Cheesy chips were cold and hard, chicken burger has been down graded and the meat is dry and tough. Pizza was like warm when arrived. Been to pizza king for years however I'm very disappointed with the food

Weve used pizza King for many years but wanted to say a thank you for the extra large order we made for a party last weekend. Highly recommended. It was very well organised, all the food was hot and deliveried at the same time. Thank you

Unfortunately very disappointed with our order.... sent us garlic bread slices and not the baguette we ordered, full of dripping grease and burnt. Then chicken kebab had no lettuce or chilli sauce, but instead some sort of sweet sauce, completely ruined. Called to explain and apparently the garlic bread slices are the baguette, hows that? Advised that they need to update their website and take off baguette as an option. They did quickly send a pot of chilli sauce, however kebab was ruined with the other sauce put on and cold by the time it arrived. Chips were not good, ordered large and portion was very small, lots of horrible black bits and a large amount of condensation in the box which was dripping out. Not sure if they had been cooked first and then went soggy.... were definitely not fresh at all. I understand things happen but a bit of quality check would be nice before sending out and I cant see how they get it so wrong when it's ordered online (literally tick boxes). They must see when preparing, if I had called to order I get handwriting can get it wrong, but not by a customer actually choosing what they want with tick boxes??? We spent over £36 & I can honestly say it wasn't worth it at all, very disappointed so would avoid this place if I were you. We wont be recommending or trying it again, very poor. If Pizza King are reading this a refund would be nice, or partial refund for the ruined kebab and chips please.

I ordered a 19inch pizza it was 20 minutes late and under cooked... I would not recommend this at all over priced under delivered

Complete rubbish placed order tonight and then half hour after cancelled it as say never had time to delivery this has happened many time would mind so much but food ain’t the best but does for a odd night for quick food

Ordered over the phone, usually go in to order, however decided to get delivered. Arrived with no sauce and partly cold. Phoned up and informed them and was told sauced would take 5-6 minutes.. waited 15 minutes to then call back to be told the driver wasn’t coming and that next order I will get a free replacement. No indication left as how to order, and only my word against theirs.. to which I finished my food stone cold 1 hour and 45 minutes after order placed… appalling service.

I've just ordered a pepperoni pizza thin and crispy, and chcime strips with garlic mayo. The pizza was bland and dough and undercooked, the chicken strips tasted like they'd been kept in a freezer for 6 years and the garlic mayo was the smallest squirt I've ever seen

Made order online at 5.40 and said would be 1hr. Waited never turned up so rang and the person on phone couldn’t even be bothered to speak and said driver just left. So I waited for bit long as only 7 miles away. Then finally turned up 1hr and 40 mins later and the food is very poor pizza undercook the chicken strips are over cooked and chips cold. I rang as said I would like refund and he said you will have to come in the shop. I said I paid online so just refund back and his answer was I’m busy now come to shop. So we will never order from him again £25 and very unhappy :(

Shocking will not be ordering from here ever again!! Was told on the phone 45 mins to 1 hour wait for delivery I said we would collect so we could get it sooner to which the bloke said “no we say that as the longest time, but it won’t be that long” to call them up after 1hr30 for him to say they had just started cooking it!! Then arrived 2hr 30 minutes later and the order was wrong. Shocking!!

Found this place by chance when driving through town and so glad I went here, food was stunning, service was quick with no queuing and staff were friendly, I highly recommend the cheeseburger with kebab meat, so full I cannot move

Top service and good food well worth a look

Arrived 2 and a half hours after ordering, not only were pizzas cold! But they weren’t even close to the pizzas we ordered!!! Not happy at all!

Following a 2am mission into Blandford to find an open shop willing to sell me a bottle of water for my pregnant partner, I thought all hope was lost as everything was shut - understandably. I passed Pizza King who were cashing up inside and explained the situation regarding a woman in need. Whilst the manager stated that they didn't sell bottled water, only soft drinks - which unfortunately wouldn't quench the thirst of my rather spherical lady at home. The staff pulled together and kindly offered me a bottle of their own personal water. Not having any change on me to repay them they kindly stated that I could drop it in at a later date. Seriously, you are all very much saviours and a credit to Blandford Town. You've made a pregnant lady at home very happy and we are currently revising our name suggestions - baby "Pizza King" is now top of the list 👌🏻

Food was OK, service is something they could work on, I ask if the garlic mayo had any dairy or soya in and they wouldn't find out for me. So something to watch out for

Pizza King had always been a firm fave with my household but on this particular Thursday evening we waited over 2 hours for our delivery of only 2 pizzas! What started off as a 1 hour wait time slowly got pushed back to over 2 hours. When we called to see where our delivery was, the man on the phone said they had been busy and that we lived 'too far away' for delivery. However, we were still within their delivery radius and we paid a delivery charge and service charge! I couldn't believe it! Other local take away companies have delivered promptly and with no fuss so will be returning to them next time.

