The pizza places in belfast are generally very good, however Pizza Hut in belfast is a shambles. Rude staff, undelivered orders, uncooked food. Would not recommend to anyone

My fiancé and I came here for a bite of food on a treat out. We arrived at the restaurant at 8pm and were seated promptly. The lady seated us and did not come back to take the order until 8.30pm, both waitresses seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves. Our food arrived at 8.45pm which was prompt. I was shocked when the waitress interrupted our meal 5 minutes later and said ‘sorry folks can I get your payment now just so I can get my work done in the office?’ I think the management would need to look basic customer service training in staff especially those who are at a level to be closing off tills. I work in hospitality myself and felt very unwanted. I have given a 2 star review rather than a 1 as the food was good. (Not that anyone asked!!) I doubt management will look into these issues however considering the lack of response to previous numerous complaints on this page.

Had a very disappointing experience, ordered lasagne and chips the lasagne wasn’t even a centimetre deep there was no meat one slice of pasta and mostly cheese, the chips were hard as they were undercooked! The Cleanliness of the floor and tables was appalling they were dirty there was food, napkins and cutlery lying on the floor around us. The starter plate was dirty and the cheese bites had NO cheese! Our waiter was nice enough to take the food off our bill but the overall experience was negative!!!

After arriving to Belfast on a trip with my partner, after doing some shopping at the Victoria Square decided to pop into Pizza Hut for some food.. we were seated at a dirty table, we then asked for new table, we got moved. We have placed an order with one of the the waitresses, We have waited 55 minutes for our order however didn’t arrive, when my partner approached the two women working there, they have answered him in an ignorant voice asking if we have even ordered!!! 55 minutes waiting and get told that the food is not even coming! No apology .. just rudeness .. wouldn’t recommend for anyone..

Travelling around you get to get to see the disparity between branches of chain restaurants. Here is an example of a better pizza hut. Some branches leave out pasta and couple of tubs of sauces but here they actually provide a tasty green veg in white sauce and a red sauce pasta. The pizzas were tasty and despite being very quiet (only 4 guests for buffet) there were several to choose from were and all fresh.

In spite of bad reviews, Pizza Hut provided myself and friends with a decent value lunch buffet, and the pizza was very tasty. The staff were pleasant and it was clean and tidy too. Perhaps the buffet could be restocked a bit more often as it was a bit sparse the second time we went up. Nonetheless this was a good lunch for a good price.

We went there with some friends just to finish a lovely day out. We ordered a salad bowl and two buffet meals. It says on the menu that the buffet is £6.99 but we were both charged £7.35. When bringing this up to the staff they were extremely rude and said their menu was wrong, with no explanation why or real apology. We ordered a pepsi and two waters and the waitress told us that the soft drinks were available and she did not specify that the soft drinks were only for the one of us that had ordered the Pepsi. So we were mislead to think that it was free for all of us and later realised when it was too late that we had been charged for three Pepsis when we only planned to pay for one, we do not believe that this is our fault as we were offered the soft drinks. For the drinks alone we were over charged £6.50 this is not including the extra charge on the buffet which we were also not informed about until it was too late and we had finished our meal. The staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming as we got nothing but dirty looks and stares throughout the meal making us feel uncomfortable. We were actually as far away from people as we could have been. As we were placed at the front and everyone else was placed at the back and the middle. We would understand if we were being rowdy and disrespectful but even then, it’s not a good excuse for bad customer service. But we weren’t, we are three respectful and responsibly quiet young women. We went into the restaurant and waited to be seated. We were seated rather quickly and the menus were given to us quite quickly. But the wait to order was a lot longer. We would understand if the place was busy but it wasn’t with only a maximum of about ten people sitting in the place. As we waited with no sign of placing our order, one of us went up to ask if we could order. When going to ask this question the staff acted very immature and were cheeky giving very blunt answers with no smile and making us feel even more uncomfortable. As stated previously, we ordered our meals and were given little guidance to what was available to us. One of us went to fill up a cup of club orange, when we tried the drink none of us could decide what flavour the drink was, and because it was frankly horrible! This was the only drink this particular person likes. So she ended up paying for unlimited drinks and paid for none of them as it turned out that the Club machine was broken, which was only explained just before we were about to leave the restaurant, so we had paid for something we were unable to use. We went up to inquire about that fact we were charged extra. The staff were nothing but cheeky and unhelpful! As stated previously, we only planned to spend seven pounds less that we were charged. Which was a major inconvenience as we had been shopping all day and had spent most the money we had brought with us. We found a solution when one of us had found a voucher she had received as a for for a variety of different restaurant. This included Pizza Hut, as the logo was at the front of the card. But when we tried to use it to pay for the rest of the meal, which we didn’t have enough change for, they didn’t accept it with no explanation as to why, which we thought was unacceptable!! We then had to pester other friends to add money into one of our accounts as we were unable to pay for the meal because, as we have stated previously, we didn’t have an efficient amount of money to pay for the meal, which isn’t our fault as we were charged extra! The pizza was very tasty and the salad selection was minimal but efficient for what we wanted. We don’t plan on coming back as our experience was overall uncomfortable and underwhelming. We have had good experiences in this Pizza Hut before but this experience has made us rethink our opinions, meaning that we are not planning on returning.

