Pizza Palace in Wrexham

We have ordered food twice from the Charcoal Grill and on both occasions the food was delivered quickly was very warm and very tasty.Tonight was even better we ordered food and it was delivered in 25 minutes via Wrexham eats.Well done.

Nicest around !!! This was by far the best kebab iv had in the Wrexham area. Mixed charcoal kebab was £11.50 and worth every penny. All meat was cooked to perfection and marinated perfectly. Would highly recommend. The Donna meat was the nicest iv ever had. Thin cut and very tasty.

Never had a problem before as regular customers but tonight wasn't good. we were short of a portion of chips and all our food was cold.very dissapointed.

Always order from here, by far my favourite! but got to be honest they got my order wrong this time, HOWEVER once I called to let them know they apologised and my correct order was brought within 10 minutes! so I'm very happy 😊

Ordered, was given a time online which changed automatically delaying the delivery so I ordered a pint at the bar, one minutes later the driver turned up with food that was much earlier than the original time. Food not great either but did not help since is was cold by the time I finished the pint I did not really want. I'd of been happy if the delivery was accurate.

Kebab was good pizza was lovely and full of toppings only down fall was the wedges wasn't cooked apart from that would order again

Food is always nice but I ordered a fudge cake, I paid for fudge cake but it wasn't delivered as they had none in stock. rang them and they said I would get my £2 back and I still haven't.

We never usually order from here but thought we would give it a go! Firstly when our order was placed 15 minutes were added to the delivery time, I understand a Friday is busy so we didn't mind so much! But when our food arrived it was cold, and also chips were missing, we were going to ring them to let them know but given how busy they were we knew it would take at least another hour and by that time we would be in bed! Wouldn't order from here again!!!

The Value box was a joke, hardly anything in it not even salad or sauce, Extremely disappointed as this place is usually awesome. Fast delivery tho :-)

I always love the food from here but today it smelt of smoke so I guess the delivery driver may have been smoking in his car. Disappointed

Absolutely shocking we order regular here but definitely won't be ordering again 2 last orders have been vile super soggy chips request for them not be be soggy then they come brown way over cooked and just vile twice have been sent mint sauce instead of garlic mayo and last nights chicken was dry and chewy like it had been sat for hours shame really as used to be nice food here!!

Ordered the food. Paid by card the driver comes without the main part of order. Tells me he is only the driver. I wait another 25 mins and have to ring the shop where they know nothing.

Can't fault this take away, it's amazing!

Kebab great, chips were dry, tasted old & lacked salt. Chicken wings tasted strange! Would not buy the wings again. Thankfully they were just an extra, not part of my main food. Only managed to eat one out of the five ordered. Shame they spoilt a good take-away.

Charcoal Grill is my favourite takeaway in town, and I've been having food from there for years. Tonight, though, everything went a bit sour. The food itself was as great as it usually is, but the delivery driver was extremely rude. Firstly, he couldn't find my address (which is in my middle of Wrexham town) and asked me to meet him on the High Street. I managed to direct him to the property, then when I opened the door to him he was shouting about how he wasn't allowed to drive to my property. The area IS pedestrianised, but deliveries/loading is allowed at any time, and all vehicles are allowed after 9pm (this was about 11:30pm). After saying he's not allowed to drive to my property and he'd never do so again, I was shocked and said I guess that means I'll have to use another takeaway service next time, to which he told me to "f*** off". Classy. So, Charcoal Grill is always great food and usually friendly service, but this ridiculously rude delivery driver means I can't ever see myself using the takeaway again.

Best kebab ive had in a while, easy order and paid with just eat.delivered within the hour. Ordered small kebab and failed to eat it all as it was jam packed full of meat and salad, recommend and will def order again. Thankyou

Have from here every week 2/3times some weeks and the food we had last night was shocking cabbage overload!! Then get resend some food and it was just as bad as the first the chips were also unbelievably under fried!!!! 😡😡

Wont be ordering again. Potato wedges were almost black and tasted burnt.. the fries were soggy and cold asked for garlic mayo sauce they sent mint sauce. They also forgot the tub of coleslaw

Didn't get free cheese garlic bread my order was over £20 told driver he said he come back never did plus 10 min late than time stated after them adding 10 mins in beginning

Ordered donner meat and chips, cheesy garlic bread, onion rings and 2 piece fried chicken. The garlic bread was lovely as was the donner meat. Chips, onion rings and fried chicken all tasted fine but were soggy as heck! All had either not been fried or had been left under a heater ages! Really ruined them. Would not order again.

Good pizzas, good kebabs and most of the time delivery is within the time slot as promised. The chips can be a bit hit and miss but everything else is always fresh and tasty
