Shocking food ordered a double chicken burger got a single in pita bread the donnor meat was like leather and all the food was over cooked shocking

Food was late, was notified to say food was on way waited 20 mins called shop still hadn’t left shop yet. Then driver called to say 5 mins away I said I will meet at ENTRANCE BARRIER AND HE WENT TO THE EXIT AND CLAIMED WAS AT ENTRANCE WHEN I WAS THERE WAITING! 10 mins later he drives down to me was rude and ebrupt and also had another order with him for somebody else so was clearly waiting! . Then because of the long delays food was stone cold and chips had been sweating in pack and were cold and soggy. GREAT 1st night to our holiday! Will never order from here ever again. Waste of time and money ! I have pictures and will be posting about this I want a full refund what a joke

Order was ready to collect quickly and probably the best takeaway I’ve had in a long time.

Spent about £28 so wasn’t a small order - Sent wrong item and when we rang they refused to bring the right item ( even tho we paid £8 delivery fee they can’t even come back with the right item ) & declined a refund !! No point saying we will give you it next time, won’t be ordering again Contacting Just Eat as it’s not even about the item it’s the principle of getting it right & correcting it if you’re wrong, especially when we’ve spent so much Loads of random sweetcorn all over the bag too

Arrived late. Garlic bread missing had to wait for it to come back. Bolonaise pittza missing mince and no mushrooms in ham and mushroom pittza

It was so bad I’m really not happy with the service everything was covered in grease and the cheese burger you couldn’t eat as it was that soaked in grease it wasn’t even nice. Iv requested a refund as this is ridiculous that I keep getting bad orders Need to seriously sort themselves out.

We had fish and chips and they were lovely,very quick at getting g to us,thoroughly recommended,food was piping hot and well presented

They use frozen southern fried chicken, the kebab was horrible and the nan bread was pizza dough. Wasted my money and throw the food in the bin.

Where to start.. spent over £100 here in the last month and always been happy. The last time we ordered we were given the wrong order by driver and had to go back to swap with them, but gave the benefit of the doubt since it was easily corrected. This time.. we ask that they call when leaving since we have to meet the driver at reception, so we received the call with the driver saying they would be 5 minutes and walked down. Waited 30 MINUTES. Couldn’t wait any longer so came back and called them to say we want a refund and don’t send the driver to which the manager laughed down the phone at me and told me the driver had left with the food so I’m not getting a refund then as I’m mid sentence put the phone down on me. The driver then called saying he was there so I told him to go back as we’ve told the manager we don’t want it. The manager calls us back about 25 mins later telling me he never laughed and I’m “over exaggerating”. He told me he’ll contact just eat himself to ensure I don’t get a refund so my only option is to have the food redelivered. I asked if it would be fresh, he said they are closed now so it will be the same food but it’s been “in a hot bag”. Obviously it was stone cold. Pizza like plastic. By the time we got it, it was nearly 2 hours after initially being told it had left the shop and was on the way. Absolute joke. Even the driver said she’s had to tell him he can’t speak to customers the way he does.

half of the order didn't turn up, what did turn up was wrong, spoke to delivery driver who was lovely said to ring shop, shop ignored the phone wouldn't order again poor customer service and can't fulfill an order correctly

Awful, order was all wrong, donner kebab instead of chicken, 14" DP spicy veg, was thin crust, had hardly any veg and wasn't spicy etc. Will not be using again

Placed an order to collect. When I got there they said he had No pita for a Kebab so he offered to put it on Chips. I said I want it on nann bread and also I asked for mint sauce and I heard him say we've no mint sauce so just put garlic mayo on. Total bad management and customer service

Been great food lately but the menu, Just eat keeps giving different options I.e I like mixed meat and chips( especially when had a few) and tonight came with some funky chicken nice but, I like the tandoori style and last time game me option this time no option but other wise edible

i ordered 2 large donner meat and chips and cheesy garlic bread. pieces of donner meat were silver and the food was cold. the chips were over cooked and the garlic bread had green patches. there was hair all in the food. the delivery driver was friendly but overall the food was shocking

Kebab was cold and the garlic bread had zero garlic flavour. Not impressed.

ordered plain garlic bread, received garlic bread with cheese, rang the takeaway and was told they no longer do plain garlic bread even though its on the menu and theres nothing they can do.

Maybe the most horrible pizza and most horrible kebab I’ve ever had they forgot to bring my Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough ice cream. The only good thing about this place is that it came quite quick but other than that don’t be fooled

The Donna meat was a bit spicy for my friend she asked for normal Donna meat

The worst take away I have ever had! The kebabs were absolutely tiny asked for sauce and literally had a spot of it on there, the calzone was just all dough and sauce nothing else! The burgers I asked for mayo and onions and it came plain wasn’t even cheese on it, don’t understand how you can get a cheeseburger wrong?? When I rang to complain it was closed! £34 wasted!