Had a quick stop in while shopping before my flight. There always seemed to be a little backup at the waiter station (where you get seated and pay) but the place was clean and the food was delicious.

I've been to pizza hut at Victoria Sq. 3 times and the food was always good but the service... So, the first time, it was good, simply good = 4*, December 2018 The second time, me and my partner waited too long and it was NOT BUSY at all = 3*, spring 2019 The third time, we didnt like the service again, no smile and just a careless face from our waitrees = 2*, July 2019 To conclude, Good food, way too bad service. Don't have any motivation to give this place a second chance

We visited here on Monday 1st of July. We were showing to our seats with three menus and if we stayed I would say we would be still sitting there!! We sat for fifteen minutes and not one staff member came to take our order. When we got up to leave there wasn’t even sign of a staff member. The floor was all dirty under our table and the table beside us had pizza all lying on the floor too. It wasn’t particularly busy at the time either. Will not be recommending here or will not be returning. Awful service and the dirt of the place would give Pizza Hut a bad name!

Food first class. Visited on Thursday 9May 2019. My son and I had the special offer of 2 course meal for £11.95. When bill arrived we were charged full price for this and not the offer.pointed out to member of staff and all he said was “no bother” . No apology whatsoever. Staff suffered as I refused to tip. Staff have a lot to learn on customer care.

When we first arrived to Belfast we were very hungry and we're looking for somewhere nice to eat, we decided to eat at Pizza hut. We went in as soon as it opened for lunch and ordered our meal. The food was delicious and very filling. The service was impeccable and the waiting staff were very helpful and easy to speak to. I would very much recommend eating here.

Seems like Pizza Hut has been around for ages, and it's been ages since I last visited one. Finding ourselves in Belfast one night we wandered in and took a trip down memory lane. The service was pleasant and efficient and the pizza was as good as I remember. The salad bar added another touch of nostalgia too. Decent enough wine and a reasonable price made for an enjoyable meal. I won't leave it so long before I visit again!

Went here for the £6.99 All You Can Eat lunch buffet. There were about 20 customers there.

Visiting Sat 23rd feb with my husband, son & his friend as a treat for my son's birthday. Waiting a few mins before being seated despite the place being half empty. The table we were shown to had food on the floor from previous diners. Ordered the individual meal deals & kids meals for the boys. Their chips came out, no sign of the pizzas though. No bowls for salad bar either. The pizzas eventually came out burnt - the girl wasnt happy but agreed to take them over & ask the manager could they make more; i advised her i wouldnt be happy to pay for burnt pizza - second time round the pizzas were fine but i definitely wouldnt be rushing back here in a hurry.