They are polite helpful and they bring the meal to the car when it's ready their brilliant will recommend to everyone

Posted £7.50 for the combo starter. It looked awful. And it was basically a box of only wedges. Just got ripped off! Thanks!

We waited one and a half hours for our delivery ! When it arrived two out of the 4 meals we had ordered were wrong! This wasn’t the first time they have got our orders wrong, we won’t be ordering from there again.

Used to these guys several times (as they are my neighbours) absolutely fantastic friendly service. Pizzas are first-class. kebabs and chicken are good also. Highly recommended fresh food so be prepared to wait at peak times.

We ordered a 14 inch margarita and a 14 inch margarita with anchovies. Absolutely delicious. Plenty of anchovies! Food arrived on time and hot. Couldn't recommend enough!

Ordered tonight off old menu and prices have been pushed right up , can get exactly the same from ottomans for 5 quid less , you simply cant put your prices up by 25 to 30 % and expect to return !!

Great food but a bit late arriving

After a heavy session on the beers I was really craving some cheeky fried chicken ( which was AMAZING) and after looking through the dessert menu I came across some strawberry cheesecake ice cream for £5.75! I shouted YOLO and added it to my basket and when the delivery man delivered my food I was like a kid on Christmas day and couldn't wait to tuck into my strawberry cheesecake ice cream, to my horror I opened up the plastic bag it was hidden in and it was.....CARAMEL SWIRL!!!, I was absolutely devastated I ended breaking my fifa 19 disc frisbeeing it against the wall. After an hour of calming myself down and sobering up I was a bit peckish so I ate my fried chicken and tucked into my caramel swirl ice cream and it was actually really nice 5/5 would order from again.

Only issue was that there was no salad on the cheese burger, stated that it came with salad

food took nearly two hours to arrive , when it finally got here was missing parts of the order when asked the delivery driver where it was he said he would bring it straight back up , never showed back up so wasted my money ! pizza was cold ! shocking all round , never again

when the food was half an hour late I called the restaurant to be told ‘oh that’s strange it’s already left... I’ll try and contact the delivery driver’ ten minutes later the food arrived, It was piping hot, obviously they hadn’t sent my order until I called, I understand they may be busy etc but when I have to spend £15 as well as £2 delivery I would at least expect them to be honest and say something like ‘oh I’m really sorry but we have only just got your order ready, we will throw in XZY as an Apology, instead they just lied. shame

This experience was awesome. The food order arrived as ordered. We didn't get any calls saying they couldn't find us because they read our note on the order. Nice, friendly delivery driver. The food was hot and tasty. Six stars across the board. Couldn't fault a thing. Many Thanks.

I ordered a pizza and cheesy chips. the pizza arrived early and was excellent. however my chips weren’t with the order. I asked about them and was told I would get them in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later I received my chips but without cheese.

I can't comment as the food was never delivered. I received a call 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive saying there machine was broken and they couldn't make any pizzas. They asked for alternatives but I didn't want anything else. We than had to rearrange for a take away elsewhere. Wasted 2 hours in total so wasn't impressed!

Coleslaw was missing from the order. I rang and they said they'd get one delivered but it didn't arrive before everyone had finished eating so I rang back to say not to bother bringing it to us now. Hopefully they will add an extra pot on our next order. Other than that everything was ok 👍

Food arrived very late and ended up having to stand outside the house for the driver to find us even though we explained clearly on the order where we were. Pizza and wings were tepid by the time it all arrived. They also forgot the dessert.

I ordered food which arrived 15 minutes early which was great BUT the food was cold when it arrived. Food arrived and unfortunately half the order was wrong. I rang to ask about the order and they said that they had phoned me to tell me they didn’t have certain things and so I was getting something else instead. I never received a phone call regarding this and I was told that they didn’t have what we ordered so they replaced it with what we thought we would want. We also ordered a combo side - of garlic mushrooms, onion rings, chicken strips and wedges. the box was filled 90% wedges. - wouldn’t recommend.

Food was late, then half of it was the wrong order. My burger bun was soggy and the lettuce was brown and wasn't fresh. Curly fries was dripping in oil and were greasy and in enjoyable. We through 95% of it away.

While my partner was ordering a pizza staff members decieded to comment on her body feautres, resulting in her leaving the shop due to discumfort. Utterly discusting and really not ok.

- greasy ! - to much cheese on pizza - coleslaw didn’t taste right tasted funky :/ - garlic bread wasn’t garlicky - burger wasn’t to bad lovely hash brown :) all in all, a bad order. very disappointed.

