Delicious food and great prices.

Wir mussten über 90 min auf unsere Pizza und unser Pastagericht warten. Die Vorspeise kam auch erst nachdem wir gefragt haben. Ein anderer Tisch kam über eine Stunde nach uns und sie hatten ihr Essen nach wenigen Minuten. Wir mussten öfter nachfragen wo unser Essen bleibt. Sogar andere Gäste haben sich eingeschaltet und mit dem Kellner geschimpft. Die größte Frechheit kam beim bezahlen. Wir haben nochmal angemerkt, dass wir ( zu zweit!) über 90 Minuten auf unser Essen warten mussten. Als Antwort bekamen wir, das würde nicht stimmen. Super frech!

Waiter was polite and well mannered . Ordered cod and chips my son had nuggets and chips. Frozen cod from a packet and nuggets were over cooked couldn't be ate plus minerals poured from a 2 litre bottle and charged 2.70 per glass. Not be back anytime soon

Great pizza place. We ordered the chicken BBQ and spicy chicken pizza and some nuggets and chips for our toddler (average). The spicy chicken pizza was VERY VERY spicy so be careful. Waitress was very nice and friendly. The place could do with brighter lights.

I called at 22:11 on Friday 9/06/23 to order a pizza to be told they closed at 10pm although it says the close at 11pm and at midnight every other night of the week not the first time this has happened!!! Yet another wasted journey!!!! Fed up with all these wasted journeys!!!! Also called at 21:50 on 15/06/23 and we’re already closed I should’ve known better than to call here again!!!!! Will never be back I’m taking my business elsewhere

Best place in COLERAINE for great food especially there vegetarian pizza. Staff are very friendly and my favourite go to place when I need a pick me up l!

I am delighted with this place. We were accepted as best friends. And they fed us as deliciously as at our native Italian grandmother. Special grazie mille to a very skilled chef from Sardinia. Everything was divine, both pasta and lasagna. A real artist from the kitchen. The waitresses are very friendly and nice. Thank you very much for your great work. Sincerely, guests from Ukraine.

Surprenant...toile cirée , pas de bière ou vin. On vous dit d'aller au supermarché pour l'acheter et le consommer ici...les clients viennent d'ailleurs tous équipes....nourriture très moyenne. Cela dit pour trouver un resto ici, peu de choix. Tout est désert le soir.

Great pizza. Good value for money and BYO makes it all the more economical in today's climate.

Would frequent Pizza Pom quite regularly since it opened usually for pizza, salad and chips both sit in and take out. Called Sat evening 29th April fancied a change from norm we ordered a chicken kebab, pitta and salad and a beef kebab, salad and chips both with taco sauce. Chicken over cooked, dried out, beef fatty, grizzly, both salads were far from fresh and chips overcooked, hard. Being fair this is the first time we’ve been disappointed with Pizza Pom but for £22 they need to get back to their normal standard.

Lovely meal at very good prices. Pizzas are excellent. Just BYO bottle. We'll be back again.

My friends and I have regularly visited Pizza Pom for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience until now. Our food was excellent so no complaints there, however the service was terrible. Our order was quickly taken but when it arrived we had to ask for cutlery and napkins. No one came near to ask us if we would like desert , tea or coffee. However when someone did approach at 9 30pm! Yes 9 30pm on a Friday night it was to inform us that they were closing! We had in fact already asked for the bill as it was clear they were closing by the fact that they were stacking chairs on the tables around us! So disappointing that a lovely meal was ruined by the service.

Visited this restaurant tonight 11/02/2023 An absolute disgrace from the beginning of the service to the end When entering there was no one to greet us, when we were greeted at last by a young man we received no smiles or welcome After being seated there was one particular waitress who was acting absolutely disgusting towards paying guests, a black haired lady. When our food was served the spaghetti tasted burnt, greasy and generally disgusting to the point it would have made you throw up The carbonara also had little to no flavour and Once again was disgusting When paying for our meal we looked into the kitchen there was dirt everywhere, food lying about rotting, dishes stacked to the roof and generally there seemed to have been no cleanliness whatsoever!! As a whole the service was terrible, the food was awful and honestly the worst restaurant I have EVER visited!!! Would never recommend anyone this restaurant it was awful!! To the point I had to write this review. Awful and Terrible in all ways

I am not a pizza fan but this place has made me one ! Best Pizzas I've ever tasted ! Lasagane is massive and delicious ! If in the Coleraine/ North Coast area you must try ! In my opinion this is the Best Italion restaurante in N Ireland

Worth a visit for a pizza and to dine in. I liked the photos on the wall and the staff are hard working. The tables were a bit wobbly,but they were fine.