My friends and I decided to visit Pizza Hut after a busy day in Belfast. To say I wasn’t impressed is an understatement. We were brought to a booth which was set nicely but the floor under still had food from previous customers on it and something spilt around it making my feet stick to the ground. The service was slow considering it wasn’t busy at all and our order was wrong however we were so hungry that we couldn’t have cared less. The pizza was dripping with grease and was far too overpriced, left feeling like I hadn’t ate. I can’t even say it’s good if you want something cheap, because it isn’t! I will not be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Could believe they dont do flatbread pizza here . Also they charge extra foe the salad bar . I have never been to a pizza hut before who charge for a salad bar !!! Wont hurry back to this pizza hut for sure .

My daughter and I called in for lunch, highly recommend the pizzas and the larger thin based version is more than enough, really didn’t need a starter.

Don't buy the oinion rings partly cooked and really pale..sent them back...just put me off my food...look like there was no effort put in ..

Love Pizza Hut. Even tho it was busy the food came out quickly. Only negative was that despite there being seats on the opposite side of the booths that would have accommodated our party of 6 we were only offered 2 booths.

Nunca se detuvieron, pero claramente no había suficientes de ellos, lo que va a algún lugar para explicar los problemas. Queríamos entrar y salir, así que fuimos por el buffet. En primer lugar, el bar de ensaladas necesitaba una atención seria. Muy poca elección y lo que había allí necesitaba reposición. Además de eso, se veía bastante repugnante con los trozos de una bandeja mezclados con otros y la mayonesa untada en lugares a los que no pertenecía. Las opciones de pasta eran tibias y bastante sin sabor. La pizza estaba en funcionamiento y sabía bien, pero más opciones hubiera sido mejor.

La comida era encantadora, la espera fue lo suficientemente larga cuando el lugar estaba medio vacío, los baños de mujeres son una vergüenza, tan pronto como entré y vi el lugar en el que giré y volví, repugnante no era la palabra. el baño en sí y mucho menos usarlos, inodoros inútiles, lavamanos cubiertos de sangre y maquillaje, pañuelos apilados alrededor de los lavamanos de sangre y maquillaje, estuvimos allí por casi una hora y media y todavía estamos en un estado.

Servicio realmente muy lento. 40 minutos con un niño de 3 años no es aceptable. Triste ya que acaban de tener una reforma. máquina de tarjetas se rompió. contó al final. Aconsejó que esto debería haber sido informado al comienzo de la comida. comida normal y no vale la pena esperar. ¡Vamos Pizza Hut!

Why were we there for 2.5 hours? Because the table service was terrible. Everything was great up until we got our food (we’ll apart from the cleanliness of the cutlery..) - firstly, when the food arrived I was disappointed because the BBQ Americano pizza sweetcorn to chicken ratio was just not ok. Way too much sweet corn, not enough chicken. So after feeling only slightly satisfied after the meal we decided to order desserts. We sat for a good 30 minutes+ before I had to get up and ask for a dessert menu, only to try and hint that we needed our table cleared, which still hadn’t been done. 10 minutes later, someone came over to take our desserts order, before even taking away the remaining food...? They did come back and clear the table thankfully, but by this time the idea of desserts had left my mind. But I thought it would make me feel better. So we ordered, and about 15 minutes later my friends bowl of ice cream and cold chocolate fudge cake had arrived. I had ordered a waffle, which didn’t arrive until my friend had fully finished her bowl of ice cream. When my waffle finally came, we asked for the bill, expecting it to arrive the next morning. Thankfully it came straight away, so that we could leave after being there for 2 hours. But no - apparently you can’t split the bill? What restaurant in 2018 can you not split card payments in? We are students so we are entitled to 20% off, but not with UNiDAYS apparently. APPARENTLY it’s not valid in Northern Ireland. When it is a certified app to prove you are a student in the UK? Thankfully one of us had a student card anyway. But for this another person had to be called. We then had to leave and go to a cash machine to be able to pay. Then it took about 10 minutes for the waitress to do sums on her phone to ‘check’ that we were paying the right amounts, when we had previously worked it out for ourselves - but she had to check with the calculator on her phone. We assumed the till would do this, but hey, another reason to keep us there longer!