I will never use Just Eat and Pizza King. The food was delivered, but drinks weren't. I called straight away to inform them and they said it will be shortly with us. we had our meal and after 50min of waiting i called and said that they can forget it, as now I have to take my daughter to bed. in about 10 min the man showed up all unhappy, as how dear I to be angry and dissapointed! I told him to give me the drink and go away and he turned around and said that he is not giving me my drink and drove off! I seriously cant believe that this kind of service even happened! Especially, that I paid for that drink and delivery!!!! I want a refund asap!!! as if not I will make an official complaint with fast food industry panel, where they will have to listen, overall, there should be boundaries of what is acceptable when serving customers.

Lovely pizza but very salty chicken burger. Felt like someone had a bit of am accident with the salt 😉. Good fresh ingredients though and pretty good delivery too

did not have desserts in stock. pizza turned up nearly cold and stuffed crust had hardly any cheese in and I would recommend they buy a decent pizza cutter as u go to take a slice and all the topping comes off. overall 2 out of 3 orders I make here are not great so not happy

food was 15 minutes late and pizza base was wrong. I had the choice to change my base but left it as stated on the description of the ‘garlic mayo donner’.. the pizza we got had tomato base

Call me naive, but when you order a takeaway and it says delivery within an hour and a half, I deem that a fair amount of time to prep food, and then deliver it...but 2 hours 15 minutes after ordering, my food was still "out for delivery" according to the restaurant (I use that term loosely). Upon arrival of my food, 45 minutes after I was told it was delivered, I found items missing and the food was a little bit on the chilly side (and by chilly I mean cold, just trying to be polite here). I have come to the conclusion that the delivery persons at this company may be walking from delivery address to delivery address, hence why the food took longer than expected to arrive. In conclusion, if you desire to order food from this deliverer of average to poor food, think twice.

I order from here often and it pains me to right a bad review. But after waitin gages for my food to arrive it came cold and spilling out the boxes and the combo feats didn't have any chicken strips in it and only 4 onions rings it was basically a big box of cold wedges. I will give them there dos I didn't receive a phone call from a lovely woman apologising for it being late.

use this service all the time , if they cannot fulfill the orders then they should not take them , waiting a long time for four pizza to feed the family, arrived late and food was cold , not impressed, tried to ring the restaurant but would not pick the phone up will be looking for another takeaway place in the future , delivery driver was not helpful at all just kept saying we are so busy , like I said 1 hour for just eat if you cannot meet the order don’t accept it

Sad to say I’m not happy with my meal. I got a text saying that my food was on it’s away ( takes 15 mins ). Half an hour later I got a call from pizza king saying they have run out of mozzarella sticks . The food was allready 15 mins late. The garlic bread was cold the curly fries were so greasy and the mushrooms were horrible . I do have to say the popcorn chicken was great and nice and warm . sorry to leave a negative review wish I loved it.

Ordered the food via the app an hour and 10 minutes before I wanted it delivered for 7pm. Turned up 45 minutes late with a missing bottle of drink and bbq sauce splatted all over the box and inside the bag. Will be giving a miss in future. a real shame!

Very rude on arrival and insisted that you had to pay £25 to get it delivered but only said £15 on the app! Will not be ordering again...

Food was earlier than expected and nice and hot. Pizza was greasey and cheese tasted weird, kebab wasn't anything special not a massive amount of meat, jalapeño poppers are nice.

The food is great but 50% of the time they miss an item of my delivery which means they hav to redeliver a part of my order. They do not show much attention to the order as this has happened many times. Very frustrating.

Food was ready on time and good quality but they didnt include the chips i paid for and as its a 20 minute drive to get there i will just not use them again.

Kebab was nice. Not alot of mushroom. Pepper fried onions. Nice lot of chicken

Lovely pizza and liked that I could choose my own base/ sauce/ toppings. Delivery was later than the confirmed time but we did order on a Saturday night so can imagine they were quite busy. The pizza and dip selection more than made up for the wait 😊

Ordered from here again thinking it might be different and with our usual place being shut, unfortunately it’s actually got worse since my last order. Chips are like those awful microwave chips you can get from the supermarket, pizza is as greasy as it gets, and the garlic bread is worse than chewing on an old flip flop. Can forgive the late arrival but not the terrible food. Go too Vecchia Roma, you get much nicer food for your money and the service is brilliant.

Food was extremely oily, garlic bread had a charged taste and hardly any chicken on the bones.

Ordered 1 x pizza 1 x garlic bread with cheese and a bottle of drink. Ordered for 2020 to enable me time to get down to pizza king, 2006 my food is ready so having to rush around to collect even earlier. Pizza is extremely greasy, so much so that I will not be ordering from them again. Shame really. Also ordered a drink which they had to take a few minutes to check receipts to ensure I did order one. Customer service wasn’t the best from the lady that works there on a Friday night.
