Pizza The Action in Belfast

This was the worst pizza I have ever had my husband and I literally couldn’t eat it, it was black burnt to a crisp .. the garlic bread was not bread at all it was dough with butter on it couldn’t even take it out of the container...absolutely disgusting food overall avoid avoid!

Pizza the Action used to be brilliant. Unfortunately the last two visits have been very different and most of the pizzas had to be thrown out. Base like soggy cardboard, toppings very sparse. Sorry to see a once great Pizza joint fall from grace.

The £14.99 meal deal is amazing!!! You get a large pizza with two toppings, cheesey garlic bread pizza, chips, nuggets, coleslaw, dip and a big bottle of juice! Pizza is absolutely delicious so yummy!! Chips and nuggets are a bit crap but edible. Coleslaw is good and cheesey garlic bread is alright. I just love their pizzas. I get pepperoni and extra cheese. Great price for all you get!

Came in last saturday night after a night out with a group of friends, only to be told that the shop had ran out of Chicken and chips! Instead of a kebab I had ordered a meal deal for 1 person which consisted of burned pepperoni pizza and something called "garlic bread" which was actually a bit of raw dough in an aluminium tin drenched with disguisting garlic butter. There was only 2 staff on and they seemed to be very very busy! Would not recommend it to anyone. Ps. The location is Belfast, not Bangor

Delivery driver told me not to be ordering again as it's too far. It's less than 3 miles away. Why are they offering delivery to a customer's address if they're going to complain to the customer on delivery. They're very happy to take the money. If they don't want to deliver then why not cancel the order and give a refund instead of slabbering to your customer on the phone and at their doorstep? How disrespectful and disgusting service. You would think there's no competing pizza shops when the opposite is true. Ridiculous.

Pizza was okay, but the "garlic bread" can't even be called such, as it comes in a square aluminium box like a small cake, as mostly raw dough and drenched in garlic butter. Was very disappointing, and for £14 it wasn't really worth it. There are much better places to get takeaway pizza around Belfast, and for a cheaper price.

The food is not great but what beats everything is the delivery: in time and correct! Which most restaurants that have delivery can't pull off.

Pizza was quite hard, and slightly over done. Received curly fries instead of chips. And was not sent my garlic bread supreme. Very disappointing when paying by card and something is missing. Really disappointing as this was only 2nd time ordering and first time was really good. Apart from that kebab was nice.

Pizza was all squashed on one side with whatever way it had been laying in the box, everything was soggy, overall pizza was bog standard. Extremely basic. First and last time ordering from here that's for sure 👍🏻

The food was gorgeous as usual, delivery time was sooner than expected which was great but the delivery driver was very rude! I forgot to change my delivery address when I ordered as I was in my friends a few streets away from my own address and the delivery driver wasn't happy, forgot to hang up when I told him so I heard him huffing and puffing about it in his car, then at the door he just handed me the food and walked off even when I tried to apologise for the mistake, and my friends son thanked him for the food he just ignored us 😐 Think il just collect in future as I can't fault the food

I ordered coke zero, got full fat coke and the pizza was seriously bland. I actually had to season the pizza myself. So not impressed.

paid for 2 bottle of juice, and received two tins. so paid 2.80 for 2 tins of juice. delivery was meant to arrive at 20:50 and didn't arrive until just before 21:10.

First time using this restaurant. Food was delivered hot and before the delivery time stated. Ordered something outside the menu in the comments and paid cash., was cheaper than expected. Don't eat for a good few hours before you order because the portions are massive. Very tasty. Well impressed. Will use again

We ordered the family deal 15'' pizza toppings were bacon and BBQ chicken it was delicious you could tell the coleslaw was freshly made it was really good def will be ordering this again

I was really impressed with the food quality, the reason being is that is actually came 15 minutes earlier than expected and still tasted like a high quality pizza.

Received cold food and will never order food here again. Rang take away about it still waiting on answer.

Too much cheese on pizza and it was light on other toppings. Pizza and chips really lacked flavour. Disappointing. Dip arrived in a different car a while later!

Excellent quality and delivered on time. An extra garlic dip was missing, but the rest more than made up for it! Definitely reordering in future.

It really saddens me to have to write a negative review. I absolutely love the food here and regularly order. However I am very annoyed with my last 2 orders. I ordered meal deal one and on two occasions in a row I have not been given my garlic bread. I chose to let it slide the first time, as I said I love the food. But to happen a second time is real disappoint. Unfortunately this has left me with a bad view of the restaurant and I will not be eating from here again.

It was just ok. It was nice enough but I've had better pizza and better garlic bread elsewhere for cheaper. The food was grand though - don't be put off.

I used to get one of the 10 inch pizza with 2 toppings, curly fries, a dip and a drink every week. Not had one in a month so decided to treat myself. It came fast as usual but when I opened the box my heart sunk as Pizza the action has changed the bread of the pizza from a thick bread with crust to the thin bread with no crust. Usually I'd of ate half the pizza and the chips and left half for pecking the rest of the night. I honestly could have ate 2 of those pizzas and still had room for a kebab. Whoever has made that decision to change the pizza bread has made a massive mistake. I'll not be back. They had a winning formula and they p*ssed it out the window in a bid to save a few quid on ingredients. I'm pretty sure I'll not be the only customer they will lose for life over the head of this. Sad day :(

Worst pizza and garlic bread I have ever ordered. Food arrived worryingly quick. Pizza was overcooked and really greasy. Delivery driver unnecessarily was rude to me because it took me more than a minute to answer the door. Would not recommend!

It's normally lovely but both pizzas appeared to have been dropped or carried vertically so they were just a big cheesey smudge in the corner of the box :( very rare for the food from here not to be tip top.

Came almost half an hour earlier than it was ordered for, asked for no onions on kebab and bbq base on pizza but neither of these were done, but disappointed

O ordered chicken bbq pizza., it had very little chicken and bacon on it. It had more onion and green pepper, it was disgusting!!

Had to ring with comments for order as no comments section on the Just Eat online order. Then had order on the dot timewise but less a few of the items ordered. Rang them and told we cud get them inside an hour. I kinda gave up as we were gonna have eaten by then. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!