Staff were friendly enough, apologised for making us wait, but didn't seem too busy. This restaurant doesn't offer complimentary salad, which we rather wanted,so we paid for it. The Salad had limited choice when we got there. The food came quickly enough and was to the usual standard, even the gluten free, which usually takes longer, though it was smaller than we have had at other pH restaurants.

I came here around 3.25pm for the Buffet. I had my pizzas from the Buffet place and I sat down. I did notice the pizza were cold. But the pasta was the only thing was hot.

I have been here countless times now and I keep returning due to a staff member in particular must get name next time but that doesn’t matter. All through attending restaurant and she helping us out along with her team made my night when she said to my husband she s nice girl. She suits to the restaurant and dining experience and her hard work is why I come back and will keep attending, food is served piping hot and drinks right away while you wait , I like way staff care to take minutes out to keep asking now and again how good is. Fun and yum it’s got to be Pizza Hut best pizza I personally feel think in City center but the planet too lol.

We had a party in the dome last night and we asked pizza hut to supply some pizzas. I would have to say the pizzas were great and the staff were great. Special mention to Chris and Grace.. They even provided the ice for us.

We went to the Pizza Hut for a family lunch. The place was almost empty but the service was very slow. The restaurant needs some renovations too. Little disappointed.

I decided to visit here again, everything was fantastic, we were seated within a minute of entering. The food was great and cooked to perfection. The staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was brilliant, I hope to return again.

Had an awful experience, on arrival was left standing for 15mins at the door with a newborn baby and 2 young kids, the staff where completely oblivious to us, whilst there was spare tables everywhere as they weren’t busy.

A friend I went here for a pizza around 5 PM, we were served very quickly and the waitress looked annoyed when we weren’t ready to order in 30 seconds. We counted 12 members of staff at the front and at least three at the back and there is the place was pretty busy, however after ordering our two pizzas and salads we realise that we should’ve gone somewhere else the pizzas were bland, greasy and overly priced. The customer service was pretty bad from the waitress that was serving us she left it on drinks without asking we done and tried to hurry it along during our meal.

Mediocre overpriced inauthentic ‘pizza’, garish 1970s orange and brown colour scheme, anonymous insipid music to match the food. One section closed on Friday night at 8pm because they ‘didn’t have enough staff on’. I can understand why they abandoned ship - you should too. Literally nothing to recommend it.

Finalmente me levanté y dando vueltas buscando algo antes de reunirse de nuevo con una camarera que quedaron algunos pimienta. Ella por lo menos finalmente de vuelta, pero por entonces sólo había dos rebanadas a la izquierda. Fuimos a pagar la factura con tarjeta de crédito en la mano en la caja mientras el gerente y dos empleados se levantó inmediatamente a mi lado hablando de algo aparentemente urgente en un menú (compruebe su CCTV). Me mantuve por un tiempo más largo, siendo completamente ignorados, antes de tener que interrumpir su discusión por preguntar si podía pagar la factura. Me hicieron unos puntos finales entre sí antes de poner uno de ellos a través de la factura. Buena comida, servicio deficiente.

Visited with family. Staff friendly, place clean, pizza good. In a good location close to shops and cinema. Good parking, but expensive. Will visit again.

the pizza was so good he had chicken thin crust pizza i had the hawiian pizza with garilc mayo we both had pepsi max too drink the place was clean and tidy we enjoyed our pizza we will be back here! again the staff were polite and helpful

Long time since I visited Pizza Hut my last impression was of oily bases and unappetising pizzas. On this occasion customers were attacking theirs with relish but I opted for a salad. At just £6.49 it was great value for money. I was given a large bowl and helped myself at a well laid out buffet with over a dozen salad items to choose from. My Latte was superb even if it was out of a machine. Excellent professionsal staff working the queue on a busy Saturday afternoon with ease.

