mins early, luckily my partner was in early from work. Despite me saying to deliver on time. The kebab meat was freezing, both portions and no sauce was delivered despite requesting a large garlic. The salad was soggy and inedible. Worst delivery from here ever. Each time it has been getting worse and worse but I’ve never complained. This time it truely was terrible. Slowly becoming a terrible take away.

Bairn loved her pizza. My kebab was spot on. My Mam enjoyed her chicken and she's fussy as owt 😂

15mins early, chips were really nice, also nice garlic dip not too overpowering, however got a 16” pizza had pizzas like these before, cheese was very odd texture, talk about needing to chew it, very off putting pizza got wasted as first slice was like leather with the texture of the cheese, SMH seems pizza shops these days can’t cook a decent pizza either burnt/ soggy/ undercooked, pizza uno wins the award for chewy cheese contest deffo wouldn’t order again shame as pizza was £18.90 with out del and dips and chips, total order £25 Also give the delivery driver £1.50 tip in hand and he never said thankyou, Ano it’s only £1.50 but you pay like £3 delivery anyway,

Food was vile tasted stale all got binned waste of money

I ordered a prosciutto pizza and selected "no turkey" as I know some places lace their pizza with those cheap processed meat chunks. I immediately received a call from them explaining that the horrible turkey chunks were all that came on the pizza. I tried explaining that I ordered a prosciutto pizza, slices of cured ham. They said the turkey chunks were the prosciutto and it was the boss who miss-named the pizza. I ended up with a scabby little mushroom pizza with barely anything on it, which was all they offered in exchange. It arrived on time but cold. Never again.

Pizza did not come with Garlic dip as described. Was very cold and dry, barely any chips and rock hard ones. Not happy. Pizza inedible

Food was delicious as always. Portion of lasagne was huge. Was sent a strawberry sundae by mistake as I ordered a chocolate sundae.

Pizza Uno never fails. It’s always hot, fresh and on time every time. Used Uno for over a decade. Expensive for you do get what you pay for.

One word FABULOUS,chicken kebab and salad . Chips were lovely and crispy the chicken was really moist and flavoursome, garlic sauce beautiful and creamy, chilli sauce a bit mild and runny but still nice. Well done pizza Uno,will definitely order again. Thanks

Very poor amount of food for being extra large. Usually a lot better. Kebab meat was like leather.

Fast delivery - great. Food hot. Food is still decent but not to previous standard, last few orders there’s been issues - toppings missed off pizzas, portion of chips gone up in price and down in size (half a container this time). Half and half pizza no longer available and can’t pay to add toppings now. You can do better!

My food was delivered to the wrong address. It was a prepaid order so they simply stole it from me. Instead of asking did you order food the deliverer should ask for the name on the order. As soon as I rang the takeaway they rang the driver and yes he said he had delivered it to the wrong address. Meanwhile back at planet uno they remade my order and added a little something extra to compensate.I would still recommend planet uno as I have used them many times without any problems and the food is always good and usually on time.

Ordered a Pepperoni and a cheese garlic bread, Garlic bread was lovely but the pepperoni was semi burnt and the base was rock hard. Not used this shop for a while, won’t be using them again!

Pizzas used to be really bolognesey but this was quite dry and not very nice. Shame as their pizzas used to be amazing

This used to be my fave pizza place but today was disappointing, my pizza was overdone, dry and poorly sliced. Poor show guys.

I chose collection by mistake, and the lady from the shop called me who was lovely, to let me know they didn’t have something I ordered which was fine as she swapped it for something very similar she kindly arranged delivery for me instead. Really great service and lovely food
