Pizza Pan Frodsham in Cheshire West and Chester

I've been a regular there since dinosaurs roamed the earth, but their recent changes have me scratching my head harder than a cat with an itch. So get this: they've put a lockdown on modifications! No more removing the sheesh from the mixed grill, like it's some kind of sacred ritual. And forget about paying extra for chicken in your calzone – apparently, that's as acceptable as wearing socks with sandals at a beach party. And get this, they're being stingy with the chicken now, too! It's like they're rationing poultry in a world overrun by vegans. Farewell, Pizza Pan; you've given me more laughs than toppings, but it's time to find a pizza joint that doesn't take itself so seriously.

we always order using their website and tip online as we don't carry or keep cash in the house only to be informed that delivery drivers no not get any of the tips submitted via the website I I have just gone on again to check the website it clearly states TIP YOUR DRIVER ! Ripping off your staff is diabolical

Cancelled our takeaway with no real reason. Said they didn’t deliver to us however they did 3 days ago? Really rude on the phone

Unfortunately the good was cold and not what we expected. Today we ordered pizza and it was cold on delivery. Their attitude when pointed out was poor.unacceptable and sadly we will not order again

Food: The food is very nice warm and fresh but be carful because if you eat to much ur toilet wont forgive you Service: Its only half an hour for me which isnt that long and staff are always willing to talk and have a nice chat. Atmosphere: Very clean big and smells nice

Without being unfair, I have eaten and spent alot of Money with this takeaway over the past few years, and everytime the food arrives, I say to myself, Why? 1. It's Overpriced 2. It's Always late 3. Food arrives barely warm. Things are going to change after tonight's final order! THE END

Absolute diabolical hole stay well clear not interested in customers atall apart from the money app didn't mention cheese on king burger came with cheese told to busy to do anything about it so £8 wasted stay well clear

Visited this evening & they tried to sell us cold food & the counter “assistant” was incredibly rude & dismissive of the situation. We ended up with a refund, because the rude “assistant” refused to re- make our order, after he’d just left it sitting on the side for 20mins!! He then just waved his hands dismissively, in my husband’s face! I suspect this place has had a recent takeover, as it was a completely different team to normal. The previous team were lovely & so it’s a shame if they’re gone! Another business ruined due to rude & incompetent staff. Never again, horrendous!

I cannot believe how small the large kebabs are and the price of them! We ordered 2 large kebabs and hardly any salad whatsoever and the smallest bit of meat which was burnt!! A real disappointment !!!!

They actually deliver to Elton (CH2) We had pizzas. And they were great. We can definately recommend

Just had delivered a shish kebab and pizza from here. The shish kebab was an utter disappointment- it turned up cold, although wrapped in foil, half the pitta bread was literally rock hard and inedible, as for the lamb supposedly contained in this kebab, well there were 5 skinny tiny little pieces all drowned in mayo. Really poor value for money, infact I would go as far to say I feel ripped off! Beware

Quality of food lacked any care to ensure customers would get what they pay for, if they had more competitors locally, they wouldn't stand a chance of getting away with it!

I have ordered twice now. I'm out in Kingsley so it's a bit of track for them, but both times the food has arrived within 30 mins and was nice and warm. And most importantly, delicious 😋

Rang to confirm if burgers came with chips as we dont usually order out. Got told they did on the phone so never ordered any extra. Then received the order there was no chips, I rang them to find out why and got nothing but rude attitude and a bad temper. Will not be ordering from there again!

Terrible service!! Food never turned up, waited over 3 hours to be told it’s on route. Then told it’s been left on the step, we live in a block of flats the notes say to ring bell and leave on step. How are we supposed to know food has been left on the step in a block of flats!! Rang up to say forget the order and was told never to order from here again terrible attitude and disgusting service!! Wouldn’t recommend or use this place again!!!

Had broken down on Weston Point Expressway delivered to the hard shoulder the most gorgeous tasting seafood pizza with a beautiful soft fresh pizza base and some spicy chicken wings. The guy who delivered done a brilliant job finding cant fault anything with the food or service I received.

Me and my partner are exempt from wearing masks. Was asked if we had exemption cards, explained we don’t have them and according to the gov uk website it’s a personal choice whether you have one or not and also whether you show it or not. The man behind the counter was very rude and said “you can show me the gov website all you want it doesn’t matter to me, I’m exempt and I still have a card”. Then said “Well I’m not serving you then” even though if you see the picture attached it states “Carrying an exemption card is not required by law”. The worst thing is it was a delivery driver that was so rude to myself and my partner so now the staff in the actual takeaway have lost out on money and future custom.

This place is going down hill. We have asked numerous times for more salad as the tiny amount they put on is ridiculous. They just ignore you. Finally last night not having a menu at hand I rang to ask if they do Kofte kebabs and was rudely answered with " don't ring, look at our menu and you will see we don't do it" We won't be going again.