Pizzas tasted weird and had the wrong topping. Had one slice and threw the rest away. Might as well have just thrown £30 straight in the bin. Won't be ordering again unfortunately.

the fish and chips was dreadful dry just warm would not order them again. £10.78 in the bin maybe pizza would be better may order that next time definitely not fish and chips

Hi I know it was only a confusion with the address but I waited in the cold at the gate for a good while and all the food was cold when it finally turned up. In a caravan so can’t even re-heat everything.

Didn’t give me my 3x pots of garlic sauce, forgot to put mayo on my burger, not the nicest food and my pizza was burnt

Meat was dried out and no taste, not fresh. Chicken was like prepackaged . Salad was off. Very little sauce. Waste of money, first and last time of ordering. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 burgers and a spicy pizza. Arrived on time, I ordered hawaian burger turned up no pineapple, pizza was burnt and not hot! That was on a Thurs and on Fri OH had terrible stomach cramps and stomach upset and I was the same, ended up throwing up! We hadn't eaten anything else so we know it was the ordered food! Totally spoilt our weekend had to cancel seeing friends!! Not happy! Will def not be going there again!

Ordered pizza and 2 burgers, no pineapple on my burger. Pizza tasted awful, tasted greasy plus burnt! My wife and i ended up with very upset stomachs!! Def will not be ordering from there again! After reading some of the reviews they def need to change !!!

For the price I paid I would expect a normal takeaway but instead we received a squashed burnt pizza and the burger was so burnt an black it cracked in half with black Chucky bits falling off it so could tell that the plate it was cooked on was definitely not clean, I could not let my kids eat that it was vile

Ordered onion bhajis with our meals and they were delivered. When received they were poor and made contact with the shop. They told us that the bhajis shouldn’t have been on the menu but attempted to make them for us anyway but offered us any starter to replace them. They then delivered the replacement very quickly.

Pizzas were over cooked, I could have beat a home intruder to death with the bases. The burgers were like beef jerky and I had to book into my dentist to have my teeth capped after nearly losing them through chewing the special leather cheeseburger.

Order never delivered. Waiting almost a week for a refund. Awful service.

I often order from here, the food is always really tasty and hot, it’s always delivered on time too. Tonight they delivered my chicken kebab but had accidentally put hot sauce on (it’s the second time - but an easy mistake to make, especially when they’re busy, which I think they are tonight - we realised after that a can was missing off the order too but I didn’t call them again about it) and I’m a huge wimp when it comes to spice. A quick call to the restaurant and they sent out a new one, as they did last time, and the replacement arrived really quickly. No quibble, piping hot and all correct (and delicious) I have to say that in a year of ordering here this is literally only the second time that they’ve got an order wrong for us - so not the point of the review! I’m just happy at how they handled the mistake. Would absolutely recommend!

Pepsi instead of cola Garlic bread bit tasteless

Pitta bread was hard, hardly any chicken and kebab meat was hard. Pizza was over cooked and had hardly any toppings on it.

In my opinion this was more like a cheap frozen supermarket pizza base. Extra toppings were minimal and only in the very middle. When we called to discuss we were dismissed and dealt with unprofessionally. Terrible customer service we will never use this outlet again.

this must be the worse meal we have ever had the naan bread was thin and very crispy just like a large crisp and they clearly dont read messages as we requested it to be soft, the kebab meat was in small strips and tasteless and the texture was like straw something really wrong at this place one thing came of it our black bin had a feed because thats where it ended up

Very disappointed, delivery was good and fast but I would rather the restaurant take a little longer with the cooking aspect and take care of the order better, both my pizzas where burnt and over cooked and we could only pick at them and they where both thrown away as they was inedible

Raymond And Faye we’re amazing customer service representatives. Beautiful fresh food, swift service, with a smile. Raymond ordered us a joey (taxi) and fab service can’t highlight that enough. The place in the area for food orders without a doubt !

Pizza had no taste, very rubbery feel to it, cheesy garlic bread was the same. The chips were ok. That's it though...just ok. My pizza was also quite burnt on one half! Turned up to order and told its best to fo online, so we did and then sat waiting for 40 mins, went in to collect order. Looked like it had been on the counter ages,no phone call to let us know it was there? We were having a few days in North Wales and gave it a try. Won't be back again. Just wish I checked these reviews first.

Ordered kebab with bbq sauce they put chilli sauce on it.rang up told them they sent out another one this time they put brown sauce on.I will not be ordering off them

I have order food from there and they messed up one of the orders they put chilli sauce on the order when I put bbq sauce and they are allergic to chilli and they they made a new what and it was still the wrong order and had to wait nearly an hour for the new one

Ordered food on 28/08, the majority of which awful. Were given ‘chicken pakora’ as a replacement item however this was completely inedible & looked horrific. Donner meat was dry & like rubber, garlic bread was just tasteless dough …the dog did enjoy the popcorn chicken though !!! On a positive the chicken shashlik kebab was alright.