On a return visit recently, we decided to dine here due to prior great experiences. Despite the business of the day, the service and staff were still 100% on form with dealing with the customers and the food was great, the minor faults include the table we were seated at we were never gave cutlery or serviettes and one of the party had to lift theirs from another table that nobody was using. Prices reasonable for what we had. Would return again.

My husband and I had the buffet today. The waitress was very helpful the food was excellent. They made me a guten free pizza which was delicious. Would definately recommend . Good value for money

I ordered 3 starters at 12.45 the the girl who took the order told me it will only take 5 mins to be ready but I waited and waited 10mins was gone I asked the girl she told me that she checked but without me saying anything she kept saying if i wanted my money back about two three times I told her I wanted my order it was another 5mins gone but when I was angry and asked the if my order was ready well obviously it wasn't even after 15mins waiting my order was not ready it wasn't even just 3 starters 2 cheesy garlic bread and 1 wedges how long does it take but the chef was busy making orders for the tables and the was very rude she just wanted to refund me and not serve because started wasn't even ready very disappointed with the service and the whole thing the way it was dealt staff doesn't even know how to behave no manners at all

Went here with a friend for our lunch one day and got the buffet deal, its great because you can just go up and lift freshly made pizza or garlic bread and decide when you want to finish! Well worth the money.

The buffet was cold and was not refilled often. No plate at the empty salad bar and no hot pizza in the bainmarie would not be visiting here again

Decided to return here during my latest visit to Belfast and I'm glad that I did. The waiter was attentive and couldn't do enough for you, the food was cooked brilliantly. Seating was very comfortable. Very Well Done.

Come into this Pizza Hut and you're greeted with courteous service and a great selection of food. There is a buffet deal on during the week at lunchtime which is perfect for big groups. Great dining experience.

Had lunch here during a busy sale shopping day. The service was magnificent from the moment we entered. Staff members couldn't do enough for you. The food was cooked just right and to perfection. The whole restaurant was nice and clean. Price was reasonable. Would most definitely return again in future.

Food is always good, never had a bad meal, only thing is they are always short on staff and the wait for service can be a bit long.

This is a Pizza Hut. Expect that. They offer the typical fare you'd expect at a Pizza Hut. They keep the restaurant looking good and the food tastes great. But the attitude and kindness of the waitstaff is what sets this above average. Many other Pizza locations could learn proper customer service and respect from this franchised operation.

Visited here last night with my sister. The restaurant wasnt overly busy so we got seated very quickly. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive even as the restaurant got busier. My pizza was delicious and I also had the chocolate fudge cake but sadly they had run out of vanilla ice cream which was why I only gave 4 stars not 5. A very enjoyable evening overall.

Went to Pizza Hut Victoria square 11/12/16 for a quick bite to eat. Told to wait 10 minutes to start off for a seat. When seated there was 2/3 free tables around us free to use. Ordered supreme pizza and colleague ordered BBQ Americano. Both pizzas arrive together to which the lovely waitress said supreme was burnt and that they had another in the oven for me. I said it's ok as I was very hungry to which she replied it was already being cooked. 3 slices in and the new one arrived. New one was 100% undercooked fillings where sliding of pizza and dough was raw. ( both me and my friend are chefs so know what was what ) attempted a slice and left the rest and paid for bill. Waitress was lovely not her problem. Won't be recommending. #dominoes

Visited with my husband for lunch was shown to table by unfriendly staff member walls had ketchup splattered up them and food was bland. Haven't visited this restaurant in at least 4 years and decor hasn't changed or been refreshed since then! Won't be visiting again!

We are here after a day's shopping in Victoria square! It's your average Pizza Hut. In my opnion it's too expensive for all it is. The service in this particular restaurant wasn't great, we waited for ages before the waiter acknowledged us and seated us! Despite there only being 1 other table in the building ! The food was ok, nothing special.

This is a typical Pizza Hut restaurant, great pizzas. Not much atmosphere in the place but if all you want is a bite to eat then this is ideal.