Best ever . Tried all the rest over the years , and Pom is always the best . Can be a bit hectic for takeaways at busy weekend times . But worth it 👌

Service was terrible, pasta's were just warm and no more, the pizzas were really good but have to say that overall it was not a good experience. Desserts came out 1 at a time and there was a young boy waiter who just wanted to get things lifted off the table as soon as he could before we had even finished also heard him cursing under his breath when he had another table to clean. Will be a long time before we are back.

Proper Italian food. Loved it - not shy with the chilli, garlic, or, parmesan.

Order 2 pizza quattro stagioni with garlic put the wrong toppings (chicken) on would not take it back it was very greasy not nice it was £30 down the drain

Lovely meal , great atmosphere and good service

On the night I went (which happened to be my first ever visit) there didn't seem to be many waiting staff, just one lady scurrying to 'n' fro on her own, so service seemed a little slow. However, once the food arrived, it was actually quite tasty, and portion sizes were substantial too. Staff were friendly, and the male chef who assisted in delivering our food was chatty and pleasant. So, overall it was okay, for me, but perhaps I won't be rushing back, next time I'm in Coleraine.

Food was delicious but service didn't match the quality of the food. Packed very tightly into with other diners. Felt like we were sharing a table and I had to ask for directions about how to pay the bill. Pay at table via card machine and less cramped seating and I would of given it 5 star. Wont sit in again but will return for take away. Food was beyond 5 stars.

got take away… pizza burnt, not cut, toppings just slid off the base, then our side of potato wedges and cheese were burnt, and you couldn’t even get them out of the container. Very sorry excuse for a restaurant, 30 quid wasted

Some of the nicest pizza in town.

I have eaten in the restaurant witch I've always found good and the staff are very attentive. The takeaways on the other hand are complete rubbish! The grease runs off the pizzas and the sides are soggy! . Why is it so different ? Ile happily return just not for takeaway

Great value, great food, great service.

Lasagne was overpowered with garlic and inedible. Fizzy drinks were flat. Staff werent attentive. Felt very disorganised.Not for me.

Great pizza not like other places

Went on Saturday night and didn’t book an effort was made to get me a table very polite service even though staff were under a hell lot of pressure food was amazing best pizzas in town definitely will be returning sometime soon

Rarely would take the time to leave a review especially a negative however I have never had an experience quite like I did in this restaurant. Felt awful for the two floor staff working who seemed to have no support or help from any management - obviously not trained and young staff only trying their best. Always think how staff are behaving in a restaurant speaks volumes, young staff panicking and rushing with next to no clue what is going on. Terribly run and need to learn to treat staff! Food was standard takeaway not what you would expect in an Italian restaurant. Most of the food tasted frozen and little flavour to it. Very few places I would say this about but I will not be back nor recommending. Major changes needed in this restaurant.

Food is usually lovely when we have eaten here. However got takeout for the first time and we were disappointed.

Food is lovely however the service is terrible Waited a long time for menus and drink orders had to ask several times for wine glasses. Food came out slowly which meant not everyone was eating together. Waited a long time for plates to be cleared and wasn’t asked if we wanted dessert etc Improvement needed

My favourite place to grab pizza in town!

On holiday in Coleraine with our young family and took a chance ordering take away- it was really great! The margherita pizza, spaghetti bolognese, hamburger, and Caesar Salad were all delicious. The portions gave everyone a full tummy and the food was fresh and well made. Just wish were weren't a plane ride away! highly recommend

Disappointed, as we had been recommended this place. It was like pizza you get to make when youre a kid, and you just pile on as many toppings as possible, which means most of them dont get cooked properly and the base in the middle is really undercooked. Starters and sides really basic and underwhelming. Service was efficient and friendly.

Rang to place an order for collection. Wanted to order a mixed kebab with just onion and mushroom (no peppers) and was told that they can only make the dish with all veg or none. Think that's a bit ridiculous not to be able to ask for no peppers. Very disappointed because the food is very nice but on this case the customer service was extremely lacking.

This evening I had a Mixed Kebab with chilli sauce. Excellent! I can recommend it!

Fantastic tasting Pizza with good quality fresh ingredients. It appears to be run by an Italian family and I have to say it was unexpected to find such a good Pizza in Coleraine.

I really liked their vegetarian pizza (number 6 on the menu). Thin crust, full of flavour and plenty of toppings. I really wanted a creamy pasta dish, but unfortunately all their vegetarian pastas are tomato based. Maybe the chef could come up with a new creamy vegetarian pasta?

The food is not what it use to be especially the sicillian pizza it just falls off the base now and pretty expensive got as well

Tonight it was good we were well spaced out a table between each party. I do not know if this is a regular practice but I felt safe as much can be anywhere. As should be all staff were wearing face coverings. Salt and pepper are in sachets which shows they are thinking of reducing risk where they can. We are happy to be back eating in one of our old favourites.

