2 hours for 1.5 mile delivery. Food was completely cold and congealed. Never again.

Food is good but every time I order it’s always 30 mins late 2 hours delivery time is shocking

always top notch Burgers pipping hot as if you cooked it yourself, I also had some chicken strips for the first time. Super crispy pure chicken breast bad boys .. hmmm hmmm

time was estimated between 20:35 and 20:55. got a message saying "enjoy your food". Still didn't receive order by 21:25.

Husband said the buffalo chicken bites are the best he's ever had ! Burger was outstanding..brioche is a nice touch !

food was yum as always. just a wee bit disappointed that the driver didn't apologize for 30mins after the latest just eat eta. I even asked if they had a busy night, but he just said it was alright.

Order was Wrong! I ordered onion rings with ketchup dip. Received mozzarella fingers with garlic dip, which I hate! Burger & Fries were good.

Won’t order again. Placed Order 2 hours ago and Saying delivered but still no order , pathetic service . Waiting another 5 mins and requesting a refund. Hire more staff and drivers if you canny keep up with orders , simple as that.

Mains lovely however we ordered nachos for starter very dry had to bin them because no sour cream delivered

So disappointed in tonight's pizza kitchen delivery, usually top tier but tonight if was claimed they came to my house and never as I was in and my very loud buzzer never went, it then came late freezing cold and without the cans I ordered, I get pizza kitchen all the time and know their food very well and the burger I got tonight was definitely not a handsmashed one it was a farm foods special, raging

Burger was AMAZING Chilli cheese fries was a major disappointment, chilli was freezing, grated cheese on top was no where near melted so must have been served lukewarm. Delivery dude was sound. But foods gone downhill recently. AND YEEZ DONT SERVE PIZZA

Milkshake was as warm as a cup of tea, the chicken sub wasn't a sub it was chicken on hot dog roll! Really disappointed tonight

I understand the store is busy as I've ordered before. But 1hr and 45mins is a bit much. Order was confirmed by email at 18:33pm. Estimated arrival was 19:45. The order arrived 30mins after the estimate. Food still good 👍

Order out of here a lot, and the last 2 times they have gave me the wrong ultimate fries, not even close to what i ordered, this time i ordered steak denver fries and ended up with a box of cheese nachos. And try to phone through to tell them is useless cant get an answer at the phone, so its a case of take it or leave it. Its a shame cause their stuffs good, but this ruins it for me

Food was brilliant, salt and chilli snack box was packed full and loads of chicken. The delivery time was shocking. 2 hours to wait for an uncomplicated order, would have preferred it to be around the estimated time given upon ordering.

long delivery time, it is friday so i'll let that slide, bun was soggy on the burger and the burger was drowned in salt. chips and cheese was good however. Delivery guy refused to even look me in the eye when i answered the door to him, he only said two words, HERE and BYE refused to even engage with me in any way after i greeted him happily and politely, made me feel like i wasnt even human or worthy of common civility, just unbelievable, wont be going back.

AWFUL , firstly took 2 hours to deliver, when I phoned, no apoligy or explination. Next, chips and cheese extremely dry and unedible. Also I asked for mayo on burger, I think they put one drop on and that's it. Lastly, the calzone, paper put on top of cheese and it was all wripped off. If I wasn't so hungry for waiting so long for food I'd send it all back. Oh and this isn't their fault but burgers don't come with chips. Why on earth the price with no chips. Awful, never again !!!

Food arrived an hour after it was due Phoned up about this and said straight away it was in the way think that’s just always the answer Delivery driver phoned because they couldn’t find the house explained but they didn’t really listen so had to go out on the street for my food and when eating it was freezing and soggy Usually love it very disappointed today

Called to amend order early on and all amendments were done. Food came earlier than expected, everything was piping hot and amazing. The Denver Fries are definitely a new favourite.

Have eaten from pizza kitchen before and enjoy the quality of the meal, and the cost which in my mind is well worth the money for the size of the portion. Impressed that it arrived at just under an hour of its original eta.