Visited this establishment for lunch, and was very disappointed in the quality of pizza offered.Found some pizzas to be over cooked, and others to be under cooked i.e. Stodgy.Salad bar was fine, and costumer service was good, but in my opinion Pizza Hut could do much better, and has simply let itself go regarding quality of product.

Waited an hour for my starter while the staff walked around like they were on sleeping pills. I've been to slow places but this takes the cookie. Avoid at all cost!!!! Tables also left untidy I've seen 4 now that have not yet been cleared in an hour. Sort it out pizza Hut.

Got our order slightly wrong. Apologised profusely and offered the wrong pizza free plus the correct one. Also offered free salad bar while we waited for the correct pizza ( which did not take very long) Good customer service, keep it up!!

On a trip to town my daughter and I decided to have the £6.99 lunch deal in the Victoria Square branch Belfast. it was the worst meal I've ever had. Pizzas were tasteless, cold and over cooked. The Pasta also was cold, looked and tasted as if it had been sitting out for days and the salad bar selection was unappetising and not particularly fresh. I did pass on these comments to a member of staff while paying the bill. I have eaten a number of times in Pizza Hut but this certainly will be my last time, it was a total waste of money.

Always very busy but always have a good meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Great friendly prompt service. Can be quiet noisy and can get a bit pricey for what it is

The pizza hut in Victoria square offered truly excellent service. I wanted for nothing. The unlimited drinks were topped up frequently without the need to flag down a waiter/waitress and the pizza was excellent.

I have always been a fan of Pizza Express, have been coming for years, my feeling is standards are dropping. It used to be a place of efficiency and good quality am feeling this slipping now which is a real shame.

Recently attended Pizza Hut for lunch so disappointed there was very little on offer and what was there was tasteless there was three different types of pizza and lots of different salads it was absolutely terrible they're all 4 of us degree this was the biggest let down with ever had from Pizza Hut will not be visiting me again probably will never visit another Pizza Hut restaurant very disappointed the food was really tasteless it's not something I'm going to go and recommend to my friends will use other well-known chains that can provide us with what they say they do. So disappointed. Libra also told her we couldn't pay separately and we had to pay that 1 Bel together but yet we were all out for lunch and we were paying for shelves that wasn't good either staff attended regularly drink topup .That's it . Never again

Stopped in for lunch and had the buffet, it was more than we expected and it was so good. The salad bar was well made and the different pizzas on offer where excellent. We would highly recommend this place and the service was 100% well done.

Salad bar was virtually empty ... No green peppers ... No mushrooms .... Brown edges on lettuce .... Great .... NOT ....

The food is always really nice here and the staff are friendly. Service is normally quick but can slow a little during the lunch time rush. They offer good deals if you complete their surveys too found at the bottom of the receipts.

Got table for 5 straightaway but then they werent overly busy (2.00pm). Selected buffet menu and a few extra side dishes. Had to request plates at the buffet, pasta selections were empty. On return to table, had to then go and request cutlery. After ten min, the side dishes still had not arrived (how long can fries take??). Made a 2nd visit to buffet, pasta selections were still empty, returned to table, still no sides, had to ask waiting staff but was difficult to nail one down as they seemed to be all over the place with no one assigned to any specific area Sides arrived when we had finished our mains, bruschetta was inedible.

It's been a long time since I've been to a Pizza Hut. Just walking through the place to your table leaves you drooling, seeing what everyone else is eating! We all got lovely pizzas, served pipping hot!Five stars really for the staff who were very friendly and could answer all our annoying questions!

Never thought I would be excited to write a great review for a Pizza Hut, but that is what I am doing. After spending 6 weeks in Ireland and eating pizza once a week, we had been disappointed. The Pizza Hut was really god, had great service and we loved the bucket of beer.

poor food. Poor, sloppy, yawning service. Grubby, unkempt dining area. Freezing cold. Drab. Slow. Expensive. Yucky, yucky pizza hut. You are bad and you are yucky.