We have been going here for years and theres never been a bad day. The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. The food is lovely too. Ive had both takeaway and sit in over the years. Great stuff both.

Went with a friend this evening 10/10/20 for a meal drinks and food where served to us quickly and the waitresses and waiters where very happy to help very polite food was delicious and place kept very clean and professional definitely worth the price! Thanks pizza pomodoro

Great friendly staff and lovely food

We dined in today usually, we usually get take aways, lovely pizzas pastas and kebabs Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Speaking from a hospitality back round only small comment is lack of management presence on the floor. Staff never checked us after we received our meal nor where we offered more drinks etc...a very small issue that you could easily correct. Just more staff training or could just be getting back into after lockdown. However overall the staff where nice and food was delicious.

Second bad experience, so won’t be back! No social distancing whatsoever as our backs were touching a group of 13! So close they kept knocking my coat off my seat!Waited over an hour on food which then came in dribs & drabs; the group beside us were the same, then one of their meals were served and they were waiting 30min for the rest of their meals!No gluten free food so one of us ordered 2 starters which they served cremated. We complained politely when paying the bill & we were spoken to by the chef (boss) in a very obnoxious way. They knocked a jug of juice @ £2.40 off the bill!

As a family group of 9 we were seated in a side room with a large group of twenty-somethings who had ‘brought their own’ beers and spirits, not their fault but made for a noisy evening.Dirty cutlery, pleasant servers but terrible service in that numerous mistakes were made with our order and it took ages for everything to be served. So disappointed in our evening out. Steer clear and go to Bob and Bert’s instead!!!

Tasty pizza! Takeout service available - you can call ahead and then pick up (they were still open at 10.30pm on New Year's Eve!) or stop by and order at the counter. There is also a restaurant attached, although I have not eaten there in many years, but it was very busy on my visit - given that the same kitchen serves both takeaway and sit-down diners I imagine it's just as good!

Absolutely gorgeous as always! Lasagne to die for. Best in the area!!!! Garlic fries are also out of this world!!

Never fails staff are excellent and interact with customers

We used to be regular customers but the standards of food, service and hygene have become inconsistent. The only advantage is that you can bring your own wine.After a number of disappointing meals we decided to give it one more go and it was worse than ever. We were there from 7pm to 8.30pm and experienced dirty cutlery and glasses. long waits, cold garlic bread soggy with garlic oil and the non arrival of main courses. We were'nt the only people complaining. Sorry, but you have lost our custom as the experience was woeful. I suggest that the owner takes a gamble on pleasing and retaining his loyal customers before things get worse.

We have never sat in to eat but can tgmtpmtggjw reccomend their takeaway service, always hot always good and not too long to wait !

Nice restaurant (not up the back though, a bit souless). Pizzas are a bit tasteless, not bad but not the best pizzas in the area. Not a place I go very often because of this but some friends like it so often have to go.

Just got 2 pizzas take away an garlic pizza bread was absolutely rotten 20 pd later disgusting.

Arguably the best pizza in the area, food is always very good. When sitting in it can feel cramped but a fantastic place nonetheless!

Have eaten in here a number of times. They do a good range of pizza, pasta and other dishes. Love their pasta dishes.The restaurant itself could do with a refurb, as it's been the same for years, and it's getting a bit tired. It's quite narrow, so can be a tight fit when they're busy. Not for the claustraphobic!They're good at giving you a box to take away a doggy bag.

We love it and the kids love it. Been eating here for over ten years and not been let down once.

I have eaten here many times with family and friends over the years. It is a really good spot. Pastas, pizzas and kebabs are all very tasty and reasonably priced. I would recommend pizza Sicilian and tagliatelle alle pollo. Simple food done right. Reasonably priced and BYOB. Great way to start a night out in. Service is speedy. Food always piping hot. This place has stood the test of time in Coleraine. Popular with the locals.

Light dough base, a bit hit and miss with taste. Always a good place to go for family gatherings would reccomend the folded over pizza.

Sometimes it can be a long wait for either sit in or takeaway but the food is delicious and worth the wait.

Quality of food is here is good. Seating arrangements are not good at all. Some staff are friendly, a few are horrendously rude (especially one brown haired polish woman). They can't take reviews like grownups and retaliate on Facebook. I guess that what you get when you pass off an polish restaurant as Italian. Go to amici in portstewart if you want a top notch and classy place to eat Italian food.

Sind zufällig hier reingestolpert. Und es war unerwartet gut. Bruscetta mal anders, Pizza richtig kross und selbst der Burger aus der Kinderkarte war gut. Die Atmosphäre ist jetzt nicht prickelnd und sehr laut, aber der Laden war voll und sie Bedienungen allesamt sehr freundlich.

Little bit of a wait because it was so busy in the restaurant, it was so worth waiting for. Pizza & Pasta is amazing. Our 1st time but will definitely be back.
