Food was nice, hot, reasonably priced & a decent portion size. Would definitely order again

I ordered a pizza with chilli expecting chopped chillis but it was chilli sauce. Other than that it was great. I’ll know for next time!

Ordered delivery to hotel. I gave my number and requested they call when they’re outside, obviously wouldn’t expect them to deliver to room. At 5 mins passed the 20min delivery window, I requested a delivery text update - nothing. I called after 15 mins to learn they’d left it at reception with just my first name and that it was for a member of staff!? The hotel staff tried their best with the little info they had. Food was completely cold by the time I collected it which is a shame because it looked like it would have been enjoyable otherwise.

Haven't received it yet so can't comment....Will do later!

Ordered just after 6 pm had to request text from restaurant text gave a new time and 1 hour after new time pizza still not arrived. Tried to call restaurant but line always busy

Food arrived AN HOUR early. Part of the order was missing and part was wrong. The food was also pretty cold. The ham on the pizza was poor quality ... tinned ham (e.g Spam) which had been cut into cubes, and the pizza was very salty. The Pizzeria did send a replacement order but, again, part was missing and part was wrong. I give up.

Pretty mediocre, frozen onion rings, frozen chips, the chicken in the kebabs was bland dry and over cooked, sorry i wouldn’t get from here again.

Got the mushroom pizza. Could have had more mushrooms on pizza but other than that, excellent service.

I received the wrong sauces although they were still delicious.

My order hasn't been delivered but it's come up here asking me how was my meal. I contacted the restaurant takeaway almost an hour after I placed the order and he hadn't even started it and was very vague it sounded quite dodgy. I have requested a refund I've tried the restaurant again but they just have the line as engaged and he said to me had even started cooking it he was quite ignorant as well didn't seem to be really any promise of getting it delivered so if you could just refund my money please. if it is delivered will then I can pay for it again that's not a problem but I'm not paying to be treated so disrespectfully and not having an order even or phone call to say it is delayed. It is now 7:37 p.m. and I started this search about 5:33 p.m. I've only put stars on in order for this to go through and the option was my food was delivered early on time or late there's no option for it wasn't delivered at all!

Food delivered 30 minutes late. Delivery driver rude. Called the restaurant to complain that the food was stone cold, staff informed us " it isn't anything to do to with us, call just eat". Very disappointing

Wrong order for 4th time in a row, staff not bothered, sent replacement out but took another 40 minutes and food was freezing.

Arrived and all toppings were fully slid to only one side of the pizza. Arrived really quickly which was great , but that pizza was not enjoyable at all as one side was pure tomato bread and the other was twice as much pizza, garlic and other toppings.

The volcano pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever tasted.

Ordered Delivery and Told 30-40 mins, didn't arrive for an hour. When arrived, it was cold. When went in to complain, told nothing could be done and food was warm when it left. Worst Customer Service I have ever seen!!

I used to love this place, especially the cheesy garlic bread, however the past few times I have went I have basically received pizza dough and cheese, no garlic in sight. Any garlic there is it’s all clumped at the crusts and unpleasant to taste. Really disappointed, hope they go back to how they used to do it. Also put their prices up, with higher prices shouldn’t there be better quality?

Great pizza. Very good value, Staff friendly & helpful. We went into restaurant to order our take out. Definitely recommend for take out, only has 3-4 tables which are fine for a quick eat. Have visited here over past few years when we visit Newcastle. Will visit again.

Ordered 9 chicken nuggets which I got within 10 minutes, then ordered a 10 inch pizza which would not be expected to take longer than 10 minutes. The woman realised after I had asked for a refund that she didn’t place my order through. The shop was also empty. Won’t ever be back.

any time we visit Newcastle we always get a Pizza here to take home. Restaurant not really designed to eat-in but there are tables & chairs there if you wish. Great Pizza and very quick.. but I guess that depends on the time you go there. Definitely recommend. They also do deliveries.

Many others have completed with Pizza Palazzo but not have succeeded. if you want a great tasty pizza please eat here.

I find it hard to believe that people are writing reviews claiming that their trips here aren't good etc because every time I have been here, I have had excellent food that is cheap and of great standard. The people that work there are so welcoming. I don't live in Newcastle but when I am here I always enjoy my food. It is my favourite place to eat here. Would highly recommend their pizzas and their burgers

We decided to stupidly walk a long distance along the beach from Dundrum to Newcastle and when we arrived, everywhere but here and Herrons across the road were closed. Despite some of us buying from Herrons, the staff allowed us to eat in here so very kindly and the Pizza those did have were super affordable and cheap and very delicious. The staff were super chatty and friendly to us and it really made our night before the trek back home.

The food was absolutely amazing! I could not fault it in any way. The delivery guy was really nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Rarely eat from any other take out in town. Never disappointed with the food from here or the service. 5* all round.

We ordered our food for 18:00 had a confirmation email to say it would arrive at. 18:10 which was fine but it arrived at 17:20. When it arrived it was Luke warm and tasted like it had been sat around for a while.

I was very disappointed with the pizza get pizzas all the time from here and that's the first I have been really disappointed

Ordered the meal at about 10.10pm. Was told it would be here at 10.55. Then got 5 mins added to the time. And the meal arrived at 10.30. Great quality. Fantastic delivery time. 5 star. Would order again

Super fresh pizza, made right in front of you. From rolling out the dough to adding the last topping, you can watch it all!! It really is delish! Well worth a visit!

After collecting a pizza along with the rest of the order, when we got home the pizza was burnt black. After speaking with three different members of staff, one being the owner, I can only conclude that I will never go back and would never recommend. It was as though the burnt pizza was my fault. Terrible experience altogether.

The pizza is really delicious. It only took about 10 minutes and it was very good. The delivery service doesn't take very long and only costs 2 Pounds extra. Can only recommend trying Pizza palazzo!

Took the lazy option last Saturday and called in on a whim. Most tables were marked as reserved though they were not required for over 2 hours - WHY? That aside we ordered our starter and main course and once our starter arrived we knew it wasn't going to be a good evening as they got it wrong. While waiting for our main course smoke was coming from the kitchen and windows were being opened. No panic they said we've just burnt some chips. The pizza is very good here but sadly the staff spoil the show. We were looking for some water and were told to come up to the bar and order. I'm not a snob but when you politely ask for the attention of staff they usually come to you. Urgent customer service training is required here or a good thing will slip away.

Glad I ordered in advance as restaurant was v busy. Gorgeous pizza..so fresh! Will definitely be back. Friendly staff too.

This is the best pizza in newcastle, great prices and an amazing choice in menu, including smaller size. I just wish the guys could have some type of order of the behaviour of the customers. Always drunk, loud men cursing and shouting. It's been to the point that I hate going in. Please sort it out guys, I desperately want to visit more often but the louts are so off-putting

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Every time we ordered they messed up every single order, especially after writing in the notes box to specifically make sure the order is right,they end up making the same mess up plus more. Will flawlessly give you the wrong order every single time!! Incapable of following simple instructions even after being highlighted..USELESS!!!