Called in on the way to the Arena to watch the ice hockey. Our server was very attentive and refilled our drinks without being asked.The starters were very filling and the pizza was hot, full of toppings and very tasty.We were offered the box to take our left over pieces home.We will be back next year, thanks.

Dirty / Run down / staff uninterested We arrived to restaurant with all the tables at front of house covered in dirty dishes to be told 10 minutes wait for a table but the place was less than half full after the 10 minutes we stepped our way over the squashed food all over the floor to be shown to our dirty seats with ripped coverings to be handed sticky menus. We place our order for a starter and then two pizzas the pizza arrived first I asked where was the starter they apologised and said be Straight out we'd nearly eaten our both pizzas by time I was able to get hold of a staff member who all seemed to be all in the kitchen most of the time talking and ignoring customers to have then say they'd check to which my reply was just cancel it we'd eaten our pizza don't want starter as desert now. I never go back here it's was very dirty front of house god knows what kitchen was like and the staff didn't seem enthusiastic about anything

Disappointing visit to Pizza Express in Victoria Square. We were a large party of 12 and manager was good enough to explain our meals would come in two lots as the pizza ovens had limited capacity, even though the restaurant was barely quarter full. This was fair enough but one of our meals was then completely forgotten about from the order. Then they ran out of cold Peroni bottles. This was around 7:00pm on a Sunday evening. A brandy coffee was ordered but no advice on brandy not being available given until all the other coffees were delivered to the table. Likewise a Tiramasu was ordered but again no information on its unavailability until staff were reminded it had not arrived to table. The lack of items would have been much more acceptable if these scenarios had been handled properly with some level of experience from the staff and management, an improved level of communication and some customer service from what appeared a very inexperienced waiting staff and manager.

Went for a quick bite to eat after having been out all day in Belfast. Firstly we were left standing at the door for quite some time without being spoken to even though there was numerous staff about. Secondly we were pushed into getting the buffet by a staff member and the presented with a 50% off coupon which excludes the buffet. Thirdly the staff seemed to be doing as little work as possible from what we could see. Lastly the food wasn't great, the fries I got were cold and had to be sent back and our table was dirty. Poor show and will not be back.

Myself and my sister called in here after a bit of Christmas shopping and I have to say the service was shocking! We had to seat ourselves as no one came near us at the door. Then when we were seated after 15 mins of waiting I had to stop and ask a staff member for menus. Considering the place wasn't very busy and the staff were talking amongst each other. When we eventually ordered my sister was given a glass that was absolutely disgusting it had lipstick marks all over it and fingerprints. I asked for a new glass and the only guy to smile and friendly helped me out. Other people just walked in and seated themselves and the staff seem disinterested and depressed to be at work. So disappointed. Won't be back

Myself and my 2 sisters stopped off for tea after a days shopping. First our drinks arrived at the table in dirty glasses! After asking the waitress for clean glasses i got a cold response rather than an apology! We ordered starters to come with our pizza as sides and i asked the girl who took our order if we could have all the food out together. She said no problem! Our sides arrived and we had them ate then had to wait a further 40 minutes on our pizza! The tables either side of us were in after and had finished their pizza before we got ours and we only had 1 pizza and both tables had multiple pizzas!! When i placed a slice of pizza on my plate and picked it up i found a dark hair on my plate which was none of ours as none of us have dark hair! After eating what i could as i was hungry i went to pay for the bill and the girl didnt even bother asking was everything okay!! Disgusted i left the restaurant and i will never be returning!!

With my wife and grandson shopping for his upcoming 4th birthday we and dropped in to Pizza Hut as we know he will always eat pizza. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make Ollie feel comfortable and welcome. The food was tasty and plentiful and very good value, and Ollie's ice cream did not last very long at all. Eating out with a 4 year old can be a bit stressful, though Ollie is normally very good, but the food and staff made this a real pleasure. 5star cordon bleu it wasn't, but will we be back? Absolutely

Came here with my partner after a tiring day spent shopping , unfortunately I cannot rate the food as I didn't et the chance to taste it , waited for an hour for our starter but instead we were presented with our pizza(main course) that was prepared incorrectly , that was the straw that broke the camel's back and I left . Servers tried their best , kitchen let them down. Do not give this place your business