This place usually offers excellent service, however I was really disappointed tonight when my order took nearly 2 hours to arrive. I phoned the restaurant twice, to be told both times it would be "there in a minute". Which it wasn't either time. Really disappointed.

So, after entering the shop and ordering the staff were a little rude and unhelpful when wanting to change items on the menu. We were barked at, only two in the shop at once, totally understand if the signs were clear and the processes. We appreciate COVID working practices but 1 out of four staff with masks on ! Hope the food is better than the customer service.

Visited on a Saturday evening such a shame this once great takeaway takes a dip every time it has a new manager. I was told off for wearing a mask by the guy serving because he couldn’t understand me, then I was over charged and was growled at when I mentioned it, to add insult to injury I was given 50p of the 80p owed and waved away!! the other four customers were all maskless!! The takeaway still refuses to take card payments..very very disappointed 😔

we ordered to our pod at lady heyes camp site, I couldn't have been more impressed. The food was early and delivered straight to our pod. The pizzas themselves were one of the best weve ever had. will be ordering again next time were at the campsite!

We ordered takeaway from pizza pan recently as an alternative to the other kebab place in Frodsham. We ordered a mixed grill and small fries, the food arrived in a timely manner. The meal itself was ok, neither good nor bad, just a bit bland, the donner meat was ok, the chicken was slightly odd and the lamb was ok, the chilli sauce although homemade was very weak, with hardly any heat too it at all. The fries was just bog standard deep fry fries, nothing too write home about. All in all not a bad meal but not too good either, I think 'could do better' should be written on the end of meal report. D+ for the meal.

We had ordered take out after a very long day at work .... It's was absolutely horrible we had ordered 2 porshobs of chips and both came with cheese on that we had not asked for it was the more plastic cheese I have ever tasted my buger was cold and I think still a bit frozen .... My partner enjoyed his buger but couldn't eat the chips because of the cheese or the hash browns because they were burnt to hight heaven

I picked up a menu & ordered later on,it clearly states on menu you can pay by card but on ordering he said not ???!!!! The gourmet pizza was good but the kebabs were nothing special at all .The guy on the phone was a bit rude as I know they deliver to ladyheyse camp site daily but he was insisting on the post code or couldn't take the order !! DONT think I'll bother using them again TOP TASTE IS BETTER ALL ROUND IN FRODSHAM ....

Took the order on Hungry House. We. Waited in to our allotted time. No one came to our house then I checked my phone only to receive a call saying they couldn't deliver as it was too far.

I've had the tuna sweetcorn pizza and was perfect and in less than 30 minutes, sadly they don't accept cards so I had to go to a cash machine outside Sainsbury which is only few steps away.

One star is too much. What a rip off! I've been a customer here for a few years. Tonight, I ordered what I normally order. As a change, I said I would pick up the order in 30 minutes. I checked that the employee had got the order correct no less than 3 times. When we got home, the order was incorrect, the salad was a token gesture and there was no sauce. Hopeless. Will not be using this place again Keep away.

c'mon guys. your nuggets are pretty bad. get it together. Moist and not in a good way. There's no love there. Loveless moist nuggets. I'll be back because we have very few options around here but I'm not happy about it

The best takeaway in the area i have been ordering from here for a very long time and the food is always top quality and great i love it and the staff are great and pleasant very very busy place this is especially on weekends.

El personal es agradable pero la comida no es nada especial. Mi pollo estaba bastante seco y ensalada bastante cosechas perdidas. Creo que llegamos antes de la hora de cierre, así que no me puedo quejar. Intentaremos de nuevo un poco más temprano en la noche.

The food took over an hour to arrive, well past the estimated time. The pizza hardly had any topping on it at all. Disappointing because previous experiences have been good. It seems like the do not put as much care into the food & scrimp on ingredients when ordering online compared to going into the shop.

Chicken was very tasty, not overcooked like most. The speed was great and it was all very hot. I would say its pricier than most but they give you bigger portions so its value for money.

An item was not available when we ordered online, but the place phoned straight away and offered us an alternative. Also requested something extra on the Burger, which they did at no extra cost. Delivery was very quick and food was hot and very nice. No complaints and will definitely use again 😃

Delivery time and customer service is excellent but the food is absolutely disgusting!! The kebabs are small and you hardly get any meat. Also dripping with water and grease. The chips are like micro chips and undercooked. The spaghetii dish was tasteless, watery and topped with greasy pizza cheese. Really disappointed with Pizza Pan and Il never be ordering from here again

Pizza dough wasn't cooked enough although it was delivered quickly it wasn't good food the double pepperoni I ordered on thin and crispy came on deep pan with about 6 pieces of pepperoni I wouldn't use this take away again.
