Food is delicious but not what I ordered. Got a pepperoni pizza instead of meat feast.

Food was okay, nothing amazing . Definitely not worth the money had much nicer for cheaper . The pizza was supposed to be thin crust but was more like deep, was really soggy . Chips were soggy. Onion rings breaded just like ones you’d buy from supermarket . Best bit was the garlic mayo. Don’t think would order again .

Delivered on time. Chips soggy and cold, omelette was flavourless, salad consisted of limp lettuce and warm cucumber. Pizza was like a cheap takeaway pizza, nothing special. Will not be ordering again :(

Got up massively in price £19.99 now for a mixed kebab. Hardly any lamb shish at all. Might as well have just ordered a dinner kebab. Won’t bother again.

I’ve ordered for the first time. Food supposed to come in between 45-60 minutes but driver has called me after 20 minutes that he’s at my house when I wasnt at home yet. He needed to leave a food outside for me so when I’ve arrived back home 10 minutes later, food was cold. I’ve ordered Pepsi as well, but received Tango. In overall, food was great and meat fresh. I will try to order soon again and I hope, it will be delivered fresh and warm.

SF Chicken was black and oily tasted horrible and chicken wings was awful threw all in bin waste of money. Chicken burger not worth it either only thing that was edible was the chips

I ordered 2 pizzas with meat and other various toppings. The price has increased, and I have no issue with that, but to decrease the toppings to the extreme that some of the slices had no meat at all and the ones that did had one piece or or two very small pieces. The other toppings were also very sparse. I have been ordering from pizza time for years, and this is the worst food I've ever had from them. Come on, pizza time you can't put your prices up and reduce the quantity of what you deliver.

The fries are to die for. Expensive at £2.99 but the portion size makes up for it! Don't change

As usual the food and delivery is fantastic but pizza time is too expensive . I won't be ordering anytime soon , its a shame they don't do loyalty points / discount .

Me and the wife have been going here since it existed. We have seen it go from good to bad and back to good over and over. I know there is a cost increase to everything now but just over this year we have seen the quality go down and and now the quantity with the only thing going up is the prices. Its no longer worth what you get for your money here so its the end of pizza time for us.

Driver did apologies for being 30 mins late. Food made up for it though. Hot and lovely massive portion sizes

Wrong pizza delivered, don’t know what pizza i got instead but it wasn’t pepperoni like i had ordered. Order from here quite often so was disappointing when i really fancied the pizza i ordered.

Food was ok but when my order arrived it had an item missing so I then had to wait for the driver to go back to the shop and drive back. Not good when you’re eating a family member isn’t because they’ve forgot their item.

We were down visiting family from Scotland so we decided to buy dinner, food was lovely, however driver was very very rude. Puts me off returning here in the future, was a large order too feeding 8 kids and 3 adults.

It’s really good pizza honestly very tasty the staff are very friendly it’s really clean they have recently refurbished as well you can see the shop it’s shining

Delivery driver just took our money and didn’t give us our change. Called to ask for money back, I was told it would get sorted but it was not. Food was ok but bad customer service. Will not order from here again many others to choose from.

Incredibly salty pizza, not sure why there was salt added to a pizza in first place and wedges were cold. Considering it cost £45 for 2 pizzas and 1 wedges it ended up going in the bin.

Quick delivery- the burger bun was hard and chips were cold

The order was late, and the chips were soggy and not very hot. And the pizza wasn't tasty.

My food never turned up and when I rang the restaurant they started shouting and ended the phone on me.

Order never showed up. Delivery driver must have got wrong address. Rang the restaurant to see where the order was to be told we refused it at the door even though no one ever came! I'm sure I know where I live, dont appreciate the person taking the call to call us liars and its our fault. I'm sure we know our address. Shocking!

Food took forever to come and every time we rang up, it was ‘on it’s way’. When the food did eventually arrive, a child delivered the food and the cheesy chips had a FLY in it!!! Absolutely disgusting, should be shut down.

Quality, heat and delivery timing was abysmal. 2 hours to get pizza and chips from a venue that is very close to our home. Frozen chips that weren’t much warmer than when they came out of the freezer along with them being soggy with condensation on the inside of the polystyrene packet and they tasted like cardboard! Luke warm pizza that was so greasy the oil had seeped through the bottom of the pizza box, actually the box might have tasted better than the pizza! It would of been quicker and much tastier to prove our own dough and peel/cut our own chips and cook it all from scratch. We will not be using them again! I would avoid like the plague or treat like COVID and be prepared to mask the food with mayo/ketchup/hot sauce to make it edible!

Used these many times and good food but always seem to be late for deliveries and I would expect to receive all my items but seem to be missing some items just lately as a valued customer I would expect them to be more apologetic and make sure that I get all my items I paid for.

Great place just never understand why you order before it opens and select a time mainly hours later from opening and it’s never on time. Other than time issues it’s not a bad place to order from.

Great food, reasonably priced but the most important thing to me is that they read the request box when you order and they ALWAYS get it right. Can't thank these guys enough for that :)