Our family really enjoys going to Pizza Hut. Good food and a friendly atmosphere. However Victoria Square's is quite a different story... Firstly, staff were extreamly slow at seating customers, which lead to a great line out the door. Then, after being seated, it took over 20 minutes for them to even take our order. Another 40 mins had passed when my brother had go and ask the waiter for our order. Not even our drinks had been served. When our food arrived, the nachos were burned, with hardly any cheese and our pizzas were served on chopping kichen boards because they had run out of plates. Also our table menus and cutlery were dirty. Over all I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone.

Service was very slow, had ran out of a lot of things, given dirty and dusty plates which we had to clean with a napkin again ourselves, would definitely no go to again or recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone

Came here on my birthday with my girlfriend and the experience was pretty woeful. I honestly hope it was just a bad night for them because I have worked in a pizza restaurant and this place seriously wasn't up to scratch. We arrived at around 18:10 and weren't sure if it was open as there was nobody at the front, staff or customers. There is a place at the front where in other Pizza Hut restaurants I know staff stand and are supposed to greet you and take you to your seats, we weren't greeted. Instead we walked through the door and stood at the front until a waitress eventually noticed us from the back and came up to bring us to a table. We waited around 5 minutes before she came back to as us if we wanted any drinks and we were ready to order the whole meal at this point. After she took the drinks order she then told us that the chef had not yet arrived and was meant to be there from 5 and so we would have to wait to order food for another 5 minutes. We eventually ordered and waited about 5 minutes before we were told there was no bruschetta left and it must've been about 10 to 7 before we finally got to eat anything. The food wasn't up to scratch either. Ordered prawns for starter as they were new on the menu and what I got was reheated rubbish. I could tell because I burnt my hand on the scolding hot dish (the waitress failed to mention it would be warm) and around the edge of the dish was burnt sauce/cheese crust up against the side (a sign that it had been reheated badly in a microwave). The pizza was then missing one of the toppings we asked for and the was just far too much sauce on it. We were eventually allowed to order a desert which took a while also. 8 o clock before we eventually got to leave. I love Pizza Hut but won't return to this one, so disappointed it's ridiculous!

Pizza Hut isn't exactly a 5* dining experience but this particular branch really seems letting things slide. The decor is really worn out and due a refurb - we sat at a huge circular table that spun and wobbled with the slightest touch and the seats were 2 inches lower than comfort for the table height. The food was okay but in such dingy surroundings the question arises - why did we go here at all? In our case it was because we had kids who eat gluten free and Pizza Hut offers options for them. The food was okay but it wasn't cheap and for the price it's not too much to expect a modern dining experience. There is a Pizza Express not far away (which also does GF) which seems like a far better experience. If this were in some dead end suburb I might understand why it was so run down but it's in the centre of Belfast opposite a multiplex cinema. It shouldn't be this bad.

Visited pizza hut in Victoria Square today for lunch and for £7, absolutely excellent. I think there was 6 different pizzas on offer, fresh hot pasta and salads. Free top ups on your soft drink and I think deserts were on offer but this is why I didn't give 5 stars. I think on coming into the restaurant the staff should explain fully what's on offer.

My son and I had a wonderful meal here . I am restricted to a gluten free diet but this posed no problem. The very friendly waiter reassured me they could make any GF pizza I wanted fresh...and they did! I would also highly recommend the figs with mascarpone. To die for. Restaurant was really packed, no doubt as it was the Thursday night of the big NI football match. Waiting time was short though. Food excellent and the staff were and absolute joy.

We entered the restaurant with our 3 children. We wanted to seat at a round table, as most of the restaurant was empty. We weren't allowed and walked somewhere in the back of the restaurant. Our orders were mixed up - we ordered something and got something else and the staff could not care less for customers. Had a bad experience in Dublin, but this has not changed my view about Pizza Hut... To be avoided!
